Churchill III Luxurious Limousine Service, Inc

Churchill was great! we were able to get a bus for 20 people to pick up the groomsman, then pick us up from the salon to the garden for photos, then to our final destination the ceremony. Our driver was fun, the bus was clean and had the ability to connect wireless with the phone for a play list. They had places for cups for drinks and place for trash. Overall, great experience. Need cash at the end to tip driver.

Bad customer service! They called me 3 times during my ceremony and left voicemails telling me the limo I chose started on fire and that I need to answer the phone. I was getting married, how can I answer? They sent a different car instead but insisted I would get some compensation back in return for not getting the vehicle we picked out. I was happy to hear that since we drove an hour each way to go there and pick something specific out. They are now telling me I won't get a dime and that they should have canceled our wedding instead cuz of me asking for something back. Why insist I will get some compensation if you never were going to? Before getting off the phone Rosemary yells I SHOULD HAVE JUST CANCELED YOUR WEDDING, GOODBYE! Rude, ridiculous and unnecessary.

This large party bus limo was great for the size of our 18 person wedding party. We all fit in the bus along with all of the ladies' stuff from getting ready earlier. The drive was prompt wherever we went and made sure the whole party had a great time. I would recommend them to anyone.

My husband and I had a terrible experience with Church Hill III. The owner and his "assistant" if you can call her that are so rude! We had tried to get in contact with them for over a month to give them their final payment for the limo (which was due 30 days prior to the event) and because of their lack of answering phones & emails and return them they were not paid until 2 days before our wedding. For a company that is so strict on their contract they really don't make it easy to pay them. On the other hand our limo driver was absolutely awesome. For all of the problems we had with Church Hill III, I was very nervous to see how our limo driver would be. I was so thrilled when he was cracking jokes with the wedding party (and even got rid of our alcohol for us). I wouldn't recommend working with Church Hill because of the owners, but would because of the limo driver.

My husband was in charge of finding the Limo service and did a good job finding Churchill III. The limo driver showed up 30 minutes before our scheduled time, which would have been great if we would have been done at our anticipated time. Do to an abnormally long receiving line and family photo session, our time with the limo was limited. However, our driver still ensured we had a good time. We could adjust our own music in the back, it had fun neon lights and was very spacious with seating on both sides and in the back as well. The stripper pole added a bit of excitement, but was more used to help support ourselves making turns while driving around the city. Would like to see prices be a bit lower for the amount of time actually spent in the limo and the minimum miles traveled, but overall it was a great experience.

We needed a large limo bus and they provided a great option! You are able to go and view and walk through the exact vehicle you will get on your big day. The driver was very knowledgable and I received a discount because I booked at a wedding show!

We were extremely happy with our limo service. They had a great selection of vehicles to choose from and we got a great discount since our wedding was in March, so we were able to get an amazing stretch Escalade. The driver was right on time and was very courteous and friendly. I would definitely recommend Churchhill Limo to anyone.

We were very impressed with the value and beautiful limo at Churchill III. We were invited and encouraged to come view the actual vehicle that would be used on our wedding day, which I appreciated very much. They were very professional and highly organized. Their prices are very competitive also. I highly recommend!

We were concerned about our transportation because many friends told me their limo was late. However, ours was 10 minutes early and knew exactly where to go. The driver was very professional and helped all of us get out of the car while it was snowing!

The party bus was amazing! Churchill Limo offered so much more than other limousine companies offered in there party buses. It was awesome, spacious, and it was very clean! I would use them again ten times over and I would recommend to everyone! Best price around by far!!

We used Churchill Limo for our wedding. I had a great experience with Rosemary and Churchill up until the day before the wedding. My husband and I went in two days before the wedding to make sure everything was all set and that they had everything we needed. It was then we were informed that they were having a problem with the party bus we reserved. The air conditioning was not working and the air compressor was broke. One of the maintenance men asked us if we would be willing to change our reservation to a different bus. Although it was very similar to the one we had reserved, we told him(Ken) that we would prefer the original bus we reserved, however we did not want a bus that did not have air (since according to their contracts all vehicles were to have air). Ken tried to convince us the air in the other bus was better than the air in the bus we reserved. When we asked him to turn the bus on, he just said that he did not have the keys with him. I should have known then that something was fishy. We asked Churchill to call us the day before the wedding so we knew what bus was going to show up...which they never did. After the ceremony we went outside to see the bus that we did not reserve..fine...no big deal. What was the big deal is that this bus did not have air conditioning either. After spending over $1,000 on a party bus for a 3 hour timeframe, our wedding party spend as much time outside (in the 98 degree weather) and at a bar along the route as possible. About a week and a half after the wedding, I contacted Churchill to inform them of this and I never heard one thing back. That is BAD business. I believe this company puts a front on to make you feel like they truly care, however, if that was the case, they would take care of their customers when they are unhappy. I will be reporting them to the BBB. On a positive note, Antwan was our driver and he was AMAZING! Had it not been for him, this would have been a complete bust!

Our limo was beautiful.. The driver was very nice.. They didn't put our names on the limo like suppose to but and a few other issues but is making it right for us.. so overall were happy...

We rented a party bus from them, and we had an amazing driver with no issues prior to the day. It was the actual bus there was an issue with. The air conditioning didn't work and my flower girl and I had to get into a car following us so we didn't pass out. When we called to complain they offered us gift certificates and then called us liars.

Worth every penny! Loved our silver H3 Hummer!

We rented the 20 person limo bus for our wedding party transportation and it was an absolute blast. Our wedding party is still talking about how much fun we had on the limo on the way to the reception! Our driver was super nice and even stopped for us to grab more drinks at a liquor store and a bathroom break! Highly recommend their great service and courteous staff!

We received multiple phone calls prior to our wedding stating that something was wrong with the limo we would be getting so we were getting something else and then the day of the wedding the air conditioning was broke on both vehicles we had rented. The drivers were also completely clueless as to where we needed to go even though I had given them an itinerary with addresses and parking information for each stop.

Wow! Our limo service was beyond impressive! We all truly felt that we received red-carpet treatment! We had the white hummer and it was super classy! The interior had amazing fiber optics and fantastic music! We were able to drink campaigne on our ride, and the limo driver was also able to take us to a bar inbetween our ceremony and reception. The limo ride was a first experience for some of our riders and they were in heaven! It was honestly the best limo I was ever in! Very celebrity-like! Our limo driver was really cool, too!

The limo that we had was one of the newer party bus limos. It was amazing! All of our friends were envious and wanted a ride. From the flat screen to the light up poll in the middle of the limo. We had an absolute blast during our ride. The sound system was excellent and there was so much dancing room.

I rented a limo bus from churchill. Driver was very pleasent. Only problem was they did not have change to break my final payment. Very clean limo! Provided cups and napkins. Good time! Driver willing to run an extra errand!

I am very disappointed with my experience with Churchill. Despite sending in an itinerary with times, the limo didn't show up to bring us to the ceremony. My fiance got into a heated argument with the manager who lied to him about having the incorrect time right before the wedding. Despite not showing up on time, they would not refund a portion of our money and provided a limo that had glasses with lipstick stains and a broken sound system.

I liked the car we picked out and that was about it.;Churchill Limo had VERY poor customer service. When the limo picked us up at the church and the wedding party got in, there were fruit flies allll inside the car. I had 4 flower girls in my wedding that drove in the limo with us and to our surprise, they found a porno video from the night before. The driver was also not very good at driving. He repeatedly drove over curbs, etc. and didn't know much about where he was going. I reported Churchill to the BBB and received a response that they were going to give us a $100 gift certificate which I NEVER received. All the times I tried to contact them after that, I got hung up on. I would never recommend this company to anybody.

We called them the day of the wedding, as our other limo cancelled the day of the wedding. We were very blessed that they were able to help out.

Plenty of room in the Hummer for the wedding party and guests.;The driver tried telling us we owed him more for the tip than what our contract stated.

The hummer limo looked fabulous and the limo driver was very nice and accomidating.

They were on time and very helpful with what we wanted to accomplish on our wedding day.

After a mixup with the hotels limo, Churchill was able to fulfill our limo request on short notice...the White Cadillac Escalade limo was awesome!!! Very nice driver!!!!!!

The driver was excellent. We had a broken tire axel and had to drive off the road and he handled it very well.;The company did not want to reimburse us at all for our inconvenience. We did not even use the limo for half of the time. We could not attend some events that we wanted to and did not arrive in our limo.

We got a party bus. It was very clean and spacious. We were able to play music and dance around while we went place to place. The drivers were very fun and friendly.

The outside looked great and they were easy to work with in the time we needed it.;The AC didnt work at all in the limo...no discount either and it was 80 outside

We had one of the land yachts and it was perfect! We loved that our entire wedding party and their guests could fit comfortably. The driver needed very little information from us to get us to our destination.

We loved our driver. He knew where we wanted to go and he was so pleasant. We recommend them, ask for Dan the driver. We even called to thank them the next day!

They were friendly and prompt.
