CIG Travel was introduced to us by our neighbor. Ivonka helped us plan a trip to Greece. We relayed our wishes and every aspect of our trip was met. Researching a trip is the first part of what you want to do when planning a vacation, trip etc. Then letting your travel agent take care of the actual reservations, transfers from airports to hotels, tours and guidance will make your life stress free. We did experience amazing Honeymoon in Hawaii. Amazing trip to Antarctica! Boat beautiful with large and comfortable rooms. Service outstanding. Expeditions amazing. It also helped that we had great weather and that our Drake crossing was not to bad. Loved the trip - ranks right up there with Africa. In my top 3 trips. Great weather helped a lot. Ivonka and Edyta were amazing to work with. We had the trip of a lifetime to Ireland and London. It was the first trip of this magnitude that our family had taken, and CIG made everything seamless, from flights to hotels to ground transportation to meals. We will definitely be using these ladies for our future travel plans.

We worked with Ivonka to book our vacation to Couples Negril. We had a great time and would recommend the resort as it was very nice and a great value. Service was good and the food plentiful and very good - especially for an all inclusive. Club MoBay both ways was a must and we would probably fly from Montego Bay to Negril if we did it again. Took too long and roads were narrow/crowded.

After our honeymoon was cancelled due to Covid, we worked (again) with Ivonka to plan our babymoon to Hawaii. As always, working with Ivonka and her team is seamless. She gives as little or as many recommendations you want/need and help put together the perfect getaway. We will work with Ivonka again when we FINALLY go on our honeymoon one day!

Ivonka is amazing!! We used her for our honeymoon and just used her for our one year anniversary trip to Mexico. She is super informative and, always gets us some extra stuff included. Ivonka was the literal best! We were very anxious about having our honeymoon out of the country (Italy) and trying to plan it all (also adding Covid restrictions to the list too), but Ivonka and team made the process so easy! They had a very detailed itinerary (flight info, airport transportation, train tickets, even excursions) and was very well organized through their app so we were never lost. Everything went very smoothly and even better was they have a team member based in Europe that we could contact so all our questions were always answered immediately! HIGHLY recommend, we will be using CIG again for another abroad trip.

We had a great time on our trip organised by CIG Travel!!! The guides/greeters/drivers were wonderful! The trip was a good balance of history and relaxation. Both cities are beautiful and unique. The trains were an adventure for the boys. The water park was a fun break in the middle of the trip. And the hotels were very nice - great locations. We came across CIG Travel on the Knot while reading reviews, and we were intrigued by the travel app clients get with all their travel details. We reached out and spoke with Ivonka. She gave us great ideas and information about the different honeymoon places we had in mind. We decided on Italy, and she worked with us to get us to 6 different destinations (and even more) throughout our time in Italy. Ivonka even gave us a contact person (Edyta) in Italy to help. Travel in Europe during our honeymoon was overcrowded, overbooked, and very busy! We had a few mishaps in Florence because of this, and Edyta and Ivonka helped us rectify the situations and worked with us to ensure everything would run smoothly. I think the way a company responds in a situation says a lot about them, and Ivonka and Edyta showed just how much they care for their clients. The app they use to record all of our travel information was a life saver - we used it multiple times a day. We had transfers set up for all of our destinations so we never truly felt alone in navigating a new country. We will definitely be using CIG Travel in the future for big trips!

Booking our honeymoon through CIG Travel was the easiest most amazing process I've ever experienced. We were in the middle of planning our wedding in 2020 when COVID hit and all of our plans changed several times, adding unbelievable frustration to the whole process. Our honeymoon process however was easy and stress free. We worked with Ivonka and she made and confirmed all of our arrangements, and changed everything as needed during the pandemic without any issues or stressing us out. She checked in on us regularly and made the whole travel process the easiest thing we did for the whole wedding process, she arranged our covid tests, provided our travel documents, helped us check and recheck that we had everything we needed well before travel so there was no last minute panic. In addition to the amazing way they handled the pandemic, our trip itself was life changing! Ivonka really got to know us as a couple and helped us pick where to go and what activities to do that would mean the most to us, and to say we had a blast is an understatement. She arranged all our travel to and from all our activities and there was no anxiety or guesswork during the whole trip. This was our first time traveling to another country, and she made sure we had all our questions answered and our itinerary ready and explained everything before we left. We will 100% be using her any time we travel in the future.

Ivonka was absolutely amazing!!! From start to finish she was so helpful. I had never been out of the country and wanted a perfect first trip out for our honeymoon. She helped us pick a great location, worked out a do-able payment plan, and set everything up. There was a small mishap at the resort with some of our honeymoon inclusions, Ivonka got right on it and made sure it was taken care of. Though we had already booked our flights and hotels, Ivonka was tremendously useful in keeping us up to date on the latest travel requirements due to COVID. She was also very helpful in booking excursions and restaurant reservations for us. CIG's app was also very useful as it helped keep us organized. Overall, Ivonka was terrific to work with. She was easy to reach and very easy to speak with. She made certain to ensure that we had a fabulous time on our trip!

THE BEST DECISION EVER. Most people would ask why do you need a travel agent when everything today is available online?? Out of the many reasons, here are three (Security, ease of mind, expertise). Let me begin by sharing, not just 1, 2, but 3 of our last vacations went very smooth and pleasant thanks to CIG Travel Agent, Ivonka Knight. We first booked with her for our honeymoon to the Dominican Republic in 2018. Her knowledge down to the smallest details about the resorts were incredible. At the beginning, she took the time to get to know us and used her expertise and booking connections to book the perfect resort, excursions, etc. for us. We then contacted her again in 2019 and she helped us plan an amazing trip to Aruba. Every recommendation that she made was met with full satisfaction. Furthermore, everything that she informed us about (what to explore or what to avoid) was spot on! Of course in 2020 we did not travel, but she was able to help us out this year by assisting us plan our dream trip to Italy. We contacted her about Italy and when we met with her she had planned out every little detail down to the car rental and train tickets to take us throughout our destinations. We were very nervous about this trip initially as it was 14 days longs with several different locations in Italy of course, during the pandemic. With the assistance of Ivonka, we had full security of our trip and ease of mind as she took care of every travel aspect of our vacation. It was literally the perfect trip! She is truly an exceptional travel agent with a long range of ideas for traveling. She is always quick to help you and very easy to communicate with. In the event you need to make changes, she is also great at resolving any issues and or re-routing. We have booked our 20 year anniversary trip with CIG Travel and we were very happy with the services Ivonka has provided. She guided us thru the entire trip, she has arranged private airport transfers, private tours, as well as special anniversary amenities.

CIG Travel planned and booked our trip to Yellowstone end of July. Accommodations they have recommended and booked were in the center of our explorations - we have stayed at the Old Faithfull Inn and Mammoth Hot Springs Hotel; and then spent couple additional nights in Grand Teton and Jackson, WY. Also, the private tours they have booked for us were wonderful, and our guide was very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend this travel agency and we have already booked with them our next trip to Arizona in October.

I've known Ivonka for several years and I can't imagine having trusted anyone else to organize our anniversary trip. My husband and I chose Aruba and Ivonka sent us three options for our trip the next day with her thoughts about how each resort would fit our needs. It was very helpful that Ivonka has visited these locations and can give you a firsthand opinion of the resorts feel and service. She also made sure to let the resort know that we were celebrating our anniversary, and we were nicely surprised with special perks throughout the week.

With everything that is going on right now we are so grateful we chose to work with Ivonka and CIG Travel; we need to reschedule our trip twice by now and Ivonka kept us informed, provided the best solutions, and now we are ready to travel in December without losing any deposits, she has also negotiated the same price, and perks as we had in our original itinerary.

Ivonka was the best honeymoon travel planner we could have asked for!!! I planned a whole wedding and did not want to have to deal with planning a honeymoon as well. We told Ivonka all of the places we wanted to go to in Europe for our honeymoon and she put everything together for us no charge. While we were on our honeymoon we needed to make a last minute change to our itinerary and Ivonka pulled some strings and got us a private boat excursion change last minute. Ivonka planned our cruise to Alaska and I must say that she was the best travel agent that I have worked with on a pre-planned trip. Her advice and recommendations on our cruise excursions was crucial to the success of our trip. She set us up with independent excursion suppliers who saved us money rather than using the cruise ship's planned excursions. We also benefited by having the tours in smaller group numbers which allowed us to hear our guides better and not have a large crowd at our various touring sites. Her service before the cruise is also worth mentioning as she was always quick to respond to any inquiries.
