but Ivonka and team made the process so easy! They had a very detailed itinerary (flight info, airport transportation, train tickets, even excursions) and was very well organized through their app so we were never lost. Everything went very smoothly and even better was they have a team member based in Europe that we could contact so all our questions were always answered immediately! HIGHLY recommend, we will be using CIG again for another abroad trip.

. She gave us great ideas and information about the different honeymoon places we had in mind. We decided on Italy, and she worked with us to get us to 6 different destinations (and even more) throughout our time in Italy. Ivonka even gave us a contact person (Edyta) in Italy to help. Travel in Europe during our honeymoon was overcrowded, overbooked, and very busy! We had a few mishaps in Florence because of this, and Edyta and Ivonka helped us rectify the situations and worked with us to ensure everything would run smoothly. I think the way a company responds in a situation says a lot about them, and Ivonka and Edyta showed just how much they care for their clients. The app they use to record all of our travel information was a life saver - we used it multiple times a day. We had transfers set up for all of our destinations so we never truly felt alone in navigating a new country. We will definitely be using CIG Travel in the future for big trips!

We worked with Ivonka and she made and confirmed all of our arrangements, and changed everything as needed during the pandemic without any issues or stressing us out. She checked in on us regularly and made the whole travel process the easiest thing we did for the whole wedding process, she arranged our covid tests, provided our travel documents, helped us check and recheck that we had everything we needed well before travel so there was no last minute panic. In addition to the amazing way they handled the pandemic, our trip itself was life changing! Ivonka really got to know us as a couple and helped us pick where to go and what activities to do that would mean the most to us, and to say we had a blast is an understatement. She arranged all our travel to and from all our activities and there was no anxiety or guesswork during the whole trip. This was our first time traveling to another country, and she made sure we had all our questions answered and our itinerary ready and explained everything before we left. We will 100% be using her any time we travel in the future.

We first booked with her for our honeymoon to the Dominican Republic in 2018. Her knowledge down to the smallest details about the resorts were incredible. At the beginning, she took the time to get to know us and used her expertise and booking connections to book the perfect resort, excursions, etc. for us. We then contacted her again in 2019 and she helped us plan an amazing trip to Aruba. Every recommendation that she made was met with full satisfaction. Furthermore, everything that she informed us about (what to explore or what to avoid) was spot on! Of course in 2020 we did not travel, but she was able to help us out this year by assisting us plan our dream trip to Italy. We contacted her about Italy and when we met with her she had planned out every little detail down to the car rental and train tickets to take us throughout our destinations. We were very nervous about this trip initially as it was 14 days longs with several different locations in Italy of course, during the pandemic. With the assistance of Ivonka, we had full security of our trip and ease of mind as she took care of every travel aspect of our vacation. It was literally the perfect trip! She is truly an exceptional travel agent with a long range of ideas for traveling. She is always quick to help you and very easy to communicate with. On our last trip to Turkey we were celebrating two major occasions - our engagement and 50th birthday. Ivonka went far and beyond to make sure we have the most memorable times.
