We couldn't have asked for a more perfect wedding day! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The Cincinnati Club is an absolutely stunning venue. The historic architecture, elegant details, and timeless charm created the most beautiful atmosphere. Our guests couldn't stop talking about how gorgeous it was.
The food was absolutely amazing and so many of our guests commented that it was some of the best wedding food they have ever had. We received countless compliments throughout the night and even after the wedding.
The entire day ran ahead of schedule, which made everything feel relaxed and stress-free. The staff were incredible! They were professional, attentive, kind, and genuinely invested in making sure everything went smoothly and that we were taken care of.
A special thank you to Loren, our planner, who was phenomenal throughout the entire process. Her communication was outstanding from day one and she made planning so easy. She was always available to answer questions, kept every detail organized, and made us feel confident every step of the way. On the wedding day, our banquet managers, Phyllis and Jason ensured everything was taken care of so we could be present and enjoy the moment.
We cannot thank McHales/The Cincinnati Club enough for the time, effort, and love they put into making our day so special.

Loren was great to work with and was so kind in answering my million questions throughout the process. During the wedding, I really felt taken care of like the staff wanted to make sure that the day went smoothly!
A few of our decorations ended up in the wrong place but that did not take away from the amazing experience we had!
All of our guests were extremely complementary of the wedding and the venue.

They (along with the rest of the staff) are seasoned hospitality pros and were checking in to ensure we were pleased with the food, service, and brought us drinks during dinner. Our families were so impressed and happy the entire evening. In addition to the high level of service, this venue is absolutely stunning. We had a winter wedding in The Oak Room and it was the coziest, most romantic space we could have chosen. Highly recommend this venue to anyone, we're so thrilled to have worked with McHale's!!!

From day one through the very end, Loren was by our side. She was calm, genuine, incredibly knowledgeable, and endlessly understanding. She answered the hundreds of questions we had throughout the planning process and never once made us feel like we were asking too much. The Cincinnati Club truly wants your wedding day to be everything you envision and more, and Loren embodies that mission completely.
Leading up to the wedding, the entire team ensured we were organized and well-prepared, always keeping communication clear and consistent. During rehearsal, Jeannie guided our group through the ceremony with total confidence and professionalism, she was an absolute pro. On the wedding day, she was truly the one running the ship. Weddings are events that require a precise schedule, and Jeannie made sure everything, and I mean everything, ran seamlessly and exactly according to plan. I truly have no words other than a sincere thank you.
Jason was another standout who brought us so much calm and joy on our wedding day. He made sure we were taken care of from start to finish, all while wearing the warmest, most reassuring smile.
The Cincinnati Club hosts many weddings each year, yet they somehow make every couple feel incredibly special, valued, and fully accommodated. They treat each and every wedding with the utmost care, attention, and intention. The food was fantastic that is provided by McHales and we had so many choices to consider for our menu. It was delicious and they accommodated all nutritional needs too.
We could not recommend The Cincinnati Club more. If you are considering a wedding venue, do yourself a favor and inquire, and absolutely tour, this truly special place.

The staff at the Cincinnati Club were amazing! Loren was very attentive in the planning of our wedding down to the very last detail. She worked with us to make the best use of our dollar and plan the wedding of our dreams. The day of staff was great! They worked with us and allowed us to take pictures before hand. They gave us a hideaway place before the ceremony and helped the night run smoothly. The staff was very nice and were the type of people that actually enjoy what they are doing. Our family and friends felt very taken care of.

What an incredible reception it was for us, especially thanks to Brent Baker at McHale's. Brent was an absolute dream to work with! We rented greenery & some faux florals from Our Wedding Cabinet, & purchased floating candles to go with the cylinders that the venue provides for free. The effect was simple & absolutely magical- the winter wedding of my dreams! The atmosphere was romantic & so elegant. Brent was so wonderful to work with, & made everything about as easy as it can be. The food was delicious as well, & we were so grateful that the chef was willing to add a dish that we requested for one of our stations. From the start, Loren was quick and detailed in communication and kept wedding planning so organized from start to finish. The team executed our day flawlessly and the food + Cake were absolutely delicious. I may be bias but I have NEVER had better wedding food and our guests couldn't stop complimenting us on how delicious it was. Connie let our kids buzz in all of our guests on our wedding day and they just loved her. At the end of our event, the team loaded all of our cake, cards, and flowers for my mom to take home and packed up all of our centerpieces, decor, etc. for a seamless pick-up after our wedding weekend. The Cincinnati Club is a hidden gem and their team deserves the highest recognition. Don't hesitate to check this venue out - you won't be disappointed.

Brent was the venue coordinator and she was absolutely fantastic from the first time we viewed the Cincinnati Club until we left the night of the reception. She was extremely attentive and liable through the entire process! Everything was just so great and made our wedding spectacular!!

We originally decided on this venue mainly due to the terrific meal options, event space full of character, and space for our guest list of about 200 people. The staff was able to accommodate each and every detail including a specific seating chart, live musicians, and more. The evening felt effortless, warm, inviting, and unforgettable. When we entered the venue on the day, we were absolutely blown away by the décor set-up. It was also such a sign of relief to be greeted by Jeannie at the door, who was the event manager for the evening. I felt incredibly taken care of - she anticipated our needs even before we asked them and she made sure we enjoyed our evening thoroughly. If there were any problems or conflicts, we would have never even known they had happened. Everything from the theme of our wedding to the colors to the energetic atmosphere our guests created were all complimented so well by the staff at Cincinnati Club and the beauty of the Harrison Ballroom. Our wedding was beyond what I had ever imagined and the Cincinnati Club contributed a great deal to the perfection of the day.

ed. Our wedding day of planner, Loren, was very knowledgeable and answered all our numerous questions, even when our original planner left the company and we had a new planner halfway through. Leading up to the wedding, Jeremy ran through our rehearsal and helped set everything up so that it looked exactly like we wanted it to. Jeremy had everything taken care of down to the most minute detail which was sooo stress relieving as a bride! On the day of the wedding, Jeremy and Jeanie were amazing and made sure everything went smoothly- they always made sure we were comfortable, had a drink, or asked if we needed anything. At the end of the night, they gave us extra meals and desserts to enjoy the following day which was SO nice because we barely got to enjoy the day of. I would recommend the Cincinnati club to anybody! Not only was it so stunningly beautiful, but the staff and service is unmatched!

ur main point of contact, was very organized and efficient. She knew exactly what we needed to be working and when. She proactively reached out several times to set up meetings and made sure we stayed on track. And beyond that, Loren was extremely knowledgeable and helped us make several key decisions. We couldn’t have asked for a better person to work with.
Not only was Loren fantastic, the entire staff at Cincinnati Club was. They worked so well together. Jeannie has worked there for 30 years and ran point on the rehearsal and day off. She knew exactly what to do, where to point people, and how to keep a large bridal party in order. My husband and I were constantly being checked on and the staff was very attentive towards us. We felt so at ease and never doubted our guests were being taken care of.
The food was incredible. We got so many compliments on the menu. Everyone loved the food. We really enjoyed the food at the tasting, but it was even better day of. Loren and her team were also accommodating to anyone with dietary restrictions.
If you are searching for a wedding venue, Cincinnati Club is a MUST visit. Absolutely incredible in every single way. I cannot recommend them enough.
