My experience at the Cincinnati club was top notch. Brent was the most amazing coordinator and helped bring my vision to life. She was responsive and organized and made my life as a bride easier. The venue was beautiful snd the staff was so helpful. The Harrison ballroom was perfect for our winter wedding.

Oh, where do I even start?! From the moment we chose to have our NYE wedding, I envisioned a venue that embodied timelessness, carried the richness of Cincinnati's history, and exuded class – and that's precisely what the Cincinnati Club provided. The experience with Brent from the beginning was seamless and stress-free – a crucial element for any bride. Her communication was flawless, and I greatly appreciated her suggestions and patience with my indecisiveness. And just when I thought working with Brent couldn't get any better, we were fortunate to encounter Jeanne and Jeremy – both incredible individuals. How lucky we were to have them on our wedding day! They went above and beyond, offering exceptional assistance from the moment we brought our belongings into the venue until we took them out. The entire team was accommodating, helpful, and a joy to be around. Weddings inherently come with their stresses, but working with Brent, Jeanne, Jeremy, and everyone at the Cincinnati Club significantly eased my mind. Even the Chef personally ensured that everything was perfect with the food – which it indeed was! We've received numerous compliments about our wedding and continue to do so. Don't hesitate for a second when considering booking the Cincinnati Club! Now, I just have to convince my husband to host an anniversary celebration at the Cincinnati Club every year!

The Cincinnati Club and McHales are simply wonderful, I cannot say enough good things. The Oak & Grill Room was exactly the vibe we were going for, and our guests raved about the space. Loren was such a tremendous help when planning and making sure everything went smoothly on the day-of. She was so patient in answering all my questions. Shoutout to Jeannie as well and all the staff at McHales and the Cincinnati Club for making our day truly amazing!!

I cannot rave more about McHales staff! They were all so incredible and made sure everyone was taken care of. I want to specifically call out Brent Baker, Phyllis, and Jeannie! These ladies made our wedding day go off without a hitch and our night would not have been what is was without these ladies!! Phyllis and Jeannie were so caring and on point all night long and made sure the myself, the bride and groom were taken care of. Brent was the venue coordinator and she was absolutely fantastic from the first time we viewed the Cincinnati Club until we left the night of the reception. She was extremely attentive and liable through the entire process! Everything was just so great and made our wedding spectacular!!

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about The Cincinnati Club and their staff! We had our cocktail hour and wedding reception in the Oak and Gold rooms. Loren helped us through the planning process, making note of every detail we mentioned throughout the months leading up to our event. She was very responsive and always made time to help us through the process. Jeannie was our day/weekend of coordinator, and she made sure we had literally everything we asked for and even more. She was very responsive leading up to our wedding day and made sure we did not have to worry about a thing on our day. Jeannie and Jason and their team made sure our day was absolutely perfect!!

My October wedding at the Cincinnati Club was perfect! The planning process was so easy - they were for every step and answered any email or silly questioned. The day of flowed so well with the help of the venue. They are truly experts! My guests raved about the classy venue and amazing food. I could not recommend the venue more. We were absolutely thrilled with our experience with Loren and the staff at the Cincinnati Club. Despite the fact that Loren, our on-site coordinator came in part way through the planning process, she did not skip a beat. She quickly responded to our many questions and worked with us to create the perfect day. We originally decided on this venue mainly due to the terrific meal options, event space full of character, and space for our guest list of about 200 people. The staff was able to accommodate each and every detail including a specific seating chart, live musicians, and more. The evening felt effortless, warm, inviting, and unforgettable. We got rave reviews from our guests on the food and the atmosphere.

We couldn't be happier with our experience working with Loren and the Cincinnati Club! Loren's communication and help during the planning phase was remarkable and the entire staff went above and beyond on the day-of! They helped with setup, coordination during the event, and most importantly, made sure we always had a drink in our hand! Also, the food through McHale's catering was delicious. We couldn't have imagined a more perfect and beautiful day. We would highly highly recommend getting married here! It's worth every penny.

We LOVED our experience with the Cincinnati Club, especially working with our coordinator, Loren. She was so knowledgeable and helpful while remaining cool, calm and collected throughout my numerous emails and questions. We are so so so grateful to have booked the Cincinnati Club for our wedding reception!!! Our planner, Loren, was knowledgeable, patient, responsive and incredibly understanding of each question and request we had. I appreciated how solution-oriented she was and it helped make our experience as 2 graduate students planning a wedding feel significantly less stressful. When we entered the venue on the day, we were absolutely blown away by the décor set-up. It was also such a sign of relief to be greeted by Jeannie at the door, who was the event manager for the evening. I felt incredibly taken care of - she anticipated our needs even before we asked them and she made sure we enjoyed our evening thoroughly. If there were any problems or conflicts, we would have never even known they had happened. Everything from the theme of our wedding to the colors to the energetic atmosphere our guests created were all complimented so well by the staff at Cincinnati Club and the beauty of the Harrison Ballroom. Our wedding was beyond what I had ever imagined and the Cincinnati Club contributed a great deal to the perfection of the day.

I cannot say enough about how amazing the Cincinnati Club was for our wedding!!! Everyone was extremely responsive, organized, easy to work with and catered to exactly what we wanted. Our wedding day of planner, Loren, was very knowledgeable and answered all our numerous questions, even when our original planner left the company and we had a new planner halfway through. Leading up to the wedding, Jeremy ran through our rehearsal and helped set everything up so that it looked exactly like we wanted it to. Jeremy had everything taken care of down to the most minute detail which was sooo stress relieving as a bride! On the day of the wedding, Jeremy and Jeanie were amazing and made sure everything went smoothly- they always made sure we were comfortable, had a drink, or asked if we needed anything. At the end of the night, they gave us extra meals and desserts to enjoy the following day which was SO nice because we barely got to enjoy the day of. I would recommend the Cincinnati club to anybody! Not only was it so stunningly beautiful, but the staff and service is unmatched!

I truly cannot say enough positive things about our experience at the Cincinnati Club. The planning process and entire weekend was completely stress-free and easy. Loren, who was our main point of contact, was very organized and efficient. She knew exactly what we needed to be working and when. She proactively reached out several times to set up meetings and made sure we stayed on track. And beyond that, Loren was extremely knowledgeable and helped us make several key decisions. We couldn’t have asked for a better person to work with. Not only was Loren fantastic, the entire staff at Cincinnati Club was. They worked so well together. Jeannie has worked there for 30 years and ran point on the rehearsal and day off. She knew exactly what to do, where to point people, and how to keep a large bridal party in order. My husband and I were constantly being checked on and the staff was very attentive towards us. We felt so at ease and never doubted our guests were being taken care of. The food was incredible. We got so many compliments on the menu. Everyone loved the food. We really enjoyed the food at the tasting, but it was even better day of. Loren and her team were also accommodating to anyone with dietary restrictions. If you are searching for a wedding venue, Cincinnati Club is a MUST visit. Absolutely incredible in every single way. I cannot recommend them enough.

I can't say enough great things about the Cincinnati Club. The service was OUTSTANDING! The planning leading up to the day of the wedding was so organized. Katie and the team worked hard to make sure that the day was exactly the way my daughter and son in law wanted it. Everything was set up perfectly, and went beyond amazing! The Cincinnati Club offer red an on-site planner and week of had plenty of staff onsite to assist with set up. The day of our wedding they had the agenda and made sure we were where we needed to be. The dinner service (plated meals) were swiftly served. Every detail of our reception was noted and executed swiftly!

They are amazing! Katie, our event planner was so responsive and great! She answered all of our questions (even when I had a million) and she was easy to get ahold of! She always made us feel calm and assured! Jeremy, who ran the day of stuff was amazing! He kept all of us in line with how everything was suppose to go! His supporting staff was great too, kept checking in on us and always made sure we had a drink! The venue is amazing and beautiful! Catered by mchales which was amazing! All of our guest complimented us on how good the food was! I’m so glad we went with Cincinnati club! It was the best day ever! The Cincinnati Club was amazing for our wedding this past Saturday! They made sure everything was taken care from day 1. They were quick to respond anytime I had any questions or needed anything clarified. We felt like royalty our entire wedding day. They made sure we were not stressed and talked with all of our vendors to make sure the day went smooth. We had amazing day-of coordinators that always made sure we had a drink in our hand! Couldn’t recommend them enough!!!

We had our wedding at The Cincinnati Club and were absolutely thrilled with how it turned out! The staff was excellent and so kind-they made the whole process run so smoothly! Katie, Jeannie and Jeremy were a pleasure to work with. The Pompadour and Harrison Ballrooms are some of the prettiest in all of Cincinnati and we wouldn’t change a thing!

McHale's and I had a long journey- my fiance and I signed the contract about 3 weeks before the pandemic hit. I won't lie, there were disagreements that stemmed from complications that effected everyone-people. I did have to fight to get my date changed-I moved it to the same weekend in 2022 from 2021. I happily paid the differences in fees, which were an increase, but not an insane increase. After that though, it was a great relationship and amazing experience! Katie S. and her team were.. outstanding. Jeremy and Jeannie, her assistants, were patient, intelligent, and have a wonderful ability to appear when needed. (Which is wonderful for brides who are also herding cats- I mean their family members.) Aaron, who helped the night of, did a great job of keeping the two weddings going on separate but never in a rude way (well done!) So prospectives- DO NOT WORRY if there might be another wedding going on in the other hall- they nailed it! Also, to add to this, Katie literally took all of this on a few months before the event, after all of pandemic stress, as my original coordinator moved on to another job. So, A+. Past the people I can name, every staff member I ran into was pleasant and helpful. The venue is beautiful, and it is very clearly well-kept. It was completely back to perfectly clean when I came back to get my belongings. (Ps- The fact that I was able to return the MONDAY afterwards... Ohmygosh) ALSO, another shoutout to Katie- She organized all of the left over food from the event to be distributed to shelters amongst the city. A+++++. My other vendors report that the team was easy to work with. The food was delicious. I got so many compliments that it was the best wedding meal they've ever had. AND IT WAS SO GOOD! Not only did I get to eat at my reception (sometimes the couple just.. doesn't have time) but they also set aside plates as a take home for us, which I just loved. Yum! Basically, it started stressful, but the team MORE than came through. And honestly, to be able to "come back" and absolutely impress me, my husband, and our family and friends.. I can't gush enough. 10/10. Also, the included parking was so helpful!

I don't think there's enough space/words for me to describe and express how much I truly appreciate and love having my wedding at the Cincinnati Club. My husband and I were originally supposed to get married in 2020 and right when Covid hit, I reached out to my planner and she spoke with the owners and we were able to postpone our wedding to the following year. Right then and there I knew we chose the right venue. As an event planner, I would highly recommend the Cincinnati Club to anyone who is looking for a venue. From the wonderful sales team, Katie is amazing and easy to work with, to the day of operation team(Jeremy is GOAT) and the staff were so friendly and helpful. S/O to the bartenders who got me a shot right before I enter the reception to calm my nervers..haha! As a planner myself, I am very critical on service of other venue and I cannot say one bad thing about this place. My family and friends are are still raving about how great the food was! We were able to customize our buffet to have Cajun Creole menu and it was amazing! Thank you all again for making my husband dreams come true. All my vendors love the Cincinnati Club as well.. they had no issues setting up, loading in or out. Everything was a smooth transition and this is what you want when you are looking for a place to host and event. I love this venue so much, I even recommend a few friends to book it for their upcoming wedding!

We absolutely loved working with the Cincinnati Club and McHale's! I would 100 times over choose this venue for my wedding reception. The staff were absolutely incredible. The event planner always had time and patience for my one million questions and the day-of staff could not be nicer. My sister and I did our own flowers, and the staff was super helpful in assisting us with vases, water, and set up needs. At the end of the night, the staff was so kind to help our parents pack all of the leftover food, decorations, and personal items so that we did not have to come back for them the next day. I am so impressed with their customer service and I loved the whole experience! The Cincinnati Club and McHale's has my highest recommendation.

My daughter got married at the Cincinnati Club a week ago and our experience was wonderful. We saw pictures of it when my daughter and now son-in-law chose it but didn't see it in person until a couple days before the wedding. It's beautiful! They had the ceremony in the Gold Ballroom and reception in the Oak Ballroom. There was very little need for extra decorations, just flowers and family photos. All of the people we worked with (Brittney, Katie, Jeremy, and others whose names I forget) were personable and helpful and made us feel like this was the most important wedding they had ever done. Their professionalism made it obvious they really knew what they were doing. The food was great (we had a plated duet) and they provided the very tasty cake. A couple extra perks are having Piatt Park right in front of the venue for picture taking, and free parking in the attached garage for guests. If you're looking for a beautiful, historic venue with staff who will help you through the whole process, take a look at the Cincinnati Club!

The Cincinnati Club is a beautiful venue! Our planner and the event staff did a phenomenal job with the entire event from beginning to end. They were very accommodating with our ideas and changes that were made along the way. We would highly recommend this venue and would use again.

I can't say enough about the Cincinnati Club and McHale's staff! From day 1 when we toured the venue to picking up our items after the reception this team was extremely organized and detail oriented. We were first sold on this venue compared to the other 6 we toured because during the tour McHale's provided us with a itemized proposal including the cost of the space, food, alcohol, etc., which gave us a very realistic idea of what the cost of the reception would be. Which - I will add was extremely competitive when I compared other popular venues in downtown Cincinnati. From that point forward McHale's was always available and very responsive to all questions I had. During the reception the food was excellent, as was our cake. No detail was missed and the staff was extremely attentive to us the whole night. I don't think we ever got our own food or went up to the bar. The whole evening was seamless and very organized. I still can't believe I am saying this but nothing went wrong the entire day. I also used their recommended vendors for lighting, DJ, photographer, florist, all of which I also had excellent experiences. Don't hesitate on using this venue or McHale's as a caterer, this was easily the best decision we made!

Brittany was so organized, kind, and accommodating throughout the entire process. Jeannie was also such a joy to work with during the final week of wedding prep and on our actual wedding day! We are so, so thankful for everyone at the Cincinnati Club and McHale’s. They made our rainy wedding day picture perfect! I highly recommend!

Where do I even begin?! The Cincinnati Club was truly amazing to plan a wedding with. 2020 was a rough year to plan and replan a wedding. Brittany at the Cincinnati club handled all of the unknown and our planning anxiety with such grace and class. I spent many times with her on the phone as she listened and consoled me. We ended up sticking with our rescheduled date of 12.19.2020, and I am sure glad we did. The Cincinnati Club was safe, very accommodating and very clean. Not to mention the food was absolutely amazing and we received so many compliments after. If you are considering this venue please go for it! Not only was Brittany fantastic, but the entire staff was amazing! I cannot say enough great things about this venue and company! They are simply the best!

Brittney was the absolute best to work with. Planning a pandemic wedding brought on its own unique set of challenges, and I am so grateful that we had the staff at McHale’s to help us every step of the way. I recently held my wedding at The Cincinnati Club, and I do not have enough good things to say about this venue and the McHale's team. Jeremy, Jeannie and Brittney Lyons specifically. Brittney was amazing, courteous, knowledgeable, dealt with my basket case self and constant barrage of questions. Jeannie and Jeremy worked their butts off to make sure this day was perfect for us, and truly care about each detail. It was truly a phenomenal experience. The day was far better than I could have ever imagined. Thank you, thank you, thank you to all at McHale's/Cincinnati Club!!!!

The Cincinnati Club is breathtaking especially after their recent remodel! We had our wedding reception in the Oak & Grill room & worked with Brittney. Everything was amazing & flawless. Brittney took great care of us, worked with me on every little detail until the very last day. And for us, it was a bonus that they work with McHale's catering because their food is SO delicious! Their staff is great, the bartenders were awesome! I mean everything was perfect and made our night that much more special. Thank you all!

We had an incredible wedding at the Cincinnati Club on 8/15/20. We were as surprised as our guests that we were still able to have the wedding day we planned during COVID. Our guests loved the bourbon bar during cocktail hour, and the sheer beauty of the Harrison room and lobby. Tables were spread out and all the guests who were still able to come were accommodated in the room. Though we did not need it, McHale's offered to seat any guests who did not fit (due to state regulations regarding table spacing) in their Pompadour room on the same floor across the lobby. We had about 125 guests attend and it felt very full. Looking back, I can't imagine having the full 230 we had initially planned! The Harrison room is just stunning and needs minimal decor. I would HIGHLY suggest hiring their lighting specialist CLEAR Lighting as the room is very dim without.

Wow! How does someone attempt to write the best review they possibly can? My wife and I were planning our dream wedding for two years to have been married on June 26th. We were set to get married at a whole different venue in NKY. Then COVID-19 came along and all sorts of complications arose due to the pandemic. Long story short, our last venue totally cancelled on us almost 2 weeks before our date after assuring us that we could still have our wedding under certain restrictions. At exactly 12 days before our big day, we were so lost. We thought we had to cancel flights, we lost all our deposits, our tux company that we paid stayed they were going out of business. We only knew we had to keep our date because of sentimental reasons. Though hopeless- I scoured online one last time to try to find a last minute option for a wedding. A miracle occurred when we found the Cincinnati Club owned by McHales catering. I got in touch with Brittney and Carly who both worked swiftly to accommodate us after hearing our story. They coordinated a tasting, and helped us revise a two year plan in the span of under a week which they’re not normally permitted or able to do. They answered and addressed the colossal amount of questions and concerns we had super promptly and worked hard to make sure our big day was as perfect as we could hope. It was better than we could’ve hoped though. Our day was beautiful. The venue was so pleasant and the staff was over the top in their hospitality and the attention to last minute details took all the stress out of planning a last minute wedding. Ownership personally addressed and thanked our party on several occasions to make sure we were happy. With the current pandemic, I think it’s only reasonable to assume every business is hurting at least to some degree. If you’re considering the Cincinnati Club, my recommendation is that you put them at the top of your preferred venues. They deserve all the business they can handle. The Cincinnati Club is an absolutely gorgeous venue. We had our ceremony in the Gold Room and our reception in the Oak Room. Both are beautiful and we loved that our guests could seamlessly move from the ceremony, to cocktail hour, to the reception all in the same building. McHale's was incredible to work with and the entire staff made the planning process and the day of run smoothly! We got so many compliments on the venue, food, and staff. We are SO HAPPY we found the Cincinnati Club and McHale's.

We couldn't have picked a better location for our wedding reception in September. The Harrison Ballroom was perfect for our guest count (150). The staff at McHale's went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect - they even accommodated some of our personal requests without hesitation. They are also the reason I did not have to hire a planner or day-of coordinator. They contacted all of my vendors to assure everything would be set up and displayed according to our preference. I would without hesitation pick to have my wedding reception here or any other large event in the future!

Such a beautiful and elegant venue! I am still having guests compliment us how amazing of a place it was! The workers and staff were phenomenal always checking to make sure things were going well and if we needed anything. They also did a wonderful job setting everything up so there was no stress on me. I wish I could give over 5 stars because they deserve so much more!

We LOVED working with the Cincinnati Club! We lived out of town for the main portion of our planning process and Lindsey could not have made our lives any easier (which is something to say for a 5 month engagement/planning process!)! Lindsey was super detail oriented and kept us on track for what should be done by when, what is traditional, and was very cool with our DIY items. They even let us set up most of the room which was awesome as an artist! The night of our event, the staff was superb with keeping track of which guests belonged to the wedding upstairs or to ours. They were friendly, professional, and easy going. They kept us on time for everything, drinks in our hands, and guests happy. The only thing I might have improved is the food but we still received tons of compliments on it so I think it was just me. Overall, in terms of expense, service, and an excellent event, you cannot go wrong here! You will love them.

We loved having our wedding reception at the Cincinnati Club. I chose this venue because of the fair price they offered us after visiting many other venues with sky high rates. The communication and planning process was very professional and our event coordinator's communication was always great. Our guests complimented us on the venue as well as the food. The dance floor was spacious and we loved using their lighting vendor, it really added a special touch to the space. They treated my family and I so well throughout the night and handled the hectic and stressful process of set-up and clean-up very well.

The prettiest and classiest venue in all of the greater Cincinnati area. Excellent value for all you get. The food and service was unparalleled. Everyone said it was one of the best weddings they have ever been to.
