I can’t recommend The Cincinnati Rivercenter enough. Where do I begin, the view, the food, the accommodations and the staff were all incredible. The entire staff was amazing and helped to deliver an unforgettable weekend for my daughter, son-in law and our guests.
Having a large majority of guests traveling to Cincinnati, the Marriott was able to help us deliver a fun filled destination wedding for our guests.
My daughter’s wedding began at check-in on Friday with a friendly greeting from the hotel staff, welcome gift bags from us and complimentary beverages from the hotel as it also was the kick-off for Octoberfest. The updated, open and spacious lobby provided plenty of seating and conversational areas for guests to relax and visit during and after check-in.
Friday evening our guests were invited to a Welcome Reception in the lobby at Mash and Oak with the bridal party. This was such a fun and unique start to the weekend as everyone was able to offer congratulations to the bride and groom and enjoy the wedding party. We had an amazing turnout as guests that were local or staying at other area hotels came for this event.
After retiring to our comfortable rooms, the next day began with breakfast in the lobby for our guests or in the ready room for the bridal party.
The staff made our guests feel special while working silently behind the scenes to set up for the cocktail hour in the atrium and the reception in the riverside ballroom.
The staff, worked with our vendors and took care of everything allowing me and my daughter to just enjoy the experience.
The food was delicious and we had so many compliments on the service.
That with the view of the city and river created an unforgettable experience!
Many of our guests stayed through Monday and continued to enjoy the pool and other events in Cincinnati!
I only have positive things to say about having my wedding at the Cincinnati Marriott at RiverCenter. I absolutely loved working with Hugh. On my wedding day the staff made sure that I was ok the entire day and attending to all my needs, I felt so special and it really felt like everything was being taken care of. The view of Cincinnati from the ballroom is beautiful and I felt like the ballroom was set up wonderfully for my wedding. I couldn’t be happier with my experience, I only have positive things to say about the staff I worked with and how my wedding day went overall
Hugh and the rest of the Marriott crew helped us create the wedding of our dreams. We were thrilled with how relaxed and smoothly things went on our wedding day. They did an excellent job with ensuring that my meal met my dietary restriction. We had the atrium for our cocktail hour and the Riverview ballroom for our reception. The outside space was perfect for guest to enjoy the weather.
Any questions?
Spectacular. There really are no words to describe how great our experience with the Marriott was. Due to COVID part of the staff had been furloughed which caused us to lose our coordinator, Emma. We ended up working with Hugh Moore who literally treated us like royalty. Hugh hooked us up with nothing but the best! He made sure my wedding party and guests had the most top-notch stay all weekend (as most my guests also booked a room using the block). Hugh coordinated everything the day of, he even came to our room to make sure everything would be in place. My party was greeted with a bottle, drinks, and appetizers all set out in our room before we made our entrance down in the ballroom. The view was AMAZING!!!! My guests were blown away. At the end of the reception, as I am barely making my way back to our room after a very *fun* night, Hugh stops us and asks if we wanted a late checkout, and he took care of it all right there and then. One of my favorite moments with Hugh and the staff! The Marriott made our night SO memorable, I recommend this place to everyone. Best view of downtown Cincinnati in the city!

Thank you Katelyn, We were so glad to be part of your special day. Hugh will settle for nothing less than making sure your day is equal with our view, AMAZING!
Let me start out with THESE ARE THE BEST VIEWS OF THE CITY!! The views of the Cincinnati skyline and the overly-welcoming staff at Marriott are what drew us to this space.
We had our wedding reception at this Marriott, and we CANNOT brag enough about the space!! The entire hotel is renovated top to bottom... making it modern and BEAUTIFUL! On a perfect fall day, our guests were able to enjoy the outdoor terrace with fire pits to look on the views of the city. All of the staff were more than accommodating for our day, even through the pandemic. Everyone from the front desk attendant to the wedding coordinator went above and beyond to make sure we had a perfect event. Due to the COVID environment, we worked with Emma McVay, Emily Johnson, and Hugh Moore for the wedding coordination from start to finish, and the transition was seamless. You could definitely tell the communication was robust between everyone. Hugh was our day-of coordinator who facilitated all of the set-up, clean-up and coordination of the entire event. He was AMAZING. Thank you, Hugh, for going above and beyond for us!
We used this hotel for out of town guests, and for a Bridal Prep Room for our daughter and her bridal party on her wedding day on the weekend of February 14th - 16th. The staff was very accommodating throughout our stay. The hotel is undergoing major renovations in their common areas, and upon check in, we were informed that the bridal room was not in optimal condition as the renovations to the room were not quite completed. So, as a surprise, we were switched to the 15th floor Presidential Suite for 2 nights as well as using it as the bridal prep room! Bravo to Emma, our Event Sales Manager and the Marriott staff who really added a special touch to our wedding weekend. We cannot wait to see how beautiful the renovations will be, and will definitely return. Thanks so much!
I had a very stressful wedding week (thanks COVID) and after an error with our booking; the staff at the Marriott stepped up big time to take a lot off my plate. They were able to correct the error and upgraded me to the Presidential Suite for FREE! It made my whole wedding an amazing experience and I truly felt like a princess.
The Marriott has a great view and location, but the staffing and service for our guests and the Bride and Groom were dismal. Emma worked with me very well with the room block, bridal ready room, and food, and has been notified of my concerns. However, multiple guests at check in were told their rooms were a higher rate despite having their confirmations. Resolution only came by asking for a manager. Rooms were still not ready at the 4:00 check in time for guests arriving the day of the 5:00 wedding. They were "invited" to change in the fitness center, and could not check in until after the reception. Also amenities contracted in the room block for the bride and groom were not present that night. They also were not able to check in prior to leaving for photos at 2:30, had their bags checked with the promise of the bags being delivered to their room. They checked in at midnight after the reception, went to their room, and had no bags. They returned to the front desk and were given 2 of 3 bags with the 3rd bag not found until the next day. Their room was also to be complimentary per the room block contract and they were charged. That charge has not been refunded yet. Not the once in a lifetime experience for your wedding!!!
We could not have been more pleased with the venue for our rehearsal dinner. Emma was outstanding to work with and was such a big help. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel!!!
We got married at the Rivercenter on May 18th, and Emma had been amazing since day one! She helped make my life so much easier and made sure all my questions were answered right away. Everything went so smoothly and we all had a blast. Thank you Emma so much for everything!

Thank you Andrew, we can't wait to welcome you back soon!
Wonderful weekend at the Cincinnati Marriott RiverCenter. My son’s dinner rehearsal was held in the riverview ballroom it was beautiful. Emma did a wonderful job of pulling it all together! The view is gorgeous! Amy took care of the room block and made sure family members request were met, awesome Job. Staff at the front desk were so helpful and kind. The manager on site the night of dinner rehearsal was on top of it all. Nice hot buffet and great bartender. The hotel is going through a renovation so some rooms put up with noise. The manager on site handled any complaints and got it all rectified with no problems. The renovated rooms are beautiful. A+

Thank you so much Sherry, you were a joy to work with. We hope to have you back soon!
We had our wedding reception at the Marriott RiverCenter in October. Aryn was awesome to work with and made everything so easy from the start! She was always quick to respond to any questions we had and could tell she genuinely wanted us to enjoy a great wedding. She saved me a lot of time & stress the week and day of the wedding by working with our other vendors directly, instead of me having to be the middle-man. Our one concern was that the room wouldn’t be big enough to accommodate our large wedding (over 200 guests). Come wedding day, I don’t know why we had even worried about it – there was plenty of space and the room didn’t feel cramped at all!
Months later, our guests are STILL raving about the cocktail hour (balcony & amazing view of downtown), delicious food, how large the portions at dinner were, and overall how great a venue it was! The staff were wonderful to work with the day of the wedding and Chelsea made sure the day ran smoothly for us. The Marriott had a couple of rooms set up for the girls & guys to get ready in (complete with high-top chairs, mirrors, extension cords…things you wouldn’t even think about needing to bring), and the reception hall was decorated exactly how I pictured it. We are so beyond thrilled we chose the Marriott to have our wedding reception! Thanks to Aryn, Chelsea, and the rest of the staff for making our wedding day so perfect!
We had our wedding ceremony and reception this past weekend (11/11/17) at the Marriott here. Everything was literally perfect. We originally booked with Aryn back in August 2016 and she was amazing in every way. She was always promptly responding to my constant questions and emails about little details- comforting me and providing me with various options for covering or removing the big black banners in the gazebo for our ceremony. She even let us set up our arbor/chuppa on Friday night before our rehearsal and their staff provided us with a room last minute to hide in before the ceremony! They were all fantastic and made every little detail absolutely perfect. Best of all was our private server, Marianne, at the reception. She made sure we had anything we could've needed drinks, food, water--you name it and she made sure we were taken care of. I cannot recommend this venue enough! It was truly the magical day I dreamed of!
We had our Wedding and Rehearsal Dinner at The Cincinnati Marriott Rivercenter on October 20th and 21st 2017. It is hard to put into words how great everyone at this venue is. Aryn or wedding coordinator was AMAZING she made the weekend perfect. The Riverview room turned out just the way we pictured. The entire staff was very accommodating and nice. The bartender at the Reception was a hit with all of our guests. She remembered everyones drinks and had a smile the entire time. Our guests continue to let us know how great of a time they had and how much they loved this hotel. We would recommend this venue to anyone that is considering it as an option!
My groom and I searched all over Cincinnati for the perfect reception venue and with so many out of town guests, the Cincinnati Marriott RiverCenter was perfect. Aryn (wedding planner), Chelsea (catering) and Beth (room block) were all so accommodating and amazing to work with! Our wedding on 10/20/17 was everything we had hoped and dreamed it would be! Thank you for everything!

I had my rehearsal dinner and ceremony at the Marriott rivercenter in the large gazebo space in the lobby, and because of the sales manager, Aryn, I am giving this 1/5 stars.
We originally met with Aryn in May 2016 and the wedding took place on October 7, 2017. When we originally met with Aryn she told me how they would order a white drape to cover the Marriott Rivercenter sign and to give our ceremony privacy. She also went over our options for chairs and set up, and said we would go over that in more detail closer to the wedding. She also pointed out terrace room II and said this is where I would get ready. It wasn't until a few months prior to the wedding when she let me know I actually had to rent that room, and now the only room Available was terrace room I. The room ended up working, but it was small for 4 bridesmaids, hair stylists, a makeup artist, and my mom. Had she told me I had to reserve that room, I would have done so in May when I paid my deposit.
Communications with Aryn was always awful-- I would send an email asking 3 questions and she would answer one. Despite this, I was polite, because I just wanted everything to go smoothly for the wedding.
We met again in August to go over all final details . I told her I wanted to order the drape in white and I wanted gold chairs with white cushions. She wrote everything down and assured me she would rent it.
The week of the wedding I sent her an email because I never received anything about paying my final balance. We communicated on Wednesday before the wedding and later that day I found out from the mother of the groom that Aryn told her she would not be there on Friday or Saturday. I couldn't believe Aryn didn't mention this to me during our emails. I brought this up to her and she gave me the names of the people who would be there, but never even acknowledged the fact that she didn't tell me, when I was the one planning the entire ceremony.
The day of the rehearsal dinner , the space was set up with black conference chairs and no drape. I brought up my concerns with Robert (covering for Aryn) and he told me he will look for the chairs and the drape will come tomorrow.
The morning of the wedding Chelsea (also covering for Aryn) was helping us and Informed me that Aryn never ordered the chairs or the drape. The space looked like I was going to hold a meeting and not a wedding. I began to cry, not the tears you expect the morning of your wedding. I had been planning this wedding for a year and a half and literally all Aryn had to do for the ceremony was order chairs and a drape, and she failed. We were unable to get the drape and chairs at this point from the rental company, but thankfully, Chelsea called around to different companies and told me she was able to get a drape and similar chairs delivered in time for the ceremony.
A few days after the wedding my credit card was charged $2,000 by the Marriott without my consent for those rented items. Chelsea never had mentioned any price and I never signed anything. I assumed I wouldn't have to pay for anything, since it was an error on their part. As much as I disliked how it looked with the black chairs and the Marriott banners, had I known it would cost $2,000 I would have said to leave the original chairs. Luckily, my husband was able to get SOME of that money refunded.
Working with Aryn gave me a terrible experience at the Marriott and I would not recommend her or the Marriott to anyone for a wedding.

I cannot thank the Marriott Cincinnati RiverCenter enough for how much they helped with wedding coordination and how beautiful their venue is! We got married in the gazebo in the middle of the hotel, and it was truly breathtaking. I could not have imagined a more beautiful ceremony space. Aryn, who helped coordinate the wedding at the RiverCenter, was extremely responsive and so accommodating. I recommend this venue to everyone! the skylights in the gazebo are just breathtaking! :)

I wish you and John nothing but the best on this next chapter of your lives together! It was a pleasure getting to be apart of such a special weekend. Please let us know if there is anything we can help with in the future.

I would love to write that I had as amazing of an experience with this Marriott as so many others have but, while it is a beautiful venue and the day of my wedding was fantastic, every other aspect of working with this Marriott has been a nightmare- from before to after.
To elaborate- I began working with Heather, who from day one, cancelled her first meeting with us, the day of, and then was late to the meeting she rescheduled. This should have been my first red flag but, I was so in love with the beauty and location of this venue and assumed with a reputation like the Marriott's, that I thought maybe Heather was just really busy (it happens to the best of us!). From that point forward, getting any answers from or ahold of Heather at all, was nearly impossible-which was concerning but, at that point our wedding was still pretty far out and it was nothing urgent, and while the lack of response was very unprofessional, I let it go, as I knew she probably had a lot on her plate. About a month and a half before our wedding, I still had not heard a peep from Heather so, I attempted to contact her again, with no luck. After 3 weeks of not hearing back, I FINALLY received a call from Heather's replacement, Jennifer.
Jennifer (who is unfortunately no longer there), was wonderful to work with up to and through our wedding reception. Having her come in was such a breath of fresh air and gave me hope that my wedding would still be wonderful. She had me quickly fill out a survey with choices for the day of, which were apparently supposed to have been given to me by heather about 3 months out and she took everything from there. The day of my wedding was stress-free, they upgraded our complimentary room to a suite and there was not a thing that went wrong the day of.
The morning after the wedding was when things started going wrong again. After getting ready on our wedding day, I put my stuff in our suite and continued about my day- never assuming anything of mine would go missing. In the morning a bag of my things- including a cardigan, bra, steamer and shoes (all of which I had worn/used that day was missing. No one from the Marriott knew anything about but, there was no one else in our room- aside from the staff member that left us the sweet note and cake. They were so unwilling to work with on finding these that I gave up. When I asked for our cake vendors handmade cake tray and accessories back, they were and are still (2 months later) unable to locate any of the items and were unwilling to do anything to make the situation right until I flat out asked. 1 month ago, their Director of Sales and Marketing, Julie, agreed to reimburse our cake vendor for her misplaced items and she was given the cost to replace them. Our cake vendor is STILL waiting to receive the check.
If you want a beautiful venue, with a great view, this Marriott is a good option but, that is about it. While the day of our wedding was great, before and after have been so stressful, and at this point an annoyance that we are even still dealing with the Marriott, that it was almost not even worth having it here.
Maybe my standards are too high but, for a family spending thousands and thousands of dollars on top of having half of our guests reserve rooms (which our "discount" was more expensive than booking on their website) This Marriott has overall been very unprofessional and made us feel more of a nuisance than guests.
The staff at the Marriott Rivercenter did a wonderful job on a crazy night. We had our ceremony, cocktails and reception at the lovely hotel. With multiple events going on the same night and the fabulous Labor Day fireworks show also taking place, the staff were attentive and wonderful when it came to the set up, teardown, transitions between ballrooms. Although midway through the planning process, the original event planner we were working with at the hotel, changed jobs, the new event planner did a fantastic job picking up the slack.
Heather was amazing to work with. Our wedding was exactly how I envisioned. The Marriott handled everything and made the process so simple. They also worked with us to customize the menu. Our guests seemed to really like that the ceremony and reception were at the same place and then all they had to do was go upstairs to their room after the wedding. Would recommend this venue to any of my friends.
We had our rehearsal dinner at the Marriot Rivercenter in Covington, Ky. Heather and Maggie were able to meet and exceed all of our needs. I began the planning and initially started plans for our rehearsal dinner at the Marriott. During the course of our planning Heather also informed us that we would be eligible for a hospitality suite for the groomsmen the day of the wedding at no cost. Additionally we stayed there in a wonderful room on our wedding night. When we returned to the room after the big day, champagne, chocolate covered strawberries, and a handwritten wedding card awaited us from our hosts. My mom was so happy with the service that she planned a post-wedding brunch for members of our wedding party, family, and friends who stayed at the hotel during the course of the weekend. All in all, Heather and her staff helped make our wedding weekend one we will never forget for a very reasonable cost that met our budget. Thank you!!!
When my daughter got engaged, we started the process of looking for a venue. After going to a few other reception halls, we went to the Marriott Rivercenter and as soon as we met Heather, we knew this was the place. She was wonderful to work with and the wedding was perfect! The hotel and Heather went above and beyond to make my daughter and son in law have the wedding of their dreams. I would highly recommend them to anyone planning a wedding. All of the vendors she recommended were also great.
The Cincinnati Marriott at Rivercenter was more than we could have asked for or imagined in a venue! It's beautiful architectural structure and prime location in Covington within walking distance of downtown Cincinnati made for an amazing, unforgettable wedding weekend! The hotel staff was very accommodating with our many out of town guests in ensuring they had priority on rooms. We were beyond pleased with our rehearsal dinner in the River View Ballroom with a breathtaking view of the Cincinnati Skyline and a whole balcony to ourselves! Our wedding reception was held in the Covington Ballroom which was so inviting, and perfectly beautiful on our wedding day. Not only did the pure beauty of the hotel alone make our wedding weekend perfect, but there is something huge to be said about the remarkable service and staff throughout everything. Heather Paparella of the Cincinnati Marriott at RiverCenter went above and beyond to create the most perfect event I could imagine, not to mention our dream wedding. She was especially attentive to our wants and needs throughout the whole entire planning process. Her kindness and sincere care for us in making our event beyond perfect was something that could not be missed or compared to. We could not have ever dreamed of an event so special. We weren't the only ones who noticed it either. Throughout the event, our guests were coming up to us left and right expressing how impressed they were with the event. Many people expressed it was the best food they had ever eaten at a wedding! Our guests were also very impressed with the service throughout dinner, dessert, drinks, etc. She went above and beyond everything we could have ever imagined and working with her was a true pleasure!!!!! I would highly recommend Heather Paparella and the Cincinnati Marriott at RiverCenter for your wedding or any other social event!!
We had our wedding reception here, and they accommodated all of our requests! Every detail that I wanted was perfect and exactly what I wanted. The view was beautiful; there were floor to ceiling windows with the view of Cincinnati. The food was delicious, but a bit pricey. The wedding coordinator was very friendly and helpful throughout the entire planning process. The only problem we had was having a block of rooms set aside. We had family members try to book rooms, but our wedding wasn't in the system even though our reception was there.
Just recently had my wedding reception here in June 2013. It was absolutely amazing to work with Christy and her assistant, Maggie. They were always on top of everything and helped with a lot of planning as well as money saving tips. I was even allowed to have a mock design day with the table linens and table runners to make sure that I would be happy with the choices that I had made. Even better was when Christy allowed me to stay at the hotel the night before the wedding instead of the night of the wedding.
I have to say the best part was when I walked into the ballrooms. They are your typical convention rooms, which made me very nervous. But once I walked into the room with all the flowers, draping and lighting it made such a huge difference you would never have been able to tell what the room looked like before. Not to mention I did not have to stress about anything the day of the wedding and the service was absolutely excellent. I absolutely loved having my wedding here!
We used the Marriott Rivercenter for our rehearsal dinner. They were very flexible and accommodating! The food was delicious and the staff was very friendly! Christy was such a wonderful person to work with!!
Working with Christy Alwell was fun and easy. She makes you feel like you are in excellent, competent hands and offers creative ideas and money saving tips.
From the moment you walk into the door starting with the bellmen, the service is outstanding! The next morning when we left with all of our gifts and wedding paraphanalia everyone was soooo helpful and kind. They really make you feel like royalty!
The food was phenomenal and the hotel is beautiful. I would reccomend it to everyone. We got a ton of compliments from our guests on the food, the outstanding service and the beauty of the hotel.
The hotel staff was extremely helpful and took care of setting up everything, and cleaning it up. They coordinated with all of my vendors directly, so I didn't need to worry about a thing. The morning of we had a huge room to get ready in with food and drinks waiting for us.
My now husband and I spent a significant amount of time looking at venues while we were in town, since we live in Florida and always have limited time when we come back to Cincinnati. We knew we wanted to have our reception at a hotel because many of our guests would be coming from out of town and we liked the convenience of a hotel. When we saw the Marriott, we knew we loved it right away because of the big, beautiful gazebo and the location right on the river. Once we met Christy, the wedding coordinator there, we were sold. Christy was so easy to work with throughout the planning process and when she went on maternity leave she left us in the very capable hands of Maggie, her assistant, until she returned just three weeks before I wedding. Everything was executed so perfectly, right down to our every request and the banquet manager who took over the night, Randy, introduced himself to us before we even went into the reception and made us feel comfortable even after Christy left. The food was delicious and the candy bar that we decided on the week of the wedding was fabulous and a huge hit thanks to Christy! Our reception there earlier this month was everything we dreamed of and more!
well lit and very spacious.
I used the Marriott Rivercenter for my wedding ceremony, hotel block, and wedding brunch the day after the wedding. Maggie and Christy were the two sales managers that worked with my family and I and they were very friendly and helpful. Upon arrival hotel workers greeted us and kept asking how they could make our visit more comfortable. Sometimes during the months of planning there would be glitches that I didn't like such as parking is a pain and your guests will have to pay, however e Marriott made up for it in other ways such as giving us the waffle bar complimentary waffle bar.. The gazebo gave me the perfect outdoor feel that I wanted being inside. I would highly recommend Marrio
The Marriott is beautiful. All the event rooms are great. The guest rooms are nice. The staff is very accommodating. Service was outstanding. It was so convenient having the reception at the hotel where most of our guests stayed. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because there was a miscommunication about the final bill which I found misleading. Fortunately, it got resolved but it was a hassle and would have been very dissapointed if they did not fix it for us. Overrall, a wonderful experience!
We had the rehearsal dinner here for our wedding and I am so glad we did! Most of our guests were coming in from out of town (including myself) but Cincinnati is my home town and it was important to me that our out of town guest got an amazing view of just how great the Cincinnati/NKY area really is. So the riverview room at the Marriott was perfect! They were very cooperative with our plans and our needs in the planning process and their service was above and beyond. The food was delicious, and I couldn't have asked for a better rehearsal dinner. Can't beat great food and drinks with a river view and a balcony to take pictures on!

Susan,
Thank you for the wonderful comments! It was a pleasure to work with you and your family and I wish your daughter and new son in law all the happiness this life can give. I hope our paths cross again.
Thanks,
Christy Alwell
This is a difficult venue for us to rate due to the mixed emotions we have. For the most part, our experience with The Marriott was great! Our sales manager was professional, courteous and helped deliver to us exactly what we wanted for our wedding reception. Everything was perfect until my husband and I returned to our room at the hotel after the reception. Several envelopes containing monetary gifts had been ripped open (they had checks in them) and as it turns out, several turned up missing (the ones with cash). When we filed the complaint to our contact, it was directed to her supervisor as this situation was out of her hands (understandably). The Assistant General Manager reached out to us after hearing about our situation. He apologized and explained that nothing like this had ever happened before. He stated that he was going to start an investigation and be in touch in a couple of days to let us know what he had learned. After a week passed and hearing nothing from the Assistant General Manager, my husband and I both reached out to the Assistant GM and left voice messages with no return phone call, no email, no acknowledgment. To date, three weeks have passed and we have received NO communication, formal apology nor any suggestions/offers on how to rectify what has happened. We have since filed a police report as The Marriott has STILL not done a thing for us from a customer service standpoint regarding this situation. Who knows? Maybe all someone had to ask was, 'What can we do to make this right?' but they didn't, which has, unfortunately, left a bad taste in our mouths after what WAS a perfect night. Advice: Have a family member or someone you trust collect your cards during your event. Whoever had access to the 'birdcage' we borrowed from The Marriott made out like a bandit and was probably laughing all the way to the bank. Too bad...Would have highly recommended this venue had we not been robbed.
We chose this location, because it is a beautiful hotel with a tremendous view. We were married on Sunday July 24, 2011 and absolutely love this hotel. We live in Columbus, OH and chose this hotel, because it is the nicest Marriott in Ohio and have a great view of the skyline of Cinti. We were looking to maximize Marriott points, since I am a Platinum member, but this was so much more. The 7 story indoor gazebo made a spectacular location for the ceremony and cocktail hour. The Riverview room was perfect for our reception and gave a spectacular view of the river and skyline. Best of all was the food and service. Christy and Gabe made every detail perfect, so we could enjoy the day instead of worrying about what was next. The food was excellent, but the staff was even better. They were like extended members of our guests and made everything fun! Our guests loved their rooms and all raved about the food.
Highly recommend this hotel whether for a wedding or any special event. We traveled down to Cinti atleast 5 times while we were preparing and stayed here each time. We love this hotel and will still find reasons to go back.
the hotel and view are beautiful and the staff is amazing!!!! i didnt worry about a thing the day of my wedding because i trusted everyone was great at their job and would take care of everything , i had the wedding of dreams and got to enjoy it

Abby, Thank you for the wonderful review. It was a pleasure to work with you and I wish you all the luck and love in the world! Stay in touch. Christy Alwell
I loved the feeling you received when you walked out of the elevators into the grand atrium with the waterfall walls. very relaxed and elegant. every staff member went out of their way to accomodate all of our guests and our wedding coordinator was amazing the entire planning period. the bars that we had set up in the reception worked out fabulous and the timing on the dinner and preparation was perfect. everyone raved about the rooms and the bedding and the space they had for groups to relax and get together.
