He helped clean up at the end of the night and when he arrived, set up efficiently and quietly with no issues at all. We were very happy with his services and would absolutely recommend using him for your wedding!

Tom kept track of everything and served guests quickly, even with 140 guests we never saw a long line at the bar. He cleaned up everything very well at the conclusion of the event and helped us take out trash and pack up all leftover alcohol. We also had Tom provide self-serve water, tea and lemonade which was fantastic and cheaper than our caterer could do. Working with Tom is a little unusual compared to other vendors - we never signed a contract and just did a deposit through Venmo. Set some reminders to yourself to reach out to him a few months before your wedding to talk through the plan and get his recommendations of what you need. For a type A person like myself, the process was a little more laid back than I would have liked haha - but the numerous positive reviews gave me confidence Tom would get the job done. One tip to future couples: working with Cincy Bartiste will certainly save you money, but it is on you to put in the work to make sure you have proper quantities of everything. Tom will provide some rough estimates but nothing super detailed; I recommend doing your own research and thinking about your crowd and what they like to drink. We ended up with leftover beer and wine, and ran out of vodka about 7 PM, but of course that isn't Tom's fault. My advice is buy more than you need, from a place that will allow you to return unopened alcohol. Also, start your research early on finding drink brands that are good and affordable. We spent about $1,100 buying all our drinks at Total Wine and Party Source. Adding Tom's fee and tip, our price per guest ended up being around $13 for 5 hours of an open bar - which is an incredible deal, a third of the cost compared to other traditional venues. We can also return quite a bit of our leftover drinks which would bring the price per person down even more!

o go over our menu and what alcohol to get. Contacting him was very sporadic. I had work 7-4 M-F. I ended up buying/figuring out the amount of beer and wine we needed on my own. He helped out a little bit on what our signature drinks were. He let me know what cups to get the week of which would have been better to tell us sooner. The day before he checked in and let us know how much ice and items to get. Again, I would have liked to know the information sooner. Our wedding night, we ran out of my signature drink within 20 mins. I had bought the wrong quantities but was misguided and had very little assistance in the quantities to get. I was told by my mother in law he opened all the alcohol regardless of what was opened already. We over-purchased for our wedding of 80 guests. It would have been nice if he had opened less so that I could have returned the alcohol that was not opened. He was very helpful at the end of the night though. We ended our wedding early at around 8:30-9. Overall, he was great but would have appreciated more assistance in planning and preparing the bar for our guests.
