Katie and staff are wonderful to work with. Katie makes you feel like every details is the most important. The venue is beautiful for a small wedding. The brick and wood made our winter wedding pop. The thing i loved about this venue is that the pricing is written on the website and broken down so you exactly what you paying for. The day of the wedding they set everything up beautifully, so i could relax and be with my bridesmaids and knew everything would be perfect.
From the day we booked this venue to the decor pickup after our wedding, all of the staff was accommodating and great to communicate with. Katie and her staff were incredible the week of our wedding on 11/2/2024. We were able to arrange a day to drop off and set up some of our decor prior to the big day which helped alleviate some stress. Our wedding day came and everything ran so smoothly: outside vendors were on time, food was served hot to our guests, and the drinks were flowing all night long.
Picking Circa was the greatest decision we made and we are so glad we did! They provided linens (with colors of choice), excellent food, tables, and chairs. Katie works with you every step of the way and makes the entire process stress free. We had a smaller wedding of less than 100 guests attending and this venue was the perfect size for that!
This is the perfect venue for smaller weddings, with so much help along the way. If you are searching for a venue in the Kenosha County area, this is one you must see!
We had the absolute perfect wedding day on October 5th and I credit a large amount of that to the amazing team at Circa! Planning was so easy, so many things were included in our package (linens, photo booth, set up and take down of decorations, plated meals, open bar, decor rentals, venue coordinator!) and I we didn't have one single issue the day of our wedding. Our coordinators, Katie and Anna made everything run flawlessly. We were able to do our rehearsal the night before the wedding and see all of the decorations set up which made our actual wedding day completely stress free for me! If I were to plan my wedding all over again I would 100% still choose Circa on 7th as our venue!
Circa on 7th was everything I could have ever hoped for in a wedding venue. I was not the type of Bride that wanted to configure everything, so having a venue with a day of coordinator was essential. Katie Franz was our coordinator and she was absolutely amazing. She listened to my husband and I and helped bring our wedding to life. She made the day a lot less stressful by coordinating everyone. The venue's food was also top notch! Our guests are still raving about the chicken and waffles appetizer a month later! Over all this was my dream wedding and I am so thankful I got to work with the Circa on 7th staff.
Katie was amazing to work with. She was patient, understanding and took the stress off of everyone so our wedding day could be perfect! Everything went so smoothly and I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day! Being a Circa bride was the best decision I ever made!
Circa on Seventh was an outstanding venue for our February 2024 wedding. We wanted a space that could accommodate our 140 guests, but still feel intimate and cozy without feeling too crowded. This venue was the perfect choice. We had a very specific vision for how we wanted our wedding to look and feel, and Circa completely DELIVERED! It was even more magical than we could have dreamed of.
Hanni and the staff at Circa made the entire planning process SO much less stressful. From promptly answering our (many) emails, handling ALL of the setup and take down of décor, and providing us with lots of reassurance that our day would go smoothly; anxious brides should look NO FURTHER! The peace of mind that they were able to provide us leading up to and on the day of our wedding was priceless. They even helped us time our processional entrances so that the bridal entrance happened at an exact timestamp in our song! Their undivided attention to these small details just demonstrates how much they truly care about each couple. Don’t even get us started on how much they nailed the décor. We can’t believe how beautiful and elegant they made our day just from a few basic conversations and inspiration pictures we provided them.
Our guests have shared with us how magical it felt, how much fun they had at the reception, and how great the food was! Truthfully, we weren’t expecting much from wedding food—so we were VERY pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food at Circa. They also have multiple options to accommodate dietary restrictions (which this vegetarian bride definitely appreciated). The late-night pizzas that we added on were also a hit after a few hours of dancing!
The entire day went seamlessly. The staff was able to flip our ceremony space into a reception at lightning speed and without disrupting our guests, they were incredibly attentive to us and to everyone in attendance, and we have nothing but wonderful things to say about the entire experience. We will recommend this venue to everyone we know!
I had virtually no stress on my wedding day. The venue was perfect for the amount of guests I had. Katie handled EVERYTHING and I cannot express enough how stress-free I was during this whole process thanks to her. If I had to do it over again, I would for sure pick Circa.
A wedding day ... months of planning, ordering, meetings and coordinating. Hours of figuring out the details and making decision. Every couple wants a perfect day. Circa on Seventh and Culinary Infusion provided a beautiful venue and delicious food. On the important day was when we realized we were OVER PROMISED AND UNDER DELIVERED. The most awkward occurrence was a significant delay (30+ minutes) from the removal of the salad plates to the serving of the entree. This was a very disturbing and embarrassing time for the bride and her family as many of the guests brought it to our attention. Another example was the promise of a bottle of high-end scotch for the groom. The details were discussed at several meetings, promises were made but the 'day of coordinator' did not follow through. In the days following, when the coordinator was questioned about the large gap between the salad and entree, she stated that she was "unaware and would check with her team." We even reached out to the office regarding the same and an answer or explanation has NOT been provided. There were several other issues during this important day including Circa's 'day of coordinator' being frequently distracted. Thousands of dollars was paid to Circa and Culinary Infusion and we feel over promised and under delivered.
Circa on Seventh could not have been a better place to marry the love of my life. The staff went above and beyond with everything our wedding day needed. Kelsey was so responsive and was always available to help and answer any questions we had. Not only did she help throughout the planning process leading up to the wedding but on the day of, I would have been lost without her. They truly made sure we would have the BEST DAY EVER every step of the way!
Circa on Seventh and Sarah were the best to work with! Had to change venues at the last minute and so happy we ended up at Circa on Seventh! Sarah responded right away when I emailed her, she was a pleasure to work with! Sarah went above and beyond to accommodate us! The food was amazing, everyone commented on how good the food was! So thankful we ended up there because it really is such a nice place!
We had to reschedule in WI due to COVID restrictions (no dancing in IL) and we were very underwhelmed with the level of service we received. They cut our top tier which was specifically noted to be saved. Both Kelseys provided great service but when we got moved to our “event coordinator” Sarah things definitely went south. Half the time they didn’t know what I was talking about and I never saw her the night of the event. Maybe once because she asked me which were parent tables so she could serve them first, but I felt like that should have been already known? Not only that, when asked about a piece of decor that was half set up (the venue wasn’t even set up when we arrived at 3:45 and guests were arriving at 4/4:30) she snapped at my MOH very unprofessionally that it wasn’t a priority at this time (she was checking that they were going to put up the other half). We also had to ask them to bring our cake out which was supposed to be presented on a table as guests arrived but was MIA. Thankfully out photography team went to find the coordinator to get it out. We had a presentation and she didn’t communicate with the DJ to even turn off the lights during this presentation so it looked terrible. We had to get a bridal party member to do it halfway through. Our glasses had lipstick on them (on the sweetheart table- so gross). Dinner and appetizers came out slow when we finished our plates people were still getting served... Their butler passed service was underwhelming - clearly they are trying to put as few appetizers as possible out to lower costs. The late night snacks were put away so early we weren’t able to try them and they didn’t even work with the DJ to announce they were served or a last call. Every part of decor set up we were made to feel like an inconvenience, everything was too hard, whereas when when we were booking them they said our decor would be no problem at all to set up. Our bridal room was supposed to have drinks and things in the mini fridge, nothing was there, they also didn’t give us the code we were promised to lock the room. Lots of spider webs on the top floor area so I’m not sure how well they clean. If you are looking for a step up to a banquet hall this works but that’s def not the level of service we were expecting. If I could do it over again we would not have had our wedding here. We should have known because when we went in for our tasting they actually had us come during someone else’s wedding! We were most likely eating their food selections and the women were in the office all night. If they are attending to events they should get off the computer and get their hands dirty. The food is pretty good minus the salad, so that was a plus. The service staff/bartenders were also sweethearts. Those were the 2 redeeming factors.
This team is everything and more! Kelsey B. was a great help from the start to the finish. My parents thought I was a bit wild for getting married at a place with catering in house, but now my dad is so thankful. It was a breeze having one point of contact for food, drinks, set up etc. It was so easy dropping my decor off the week of, walking through it all with the team, and then walking in on our wedding day all set up beautifully. It was incredibly nice not having to stress about setting it up myself. The food was delicious and many guests could not get over the cute litle chicken and waffles! The late night pizza was a hit and EVERYONE loved it. Overall, we could not have asked for a better place for the reception!
Hands down the best decision I made! The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, my event coordinator (Kelsey B.) made the entire wedding planning process SIGNIFICANTLY less stressful, their catering (Culinary Infusion) is by far the best, they handle ALL the set-up and take-down, they’ve got a super cute on-site bridal suite to get ready the morning of, plus so much more! Kelsey was seriously the best - she listened to everything I said, was very responsive, helped me pick out pretty much all my vendors, and made sure our wedding day went off without a beat!! Highly recommend choosing Circa!!
Very accommodating to any changes I wanted to make, easy to get a hold of, and great at following up with me during planning. Not always on top of changes after we'd discussed them, but it's wedding season, I'm sure they have like 50 they're trying to keep straight.
I worked with both Kelsey's and I have to say they were both wonderful, enthusiastic, and paid attention to what I wanted.
What can I not recommend about Circa on Seventh? Our wedding was absolutely perfect and truly exceeded our expectations. Choosing Circa on Seventh was easy for so many reasons, but one of the main ones being how amazingly easy they make wedding planning. From having an event coordinator (the amazing Kelsey B) that helps you with everything from booking your DJ, helping choose your linen colors, and setting up EVERYTHING the day of the wedding. They truly bring your wedding vision to life.
Circa on Seventh as the venue itself is absolutely stunning. If you are looking for more of an intimate setting, you will get that feel at Circa on Seventh. From the beautiful chandeliers to the exposed brick through out, the character is to die for. Located in beautiful down town Kenosha with a lot of different areas to take photos and hotel within walking distance for guest.
Don’t even get me started on the food!! SO GOOD! All of our family and friends could not stop talking about how good the hor d'oeuvres, dinner, and dessert was.
Overall, we could not be happier with Circa on Seventh. We are forever thankful for them for making our wedding day so special, memorable, and fun! 🥰
Circa on Seventh was the easiest team my wife and I have ever worked with, hands down. From the second we saw their venue up until the last minute of our wedding reception, they were amazing to work with. We worked with both Kelsey Brunner and Kelsey Tover and they truly took the stress out of planning the wedding. Whenever my Wife or I had a question, we would shoot them an email and they were very responsive! The venue itself is beautiful and perfectly decorated. We had a "micro wedding" with only about 25 of our closest family and friends so there was plenty of room for dancing and talking! But, if you wanted to have a larger wedding, they are able to accommodate that with ease. Both times we visited the venue (for the initial tour and the tasting) they had the place set for larger weddings over 100! Really great people to work with, really great venue, and really great food. You cannot go wrong with Circa on Seventh!
Circa on Seventh was an amazing venue to work with. We choose them based on the reviews we read as well as loving the intimacy the venue provided versus a huge ballroom. It was the first venue we toured and nothing else we looked at compared. We never imagined a pandemic would happen in the middle of our wedding planning but working with Kelsey B. was amazing and she set us at ease while we moved forward. The food and service were outstanding. The day went off without a hitch. Our guests had an amazing time and are still talking about the food. Bonus: Circa on Seventh set up and tore down all of our wedding decorations. This was a huge weight off our shoulders and they did an amazing job. Thank you so much!!!!!
Circa on Seventh blew us away! After having to cancel our destination wedding due to COVID, we quickly threw together a whole new wedding in just of a month.
Circa on Seventh made things so easy for us to do this! We had them do everything from Center pieces, to cake, decor, etc. and it was all beautiful. They made our day stress-free and I felt like I did not have to do anything other than show up and get married.
The food for dinner was amazing. All of our guests raved at how yummy it was!

Everything about this venue was perfect. From the way the groomsmen met the bridesmaids at the end of the stairs and even the food- was to die for. My coordinator was perfect with helping me plan everything and made sure everything in my night went smoothly.
Cons- although my coordinator helped me make sure everything was set and perfect, she did take quite a few days to respond to me. The other cons were that my guests or myself were not notified when the candy, pizza, cake, cupcakes or photobooth were out. Since It was all placed in the back room, no one really seen or knew they were in the room. Also, the caterers were in a rush to take our plates when mostly everyone had not sat down yet or even knew the food was passed out.
Circa on Seventh was the best choice for our wedding day! The staff works tirelessly to make the day run as smoothly as possible, and takes on so many tasks, like set up and clean up so that you do not have to worry about that on your special day! The food was incredible, the space was clean, beautiful, and elegant, and everyone went above and beyond. Absolutely have your wedding here!
My husband and I had our wedding reception at Circa for a November wedding that had 135 people attend. We routinely talk about how it was the BEST decision we made in planning our wedding. The food was incredible (and there are a ton of options), the aesthetics were perfect for the elegance we wanted, the size was spot on for our guest count, but ultimately, their staff is really worth every penny. Kelsey was our event coordinator, and she was so special. We didn't have to worry about a single thing during the whole process. She reminded us when she needed information/payment, she worked with our vendors the day-of, she set everything up with the staff and took everything down... I have never been so impressed with a single staff member of a team ever. Choose Circa, and you will simply have to deal with dozens of compliments about your reception every time you see any of your loved ones for the next several weeks.
My husband and I started planning our wedding about a year in advance. We live in Arizona so planning the wedding from so far away was extremely challenging but from our very first visit to Circa the team was so well prepared and extremely professional. When we arrived for our first visit they were prepared with all the information from menus to table sets, after the meeting they followed up promptly. They made the entire process very easy. We were even able to send family members to the venue for the spring tasting to help us pick the menu because we couldn’t make a trip to Kenosha. About 2 months before the wedding our coordinator left, and I was terrified! But Kelsey the venue director took over and she never missed a beat! She even helped smooth over a few concerns we had after a visit to Kenosha in June. Then during the week of the wedding Kelsey helped put us at ease, going over details with us until we were comfortable with everything. The day of the wedding it started to rain and at the last minute we had to move the ceremony inside. I was so upset but I called Kelsey and she immediately calmed me down and talked me through the new plan. She was able to call the staff in early and get everyone set up before guests arrived, we only had to move the ceremony back by thirty minutes which worked out because it gave us more time for pictures. After all the hustle and bustle of the ceremony was over, we were able to fully enjoy our party. The service team was so professional, and the food was AMAZING! We got compliments the entire evening and the weeks that followed. We loved having our wedding at Circa, the venue is so gorgeous, and the professionalism of the staff made everything perfect. We were able to give the team a little direction and from there they brought our vision to life. I keep getting compliments from our family and friends, we can't thank you enough for making our wedding dreams come true!
What a fantastic venue! They can really customize the evening to make it everything you dreamed of. We were fortunate to have Kelsey as a coordinator and she is fantastic! She patiently answered all of my thousand questions that I emailed, decorated the venue exactly as I envisioned with the decor I provided, listened to our concerns and vision, and stayed so calm and collected through it all. It made me feel WAY less stressed which to a bride means the world. The food was also THE BEST wedding food I’ve ever had. You won’t regret booking at Circa.
We had our ceremony and reception at Circa and I can't say enough good things about the whole staff and the venue. A big part of why we decided to book Circa was how responsive and professional Kelsey was when we first came to tour the space. I'm so glad we made that choice because she was amazing to work with and made us feel at ease during the whole process and promptly got back to us on all of our questions. The day of they kept us moving and on schedule without being pushy or making us feel rushed. They had champagne for us before the ceremony and drinks and appetizers ready for us when we got back for the cocktail hour. They think about every little detail so you don't need to and it was so appreciated during the whole day. Lastly the food was amazing and we received so many compliments from our guests! Everything the entire day from the ceremony to the reception exceeded our expectations and Kelsey and the staff at Circa were a huge part of that.
Circa on Seventh was a beautiful venue for our wedding! We had 75 guests in attendance and we held both our ceremony and reception at Circa. The chandeliers and exposed brick really added to the venue’s charm and made for awesome photos and an intimate feel. The location in downtown Kenosha was also perfect; there’s so much to do in the area and bars were open after the reception for everyone to continue having fun. The beach is nearby too so we were able to take wedding party photos there before the ceremony. We chose to have passed hors d’oeuvres, a buffet style meal, and the dessert buffet, and we heard over and over again from guests that the food was delicious!
It was also so helpful to work with Kelsey in the planning and organizing. She was very responsive to all my questions and was genuinely excited and interested in our vision and hopes for the day. I especially appreciated that Kelsey emailed me throughout the year to check in about details and decisions; it kept me organized and prevented me from being overwhelmed. I also appreciated how she helped us stage everything with our wedding party during the rehearsal. It was convenient that we could bring in our centerpiece and decor items anytime the week of the wedding and the staff set them up for us. That was a huge thing I didn’t have to put on my to do list, especially on the wedding day! All the staff at Circa were so nice and professional throughout the entire night. I’m so happy that we chose Circa on Seventh!
I had my wedding reception here in August and I can't say enough good things about this place! The staff is amazing and they were extremely easy to communicate with. The venue is gorgeous and it is well-maintained. All the food from the appetizers to the desserts were delicious! Our guests couldn't get enough of the appetizers. The chicken for dinner was cooked perfectly and the cheddar and chive mashed potatoes were a huge hit! Everyone also loved that the chocolate chip cookies, which were part of the dessert bar, were still warm when they came out! The staff was also quick to clear the dinner tables that had to be moved because they were on the dance floor. I had multiple guests come up to me throughout the night saying how gorgeous the venue was and how they were so full because they couldn't stop eating the food. Kelsey, the Venue Director, who we worked with prior to the wedding was even there that night to make sure everything went smoothly. She had staff bring up drinks and appetizers to the bridal suite when we first arrived and had drinks ready at the head table when we sat down to eat. I am still receiving compliments from guests, and a few have even said this is this the best wedding venue they've ever been to. Circa on Seventh truly made our wedding reception perfect and I am so happy my husband and I decided to choose them as our venue!
We could not be more pleased with how our wedding turned out at Circa on 7th. Kelsey was a joy to work with every step of the way - answering calls, emails, and being available when we were in town. She made it super easy to plan our wedding from Chicago! She was also our day-of contact & had everything under control with vendor set-up.
The day-of went off without a hitch, everything was exactly how we envisioned it, and the food was delicious!
This was the perfect venue - great location with everything in one place (including a planner), which was a huge selling point for us. We don't feel like anything was compromised by having everything under one roof. 100% would recommend Circa to future brides & grooms.
Out of all the venues we explored in the area, Circa hands down was the best. We worked with Kelsey. She was simply amazing from start to finish. The venue itself is beautiful and very fairly priced, but it was great to also have staff that seemed to truly care about our special day and everything that went into it. Would highly recommend!
Where to even start? It was so beautiful and Kelsey was so helpful. We got so many compliments on how beautiful it was and how perfect it was. Everything was set up perfectly and spaced out and very cozy and stress free. Along with the venue, the food was amazing as well. I couldnt have asked for a better place to have my reception and prices were perfect.
Circa on Seventh has an amazing staff. From the initial visit, to the ultimate event night. The venue is perfect, the staff is responsive, and the chef’s were amazing for our special night. From the details they specifically honored to the attention they provided not only to our wedding party but to the guests was beyond what I could have expected. Circa on Seventh was seventh heaven to work with on my young cousin's bridal shower a couple weeks ago! This began as long distance planning as I live in Ohio. Megan was wonderful to work with from answering all my detailed questions and responding to all my requests on a timely basis. She accommodated my requests for in person appointments when I made trips to Wisconsin and ensured that all was done ahead of time. We were specific in how we wanted everything to look and I only had to ask and it was done. I had asked for changes in the menus which she was able to accommodate. From people who had attended events at Circa previously I knew the food would be good but it was absolutely yummy the day of the shower. Lots of people went back for seconds! We heard so many great comments. The day of the shower, the staff was so helpful and so responsive in helping with one of the guests who arrived an hour late due to terrible traffic. From the mothers of the future bride and groom to the attendants to the bride to be herself, we were very pleased with our experience here. Anyone looking for a venue whether a shower, a wedding, a corporate event can be sure that they will have a wonderful experience by choosing Circa on Seventh.
In conjunction with our venue, Circa on Seventh, Culinary Infusion provides amazing food! The tasting was full of many options we were thinking about and very generous portions. The chef even came to check on us and talked to us about his tasty food! We also worked with Kelsey and she is AMAZING! What great service. Amazing food, amazing set up, all around great!
Our coordinator Kelsey and the entire Circa team were amazing to work with from beginning to end. We had a two-year engagement and Kelsey never lost touch of where we were in the planning process. She has a fool-proof way to make sure every detail gets covered and Kelsey was so kind and patient as we asked a million questions and at times maybe the same questions. She was very responsive and made sure communication was clear throughout all emails and on-site visits.
On the day of the wedding the groom and I didn't have to think about a thing and Kelsey kept everything moving smoothly and in a timely manner. I can't thank Kelsey enough for making our day perfect and I highly recommend her and the Circa team. Our family and friends RAVED about the food - every dish was flavorful, unique, fresh and overall delicious. Circa is a one stop shop - everything you want in one place and Kelsey was genuinely fun to work with. I can't recommend this team enough!

Circa On Seventh in Kenosha, WI was the venue for one of the happiest days of my life! I am from Kenosha but have lived in Westchester County, New York, for over 20 years. I had over 20 guests fly in from New York, and they have high expectations for weddings given where they reside. Circa did not disappoint! I wanted rustic but classy and elegant. The high ceilings and grand staircase and decor placement with the assistance of Kelsey and her staff created exactly what I wanted. Planning a wedding from out of state was a bit nerve-racking, but Kelsey made it seamless and reminded me of every little detail, some which would certainly have slipped my mind. The cuisine was fantastic, and I had a lot of food critics to please! Finally, Circa is great for photos both within the venue as well as down the block by a mural and across the street on the lake. The day was even more than I hoped for! I highly recommend CIrca for weddings or any other event where you want top notch service, value, and presentation.
We just had our wedding celebration at Circa and loved it. Kelsey, the Director, is SUPER fantastic to work with. I loved every time seeing and hearing from her. She was super patient and helpful, and always had such a positive attitude and a great big beautiful smile! I dropped off non-perishable items off the day before the wedding and Kelsey and team made sure to decorate for me. I essentially considered this as Circa giving me access to a wedding planner with our fee. And, OMG, the building is beautiful. I hardly spent any money on decorations knowing the building itself was decorated and painted so beautifully. So rustic!!! The food and service was fantastic and the prices were extremely reasonable. I loved that we could have a Friday night wedding without needing to break the bank (minimum food and beverage was only $2,500!).
The only reason I did not give Circa 5 stars was simply because of the booze. When my husband and I left the reception, we both looked at each other and said "I'm not even buzzed", and we had a fairly good amount of booze. While I don't think this is a bad thing (I didn't want to get smashed), we spent the extra money on the package deal which added the booze. Without the booze, we would have saved a significant amount of money. If I had to do it over again, I would just choose to drink beer or wine instead - those who drank that at our wedding seemed tipsy! Overall, I would still highly recommend Circa!!
Kelsey at Circa on Seventh is the best thing that happened to our whole wedding. She was a saint, I truely do not think our wedding would of been so stressless if it was not for her. She is so amazing at making sure everything is on schedule and follows every detail you give her. She is like a ninja who works in the shadows and makes sure everything is covered. I cannot stress enough how amazing this venue is and the personal who come along with it. There are no words to stress how amazing this place and Kelsey is!

The quality of their service is top notch while still being very affordable! Kelsey will be with you throughout the process to ensure every item is crossed off your list. Our wedding reception last month was everything I dreamed of. When we arrived I was so delighted, the venue looked better than anything I could have dreamed! After a quick hello, the girls and I headed up to the bride's room to freshen up. The room is great - it has mirror, lighting, refrigerator, comfy chairs and private bathroom. And a keypad for restricted entry. Kelsey was quick to follow us and take drink and app orders. The entire night Kelsey and her staff check in on the groom and I, but most importantly they checked on everything else - I can honestly say I enjoyed my reception because I didn't have to worry about one single thing. And the food, WOW! The staff did an amazing job with the food; we had so many compliments on it! I recommend Circa on Seventh to anyone looking to have the most beautiful venue, the best food, and the most fun and carefree wedding day ever. Kudos to Kelsey and her staff!
My new husband and I both grew up in Kenosha, where we met and starting dating during high school. We have since moved to Chicago, but knew after we got engaged that we would want to have our wedding in our hometown. We've been to a lot of weddings in Kenosha, but we wanted to make sure that ours was special. It was just a matter of finding the right venue, and that is Circa on Seventh!
We toured Circa in November 2016 and knew instantly that it was the venue that we wanted for our May 12, 2018 ceremony and reception! Over the course of our engagement and planning, our coordinator Kelsey checked in, met with us, emailed, and made sure everything was going perfectly.
I like to plan (I even mentioned it in my vows!) and the wedding planning was no exception. I was nervous and wanted to make sure everything went well. But I didn't have to, because Kelsey did! She recommended vendors, helped coordinate our rehearsal, and on our big day, it was wonderful. Kelsey and all of the Circa staff made sure that everything ran on time and that everyone was taken care of. All of the set up, the food, everything! We didn't have to worry about a thing, and we had such a perfect day.
We (and our bridal party, parents, and guests) have nothing but great things to say about Circa! Amazing food, beautiful venue and downtown location, and the greatest staff. If you are a couple looking to get married in Kenosha, book Circa and breathe a sigh of relief, because your wedding day is going to be perfect!
Kelsey and the staff at Circa were very professional, knowledgeable and helpful in the planning of our wedding. We had both the ceremony and reception at Circa and it all went perfectly, exceeding my expectations in every way!
They did a great job setting up/decorating the venue to our specifications using the decor we provided and did not flinch at a couple of last minute changes.

There are not enough good things that I can say about Circa on Seventh and the lovely staff that make it so wonderful! My husband and I booked Circa on Seventh as our venue for both the ceremony and reception for our October 2017 wedding. The physical space is absolutely stunning-- exposed brick, grand staircase, gorgeous bridal suite, buffet room, and intimate feeling. It was the perfect space for the number of people that attended our wedding. Kathy was extremely easy to work with. She was beyond helpful, very responsive to my many emails filled with questions, and so pleasant and friendly. The day of our wedding, the staff at Circa on Seventh paid attention to each and every detail and executed everything flawlessly. All of the food was fresh, warm, and plentiful for all of our guests. My husband and I had such a fun time going through all of the options available for h'orderves, salads, vegetables, potatoes, entrees, and late night food.Steve did such a great job carving the tenderloin for our guests-- he was friendly and efficient! Everything we wanted and more was provided! We are over the moon thinking about how beautifully executed everything was and we HIGHLY recommend Circa on Seventh!
My husband and I had our wedding reception at Circa on Seventh and I could not be more thrilled with our decision to host it there. From the moment we first toured the venue, we felt welcomed and excited to work with the team there. The planning process was great. If I ever had any questions, my Event Specialist was there to answer and assist. Come spring we were invited to a large spring tasting that all the couples attended. The culinary team had new food items for us to try that were not on the original menus. The chicken & waffles passed hors d'oeuvres was amazing!!!!! Leading up to our wedding day, we coordinated with our event planner to arrange a time to drop-off all of our decor. This may have been one of the best perks about Circa.....we did not have to do any setup or teardown. The team took care of setting up all our centerpieces, placecards, table favors and other decor. On a day when there is never enough time, this was a HUGE help! The reception was absolutely beautiful and the team was attentive to our every need. This was the biggest day of our lives and they made us feel like it was important to them too.....I felt so special! Lastly, the food was AMAZING! There is a stigma about wedding/banquet food, but these guys have it down! Everything was fresh, hot, DELICIOUS! Better food than at most restaurants....our guests were raving all night and still continue to share their positive feedback with us. If you are looking for a beautiful reception venue, I strongly encourage Circa on Seventh. The team, the venue, and the food....it's the perfect combination of excellence. Happy planning!!
We had our wedding reception at Circa and could not have been happier with how it turned out! Hanni/Kelsey were both great. We worked with Hanni from about November through July. Then we worked with Kelsey the rest of the time and on the day of our wedding Sept 30th. Hanni was extremely responsive, professional, and knowledgeable about everything with planning our reception at Circa. Kelsey was super helpful - we live in Colorado and when we arrived for the wedding the week beforehand she let us come to Circa at our convenience to drop off decor (2 different times). She made herself available at all hours of the day to me and provided me her cell number in case of emergencies the week of the wedding/leading up to it. Kelsey and the Circa team set everything up for us and the place looked AMAZING - everything was beautiful! They took our decor and put it all together in a way that was perfect. They followed our timeline perfectly all night and worked with our DJ/photographer to make sure each part of the night went smoothly. Kelsey came up to us throughout the night to see if we needed anything (if we did, she was quick to execute). At the end of the night Kelsey and the team put all our decor back in boxes and packed it up for us, which was EXTREMELY helpful!! They really did not miss the mark anywhere - everything was so so perfect thanks to them! I couldn't say enough good things about Circa, Kelsey, and Hanni. The package deal they offer for weddings is amazing as well. I recommend Circa to anyone getting married - you won't regret it! They make the process so easy and the wedding so beautiful/elegant. ***Side note: we were worried about it being a tight fit since we had ~160 guests but so many people told us this actually was a great part of the reception - being in a smaller space forced everyone to be together and mingle... I think it really made the night that much better!
We held both our ceremony & reception at Circa on Seventh. I also celebrated my bridal shower at their other venue, the Covenant at Murray Mansion. I cannot say enough good things about these venues and the people who work there. From start to finish, I felt completely comfortable. I want to give a personal thank you to Hanni & Kelsey. I was constantly emailing them about the big day and they always had answers and responded quickly. On wedding day everything was beyond perfect. I'm still getting compliments on the food (it's amazing) and how unique the venue was. Each member of the Circa staff was friendly and so professional. I would recommend Circa on Seventh to anyone, it can't get any better!
Circa was absolutely amazing! Everything turned out beautifully and with anything we needed they were there to help and guide us! The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. My husband and I got married and had our reception at Circa on Seventh on June 24.th. We couldn't have dreamed it to be any better. This was the first and only venue we looked at. We got married 6/3/17 and loved having Circa as our venue!! We were nervous at first, as our original day of coordinator left just before our wedding. However, Hanni stepped in and things transitioned seamlessly. It was nice having a staff of people that have done so many weddings they have it down to a science. They asked questions about things I hadn't even thought of, and it paid off- I didn't have to worry about anything the day of. The space itself is great- modern, clean, nice details.
Best venue hands down. They are very accommodating and easy to communicate with. After putting everything together our wedding was literally everything I pictured when I closed my eyes for 11 months! Hanna is beyond amazing and the wait staff is so professional our guests were so impressed! An example would be before we they would place our plates at our seat they were stand and nod and do the presentation syncrinized. My bridesmaid looked at me and said that was the fanciest salad hand off she'd ever seen:) which brings me to the amazing food. Best ever. But that review will be for culinary infusion :)
Honestly, if I could give this venue more than five stars, I would! My wedding was last August and I could not say enough about how easy Hanni and team made my wedding day. From taking the stress of setting up the decorations off of me (because that was something I was SO anxious about) to all of the small touches the venue just throws in - I am so glad I chose Circa on Seventh!! And the food is a whole other story - I know I'm biased but it truly was the best wedding food I've ever had. It makes me so sad to hear guests complain about cold/bad food at a wedding - and I was so glad to serve warm, delicious food on my day. I wouldn't have changed a thing!
My husband and I were married on 10/29/16 at Circa on Seventh. We chose to have our ceremony at a church but after seeing Circa in person, there wasn't a doubt in our minds that it was the perfect place for our reception! We booked our day immediately (about a year in advance) so we could be sure to get the date we wanted. I have known Kelsey practically since we were born so she handled all of our details. I couldn't say enough about how amazing Kelsey is, not only as a person, which I already knew, but as a coordinator as well! She kept all of the details straight and stayed in constant contact to keep everything up to date. She also brought a few things to my attention that I may have overlooked otherwise. My husband and I chose to do the bridal package for our reception and it is such a great value! It takes care of pretty much everything you could need, and there are a few extras that you have the option of including for an additional price. We had appetizers and a buffet for food, both of which were done beautifully in presentation and tasted absolutely amazing! Every single guest that we have spoken to about the reception raved that it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding. We also had some guests with dietary restrictions and Kelsey made sure to get them all a delicious vegan meal that they loved! Not only is the food at Circa incredible, but the service we had all day was unbelievable. I had always heard from other brides how stressful setting up, tearing down, and taking care of all the little details are at their wedding and how there were bound to be numerous things that would go wrong. That didn't happen at Circa. We dropped off decorations the day before and Circa took care of setting up every decoration and tearing everything down and packing it up afterwards. Not a single thing went wrong and it was the best day ever! I would recommend that anyone thinking about booking Circa for their reception should stop thinking and book now!
The rumors are true, Circa on Seventh is simply one of the best places all around to have your wedding (or event). 5 star staff, 5 star food, 5 star location, 5 star communication, 5 star everything. The ONLY "bad" part I can think of is it a little pricey, but I am cheap and weddings all around are outrageously expensive. With that being said, Circa is actually VERY well priced, especially for the quality of service, food, and location! AND Kelsey worked with our budget. Every positive rating on this page (and Facebook and other sites) is 120% true. I can't say enough great things about Circa on Seventh.
I am blown away with the attention to detail Kelsey and the whole Circa team provided through the whole wedding planning process. From the beginning booking stages to the layout of how the reception looked, there was nothing that went unnoticed. Many of our wedding guests said it was the best wedding venue they have been to and the best wedding food they have ever had. Due to my husband being in the military, we ended up moving three months before the wedding and Kelsey was constantly in contact with me to make sure everything was in line so I did not have to worry. I am beyond thankful to have chosen Circa on Seventh as our wedding reception venue. We rented out the venue for the entire day and brought in girls to do hair and makeup in the bridal room, where we ate breakfast and indulged in champagne and truffles all morning. We also purchased sandwiches to have before the ceremony at the church to make sure everyone was fed - it was such a great idea! I cannot thank everyone at Circa enough for my perfect wedding day!

My wedding was August 27th, 2016... already an incredible day to remember, the Culinary Infusion team made it even more unbelievable with the always impressive staff, absolutely delicious food, beautiful decorations, and stunning venue. They ALWAYS go above and beyond to ensure all needs are met and that you receive the best services possible. They are very accommodating to special needs and requests. They are true professionals in everything they do... if I weren't a total control freak I would feel 1000% confident to let them plan my ENTIRE wedding and know it would be incredible.
To go with this amazing team is an extraordinary venue! With its high ceilings, exposed brick, beautiful walls and flooring, buffet room, bridal suite and prime location; you can only be pleased.
Even if you choose not to have your wedding/reception here... the Culinary Infusion team is extremely accommodating to off venue locations as well! My family and I have been working with them for years for various events and they ALWAYS exceed expectations!

I couldn't have been more pleased with Circa! Everything (and I do mean everything) is taken care of. There wasn't a worry about any aspect of our wedding after talking with their staff. We got exactly what we wanted for a very reasonable price.
I've worked behind the scenes at other vendors, so I can say that I've seen what it takes to make a special day like we had possible. They have what it takes, and then some! They strive to give you everything you want, and never disappoint. It's not just the owners of the business that are accommodating, but their staff too. Everyone we worked with made you feel like you weren't just another customer.
Overall, I couldn't be more satisfied with everything from Circa. I could go on and on about how amazing they are, but the best thing to do is talk to their staff to find out for yourself. You won't be disappointed!!!
If you choose this venue you will not be disappointed! I started working with Kelsey as my coordinator to start, she was awesome, always checking in with me at the perfect times and being so flexible. I booked really early so I would say a year before the wedding I was switched to their new coordinator, Allison. I was a little nervous switching but I am usually pretty go with the flow. I had no reason at all to be nervous, Allison was amazing and has had a lot of experience. She exceeded my expectations. Every question or request I had was not a big deal. The day of she also made sure everything ran smoothly. My photographer was leaving earlier than I had expected so Allison made sure to get everything pushed up to the right times. And this only left us more time for dancing, which I have no problem with! The other things I was nervous about for this venue were the upstairs tables, tables on the dance floor and parking. The day of my wedding these were not a problem at all. None of my guests complained and all were extremely impressed with the venue. I would suggest doing a seating chart so you can pick people who you know would have no problem losing their table or being upstairs. I had heard from multiple people before my wedding that they had great food and they were all right! Everything was delicious. My husband was not really into the wedding planning and trusted me to do whatever I wanted. He was very impressed with Circa and the food as well, which he usually doesn't have an opinion about much so that's a big deal! Working in this industry for about 5 years now I was afraid that I would be comparing everything to the place I work with but the service here honestly floored me. I couldn't imagine having our wedding anywhere but Circa and am so glad we did!
Circa on Seventh's services were beyond anything I could have imagined! I was married in July of 2016 and we had our reception there. The staff at Circa truly seemed to care about us, not just the payments they would be receiving.
1. Kelsey Brunner is wonderful. If you get the chance to work with her, you should. She was our wedding coordinator. She was helpful, friendly, prompt, and gave us great tips without ever being "pushy." Kelsey wasn't the only one who was great though... All of the staff made our entire wedding experience as stress-free as possible! The culinary team customized the sauce on their haddock for us because we preferred something lighter and it was amazing!
2. Speaking of the culinary team... THE FOOD. IS. GREAT. This is no exaggeration. So many of our guests raved about the quality and presentation of the food. We did our meal 2-entree buffet style - a must with such a beautiful buffet room!
3. My dad prefers Old Style beer, something that circa does not typically have. For a very small extra fee, the staff went out of their way to get some cans of old style just so my dad and some of his friends could have it. This seems small, but it meant so much because they were flexible and willing to do what they could to make our day more special for us.
4. THEY HANDLE DECORATING! This was such a relief! The way they do it is by having the decorations dropped off somewhere within a week before the wedding. You talk over your vision with them and that's it! They handle set up. I absolutely loved what the decorating team did. They completely understood the look we wanted and executed it perfectly.
5. Maybe even more important than the fact that they handle the decorating... they also handle tearing down all decor. I was a part of a wedding at another popular venue in Kenosha, WI (I'll just say it was a college) where the wedding party - including the bride and groom - had to tear down the decor. That is so unacceptable and Circa completely understands that! They don't even expect family to help tear down because they believe the family members should be enjoying the wedding too.
6. Circa on Seventh is in a perfect location for photos! During the reception, we snuck out close to sunset to get some pictures. Those are some of our favorite pictures from our wedding day! You have cute buildings, beautiful flowers and parks, and of course - the lake.
7. If you have time between the ceremony and reception, there is so much for guests to do in the downtown Kenosha area that there's no need to worry! There are coffee shops, bars/pubs, shops, and as I said before - parks!
8. Circa does not have their own parking lot, but I promise you that it is no problem at all. There is SO much street parking in downtown Kenosha (all free, by the way) that it didn't matter. None of our guests commented on the lack of a parking lot. And I actually like that they didn't waste space on a big chunk of asphalt.
9. Let's not forget that the venue itself is gorgeous. We loved that there was a balcony area to seat guests as well. The bathrooms are incredibly nice (side note - a guest of ours clogged the toilet and the staff took care of that right away!). We also loved having the dance floor right in front of the head table. We did not put tables on the dance floor (though you can and they move them for dancing) and we loved having the space in front of us so we could see the entire room.
Final note - we LOVED circa. We would use them again!

We held our June 18th, 2016 wedding reception at Circa on Seventh. As an out-of-state couple, Hanni made the planning process a breeze - she is very responsive to both e-mail and phone calls. She was able to provide menus, room diagrams, pictures, and anything else needed via e-mail as attachments, which was very helpful as we planned from afar.
The venue itself is gorgeous - tall ceilings, a second floor balcony, a buffet room, and a large locked bride's room on the second floor (a room accessed via key code with ample storage, counter space, mirrors, outlets, and a large toilet stall with plenty of room for helpers to help the bride in/out of her gown). We selected an up-lighting package offered by Circa in our colors and provided floral centerpieces, and the venue looked absolutely stunning (with minimal work/additional cost on our part).
As an out of town couple, we loved the convenience of their package deal - for a certain price per person, they offered a complete package including cocktail hour with butler-passed h'oeurdves, chargers, champagne service, open bar, buffet with meats and sides, and much more. We were able to customize the buffet to include more veggie options for vegetarian guests, and we were able to add on a late-night snack as well. Circa also had available for rent a card holder (worked well and looked beautiful), and provided champagne glasses at the head table for our toasts, cake cutting materials, etc.
The planning was a breeze, and the actual reception was excellent. The wedding party missed cocktail hour for pictures, but set aside at our head table were ample appetizers so we could enjoy them as well when we arrived. The reception coordinator was attentive to every detail - she would come by discretely and check if we needed anything (drinks, etc) throughout the night. Guests raved about the food (particularly the maple root vegetables), and there were ample portions on the buffet, enough so that guests were able to grab seconds. At the end of the night, staffers helped us load everything into cars and helped us make sure that we gathered everything before we headed on our way.
We can't recommend Circa enough!
Words can't express how wonderful Circa on Seventh is. Hanni and her team were magnificent from start to finish. They knew how to run the show and make sure everything was taken care of. The hardest decision we had to make was how to narrow down the amazing food. Highly, highly recommend. Worth every penny, very affordable. If you want your dream wedding to end perfect, chose Circa, you will not regret it.
