We did not have to worry about anything for our honeymoon! They made traveling so easy & sent over all the information we needed to make it the next trip ever! 10/10 will always recommend!
Kent and Julie helped us make our honeymoon truly something special.
Their expertise truly made us feel comfortable as it was both of our first times leaving the country. Everything was planned to a "T", and clear guidance was given. On top of that, they are experts in finding the right prices!
My wife and I couldn't have asked for a better trip! We had a lot of relaxation, and several excursions that gave us memories that we'll carry forever. We are incredibly thankful for finding Kent and Julie!
I cannot say enough, praise to Julie and Kent Lawrence at cruise planners for their assistance in planning our destination wedding. Throughout the one year long process of picking the perfect location and resort to host the wedding, to answering all of our questions throughout the year, setting up the wedding website and assisting all of our family members and friends in booking and transfers, they have been remarkable and always available to answer questions.
I don’t know how we could’ve done all this without them. They have truly exceeded our expectations and I am forever grateful to have found them.

Kent and Julie went above and beyond for each one of our wedding guest that had questions. They were prompt, professional and overall great to work with. From start to finish they helped us through our wedding planning and were always available when we had questions. I would recommend them for anyone to use, and will be using them for future travels.
Julie and Kent were our travel agents for our destination wedding in Cancun, Mexico. They were beyond amazing and helped with every step of the way. We met with them via phone before starting our search into the different resorts. We also had other check in calls once we selected our resort, finalized our room block and started making wedding plans. Planning a destination is a hard process but they helped us along the entire way and made the entire process effortless. At no point were we stressed, overwhelmed or unknowing thanks to Julie and Kent.
They helped with everything from picking the resort, room block, # and types of rooms, booking guests accommodations, helping with effective communication with the wedding department and setting up our personal travel accommodations.
I cannot recommend them enough!! Aside from helping with all of our travel related stuff, they were on top of all dates, timelines, deadlines and everything in between. The communication was effortless and extremely open. Not once did I feel like I wasn’t a priority or they were unreachable. If you’re thinking about a destination wedding, I would make your first call to Julie and Kent.

Julie and Kent were great to work with on my destination wedding in Mexico. They made it super easy for my guests to get info on booking and actually doing the booking. Even after my guaranteed rate had passed, I had a few people want to join...they contacted the hotel and were able to get my guests booked at the original price. They were easy to speak with and I never had an issue with response time. Even when I was in Mexico, I messaged Julie about a small issue...and I didn't have to worry about it. She got it taken care of.
Kent and Julie Lawrence are absolutely amazing to work with. We have had several family members use them over and over, and after our experience, we can see why. They took the heavy lifing out of planning our 10 year anniversary trip to Italy, making all the hotel arrangements, transfers, etc. All we had to do was hand our paperwork to the front desk to call and confirm before each pickup, and we were off!
They listened so well to what we both wanted out of our trip and the itinerary reflected that, giving us the right amount of time in each place.
If you are thinking of using a travel agent, look no further, you will get not only expert advice, but also people who truly care about your experience and who go above and beyond to make sure it is as amazing as you dreamed.
What they deliver is rare in a world where more things are automated and true customers service is hard to come by!

Kent and Julie were awesome to work with! They helped us plan an awesome honeymoon, and they answered all our questions as first time travelers. They were available around the clock, especially when I got sick on the first day of vacation and needed a doctor at 2 AM and when we had an unexpected flight cancellation. They made sure we knew what we needed to do. 10/10 recommend.
From the very beginning of Kent and Julie were extremely helpful and communicative. We had a larger guest list and they were able to help all of them individually to ensure they had all of their needs met. Their knowledge of the resort and the area were provided great insight for us and our guests to fully enjoy our trip. We would highly recommend them to anyone thinking about doing a destination wedding!
Kent and Julie did a wonderful job helping us plan our honeymoon. They were professional, quick to respond and made the planning process very easy. They stayed in touch with us during the honeymoon, checking in to see if we needed anything and confirming our flights and taxi services. We wouldn't of had as good experience with out them. Julie and Kent were so amazing and helpful during the whole wedding planning process. They helped set up everything for our destination wedding in Mexico (not an easy task with ~130 people attending) and they exceeded our expectations! Julie and Kent were wonderful! We highly recommend them. We told them where we wanted to go, and generally what we were interested in doing and they put together an itinerary including hotels, activities, and suggested flights. They made going on a honeymoon possible for us, since planning a wedding itself is already busy enough. We were very happy with how smoothly everything went, and they made sure to let us know they were available if we needed help with anything on the trip.

Julie and Kent planned an incredible honeymoon for my wife and me. They asked great questions and listened well in the beginning to ensure the location was appropriate for what we wanted and that the price point was within our budget. After that, they provided multiple wonderful options to select from. Finally, they were very reassuring and empathetic of concerns around traveling through COVID and provided contingency options.
My wife and I could not have asked for a better trip, and it would not have been possible without Julie and Kent. We HIGHLY recommend them and will surely book future travel through them!

Kent and Julie have been amazing in helping us plan and book our trip for our honeymoon! From the very beginning, Kent provided numerous locations and resorts based on our interests and provided helpful information regarding all of them. Once we decided on Jamaica, their communication up until the day of was great. Most importantly, our flight to Jamaica was cancelled 4 hours before it was supposed to depart, and Julie responded promptly at 2 am to help us find an alternate flight. With her help and diligence, we were still able to make it to Jamaica that day! I truly appreciate their communication and willingness to answer all of our questions and provide us with the best honeymoon! They truly seemed to have our best interests in mind. I would definitely recommend using them for your travel needs!

Kent and Julie with Circle The World Adventures could not have been more helpful or pleasant to work with. We have never used a travel agent but chose to due to wanting to make our destination wedding and honeymoon the best it could be.
Kent and Julie walked us through every step of the process. They answered all our questions, even some when we were on our Honeymoon. Julie made sure we had our wedding arrangements made the way we wanted them and she was our contact for the process when the people on the other end were not always as prompt as I would have liked. Honestly, this was the best experience and I cannot say enough good things about Circle the World. Very honest and helpful people who pride themselves on making others happy. If I could give them more than five stars, I would!!
Julie and Kent were absolutely wonderful to work with! They not only helped us feel comfortable picking our destination wedding venue but helped all of our guests with their reservations. We even had to move our wedding date due to Covid and Julie made this a seamless process. Julie was always quick to respond and kept my mind at ease with all of the Covid policies and changes to normal travel. My guests also raved about her service. I can not give a higher praise. I highly recommend their services!!

Kent is ridiculously passionate about traveling and helping all of his customers have the best experience possible while on their trip. Julie and Kent are amazing. I was so worried about leaving the country during this time and they left my mind at ease. From the first contact to now that we got back they have been there for us. I have both their cell phones numbers and they reply within minutes. I will be using them again and again!!
Kent has help us navigate traveling to Mexico and multiple cruises over the years. Kent and Julie take the time to help navigate the challenges that go along with traveling, especially outside of the US during COVID. On multiple occasions, we have gotten money refunded, when the is a price drop after reserving a trip. All of this service at no cost. I highly recommend Julie and Kent for all of your travel needs.
Kent is very knowledgable about all the changes that are taking place with travel, couldn't imagine planning a trip without having a travel agent. So thankful for them!!! I highly recommend.

Kent and Cruise Planners have been great to work with. We started working with Kent in January to plan a honeymoon. Kent was quick to give us options (we could not decide between Italy and Greece). Once we picked Greece, he customized the trip with our feedback. Unfortunately, we had to postpone the wedding and cancel the honeymoon, because of the coronavirus pandemic. Kent was quick to contact the trip insurance company, TripMate, and ensure our claim would be handled properly. While it took a few weeks to process the claim, because of the volume of claims, TripMate gave us a full refund without hassle. The pandemic certainly impacted small businesses and made it a scary situation for all. Kent’s commitment to quality and customer service during these trying times says a lot about his integrity. Once the situation clears up, we will work with Kent to plan a proper honeymoon.
Cruise Planners did an outstanding job assisting us with all our hotel needs for my daughter's wedding in August 2019. They found (and negotiated on our behalf) the perfect hotel not only for our wedding block (the guests loved it!) but also managed arrangements at a different hotel for the bridesmaids brunch the day of the wedding. Any issue that arose was addressed immediately and successfully. Julie was great at keeping the mother of the bride (me) calm during the several months leading up to the wedding. I highly recommend and will absolutely use them again for my international travel!

Kent and Julie Lawrence were great travel agents who made planning the honeymoon a breeze. I will admit that I was not very easy to work with and kept changing things in the proposed itineraries. However, Kent and Julie never faltered and made our dream honeymoon come true. When we were in Europe, a few vendors did not come through as we expected but Kent and Julie were available at all hours to help us problem solve. This includes in the middle of the night! We could not have had the honeymoon we enjoyed without Kent and Julie.
