Lindsey is a dream! We hired her for day-of coordination, and saying she helped everything go as smoothly as possible would be an understatement. She took care of details that I had completely forgotten about, and if there were any issues, I was never made aware—which is exactly what I asked for 😂 was able to be fully present on my wedding day, and she is a major reason why.
There are not enough stars for Lindsey’s service. She is knowledgeable, organized and timely. Her professionalism is outstanding.
Before the wedding she was a big help with the timeline, selection of vendors, reviewing contracts and just understanding the weddig planning process in general.
After the wedding we had so many people speak about how everything went smoothly and how Lindsey was so on top of things.
But what I appreciate about her even more is that she always worked in our best interest. For us, on the day of the wedding we were confident we could count on her. It was like having a friend handle things.

Lindsey is a true gem, and our wedding was perfect, largely in part to her and her amazing team at Circle Your Date. She is extremely organized, accessible to us for any small detail and extremely professional - honestly a dream to work with. We could not have asked for a more supportive partner in planning our wedding. Cannot recommend her and her services enough!
All I can say is wow. Lindsey hands down was the absolute best. She took care of literally everything and really handled taking the stress away from wedding planning. She scheduled multiple zoom meetings with us to check in and go over everything and make sure nothing was missed. I am extremely forgetful and not very good at planning but Lindsey was there every step of the way and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. My wedding day had some unexpected rain last minute (it was an outside wedding) and Lindsey took complete control and rallied up all the guests, helped move everything inside, and assured me it was okay. And it turned out amazing. She also did an amazing job getting all of our belongings back into our hotel room, along with gifts, cards, cash, and anything else guests brought us. I Honestly could not have done it without her. So friendly, and go-getter personality, She deserves 10 stars! I highly recommend Lindsey Boyd as your wedding planner.
BEST TEAM EVER! I highly recommend Lindsey and her team. I was originally suppose to get married in April 2020 obliviously this could not happen with covid. Lindsey worked with all my vendors and she was able to get a date that worked for everyone in 2021. She took all the stress away from wedding planning. Night or day she would answer my frantic texts. She made all my wedding problems go away. My husband and I were able to get married in August 2021. We had our dream wedding thanks to Lindsey. Words can never express the gratitude I have for her.

The Circle Your Date team is honestly the BEST at what they do and we could not have dreamed of our wedding being any more perfect! Lindsey was my sounding board, inspiration partner, and ultimate hype girl through the entire process. She is extremely well organized, creatively savvy, and has no problem rolling up her sleeves to get stuff done. With so many life events happening leading up to the wedding (covid, moving, new job, etc.), Lindsey was always a constant and positive supporter. I love how she took control of the finer details and made our wedding absolutely perfect. We cannot say thank you enough.
Lindsey and her team did an amazing job! We hired CYD to do partial planning since we had the venue and vendors already in place. About 6 months before the wedding we finally realized that it was going to be really difficult to organize everyone for a destination wedding in a state that we didn't live in ourselves. [Enter Lindsey] We gave her a call and felt immediately more relaxed. It was like working with a best friend that we'd known for years. She was always available to chat, super laid back but also incredibly organized, attentive, and never put off by the amount of times I changed the seating chart! Everyone told us to prepare for something to go wrong on the day of the wedding, that it can be super stressful, but thanks to CYD our wedding went perfectly! We were able to focus on our friends, family, celebrating and enjoying our time as a new couple. The reception was super busy for us, but Lindsey made sure my husband and I had a drink in hand, food, and even boxed up some of our desserts and brought them back to the air bnb we were staying at! I absolutely recommend Lindsey and her team and cannot speak highly enough of them. Thank you Lindsey!
Lindsey of "Circle Your Date" was fantastic! Her hard work and attention to detail was most appreciated. We had an unconventional vision with a Pixar themed wedding, and she was more than supportive! Lindsey helped us bring our vision to life with research, ideas, and poignant suggestions leading up the wedding. As a Day-of-Coordinator, she was readily available for months prior to the big day, and so much of the stresses were smoothed out before and during the wedding. Everyone told us that the day would go by so fast and be so stressful. They told us that we would be so busy and wouldn't get a chance to take in the moment together. But thanks to Lindsey, we actually had some quality time together during the wedding and were able to take it all in. We didn't have to worry about certain details or anything else because she created such an efficient timeline. Communication with the vendors was on point. We got so much for what we paid for!! We highly recommend Lindsey/Circle Your Date for all of your wedding planning needs!
We hired Circle Your Date for our big day in November 2018. Just some background, we had 200 people in attendance, a Catholic ceremony in a church, and our reception was on a naval base 30 min away. The ceremony took place at 11am and the reception was at 6pm. (Huge gap, I know) I had been told from brides & grooms that you want a "day of" coordinator. We noticed many venue's came with a coordinator that did just that, the day of coordination. Looking into it further, the venue's coordinator was really there to look out for the venue and to kind of guide you through the different events like cocktail hour, to the reception, and the bridal party entrance.
Circle Your Date was so much more! We purchased the smallest package because I had done a majority of the planning already. They helped coordinate with my vendors the week of. Which I was concerned about because it had been months since I had spoken to them. Also, getting onto the base is difficult on its own and Circle Your Date helped with coordinating that. They helped us get to the church and made sure the bridal party had their bouquets and boutonnieres. (Our church had its own coordinator for the ceremony) During the break between the ceremony and the reception, Circle Your Date set up the reception area just as I had requested. Once cocktail hour had begun, the event flowed so beautifully.
As with any big event, something is bound to go wrong. My dad had all of our centerpieces in his truck. However, it was locked and the keys went missing. (My mom had accidentally dropped them into our makeup artist's purse when she was getting her makeup done) Circle Your Date was able to open the door like AAA and unlocked the car to get everything. We didn't find the keys until the reception started.
We had little cottages that the bridal party stayed in the night before the wedding. We had to be out of them by 11am on the wedding day. Kind of difficult to pack, and do hair and makeup on 10 women... Lets just say it was an early morning. Right around 1030 we were rushing to get out of the door and to the church. We didn't even think about where we would put all of our luggage. Circle Your Date gathered everything from the room and put it somewhere we could all grab it after the events. Without them, we would not have made it to the church on time!
We also had guests that wanted to sit together but were placed at different tables. So the guests moved their place cards around. (So not cool and very aggravating after spending hours on a seating chart) This led to people looking at the board for their table, finding their table number, only to not have a seat. Circle Your Date handled all of this. I didn't know any of this happened until the next day! Everyone was so happy and I wasn't bothered by any of these issues. (Thank God or I would have gone nuts haha)
All I can say is Circle Your Date really made our day so perfect. My husband says they were our best purchase of the whole wedding! He also tells everyone planning a wedding they need a Coordinator. As do I. One that will help you the week of the wedding! I've had other friends hire Circle Your Date after our wedding. It's hard to have a big wedding and it go off without a hitch. But thanks to Circle Your Date, the day of the wedding, my husband and I thought it did! That is what is important. That Bride & Groom can celebrate their day and not be bothered with issues. I cannot recommend them enough!
As mother of the bride I was amazed at the job Lindsey and her team did. Between the ceremony and reception, there was a break... I went to the reception hall to help... when I got there the hall was beautiful! All setup and I was told to go enjoy myself!!! Wow! I was able to fully enjoy my daughter & son-laws wedding! Thank you, Lindsey!!!!
Our photographer, videographer and guests couldn't believe how relaxed I was on my wedding day. It was all thanks to Lindsey and her team! They will take care of you to make sure you have the most amazing day (and that you stay hydrated and fed in the midst of all the madness). All the decor was set up the way I imagined, the events on our timeline were covered and went smoothly. Our day couldn't have been more perfect.
Lindsey is so great to work with! Friendly, professional, helpful, professional and has a great sense of humor. We wanted a wedding planner who was fun, flexible and not uptight. Lindsey was perfect! We felt like she was a family friend from our first meeting. She is calm and efficient and did everything we asked. If there were any problems at our daughter's wedding, we were totally unaware of it because the entire day went seamlessly from our viewpoint - she and her team took care of everything. Highly recommend Circle Your Date!

Lindsey was patient w/ me throughout the whole process. She answered all my text/emails quickly a reassured me w/ any self doubt that I may have had.
Her and her assistant made our wedding day such a breeze. I was very hands on w/ a lot of things, and she never seemed to mind when I would come in to check on things. If there were ever any changes I wanted to make last minute, she was on it. She was always sweet and polite to my friends and family, yet assertive when she needed to be which I find to be very important. Especially my crowd since they seem to take offense to everything.
I could seriously go on and on about how awesome she is/was. All I can say is that she seriously made my dream into a reality and I couldn't be more grateful to her and her team. Circle Your Date is seriously the best and I will most definitely recommend them to others.

I couldn't have asked for a better planner than Lindsey! She was truly a blessing to us. We chose Circle Your Date to be our Wedding Coordinator almost a year before our actual Wedding. Lindsey (the owner) has helped make the event very easy going and no stress since day one. My husband and I just recently got married a few months ago. We were referred to Circle Your Date by our DJ, James Loram, of Last Dance Entertainment. I was not originally planning on hiring a "day of" coordinator. My mom and I planned the wedding along with my fiance. At the time, we didn't think we needed to pay additional money for a "day of coordinator." However, as the day started to approach, I started to get nervous that all of my little details/personal items would get missed! Moreover, I didn't want my mom and dad/bridal party to have to stress setting up before the wedding or cleaning up after the night ended. Enter Lindsey! We hired Lindsey about 6 weeks before our wedding and boy am I glad we invested in her services. We had three formal meetings (initial venue tour, planning meeting, final walk through/rehearsal) before the wedding and communicated additionally by phone/email. I put so much attention into little details (table numbers, candles, votives, lantern centerpieces, welcome table decor, favors, menu cards, programs, monogrammed napkins/coasters, bar decor, etc) and had quite a few personal items for the wedding. That being said, there was A LOT of set up and tear down required beyond your typical floral arrangements and table settings. I had all of my materials organized ahead of time and Lindsey and her team did an excellent job executing everything the day of our wedding! They even went to the store the day of the wedding to buy batteries that we forgot for our flameless candles! The wedding went off without a hitch and I strongly recommend hiring Lindsey for your wedding coordination needs. You will be so thankful you did!
Absolutely amazing team! Words cannot even describe how perfect everything was on my wedding day. Lindsey was absolutely amazing throughout my engagement, super organized, always offering me different tools to help guide my planning. Come rehearsal day I handed everything over and she shined. She saw my vision as if it were her own and made all my dreams come true.
Her team as well were very on the ball, so friendly and helpful, and ensured that anything and everything was taken care of.

You can stop looking because you just found the best coordinator in California. Our experience with Circle Your Date and with Lindsey was simply amazing. Lindsey cares about helping you create the wedding you’re envisioning. Lindsey was very knowledgeable and helped direct us is so many areas, like vendor recommendations, time tables and contracts. The list goes on and on but Lindsey was just invaluable! She is very professional and you can tell that she loves what she does. Lindsey promptly returned our phone calls, quickly replied to texts and e-mails. The day of the wedding went off without any problems and if there were problems my wife and I didn’t hear about them. Our wedding would not have been as amazing without Lindsey and her team! We can’t thank her enough!
Let me just start by saying Lindsey is the best. Originally I was looking to hire a wedding planner to deal with a beautiful but frustrating venue. I had contacted several different wedding planners, all of which had great ratings, but Lindsey was the only one that not only offered, but insisted on doing an in-person consultation even though I live two hours from her and the venue I got married at. After meeting with Lindsey I knew she’d be the perfect fit to plan our wedding because she has tenacity and great tools. Over the course of planning our wedding, Lindsey was extremely helpful not only in dealing with the frustrating venue but also with recommending excellent vendors and working with vendors we had already had in mind. She worked incredibly hard to contact multiple rental companies to find the exact perfect fit of wine glasses, linens and furniture and she worked with them to modify the contract several times to reduce delivery fees and modify guest counts. Lindsey also negotiated with the venue to decrease the number of non-preferred vendor fees without me even asking but she went even more above and beyond by answering all of our mothers’ questions (even providing rehearsal venue options) and dealing with our wedding party drama. There is no possible way I would have been able to pull off such an amazing wedding without Lindsey’s help. I am a great planner – on a scale of 1 – 10 I am a 20 on planning, but no matter how much planning one does something will go wrong with your wedding but I knew I didn’t have to worry because whatever happened I knew Lindsey would make the same decision I would and she absolutely did. In retrospect, I now know the things that went wrong but the day of our wedding I didn’t notice anything – literally everything went perfect and every one of our guests said the same thing. Lindsey ensured that everything that was important to me was done flawlessly. I was so impressed with Lindsey that I dragged her out on the dance floor during our wedding. I would literally recommend her to anyone – she’s the best decision we made for our wedding.
Lindsey totally saved us! She has great packages that help 2 months out which is exactly the time the madness of wedding planning kicks in. We had our caterer cancel the month before the wedding and we're in very deep trouble! She helped get all the insurance and paperwork together in an organized way that helped us get a handle on things.
Our 1920s themed wedding had a lot of details and she made sure to get everything i wanted and dreamed of. Her hard work on the wedding day also made us feel at easy! From collecting the gifts and storeing them securely to keeping us on schedule everything came out so smoothly thanks to Lindsey ! We could not have done with out you thank you!
The day of the wedding, things where out of place, the dance floor had extra dishes and glasses stacked behind the wedding cake that could of been moved. The wedding planner left at 10pm when I expected her to be there until the event was over. I had vendors and guest asked me for stuff instead of her. I had vendors calling me while I was getting ready. Not to mention that my hairstylist was in a car accident arrived late and had to to do my hair in 15 minutes. These are all things the wedding planner could of handled instead of me. My in laws couldn't find her to get the ceremony started. She was hired for this day specifically and I felt like she dropped the ball.
I am SO thankful we chose Circle Your Date to help with our wedding coordinating needs. Lindsey was just incredible; she was invaluable to our wedding process! Not only was she professional and highly knowledgeable as a coordinator, she was kind, compassionate and genuinely caring as a friend would be.
Lindsey went above and beyond what I expected a coordinator to do; she attended dress fittings with me, was a listening ear during the more stressful stages of planning, and even helped provide centerpiece decorations for our reception tables.
I can't say enough wonderful things about Lindsey and Circle Your Date, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of wedding coordinator services! There truly isn't a single negative thing I can say about Circle Your Date!
Lindsey is the absolute BEST and her assistant Paige is kick ass! The whole evening ran so smoothly because of them; my husband and I just relaxed and enjoyed. By the end of the night my guests were asking for her card. Thank you Lindsey for making our wedding night the most fun, memorable evening ever!
Lindsey was fabulous! She made the planning process so easy and simple for my husband and I. Her team was professional and on it all day. There was a point where our venue coordinator tried to close our open bar early, but thankfully for Lindsey she reverted back to our contract and fought for us. Hands down, one of the best investments we could have made in regards to our wedding.

Lindsey was amazing! She took my vision and truly brought it to life beyond my expectations. She made the entire process fun and stress free and was always available to me to over ideas and details. I received so many compliments about how beautiful everything was. Lindsey really went above and beyond and I cannot recommend her enough!
I don't know where to begin or how to say thank you enough to Lindsey. She was there every step of the way going above and beyond to make this crazy experience, of planning a 250 person wedding, so much easier and less stressful. I was so grateful for answering my questions, emails, and texts in a timely manner which is something that means so much especially in the last few weeks leading up to the wedding. Lindsey was always one step ahead of me making sure anything that needed to be done was taken care of and she was always so positive about everything. We did an Old Hollywood Glamour 1920s to 1940s feel and Lindsey completely got my vision and helped make it a reality. She was worth EVERY penny and I would use and recommend her time and time again for future events.For all you brides who think I will just do it all myself... Don't! I highly recommend using a coordinator and their services so you can enjoy this experience and enjoy the day... like we did! Our wedding was magical, yes I said magical and a lot had to do with Lindsey!
The last thing you'd expect is for a guy to write a review but wow! My brand new wife and I couldn't have made a better choice in wedding preparedness and professionalism, including a stellar team who only cares about getting the job done right and to the customers expectations. Hey listen pal: you want your wedding to suck?? Then go somewhere else because you won't get that crap here! Everything we asked was done to our specifications. My wedding is officially the ONLY one I've been to where not a single piece of poop hit the fan! No catastrophes. No drama. And we received compliments on our wedding for two whole weeks past the day! It couldn't have been achieved without the help of our wedding coordinator, Lindsey. Honestly, Lindsey had our wedding set up hours ahead of time and ran two different locations (ceremony and reception) with hardly a hiccup! I typically hold insane expectations for what I get with my money, but we were nothing short of impressed. If we had to do it all again, we wouldn't turn to anyone other than these people who we now consider our friends because OUR dream wedding was THEIR only option.
