CIRE Travel Honeymoons

ple phone calls to hone in on the exact trip that we wanted. Katy was incredibly knowledgeable and was able to guide our questions and give us multiple options for us to decide on. We ended up deciding on an African honeymoon starting in South Africa, then safari, and capped off with an island resort in Mozambique. Everything was booked and laid out well in advance to allow for planning. We were provided our itinerary with all of our booking information, timelines, and contact information. Our budget was under consideration and the team really made an effort to keep us within those constraints. The accommodations, tours, transfers, and flights were all perfect. An extra shoutout to the hotels and resorts which were top notch and made our honeymoon extra romantic and special. Overall, I would recommend CIRE, Katy, and YinYin to anyone looking to plan their honeymoon or any other longer travel plans. I for one will definitely be using them in the future!

h and enjoy some luxury time, relaxing. We were having decision paralysis as there were too many options, but Melissa and Esther, helped us narrow down the list and provided their expert insight into various properties and destinations. Once booked, they made sure every other detail was taken care of to ensure a seamless experience!! Can't recommend them enough!

s to hotels to transportation - we didn't have to worry about a thing the whole trip. Their service is incredible. I would definitely recommend using CIRE to help you book a special honeymoon you'll never forget.

wanted a mix of adventure, touring, and straight up relaxing. Katy suggested Southern Africa and came back to us with the most fabulous month-long itinerary through South Africa, Zimbabwe, Botswana and Mauritius. I cannot reiterate how absolutely incredible this month was. Every single hotel, safari lodge, excursion, meal — exceeded our very high expectations! We could have never planned a trip like this on our own (and to be honest we will probably never plan a trip without Katy again!). It took some convincing to get my husband on board with a month of safaris and touring, and now he can’t stop talking about when we’ll go back. Please do yourself a favor and work with the CIRE team— you will 100% have the most epic trip of your life.

o know our travel style to personalize our itinerary and accommodations. We were treated extra special at all our stays with drink tickets and room upgrades due to their connections. They’re also available anytime you need them. I called from a small train station in Tuscany when our train broke down and Esther was able to quickly look up where we needed to go so we could hop on a train leaving that minute! We were also provided with customized recommendations for bars, restaurants, and sites that brought our trip to the next level allowing us to explore parts of Paris we never would have discovered on our own. We had never used a travel company in the past but can’t wait to book our next trip with Cire. We can’t thank them enough!

. Every step of our unforgettable trip was planned so well that we never had to worry about a single thing. We couldn't have done it without them!

e amazed by how affordable some of the locations were. After we selected our destination, the planning experience was truly seamless - CIRE took care of everything. When the time came for our travel dates, our agent reached out to us with directions and clarifications that were vital to our successful travel. When we ran into an issue in LAX that cause some confusion for us, our travel agent was on call to help us navigate the situation and bent over backwards to see that we made it to our destination as planned. We can't thank CIRE enough for their services - they really did give us an experience that created memories which we'll treasure for the rest of our lives!

r, locations, accommodations, restaurants and excursions were fantastic. Cire was on top of all aspects of the trip and a pleasure to work with. This trip was a long time in the making given COVID related delays. Thank you Esther! We'll be back in touch for our next vacation!

e in good hands. They listened so intently to what we wanted and created a diverse range of options that were based on our dream honeymoon. We were really impressed that that they were only interested in our best interests, rather than thinking about commissions or deals. They honeymoon that they planned was beyond our wildest dreams. CIRE took care of everything and were excellent in keeping us updated on travel plans and how best to enjoy the experience. We had to travel from Europe for our honeymoon so there was a lot of fluid movement but CIRE catered for every change and were available at short notice. With CIRE, you don't get an 'agent' but rather a trusted partner that care solely about creating the experience of a lifetime for you. I was so impressed with the whole team and would 100% recommend them as your planner.

ons we had. Esther took the stress out of having to postpone our trip a year due to COVID as well as pivoting from Fiji to safari in South Africa. Esther made sure we had everything we needed along the way and ensured we had an amazing time on our trip. When we had an issue with one of the tour planners in South Africa, she was attentive and helped us resolve everything. We would definitely use CIRE again for our next big trip!

m was incredibly responsive and answered every one of my 1000 questions during the planning process. They were so patient as I adjusted our travel destinations, then the budget, and then asked for more hotel options to ultimately get the honeymoon of our dreams. We couldn’t have been more pleased with how the trip turned out; it was totally stress free and a once in a lifetime experience. We felt really safe traveling even during the ongoing pandemic. Everything was amazing - there were special honeymoon touches throughout the trip, and when we needed support or assistance, help was promptly provided. I couldn’t imagine trying to plan a trip of this magnitude on my own and I’ll never attempt to do so now that I’ve used CIRE and experienced such a seamless travel experience!

il oriented, knowledgeable and communicative, and helpful and organized when it came to all of our questions and feedback. They made our trip extremely stress free as they took care of every detail. Particularly when it came to the logistical challenges of international travel during the pandemic, they took all of the burden off our shoulders and shared exactly what we needed to know. Overall, they planned the most beautiful, once in a lifetime honeymoon trip for us, and we would highly recommend then for any honeymoon travel!

ding, and then a bunch of last minute changes and requests the week of our trip. But CIRE handled everything with ease and smiles. Esther was able to get us a room upgrade and free breakfast at the Four Seasons in Maui and somehow negotiated a refund of a non-refundable rate at an airport hotel rate when Delta cancelled and moved our flight. This alone covered her planning cost a few times over, so it's like we got all her services for "free"! Overall, would highly recommend. We won't plan a trip longer than a weekend without Esther and CIRE going forward.

wledgeable, helpful, responsive, and simply put, got things done. They truly are professionals - from helping us figure out where we wanted to go (and why), to helping us pick resorts, to executing, to keeping up with changes in this COVID time, CIRE met & surpassed all expectations. I would recommend them to anyone & everyone and can't wait to work with them again! Thanks Esther, Katy, Eric & team!!

customized to our preferences, and spent a lot of time helping us to fine-tune the details. As a result, they were able to take away a lot of the uncertainty of trip planning, while still leaving flexibility for spontaneous changes on the road. Esther was highly responsive and thoughtful throughout the duration of the planning process and our trip. It was a genuine pleasure to work with her, and the rest of the team, and we're grateful for their help in planning and executing our honeymoon!

, Esther was organized, knowledgable, and full of great suggestions. She walked us through her thoughts and incorporated all of ours. When we had a couple questions while on our honeymoon, Esther was very quick to respond. Overall, we were so happy we worked with Esther and her team. They planed such a wonderful honeymoon for us. Thank you again Esther. We look forward to working with you again!

on was the last thing we wanted to do. We had never used a travel agent before but now we are completely hooked! My husband found CIRE on a random search and it couldn't have worked out better. After an initial call to briefly describe what we were looking for, Esther made some recommendations and then came up with two different itineraries for us to consider. We ultimately chose to travel to Bali and stay in two different areas. To say the trip went more than perfect would be an understatement. Everything they set up for us was more than we could have imagined. Both resorts were incredible. I don't think we would have come anywhere close to planning such an amazing trip on our own. Having the team's experience and recommendations is invaluable so you know you are really spending your money wisely. Esther was even able to get us access to the business lounge in Hong Kong aiport during our layover through her connections at the airline. That was a godsend, making our 24+ hours of travel totally manageable. We will definitely be using CIRE in the future to help us plan our trips.

employer who uses them for corporate travel. Choosing to use Eric and his team to book honeymoon travel--in addition to using CIRE for my other personal travel--was the easiest decision of the wedding planning process. CIRE has a dedicated team for honeymoons--they know what they are doing, they have extensive contacts in the travel industry, so there is no farming out your requests to the powers of Google. We began the honeymoon planning process with a phone conversation with Esther. (Esther is fab! She's got great energy, very people-focused, and an itch to make sure clients have their dream experience. We had a truly top-notch customer experience working with her.) We established all of the usual baselines: destination, duration, hotel preference, preferred activities, must-avoid activities, etc. The conversation is the basis for the itinerary that CIRE then helps you plan. I keep choosing CIRE to help book travel--honeymoon or not--because they are with their customers every single step of an itinerary. They work tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure that their customers have the honeymoon of their dreams. Weather delays? No sweat--they will rebook you. Lost bags? Don't worry--they will help file the claim. Life is happier and far less stressful when traveling with CIRE. We recommend without any reservation to fellow newlyweds!

eir relationships with their airline partners to help us recover our lost items and be compensated for the expenses we accumulated while in Spain. It was comforting to know they were our travel advocates every step of the way!

budget. Their insights and tips were particularly effective. We would absolutely use them again.

Thank you, CIRE!

heir helpful presence made it an experience we will always treasure. From the stunning, charismatic lodgings in and around Florence and the rolling hills of Tuscany to the customized touring excursions, to the cultural events individualized to our specific taste; we could not have asked for more! Eric, Esther and Katey were thoughtful, friendly, patient and highly accommodating in all of our interactions. They were there for us every step of the way. We will certainly turn to them again for their accomplished guidance in all our future travels.

o wonderful and romantic resorts with a ton of privacy. Only hiccup we had was lost luggage and CIRE helped us out in real time via their app and filed our claim for us. Could not recommend more.

the guesswork and stress out of planning an unforgettable honeymoon to Puglia, Italy. They found just the right flight connections, got us in exactly the right rental car, lined up two perfect hotels, and even helped arrange a super friendly and engaging local guide for half a day. We initially tried to plan our honeymoon on our own, but quickly found ourselves bogged down on Saturday mornings in 30-tab browser windows of TripAdvisor hotel reviews, Kayak flight searches, European train schedules, and god knows what else (for the "Always Sunny" fans out there, think of Charlie describing his search for Pepe Silvia). Nerves got frayed. Not a great look. Fortunately, the process with CIRE eliminated all of this - we had an initial call with Eric and Esther to describe the type of trip we wanted to have, the things we wanted to be sure to do, how we wanted to feel at the end of it, the number of times we wanted to change hotels, a target nightly budget, and they did all the rest. A few itinerary iterations over email and phone with Esther later, and boom, we were set to go. We planned our wedding mostly by ourselves (save for a guardian angel the week of -- that's another glowing review to write), and frankly having CIRE take care of the honeymoon was worth every penny (and probably a good deal more besides) of their service fee. If you're looking for a professional, friendly travel agency to help build a honeymoon itinerary you'll remember for the rest of your life (for the right reasons!), look no further than CIRE.

k in paradise, we did not want to leave!

of time Cire was completely dedicated to helping us plan our perfect trip. They drafted multiple itineraries before we had even chosen the country, and then once we landed on Italy, they never hesitated to cover every detail. We had countless phone calls, and they were very flexible with our busy work schedules. No detail was too small for them to help us with or provide advice on. Even when we were abroad, if anything went wrong, they jumped in to help so that we didn't have to handle while on vacation. Can't thank them enough! Highly recommend.

ecret travel weapon. We had absolutely no idea where we wanted to go for our honeymoon, but when we found out the CIRE team did honeymoons, we could NOT WAIT to get the planning started! When the time came Eric introduced us to Katy. I’ll admit I was hesitant at first – once you’ve worked with Eric directly you’ll understand why it’s hard to imagine working with anyone else – but, oh boy, did Katy deliver…. We had an initial meeting to discuss budget, timing, likes and dislikes. Shortly after, Katy provided several options, asking us to review and scheduling time to go over each in explicit detail. We eventually narrowed down to two itineraries, finally deciding on South Africa. Here’s a test. Google “South Africa Safari.” Now pick one... Exactly. In the midst of wedding planning, the LAST thing either of us wanted to do was bear the burden of choosing between different reservations, lodges, packages, recent leopard sightings, etc. After putting Katy and Esther through the ringer (sorry, guys!) they booked the trip and everything was handled. Our honeymoon consisted of 7 flights, 4 hotels and 10 transfers over the course of 2.5 weeks. Writing that out it actually sounds exhausting, but it was honestly booked in a way that it felt like 3 vacations in one, ending off perfectly with 5 days in Mauritius - AKA paradise on earth. After all was said and done, here’s a taste of what stood out: 1. Knowing to plan a physical activity (table mountain) for the first morning to get us acclimated quickly. 2. Knowing that staying a night in Jonesburg was the best way to break up an awkward flight time saved our sanity. 3. Letting each hotels/resort know it was our honeymoon so that we had some special surprises along the way. 4. Having an easy to use app that contained all of our travel details, even without cell service. 5. Upgrading us last minute when we could do it through the app. Even after calling the airline, nothing. We contacted Katy who then worked her magic contacting the airlines and taking care of it with no issue. 6. Knowing which Safari lodge would be perfect for us. Tintswalo, we miss you!! That’s why having connections with people on the ground who experience these locations first-hand is invaluable. Also, this is totally subjective but my husband will agree, it always just feel like we’re treated better when we go through CIRE. Not sure if there’s something about a hotel/resort seeing that you’re booked through CIRE that makes them just step it up that little, tiny bit more. Maybe it’s in our heads, but who cares. It still feels just as great, either way. We couldn’t be happier with our choice to use CIRE for our honeymoon and it’s just solidified that we’ll never be able to go anywhere without their help, but we’re both okay with that :- ).

ur wants and needs and helped make our honeymoon so special. We will be using her again for our travels in the future. Highly recommend.

with Katy's guidance and expertise we quickly realized that our dream honeymoon was possible and that the planning process did not have to be a daunting one. The itineraries they pulled together were incredible and expertly tailored to what we were looking for - and the final one we selected is nothing short of amazing. We couldn't have done it without CIRE and would highly recommend them to anyone else planning their honeymoon!

exactly what I was getting, and they made it super easy. Would recommend for anyone who needs a little travel assistance. Best part is they are available 24/7 when plans changed arise onsite and could easily coordinate the new logistics.

ble to come up with multiple ideas on the spot, including Thailand. He knew exactly where to go since rainy season would be starting. Then he sent us a mock itinerary and we went back and forth once or twice to finalize everything. He was very open to our changes - such as a certain hotel I had found in one city that we really wanted to stay in. It was so easy and took barely any time, which was amazing in the midst of planning the wedding. We love planning our own trips, but with planning a wedding our main concern was not having time to worry about logistics for flights and traveling around another country. CIRE took care of EVERYTHING travel-wise. Eric planned certain things for us to do while we were there and then we had our own time to also choose to relax or explore. It was perfect and Eric is a pleasure to work with.

h hundreds of other couples, no typical honeymoon destination. Thinking Europe, but want our honeymoon to be easy, slow paced and sexy. We needed help, live help. It made sense to have a honeymoon planner, and it took the stress off of us. I know Eric really listened to our “don’t wants” because he’s planned the perfect European honeymoon for us. He gave us details about each hotel and city that we couldn’t get online. Our excitement for our honeymoon has officially surpassed our actual wedding. Eric, thank you.
