We loved working with City BBQ for our wedding. Everything went well, the food was great, people talked about the food being good, they sent us home with a little bag for a late night snack which was unexpected and so sweet. The accommodated my friends with dietary restrictions and being able to use catering with their rewards points system helped feed my family when someone was in the hospital.
Both my husband and I were (literally) catered to and waited on during our reception to make sure we had all the food we wanted and felt taken care of over and beyond what we expected! The staff was so nice and crucial to making our day special! We especially loved our take home bag because we were hungry again by the time we got home :)
I know my guests loved the food as well.

City Barbeque was a great choice for our wedding day! I mean who doesn't love barbeque and it was delicious! We had so many compliments on the food and their staff was very professional, welcoming, and easy to work with. It was a very nice touch when their staff made up plates for my husband and I, and then carried it to our seats! They even checked on us to see if we needed anything else throughout dinner so we didn't have to get up! We worked with Ashlee Silva from the beginning when we did our tasting and she was so easy to work with! She worked with us to make sure we got our dream menu for everyone to enjoy. There was so much food leftover that we got to take home and they even packed us a midnight snack bag to eat at home later that night or the next day! That was a very nice touch. If you are looking for delicious food for your wedding or any event, City Barbeque is the way to go!

Ashlee with City BBQ in Indianapolis was fabulous to work with. She was very responsive in communication even during the Christmas holiday. She and the City BBQ servers did an excellent job in food preparation and service. The food was tasty and the comments we received from our guests were very positive. We would highly recommend using City BBQ for wedding catering.

I cannot recommend City BBQ enough. We had numerous guests tell us that we had the best wedding food they've ever had. The service was outstanding, the presentation of the food was beautiful, and we even got to use our City BBQ rewards on our catering order, so now we have a few free meals! ;) HIGHLY recommend.

City BBQ was a stellar caterer to work with from start to finish. They were friendly, responsive, and the food is incredible. As a LGBTQ+ couple living in Indiana, it was always a concern that the vendors we were using would allow their personal beliefs about queer impact their service. City BBQ was not like that at all. They remained professional through the whole process and we could tell from the tasting, to the time leading up to the wedding, to the actual service provided at the event that they were genuinely excited for me and my partner. 10/10 would recommend for any catering needs and 10/10 would recommend as a LGBTQ+ friendly vendor.

City BBQ catered for our wedding for about 170 people. They were very, very accommodating and flexible with me. I had missed the deadline for final guest count and changes due to personal reasons. They were understanding and allowed me to make many changes. They were patient with me and helped with accommodating guests with strict food allergies. They even made a Bride and Groom late night snack bag for us to take home!!

City Barbeque was the absolute perfect choice for catering our wedding. Ashlee was so wonderful to work with and eased a lot stress when it came close to the wedding day (and way before it!) We were provided a list of all different catering options, which made it easy to pick what was best for our price range. On our actual wedding day, the service was absolutely outstanding. The bride and groom were personally served, and one of the gentleman even came up to the head table many times to bring more food, and fill our drinks! They really went above and beyond to make our day SO special. It’s been a month and we’re still getting compliments from our guests about how great the food and service was. We would highly recommend City BBQ for wedding catering! We did a bunch of research & found that City BBQ seemed to have the best prices for the high quality of food & ability to customize your package. Our catering sales person was in frequent contact & available to answer all our questions throughout the wedding planning process. Everything was seamless & delicious on our big day! The catering staff was so kind & professional. All our guests raved about the food!

City BBQ was absolutely wonderful to work with I will be using them for all my catering needs from this point forward. The food was amazing and loved by EVERY SINGLE guest. We did full service catering and they took care of cleaning the tables and making sure all the guests had more than enough. They even fixed my husband and I our plates, as they saw how busy we were! We were expecting so many left overs, and were brutally humbled with the very few pans we had left, almost all our guests got seconds and they couldn’t stop raving about how fresh, hot, and we’ll made the food was.

I had a lot of issues when I first started planning a wedding. My original caterer fell through and City BBQ came to the rescue. Exceeded ALL our expectations. The food was amazing, everyone complimented how good it was. The service was absolutely wonderful, everyone was on time and so pleasant. They even gave us a "midnight bag" of food to take back with us at the end of the night. So efficient, so pleasant, the customer service was so great. Everyone was ready to help us. Paula Hobbs was my point of contact, she was so helpful and insightful and truly had our best interest. 100/10 would recommend!
City bbq & catering management Ashlee was AMAZING when it came to communicating with me and staying ontop of every detail for my outdoor wedding catering event. Almost to the point where I wanted to replace one of my bridesmaids for her...lol...the service they provided by far EXCEEDED my expectations and everyone is still talking about how good the food and service was that city bbq reps Amy, Hannah, Jacob Ashlee provided thank you so much again for everything!!
We used City Barbeque for our wedding catering, and it was a great experience! The food came on time to our venue, it was appropriately seasoned, and it tasted amazing. For the price, this was a great deal- highly recommend! Ashlee was great to work with and supported us throughout the planning process.

City BBQ was a huge hit with us and with our guests! From start to finish, the process was smooth, easy to navigate (with the help of Ashlee, who was awesome!), and so so so delicious! We had a fall wedding and the BBQ was a perfect fit to our night--couldn't have asked for anything better. The level of professionalism was much appreciated, the staff was so nice, and of course the food was great! I loved not having to worry about set up/clean up or if our guests were enjoying their meals. I also appreciated the attention to detail--they kindly served us our meal and took it back to our seats, made sure we had enough to eat, and even made us a honeymoon snack to-go bag! So thoughtful and I highly recommend them for your wedding or any important event!

City BBQ was one of the vendors we had to choose from due to our venue’s contract. They were amazing! Guests loved the food. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. They were also great to work with regarding food allergies as well. They were super communicative leading up to the event and the on site buffet attendants were super helpful. We got the full service menu for 90 for our ceremony and the food and crew were outstanding! City BBQ was absolutely incredible for our wedding. Our contact helped us with all of the details and was patient while we figured out the payment situation between myself and my parents. The tasting alone deserves a 5-star review.
I did the middle option where City delivers the food in disposable containers and someone is there to refill everything. It was quick, simple, and absolutely delicious. All of my wedding-goers loved the food!

All of our guests thoroughly enjoyed their meal and some have even visited the establishments since. Ashlee Silva, from the Indy area, was fantastic to work with. She thought of all of the details and was so organized. We would HIGHLY recommend City BBQ to anyone looking for a wedding caterer esp if having a rustic theme!

City BBQ was SO perfect for our wedding. The food was absolutely delicious and we heard compliments from our guests about the food all night! The price is also very reasonable compared to other caterers. The buffet display was so beautiful with a sort of "farmhouse / country chic" vibe! After the wedding they boxed up a late night snack box for my partner and I which was so sweet and greatly appreciated after our big wedding day! I would 100% recommend! :)
The food was even better than when we tried them for our tasting. The staff went above & beyond to make sure we were well taken care of from serving us to the midnight snack bag! Such a great addition to our wedding.
Loved being a BBQ Bride. We have a very diverse group of food sensitives and limitations and BBQ was perfect! The sauce doesn't have gluten or soy, veggies burgers for vegetarians, and no dairy in meat! They're so reasonably priced that we were able to do their total package, add on some extras, and they really went above and beyond. They also did our cocktail hour with crackers and cheese, fruit and veggies. So easy to work with, food is just spectacular, and was a crowd pleaser. A huge plus is that they include desert! What a cost and hassle saver.
City BBQ did an AMAZING job at our event. They were at the venue on time and served hot appetizers to our guests as soon as the ceremony was over. Dinner was delicious. It was hot and super tasty!! It was just as good as when we had our tasting. We got dessert as well, and the guests loved it all, especially the peach cobbler!
Even better than the food was the customer service and attention to detail. The staff were so kind the entire night. They offered to carry my Husband and I’s plates to our seat and got our drinks for us. They came to our table frequently to make sure that our food was good, that we had a drink, and to offer second helpings of food! The woman in charge of organizing the catering experience was wonderful as well. She helped us through the entire planning process and answered all of my questions. If you are looking for wedding food that will not disappoint, City BBQ is the way to go!
City BBQ was perfect! We used them to cater for our rehearsal dinner. Everyone loved it! They set everything up for us, and made sure we knew where and what everything was! They were amazing!
