The whole crew on the ship was PHENOMENAL!!! They accommodated all guests needs and requests . The DJ played music that catered to our style and he was so much fun !! The boat is handicap accessible , Taryn made sure we were on the first deck because we had a lot of people with mobility issues. The food was great , the table Decor was amazing ... we will definitely be back again

rue professionals with personal touch. The food was FANTASTIC. I should admit i did not have high expectations (coming from 10 course traditional Russian dinner), and i was wowed. Many guests kept talking to me about the food (and desserts!) post event. Mushed potatoes were to die for. Velvet cake was amazing. The set up was impeccable. DJ rocked. And the view is unbeatable - could not have asked for better backdrop. But all i want to talk about is Lakeya. She addressed EVERY SINGLE QUESTION i had - and every time she was creative, prompt, and accommodating, Being a "perfectionist" i was worried about the little details of the wedding, and perfect they were thanks to the wonderful Spirit Cruises crew.

Thank you Nia for going through all the extra steps with our live butterflies, ice sculpture and anything else that was above and beyond I know I was not easy to work with I am a perfectionist. lso. We had received a discount for booking in the off season, which helped out greatly! Nia had set us up with a sample lunch cruise so we could taste all the food and get a feel for how the day would go. We had more questions and Nia was just an email or phone call away. All the staff on the day of was very helpful and professional. They went above and beyond to got us whatever our guests or we needed. We had a small wedding of about 60-70 guests and everyone was comfortable- plenty of room on board! We also liked the many great photo ops with the cruise of the Baltimore Inner Harbor, such as the Key Bridge and taking group photos on the upper deck. Our ceremony was inside and everything was set up just the way i had wanted it to be. Everyone is still telling me how much fun and different it was compared to the traditional ball room venue. We signed up for the package that included cake- from Baltimore Cakery, DJ services, food and open bar. Having all these in one place really made it easy and we saved some $$ by having it all with one vendor! If you are thinking about booking with them.. Please do so! You will not regret it! :)

ed it was outdated prices after I had seen the price increases in my proposal, misleading advertising if you ask me), but my appointment was cancelled only an hour before the appointment time. I had made an appointment to see the Spirit of Baltimore with Nia over a week in advance, an appointment time that she gave me which I worked my schedule around to make. The day of our appointment, Nia called me twice to confirm our appointment, but I wasn't next to my phone at that exact moment. When I received her voicemails, only 20 minutes later, I immediately called back to confirm, which was well in advance of our appointment, and she didn't pick up so I left a voicemail. Right as I was walking out the door to the appointment, Nia called and said that since she hadn't heard from me, she made another appointment during that time and I would have to reschedule. She was extremely rude to me and acted as if I was inconveniencing her. I was fully prepared to put the deposit down today at the appointment, you just lost a customer.

We ended up renting out the entire ship - both floors- so we could accomodate our guests, a photobooth, a larger dance floor, etc. We also rented out extra time before and after the dinner cruise (this was very necessary because the dinner cruise is too short for a standard wedding- 3hrs) When we went on our trial cruise, I knew we were in good hands because the boat staff were all SO FRIENDLY and HELPFUL. There were a couple of "obstacles" that occurred from the day we booked, til the day of our wedding. Jaime worked with us until our needs were met and never made us feel like we were inconveniencing her, even though im sure it was a pain to be the liaison between us and the different vendors. The Wedding cake & DJ's and catering staff were all included in the rental. The one-stop shop was VERY appealing to me. The only problem is - one of my guests had her Iphone stolen from her table when she got up to dance for a while- and we only had 125 guests, our close family and friends, they would have never stolen her phone. So we suspect it was one of the staff members but we'll never know for sure... When I reported this after the wedding they didn't seem to pay much attention to that complaint. But that stuff happens I guess. It sure doesn't take away from the amazing night that my husband and I had this past June! Wish we could do it again. If you want a unique wedding that leaves all your guests raving about "the best wedding they've ever been to," Baltimore Spirit Cruise is the way to go!!!

ip gave us our very own personal coordinator. We were lucky enough to get Jaime who was nothing short of remarkable. Any questions I may have had or anything I needed she was right there to help me out. She made sure that everything went according to plan and with my timeline. The packages they offered were more than reasonable and all inlusive. I loved that for a certain price we got the food, liquor, dj, cake and more and didnt have to go to other outside vendors. Everything was handled all in one place.To date we are still getting compliments from guests who said it was the best wedding they have ever been too and it had the best food they have ever had. My husband and I were so pleased with everything we have decided to take a cruise again for our anniversary. Back to where it all started. I highly recommend this venue to everyone!
