I would stay FAR away from Claudyne and Class A Event Rentals. I had the same horrible experience as several others on many forums. She was extremely rude when I had an issue and even told me at one point “I knew we shouldn’t have taken this or...
der!” Mind you, it was just a tent and I never called once to bug until I saw that it was not installed properly. Wrong location, not the right height, poles were crooked, straps were loose and I had to ratchet them down myself for safety.... I provided countless pictures of the venue, exact location for the tent AND even a tent that was previously set up for more reference. During business hours on a Friday I could not reach anybody dispite trying for several hours. When I was finally called back, she was so argumentative and unprofessional that I thought it was a prank call! I assume they will show their colors again via an unprofessional response full of excuses to this post.
Class A Rentals was the perfect choice for my wedding. They were so easy to work with and were very flexible when scheduling meetings and working with our vision for the wedding design. They had many options for chairs, linens, tables, etc. (...
more than I was expecting) and they were all great quality. We also had several specific requests for them such as stringing lights over our whole reception area and setting up a dance floor and stage in an outdoor area. Class A exceeded my expectations and truly were able to bring our vision to life! I was very impressed with their reliable communication, beautiful rentals, and knowledge of the local venues and am thankful that I chose to work with Class A rentals.
Makes it difficult for their customers because they are not open on, at least, Saturdays. They were very rude when I pointed out that fact to them.

Mr. Fisk - Our hours are Mon-Fri 7-5:00. Saturday by appointment only. We are not open on Sundays. Our hours are stated everywhere, including the rental contract that you signed at pick up. I'm confused...because being open on Saturdays as ...
stated in your review would not have made a difference, being that your event was Saturday night. I do not know of any event rental company open at midnight on Saturday or on Sunday. We only charge 1 day rentals on our event rentals because of our hours. Our hours work for most...I am sorry they do not for you.

These guys were great to work with. I was the type of Bride who would tackle one or two things a week and when I wanted to check something off my list I wanted it done ASAP, they were quick to get back to me with quotes and questions. They work...
ed well with my venue, which they had used before, so they were able to get everything picked up and dropped off without me needing to be there to meet them. We got everything we needed and they were great at recommending color options when I wasn't able to make it to their office to look as samples. Everything came in great condition and worked perfect for us! Would Highly recommend them in the Fredericksburg, Austin, San Antonio area.
