Classic Limousines of Columbus

We booked the beautiful classic white Bentley for our wedding and are so happy we did! We booked it for an hour for photos before the reception and then for the end of the night for our get away car. The photos turned out AMAZING and are some of my favorites from the entire day. Classic limousine was extremely professional, On time and actually showed up ahead of schedule, and organized. Would highly recommend for your big day!

Classic Limousines had a 14 person stretch limousine and it was a great choice! My husband wasn’t sure if he wanted to spend the money on it or not, but after the wedding he said that was one of the most fun parts 😊 The bridal party loved riding around in it. My grandma and grandpa were so excited. My grandpa had our photographer take a picture of him in it! Haha he said he wanted to show it off to his friends. I think it made their day. Everyone felt like royalty and it was well worth the expense. The driver was courteous and professional. He was on time for EVERYTHING and managed to get us everywhere we wanted to go in that long limo. A fabulous company to work for and they helped the day go flawlessly 😊

Booking was very easy and the pricing is upfront. The tip is included in your price, so it is one less thing you have to worry about the day of your wedding. Our driver the day of was great and took us around to wherever we wanted to go to take pictures. Classic was even so kind as to upgrade us a few days before the wedding. We had so much fun and would definitely recommend them.

Classic Limousines was great to work with leading up to the wedding and the driver was very professional. He was on time to every pick-up and drop-off that we requested. I'm taking off one star because the A/C in our limo didn't work - and when we rolled down the window to get some air it got stuck down and wouldn't go back up despite everything we tried.

On the wedding day, our driver arrived on time and cheerful to transport my husband and his groomsmen to the location of our first look. They then picked up my bridesmaids and I to take us to the location and then drove us to the venue. Our driver was so kind and helpful to all of us. We were so impressed with the white hummer we chose. It was the perfect way for the bridal party to all fit and to have a great time together. Thank you to the team at Classic Limousines of Columbus! They picked us up post wedding to drive us around downtown Columbus for a bit - it was a rainy day and they made sure we stayed dry by running out to cover us with umbrellas before we got in the Bentley. They also let us decorate the car with some florals! Super professional driver and team - thank you for letting us relax and get some much needed quiet time between our wedding and reception!

The reservation process was quick and easy and Kyle was a big help initially. About two weeks before our wedding I reached out via email to discuss day of timeline/pickups/drop offs and was told that he would call me "next week" (the week before our wedding). He never called. I ended up calling him the day before our wedding to ensure we had the timeline and pickup/drop off locations sorted out. This caused a bit of stress as there are 85 other things going on 24 hours before your wedding lol. Our driver, Matt, was on time and got us to our destinations safely and easily. However, he was not very personable and never introduced himself. I had to ask him his name, etc. The A/C was not working in the H2 limo on the day of our wedding, it was 86 degrees outside. The aux cord was also not working. Matt told me that he called management about the issues and that I would receive a call the Monday after our wedding about this. I never did. Seems like this company doesn't care much about customer service once they have your $$..

We had a limousine "fake exit" after our ceremony and used it for transportation of our entire wedding party to and from pictures. The booking process was easy, the limo arrived promptly, the driver was professional and we had FUN! Classic Limousines is surely the way to go!

Hopefully you don’t have the driver we did when we rented the Bentley. We were picked up from our wedding and I guess our driver thought it was casual conversation to tell us this was his fourth wedding of the day and he was going through a divorce. Talk about a mood killer. We asked to stop at an ATM in order to get cash out to tip him which seemed to be an inconvenience to our driver. We booked the car at a bridal show and we were told champagne would be in the car upon arrival. There were flutes, so we asked about the champagne and we received a mumbled response along the lines of “we don’t have that”. Finally, we were dropped off at our destination and saw some other wedding guests and we asked our driver to take a picture of us with the car, isn’t that the whole point of renting it, and the car was not even included in the picture. Everyone has off days, but on our one special day we expected a better attitude and service for the price.

When we originally booked one of their limos online for our wedding day, there was a mixup, and it turns out we didn't get the limo. I was frustrated with how the company ran their website; however, after hearing our concerns/frustrations, the limo company apologized and told us they were working to fix the issue on their website. **They even offered to have one of their cars come pick us up (no charge!) at the end of our reception!** The driver who picked us up was very friendly, professional, and patient (the reception ended 15 minutes later than planned). From our interactions with the company, I can tell their goal is customer satisfaction.

Everything was very easy with classic limousines. We rented the Escalade Limo for our wedding party to the venue, and out to pictures. Sam was the driver, and was a blast to work with. We rented the Bentley to get back to the hotel after the wedding, and people cant stop talking about it. What a perfect night.

We rented the Mercedes Sprinter Van for transporting our wedding party to and from ceremony and reception venues on our wedding day. Classic Limos was absolutely wonderful to work with. I had changed around the times I needed them for multiple times and they continued to accommodate me and help me every step of the way! The driver and the manager had contacted me the day before to make sure we were all on the same page and made sure I was comfortable with everything. They were very prompt and provided outstanding service! The vehicle itself was very clean and was all set up and ready for us inside when it arrived. I would highly recommend them!!

The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because the AC in our limo was not working and it was 90+ degrees in July and we used it for a wedding. The driver was on time for all 3 pick ups, but I was told he did not respond to anyone’s request about the air. He was polite otherwise but it was a big disappointment to spend the money on this ride and be pretty uncomfortable in it.

The drivers from Classic Limousines were awesome! They were so calm and got us to our locations safely. I was so pleased with all of them and the vehicles were so beautiful!

We used Classic Limousines for transportation for our out-of-state family to get to their hotel in Newark from the Columbus airport. I heard great things from our family about the service and they enjoyed not having to get a rental car! The driver was friendly, on time, and professional. The service is definitely affordable and worth every penny!

We used Classic Limousines recently for our wedding to both drop off the bridal party to the venue, as well as to pick up myself and the groom after the wedding. Both drivers were early, professional, well dressed, very nice, knew what they were doing and were just overall wonderful. Both limos were immaculate, looked and smelled great and were new. I say new because I have used other companies in the past and was told a "new" limo would be arriving and that was not the case at all. I am beyond thankful for this experience, especially on such an important day in my life, and am glad we received exactly what was advertised, both vehicle wise and driver wise. We highly recommend this company to everyone!

Overall we liked the party bus we rented for our wedding. Driver was professional and good. The only issue was that we could not play music. The aux cable was broken and the bluetooth didn't work. Please upgrade your music interface

Limo service was a necessity for our wedding day as our ceremony and reception venues were not at the same place so when we shopped around for a limo service for the day, we ended on Classic Limousines for a few reasons. One, they had some great reviews and I am very trusting of personal reviews. Two, they were easy to work with in the process leading up to the day. The communication was outstanding from the moment we booked to the day-after follow-up. Our driver was Frank and he was such a fun chauffeur. Very professional and got us to our destination safely. The limo was beautiful. It was very clean, the AC worked perfectly and there was plenty of champagne glasses cleaned and ready for use for us when we got in the limo. We rented a 14 passenger towncar limousine to transport my husband, me, and our bridal party from our ceremony, to a park for photos, and then to the reception venue. The limousine was beautiful and our chauffeur, Frank, was prompt and professional! I would highly recommend Classic Limousines of Columbus to anyone looking for a limousine for their wedding.

Classic Limousines was so easy to work with. I called with a last minute time change, they were amazingly accommodating and nice about it. Limo driver texted when he arrived and was on time. Limo and driver were GREAT.

We picked classic limo’s because of the classic cars we were able to rent out by the hour. We rented the Hummer stretch to take our bridal party to take pictures in, and then the Classic Bentley as our getaway car at midnight. The Bentley was a dream, and the driver was so patient with us as our photographer set up some pictures with the car. Our Hummer driver was also very accommodating to driving us around while we were looking for a rain picture location.

The limo driver was very courteous. They arrived early and were very professional. They have a 2 hour min, which was perfect for what we were looking for. The only negative is the limo wasn't nearly as cool as it was in the pictures, and certainly didn't fit the 26 people they said it would. There were 11 of us and we fit comfortably, would have been tight with any more.

We loved that they allowed a 2 hour min reservation. It made having a limo service with a large limo much more affordable for us. The driver was friendly and helpful. Great service!

They handled all the transportation on our wedding day. The limo was clean and on time and everyone was super easy to work with. They even let us come look at the limos first to pick out what we wanted.

We weren't sure about getting car service and am so glad that we did!!! Classic Limousines was excellent and made our day so much better! We ending up going with their Rolls Royce Phantom and had it as part of our pictures. My husband LOVED that, the pictures with the car are by far his favorite! The driver was so considerate and she even helped me with my dress when it was just me and my husband with the photographer. I would definitely recommend them to my friends getting married and use them again for other functions! Thanks for making our day so much less stressful and more enjoyable!!

We received a call that there was an issue with the limo we booked and they had upgraded us to a bigger hummer limo. The limo and the driver were nice. They provided champagne glasses and had music we could control. They were also right on time.

We rented the navigator limo and the vintage car for our wedding. Both the car and the limo were stunning!!! The drivers were professional and courteous and the office was so easy to work with.

I was disappointed with the service I received from Classic Limousines on my wedding day. I was initially told that we would have the limo for six hours, with the start and end time confirmed the day before the wedding. When we arrived at our first picture location, we were told by our limo driver that we only had 20 minutes to take pictures as he had another appointment in 30 minutes. This was not the time frame that was communicated to me, nor the time that I had paid for! I was very upset. Additionally, our bridal party was not allowed to eat snacks in the limo (and we had brought a lot of snacks!). This would have been fine if it would have been communicated to us beforehand, but it was not. Additionally, we were told that we would be able to hook up our ipods to listen to our own music in the limo. This can be done, however you have to bring your own cord to hook your ipod up, which again was not communicated to us, so we could not listened to our prepared music as we did not bring the correct cord to do so. Overall, I was very disappointed with my experience with Classic Limousines.

I used Classic Limousines for my wedding transportation. My husband and I were very pleased with the service skills of our driver. They have an awesome company and everything is there to suite you on your big day! We rented the white Lincoln Towncar stretch limousine for our wedding. It was a last minute decision to add on limousine service and I am so happy I did!! It was snowing on our wedding day and the driver just made it perfect with her attention to details. She cleaned away all of the snow near the door at every stop and put down the red carpet for us. The office was awesome to work with and the limo was beautiful with lots of beautiful lights inside done in a tasteful manor. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CLASSIC LIMOUSINES FOR YOUR WEDDING!!!

We used them for our bachelorette party and wedding (they gave a good package deal for booking both) and each time they were early to the pick up, polite, very helpful, and the ride was a lot of fun! We had such a wonderful experience with Classic limo! Transportation was at first an issue because we had such a large wedding party (17 total). Classic had a Cadillac Escalade stretch limo and it was perfect! There was plenty of room for the entire wedding party and I had enough space to get in and out of it (my dress was pretty big). Our driver was very professional and personable. We spent time shopping around and comparing pricing. Classic was by far the best deal in Columbus, Ohio. I highly recommend them and will consider using them for future events.

We recently used Classic Limousines for our wedding. We went with the Escalade Limo. Not only was the limo clean, it was very cold air-conditioned, which was helpful since our day was hot. The driver and the office was absolutely a pleasure to work with. They responded to my calls and emails promptly. The day of the wedding, the driver arrived early and was very helpful. I enjoyed the energy the driver had throughout the day. We used Classic Limousine to take our wedding party around for pictures after our ceremony and before our reception. The limo was one of the best parts of our wedding!! We had so much fun! The limo was new and very clean. Our driver was also great - he was incredibly nice. The limo let us bring any drinks we wanted. However, they did not let us bring food, which was a little disappointing. We had purchased a lot of snacks to help balance out the drinking but we were not allowed to bring the food into the limo. Overall, I would definitely recommend this company!

My husband and I rented the stretch Mercedes, not that impressed honestly. It was dirty insde and smelled pretty badly. The outside of it was OK, but for the amount of money we spent, I was more than disappointed! And, the driver got lost and my husband and groomsmen were half an hour late to the ceremony!!

I used Classic Limousines for my wedding in their Mercedes Benz limousine. The limousine was spotless and very classy. My driver Thomas was so helpful with everything from stocking the limo with beer, helping everyone in and out of the limo, to adding all of the special touches like the red carpet. The office was very helpful too in dealing with all of my changes to our plans. Classic Limousines helped to make my special day even more special!!

Originally, the conversation was pleasant and helpful, and we were immediately interested in the "Mercedes" limousine on their website. I put this in quotations because it was in fact some late model Ford with Mercedes emblems emblazoned on it, with no mention of this in conversation. From this original conversation we made a deposit of $100.00 and held the above mentioned limousine for the above mentioned date. There were no conversations from then on until the Wednesday (May 16th) before our Saturday nuptials. The Owners called to inform us that despite the original agreed upon price and our deposit that they had mistakenly not included the hour of drive time and would now have to include that or we would be allowed to take our business elsewhere. With the remaining time frame being the deciding factor in our continued relationship with the company we reluctantly accepted the extra fee. Unfortunately this proved to be the beginning of a long line of infractions. The day of our wedding the limousine arrived at my home to pick up the bride and bridesmaids where they had their make-up and hair done and were dressed for the event. Upon entering the vehicle the immediate realization that the air conditioning was not working was the first indication of things to come. As a result of this issue my father-in-law was forced to pay the make-up and hair artists to return, meeting the bride and bridesmaids at the church to reverse the damage done by severe heat inside the limousine (it was approximately 90 degrees at that point). Then immediately following the air conditioning issue the car began to display mechanical issues and had intermittent periods of breaking down on the side of the road where it would sit, only to eventually start again and then breakdown once more. This caused the chain of events which would eventually make the bride and the groom late to their own wedding! Following the ceremony the limo was to meet the bride and groom outside of the front doors of the church where it would pick them up and take them around the block until guests had left when they would then re-enter the church for their pictures. However, the limousine never arrived at this destination, causing the bride and groom to have to walk around the church and circle back in after the guests had exited. Once the bride and groom and respective members of the wedding party were ready to leave the church and head to the location of the reception they re-entered the limousine for the approximate 20 minute drive. Now with the bride, groom, and wedding party inside the limousine broke down twice more for extended periods of time before limping into the venue late again. During these periodic breakdowns my father, obviously knowing the mechanical issues were severe enough, called the owners requesting another limousine be sent to complete the job. He was told that there were no others available and left to fend for himself. The father of the bride then approached the driver at the reception where he tipped him $100.00 and asked that he request payment in full not be collected until the issues at hand could be discussed with ownership. The bride and grooms card were promptly charged that night. These people were hell to deal with they are doing nothing to right their wrong.. not to mention that when ever I think about my wedding I will forever remember the horrific limo situation and almost missing my own wedding!! DONT CHANCE IT DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Classic Limousines did a fantastic job, the car I had originally booked they had sold and upgraded so we got an upgraded limo which was such a great wedding surprise!! The driver was so sweet and gracious. We enjoyed working with this company and they made our day even more special even though it was pouring down rain we still had a beautiful day and thank you Classic Limo for making it even better!

We appreciated the fact that Classic offered us a two hour window for their services - most places wouldn't let us use them for less than three, even though we didn't need that much time. They were prompt, courteous, and prepared. The driver did a great job of helping the ladies in and out of the limo during our stop offs too. Great service!
