ke myself and the groom back to the hotel. Both drivers were early and professional. We rented the sprinter limo van which was very clean. The individual we booked with was very nice, informative and made the booking process easy. The only issue was that neither of the drivers had any idea where we were going even though these were details we had discussed with Classic Limos numerous times and were listed on our contract. Not a huge issue at all as we could let the drivers know where we needed to go, but I expected this to be something Classic Limos would have discussed with their drivers.

rs in August. The vehicle that arrived was a 16-18 passenger Hummer H2. The interior of the Hummer H2's door fell off upon the driver's attempt to close it (we have photos). The vehicle had Zero Air Conditioning and no ice was provided. Upon further examination, the wheel wells were dented, the rear black areas were faded to grey, and the driver's side exterior was significantly scratched and rusted. We decline the use, and were not provided transportation services because the vehicle was not safely operational and would not fit our party of individuals.
Immediately, on the day of (during out wedding) we placed a call into the office. Additionally, the driver communicated with his dispatch. The company offered to communicate a resolution by Monday. Although many attempts have been made in the last two months to communicate (messages have been left with the representatives) with this company both book representatives Nicole and Amanda have failed to provide an opportunity to speak with Mr. Evan Ellis the Operations Manager.
We are requesting a full refund. However, to this day no resolution has been discussed because management is not willing to communicate. Additionally, the booking representatives have failed to provide a resolution.
This company did not provide transportation as contracted. Nor did they provide comparable or safe transportation for our contract.

We asked to stop at an ATM in order to get cash out to tip him which seemed to be an inconvenience to our driver. We booked the car at a bridal show and we were told champagne would be in the car upon arrival. There were flutes, so we asked about the champagne and we received a mumbled response along the lines of “we don’t have that”. Finally, we were dropped off at our destination and saw some other wedding guests and we asked our driver to take a picture of us with the car, isn’t that the whole point of renting it, and the car was not even included in the picture. Everyone has off days, but on our one special day we expected a better attitude and service for the price.

The driver and the manager had contacted me the day before to make sure we were all on the same page and made sure I was comfortable with everything. When we arrived at our first picture location, we were told by our limo driver that we only had 20 minutes to take pictures as he had another appointment in 30 minutes. This was not the time frame that was communicated to me, nor the time that I had paid for! I was very upset. Additionally, our bridal party was not allowed to eat snacks in the limo (and we had brought a lot of snacks!). This would have been fine if it would have been communicated to us beforehand, but it was not. Additionally, we were told that we would be able to hook up our ipods to listen to our own music in the limo. This can be done, however you have to bring your own cord to hook your ipod up, which again was not communicated to us, so we could not listened to our prepared music as we did not bring the correct cord to do so. Overall, I was very disappointed with my experience with Classic Limousines.
