Classic party rentals was great to work with for our wedding! We met with Martha in person and went over all of the different options for plates, glassware, napkins – more decisions than I knew there were to make when planning a wedding, but Martha helped us through all of it! They delivered the rentals to our venue a couple days before the wedding, and picked them up a day or two later, making everything extremely easy on us. Would definitely recommend them!
Working with Carrie was a dream, she was so attentive to detail and never complained when I changed my order 1000 times. Classic Party Rentals staff delivered and picked up without a flaw - I am so thankful for this vendor and the role they played in our wedding planing process

At the start of the planning process, we didn’t really have a clear idea of the rentals, place settings, and linens we wanted for our wedding day. At our first meeting Martha was so patient with us; pulling out all kinds of combinations to ensure we landed on exactly what we wanted! Throughout the planning process we had quite a few changes: the number of serving dishes, the types of glasses, the size of the tables, and so many more. Martha and Carrie were extremely prompt and patient in making the updates to our quote to ensure we were all on the same page! Martha and Carrie made it so easy by coordinating with our Caterer, Mosaic, to ensure we had everything we needed to deliver a perfect dinner and the reception. And WOW - did they! Not only was the service spot on, but the quality of each piece we rented was top-notch. A huge THANK YOU to Martha and Carrie for all of your help!!

Classic was so easy to work with for our October wedding. They dropped off our chairs at our ceremony site and all they requested was for them to be returned to the same spot the day they were to be picked up. They were quick and responsive to all of our need - just a solid and reliable vendor!
We used Classic Party Rentals of Virginia for our recent wedding and could not have been happier! Martha was wonderful, and helped us chose all our settings and linens and everything looked absolutely perfect on the day. The delivery and collection was an absolute breeze, with no issues at all. I highly recommend them.
We used Classic Party Rentals for our ceremony and reception needs, and were very happy with their work! We met with Carrie at their Midlothian showroom, where we were able to see the wide variety of options and select the perfect pieces to complement our space and vision. We chose the chairs for both the ceremony and reception, table coverings, plates, drink-ware, flatware, etc - all items we needed, but that still had the style and aesthetic we wanted to tie the space together. Also, since they have a good working relationship and experience with Mosaic (our caterer), they were able to coordinate what was needed/already provided without having to involve us.
CPR was also very easy to work with when we had to reschedule our original April 2020 date due to COVID. They helped make a very difficult situation much easier on us by being so communicative and flexible!
Martha was so easy to work with for our wedding and quickly made changes to our quote as our guest count continually changed. We would definitely use them again for another big event!
Martha at Classic Party Rentals was great to work with! She was flexible with our changing numbers as covid drastically changed our plans. She allowed us to change our table sizes multiple times to better accommodate social distancing. We rented a 40'x60' clear top tent which we consistently got comments on throughout the night. It was a little bit more expensive, but 100% worth it to be able to be dancing under the stars when the sun went down! This company definitely took some of the stress off of planning a wedding during covid!
I hired Classic Party Rentals to provide tables, benches, plates, glasses, and napkins for my small backyard wedding in August. It was easy to find everything I needed on their website with their representative pictures. Everything was delivered the day before our wedding and picked up two days afterward, which gave us plenty of time to clean up. When a bunch of our wine glasses broke in transit to us, they let us know about it before the delivery even arrived, and came a second time to drop off the replacements. I recommend working with them!
When we found out our reception had to be moved from our original venue to my in-laws' backyard because of COVID-19 we were all a little nervous. Classic Party Rentals went above and beyond to help us make the day absolutely perfect! Martha Pearce was amazing to work with, and was so helpful. The crew that delivered and set up our tent, tables, and chairs were professional and courteous. They were able to help us plan, in a limited amount of time, the perfect backyard reception!
I ended up working with Classic Party Rentals when my caterer recommended I use their services for the rentals we needed for our wedding. Martha is fabulous! She was so responsive over email and quick to update our quote with any changes. She helped us find ways to lower our costs and was very flexible with making changes along the way. The weekend-of the rentals were delivered right on time and were picked up on time, I didn't worry at all. I would definitely recommend them for any rental needs!

Carrie was fantastic to deal with! She was able to answer any questions that we had and assisted us multiple times with making our ideas come to life. Everything arrived on time, perfect condition, and ready to go. Couldn't ask for better service. Would use them again for future events without a doubt.
Loved working with Classic Party Rentals! They did such a good job of understanding the look that I was going for. They also have so much experience with the different spaces that they can image what looks best in each space. They also have a huge inventory selection so you can find anything that you want. Would highly recommend!
The team at Classic Party Rentals was so easy to work with. They were so communicative with my caterer that I didn't even feel like I needed to do much outside of pay! I worked with Emily (she's awesome!) and stopped by the warehouse once to look at linens—she showed me their inventory and I made my decision in less than 30 minutes. Prices were reasonable and they even sourced some carafes last minute for our mimosa bar. Highly recommend!
It was a pleasure to work with Martha on my August wedding. She is truly an expert and was able to guide me seamlessly through all of the linen, flatware, glassware, china, etc. options. She came to our walk through and with her knowledge of our venue, was really able to help us think about the best layout for all of the tables and the space. We rented a tent with lights, farm cocktail tables, and tables, linens, glassware from them and everything arrived on time and in great condition. Carrie was really easy to work with and super responsive to any changes I need to make to our order. The rentals also arrived in plenty of time the day before the wedding for me to go through everything and make sure everything was OK. We got a lot of compliments on the natural duck/faux burlap tablecloths, I definitely recommend those for a casual outdoor wedding!

Working with Emily was a delight. She made sure we had everything we needed for our daughter's outdoor wedding. The farmhouse tables were perfect! We could have not done it without her expertise. I particularly used Classic Party of VA because they had farm tables to rent. From there, I chose the place settings and some linens. The farm tables were perfect for the rustic barn venue and the place setting materials (china, flatware, glasses) were very nice. The staff is extremely nice and a pleasure to work with.
My venue was a private home, so I had to bring in literally, EVERYTHING! I rented tables, chairs, beautiful matte satin linens, china, chargers, flatware and glasses. It all came together just as I had imagined! We had a small intimate dinner for about 30 guests, right on the water. Classic Party Rentals of VA made our tables breathtaking! I would highly recommend them to any future brides!

This vendor was reasonably priced and very easy to work with. Whenever I needed to make changes/additions, they were always quick to respond and accommodate my requests. Rentals showed up and were picked up when they were supposed to. I am very happy all around with this vendor.
Patrick at Classic Party Rentals is AMAZING. He is so, so helpful and made me feel like I was the only bride he was working with. When I would get confused about rentals and how much to rent/plan for, he was extremely helpful. He even helped with decorating ideas for the tablescapes/centerpieces. Trust me, you won't be disappointed with Classic Party Rental. I would definitely use them again & again & again!
The rentals were great and the prices were less than other companies in the area. They were quick to respond which was great!
Classic Party Rentals of VA provided the linens, china, silverware, and a few other items for our wedding reception. Even though they were not cheap, they were the cheapest of the rental companies in the greater Richmond area. Our reception was the most beautifully decorated reception I have ever been to. The pink and white linens were gorgeous, and the tables sparkled.
I was very happy with our rental company. We had an outdoor wedding on uneven ground, but the tables held up great and didn't wobble. The linens (even though we opted for the cheaper ones) were high quality - very soft yet durable. The dinner plates and glasses were also of very high quality. They provided us with extras in case unexpected guests arrived or in case any were broken in the event.
They have a HUGE variety of options, from chairs to linen types and colors to tent sizes to dance floors, etc.
The only problem we encountered was that the tent was placed in the incorrect location the day before the ceremony. We contacted Classic Party Rentals of VA immediately, and they had their team come back out and move it to the correct location.

I really enjoyed the variety of linens they had but their china was very limited. Amanda was great and did a mock setting so we could see everything before hand. My qualm is that they didn't inform us that we would need plate warmers with our china until the day before the wedding, which was an extra $200. They also have a lot of extra fees and are higher in cost then other companies in the area.
We rented a lot of our decorative items from Classic Party Rentals so the reception would simply not have been as beautiful and perfect without to wonderful service and products they provided us with. Angela was easy to work with and made sure everything was perfect up to the last minute.

We initially picked Classic because they had beautiful farm tables that fit our vintage theme and were reasonably priced compared with other vendors. They had a wide variety of linen options and they let me play with different table sizes, china, glassware, and flatware in their showroom so I could master our look while still being functional with our food service style. Sandra was a great listener, understood our vision, and gave really good suggestions. (For our sorbet, she recommended classy champagne coupes with functional base plates) We reviewed quantities for each course so that we could set up calculations to easily help us determine our final amounts once we had our final guest count. She was flexible to deliver (with a fee) to our remote site, and she allowed us to have Wednesday drop-off and Monday pick-up so we could set up early and avoid additional venue fees. When the rentals arrived, they were lovely. The venue loved the farm tables so much they wanted to keep them! The gold chiavaris were a little inconsistent (some were plastic and some were wood), but we arranged them so that it was less obvious and Classic had sent a few extras so we were able to make adjustments. The one complaint I have isn’t necessarily their fault, but I still want to share. Our caterer asked Classic if they could see my order and they thought it looked like I had too many small plates on my order and they took it upon themselves to reduce MY order and not tell or ask me! The caterer’s many other mistakes caused us not to need some of the plates, but I wish someone from Classic had called me to ask me instead of just trusting our bad caterer. I blame the caterer more than Classic, but funny enough, Classic is a great company and they profusely apologized and took full responsibility and refunded me the money for the mistake. I feel that they are good people to do business with, and I would definitely recommend them to other brides.
Classic party rentals was great to work with. They have so many options they can fit any budget. I was so excited that all the china rentals were the same price, I thought I would have to have a plain white plate but I was able to pick a beautiful lace pattern that looked incredibly expensive. We were able to make changes at the very last minute and they were awesome as far as customer service goes. I highly recommend them!
They had such great suggestions for ideas regarding the table linens. The options for dishes, glassware and table ware are pretty wide and I was able to achieve the look I wanted. Honey was delightful and has the patience of a saint with all the changes I made to the contract over time.
Prices are comparable to most other companies so I would not say it's necessarily a deal, but the selection and options are there.

After our original wedding in North Carolina was cancelled by Hurricane Irene, Classic Party Rentals of Virginia was willing and ready to help us out with linens for a last minute reception at the Westin Richmond on incredibly short notice (24 hours!); they couldn't have been nicer in helping us out and the linens were perfect! I interviewed a ton of rental companies before I found Angela with Classic Party Rentals. She was really easy to work with and helped guide me in the right direction (that means everything looked great). The price was really great compared to other companies too.
We first met Angela Smith from Classic Party Rentals at a Meet the DJ night at our venue. She was there with some examples of reception tables. We loved her the first time we talked to her. And her service was fantastic throughout the planning process. We went to the warehouse on a Saturday to meet with her in person, and she really worked winin our budget. Every time I sent her an email with a question, she responded immediately. And she always had an answer to whatever we needed. Angela went above and beyond for us! We would recommend Classic Party Rentals for any rental items needed for a wedding!
