We had a site-only venue, and rented EVERYTHING for our wedding (from tables and chairs to linens and flatware) through Classical Tents. They are communicative, professional, and easy to work with!

We ordered all of our rentals through Classical Tents, and we had a great experience. They were great and easy to communicate with, and offered helpful suggestions along the way. We were very happy with their selection of rentals, and we were easily able to find everything that we need in our budget. Pickup and delivery were easy! Highly recommended.

We could not have had such a beautiful wedding without Classical Tents. Our wedding was set in an open field surrounded by mountains in The Berkshires. Though we were lucky with a sunny day for our Wedding, the tent certainly protected us from the rain the following day during our brunch. All of the details that we ordered from Classical Tents helped to pull the vision together; be it the chairs, tablecloths, lights, dance floor, etc. I cannot speak highly enough about the professionalism that customers will receive from Classical Tents. You can expect prompt and detailed responses from each person along the journey. We worked with Michele Hotchkin and Liz Chapman. These women have an answer to every question and are truly there to meet your every need to make your event magical. We changed our mind about details along the way and they happily made those changes for us, while communicating when our last chance would be to change any of the details. The men that helped to set our tent up were phenomenal. They worked extremely hard that day and didn't seem to stop until the tent was up! It took about 5 hours for a 40 x 100 tent to go up. I can’t recommend Classical Tents & Party Goods enough! The process for booking, drop off, and pick up couldn’t have gone any smoother! With so much to worry about as a bride it was nice to work with a team that fit into the planning and wedding weekend seamlessly! The sailcloth tent we rented was absolutely beautiful! Since we booked everything initially about 2 years before our wedding there were several changes before the big day when it came to what we needed / wanted to rent and the Classic Tents team was so accommodating and always got back to me extremely fast!

My husband and I used Classical Tents for our wedding in September and the service was wonderful. I worked via email with Michele Hotchkin, who compiled a working list including the tent, linens, dinnerware, tables, and chairs. As we got closer to the date, I found that I needed to add things and Michele was always quick to reply (and she was able to accommodate all our requests!). Set up of the tent was organized and quick. All of the items we received were just as we'd hoped. Liz Chapman went over our invoice with us and helped us make last minute changes before sending off the final invoice. We found Classical Tents to be convenient and helpful, and everything we rented helped our wedding day to look fantastic.

As a wedding planner, I could not recommend this company enough! They have been my favorite for years. They are so quick to answer, and each time you call, you get a person right away. They are accommodating, gracious, and extremely knowledgeable. I have worked with some of the larger rental companies in New England and they do not hold a candle to the customer service or quality of Classical Tents. Booking them makes one of the more complicated parts of planning a wedding easy!

Classical Tent + Party Goods is definitely our go to for weddings + other events. As a chef + designer, CTPG provides all my needs with expediency and proper consultation to fit within whatever budget I am working with. Their excellent team makes planning events that much smoother.

The best!! So easy to work with and overall just an amazing experience working with them. They give you many options for tents, tables, chairs, silverware, plates etc. There’s really something for everyone - so many different styles and finishes. Classical Tents was great to work with. They provided a beautiful sailcloth tent, dance floor, and some chairs for my wedding. The weather forecast turned really bad days before my June wedding, and my husband and I requested that Classical Tents deliver a heater for tent, but only two days before the wedding. Classical Tents delivered the heater for us with no problem! Everything looked perfect on the wedding day and we didn't have to worry about a thing.

Classical Tents' service and products were outstanding. Even though we couldn't be home when they came to set up the tent they followed our staked outline perfectly to place the tent - which was beautiful - exactly where we'd wanted it. They arrived on time for setup and take-down. The twinkle lights were beautiful!! They even left a cord with sufficient length to preclude the need for us to add extension cords. We can't recommend the team more highly for peace of mind in planning a big event. Will definitely use them again.

A big thank you to the team for helping support my Wedding at MASS MOCA! The staff is so easy to work with - we came up to visit the showroom and were able to pick out all of our silverware, chairs, place settings, table clothes, glassware in one easy trip. They also supplied all of the platters, serving pieces, sheet pans to turn the museum into a full blown dining room - CRAZY! Couldn't recommend this team more. Would use them again for any event. There is no one that does it better than Classical Tents. As a recent bride, I used Classical Tents for everything from dessert forks to velvet green tablecloths for a Ralph Lauren Brunch. I think every savvy and chic bride should use Classical Tents at her wedding...what a beautiful way to be sustainable, fashionable and it is all a one stop shop.

Classical tents was amazing to work with for all the dinnerware and glassware items we needed for our wedding! They were so helpful and responsive through the entire process and made sure we had everything we needed. Once all the items we wanted were confirmed they took care of everything in regards to setting up delivery and pick up with our venue. I would definitely recommend them for any of your rental needs.

I wasn't aware of how much an expense a tent and all the forks, plates, tables, dance floor, etc. add up to - not a knock on Classical but would have been nice to know before we picked our venue (which just kind of waved it off like "yeah, you'll have to get a tent").

We highly recommend Classical Tents for your wedding rental needs. We had reserved a patio rain tent for our wedding on 10/1/2022. Given the uncertainty of the remnants Hurricane Ian's path Classical Tents allowed us additional time to make the decision on if we needed the tent or not. Trevor was extremely understanding in this situation.

Their staff is first rate and quick to respond, and they have a wonderful selection. I visited the show room twice—Kat was fun and patient, and helped us make decisions on linens, flatware, glassware, etc. Their staff were understanding and flexible when I had to make last minute changes to my order, which I greatly appreciated.

Great experience booking rentals for our wedding! They walked us through the process, were very responsive to emails and made any changes to our order quickly. We moved our wedding date 4 times due to covid and the way they worked with us through the changes and last minute weather needs, like ordering outdoor heaters 3 days before the wedding due to unseasonably chilly weather, was a breeze. We had a great experience working with Classical tents. Our wedding was beautiful and expertly executed - the sailcloth tent and wooden grain crossback chairs were exactly what we had envisioned! They had us into the office a year prior to the wedding to select everything from forks and knives to linens, different sized tables, and then worked directly with the planner to confirm all of the items which made it easy for us logistically. We would recommend anyone hosting a wedding in the Berkshires to utilize them!

There is not enough wonderful things I can say about Classical Tents. We worked with them on our November microwedding and had such a great experience. I am a professional planner and so have worked with them many times in that capacity – but my experience as a bride was just as wonderful. The team at Classical and endlessly knowledgeable and were so helpful as we worked through adjusting out wedding from a 200 person event to a microwedding of 20. Their attention to detail throughout the planning process and the execution is one of the reasons I always recommend them as a professional and the reason I chose them as a bride. Everything on our order was checked and delivered promptly, and they were always prompt in communication response even throughout on-and-off state shutdowns. Classical has a wide selection of beautiful and modern wares that are perfect for any wedding. You won’t be disappointed!

We rented beautiful rustic benches from Classical, they were very easy to work with and the benches looked fantastic at our ceremony site!

My husband and I worked with Classical Tents for our wedding early June and are extremely happy with our experience. I planned our wedding from across the country so we never visited a showroom or met with anyone in person, but Michele and Carrie made the entire planning process very easy. They were quick to respond and extremely detail oriented. For day of, delivery and dance floor install were a breeze. I would highly recommend!

We used Classical Tents for our wedding in early September and they were fantastic! Touring their showroom helped us get a sense of what we wanted and needed, and they also gave great recommendations and advice. Being able to book more than needed and then edit our list as the date approached was very convenient. I can't tell you how many emails were exchanged from us and our caterer to Classical, and they were also responsive. The drop off and pick up was also seamless. I would definitely recommend them!

Christopher and I can not thank Ashley and the team from Classical Tents enough for all of their hard work, patience, kindness and professionalism they showed us through our whole wedding process. For two years we have been working with Ashley to create our picture perfect wedding; whether it was emailing her to set up an appointment or going through the showroom to decide on colors, Ashley was so responsive, professional and truly a breath of fresh air. She took her time and gave her input on things when I felt stuck... she let me design my perfect "head" table and perfect "guest" table right in the show room so I could show the florist and others what my vision was. No matter what changes were needed, Ashley was always on top of our order. She put my mind at ease many times and I, personally, can not thank her enough for that! Classical also has the most beautiful options from linens, runners, rustic wooden table toppers, whiskey(wine) barrels (etc). You name it, they have it! We will go with Classical Tents moving forward for any of our future rental needs! Classical Tents was great for rentals in Western Mass! All of their products were beautiful, and great quality. Would definitely recommend them!

We used Classical Tents for EVERYTHING for our wedding and we cannot say enough how amazing the experience was. Every single person on the staff was amazing and accommodating! Our perfect day went the way it did because of Classical Tents! When there was something needed; they were there right away! I cannot say enough about the organization and time put into each and every question that we had. If we had to do our wedding day all over again (which everyone dreams) we would go with Classical Tents 100 times again! Simply amazing!

We have used Classical multiple times now and we will not use anyone else! We have tried other vendors and their service does not even come close to what Classical offers. They stay in constant communication and make sure all of your needs are met, they even have someone on call for the weekend of your event to make sure that if anything fell through the cracks there is someone there to fix it (which we have never needed to use!) We usually go through Ashley who knows all of their products and helps each of our brides pick out the style of their budget in their price point that they are looking! We highly recommend using Classical for a Berkshire Wedding!

My family decided to work with Classical for all of the rentals for our backyard wedding. Classical was recommended by multiple people and when I saw the rental catalogue, the options were great. Classical is more expensive than other rental companies in the area but we decided to go with them anyways. Throughout the planning and rental agreement process email and phone communication was spotty as coordinators didn't always respond. We had worked mainly with one coordinator but at times would get emails from another stating that she was stepping in and had to resend emails and order charges multiple times. In the final stages, the last week before the wedding, we received multiple emails to tie up loose ends from multiple people. The communication and organization of the staff was suboptimal at best. The delivery date was changed the week of the wedding (which we knew could happen) and luckily was a day earlier than originally stated. Thank goodness for that extra day because we had missing items AND a bad extension cord connection that was blowing the fuse due to extra moisture from rain. I raised my concerns to Classical via email and phone as soon as I could. I spoke to 2 different people who were short and frankly rude about it. As if I was asking too much or this was our mistake, not theirs. Despite that attitude, we were assured it would all be taken care of. I even followed up daily to make sure issues would be taken care of. I was always told "yes, later today. Tomorrow morning at the latest". The day of the wedding came and still no Classical (FOR 3 DAYS!). We were short a chair and they never returned to enclose the extension cord connections that they promised they would in case more rain came through. Now that the wedding is over, my wedding coordinator contacted them about it and I received an email back stating "I spoke to our Operations Manager and he admitted forgetting to bring the extra chair. He felt that the cords were fine after checking on them and the weather being nice." If that was the case about the extension cords then that should have been stated from moment one. They shouldn't have said time and time again that they would be back to fix it. We did get refunded for an outdoor heater that we returned after tent set-up. And was told that they wanted to make it right by doing that. All in all, Classical missed the mark. Staff was not reliable and we paid for items that we did not have. They have an elitist attitude and for the amount of money we spent, you would think they would have respected and met their customer needs. I DO NOT recommend Classical as there are many rentals companies in the area who would have gone above and beyond. Very disappointing and we expected more.

Classical Tents was amazing. The team couldn’t have been more professional, and Michele especially was a rockstar. She was on top of every email we sent her way and her attention to detail was VERY much appreciated. We had a large order, with several additions and changes, and we were never worried about anything slipping through the cracks. The set up and delivery team led by Trevor was smooth as well, making the whole experience a pleasure from start to finish. And of course, the bride and groom loved how everything turned out, from the clear tent down to the utensils and chairs. As planners who’ve worked with countless vendors and rental companies, Classical Tents is definitely one company who we’ve enjoyed working with, and will continue to work with in the future!

Michelle in particular was excellent to work with and they made it very easy for us to make changes to our order during the planning process, delivered everything on time and throughout the process we felt assured that we would get everything we ordered in a convenient and timely manner. If you are planning a summer wedding, I would recommend making your visit to the showroom sooner rather than later, as Classical Tents is very popular in the area and some items may get booked up during popular wedding weekends.

Classical Tents were so wonderful to work with. They had everything we needed and helped us get everything we wanted. Our tent was beautiful and Kat helped us with our floor plan too. I recommend making an appointment and seeing their showroom. In the showroom we were able to mix and match our table settings, pick out our chairs, and find the right color linens for everything. I really want to like Classical Tents. The team was always very responsive and kind, but the staff did not know how to set up the tent we ordered! The set up was supposed to take 1 day, but it took 3 days (and staff was working up to the last minute before the wedding). They were never able to figure out how to put the last support bar up in the tent, which was kind of concerning. At the end of the day it was fine, but it was the only part of my wedding planning that caused me stress. I would like to think that this was just weird a snafu, but if you use Classical Tents make sure to clarify how long the set up with take. They are too expensive to not have trained professionals come and set up the tents.

Truly loved dealing with Classical Tents...The owners, Kat&Ben are wonderful people that know there business and were a big help in helping us to plan our back yard wedding reception,,They had EVERYTHING NEEDED...,,Many selections to choose from and we had so much fun in the showroom=) We would recommend Classical Tents to anyone in need of a GREAT company to help plan your wedding=)

Classical Tents provided some of our tables, chairs, linens, etc. They were straight to the point, provided the service needed, and their product was in good shape. Unfortunately, they got my husband's name wrong, and were unable to fix it in their computer system, but that was our only issue. I did find they were a bit pricey, but everything in Lenox and the surrounding area is a bit more expensive than other areas, so it was to be expected. They were prompt, and professional. They were also flexible, allowing us to make changes needed up until the last week before our event, book them on pretty short notice, and understanding when we were a bit forgetful with all the stress on our plates. I certainly would recommend them if you need to use a rental company.
