Our wedding venue did not offer a true day of wedding coordinator and I have been in enough weddings to know that you absolutely need one. Hiring Leslie for my day of wedding coord...
inator was the best decison I made throughout the whole wedding planning process. I found Classy Bucket Events through a quick vendor search on The Knot. I sent an inquiry and Leslie was quick to respond. She asked if we would be able to set up a phone call to learn more about me as well as our wedding vision. After speaking with Leslie, I knew she was the right person for the job. She spoke to her personal experience as a mom, planning her daughters wedding and her experince as a bride planning her own. She also spoke to her professional event planning experience working with the Susan G Komen Walk for the Cure. She knows what it is like on both sides of the business and it truly shows in her work.
I hired Leslie early on in the wedding planning process. She made sure to let me know that she was always available as a resource to bounce ideas off of and she never hesitated to give me recommendations on vendors that she had worked with in the past. She attended our final walk through with our wedding venue and kept in close communication with our venue wedding coordinator. As it got closer to wedding day, Leslie kept us all organized. She reviewed all of our wedding vendor contracts and reached out to each and every one of them to make sure we were all on the same page for the wedding day timeline. Her communicaiton was always timely and professional.
We did not have a professional wedding officiant so Leslie was an immense help with our ceremony and wedding party as well. Leslie attended our wedding rehearsal and made sure that we all knew our ques and walking order!
As I sat back and relaxed on my wedding day, Leslie and her assistant set up all of my wedding decor. From center peices to aisle decor, to even placing my flowers on my wedding cake!! (Which the bakery was supposed to do!!) I had NO IDEA this even happend until my mother-in-law told me after the wedding was over. Which is why you hire the day of wedding coordinator!! There will be things that go wrong, or not exactly to plan, but because I hired Leslie I had no idea that these things happened. She literally took care of everything and everything was beautiful. Leslie truly went above and beyond. She even took photos of our wedding decor and captured a few special moments from my ceremony. Some of the photos are honestly better than the professional ones.
I am so grateful to her and Heidi for making my wedding day seamless and stress free for myself, my husabnd, and our families. If you are considering Classy Bucket Events, I promise you won't regret hiring them!! Leslies, Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You are truly special.
Classy bucket events went over and BEYOND ensuring our wedding day was the best day of our lives. Leslie and her team were responsible for day of coordination for ceremony and rece...
ption events, which were held at different venues. They ensured everything was transferred from ceremony site to reception venue safely and made my reception dreams come true with the beautiful set up. Leslie was very organized and communicative- she helped form a very detailed timeline for the day of the wedding that helped ensure that everything went smoothly, and that all vendors were on the same page. If and when there was an issue or conflict, Leslie was there to resolve it. I cannot thank Leslie and her team enough for helping pull off the most wonderful day of my life! I would HIGHLY recommend Classy bucket events for any bride that wishes to make their wedding day a little less stressful and chaotic- Leslie will do everything she can to make your big day perfect.

essed her excitements for her clients. The actual wedding day went SO PERFECTLY. Leslie was professional, helpful, supportive, and punctual.
Her day-of assistant, Kasey, helped everything run smoothly. She kept my dress fluffed, reminded me to smile, and helped wherever she was needed.
Thank you Classy Bucket Events for helping us create the most beautiful day!

Where do I even began? Leslie was hands down the best decision we made during our wedding planning process and I'm not sure we could have pulled it off without her! She looked over...
all of our contracts, kept in touch with our venders during the planning process, and created a very detailed timeline for our big day to make sure everyone was on the same page. She is so organized and has such an amazing attention to detail, so when we found out we couldn't get access to our venue to set-up the day before I knew we were in good hands. She truly made our wedding vision a reality. She provided such a sense of comfort and relief during the planning process with all of her knowledge and expertise. There was so many things that she thought of that would have been completely missed if we didn't have her. She was even prepared with extra batteries when the batteries died in one of our new polaroid cameras for our guestbook! Leslie put so much time and effort into our wedding and we will be forever grateful for her in making our day so special for us. She is such a joy and pleasure to work with and we couldn't recommend her more!
Leslie was my absolute lifesaver!! I didn’t think I needed a day of coordinator but I was soo wrong. If I could go back in time, I probably would’ve asked her to be a part of the e...
ntire process from start to finish considering how much we loved her & how the stress just melted from our bodies having her with us during the most important day of our lives. She treated us like absolute family and went above and beyond our expectations. Leslie was more organized then I had ever thought was humanly possible, she came up with an incredible timeline, took lead on our ceremony planning, rounded up all our vendors for important documents, times, & everything in between, checked in on my mental health, brought an emergency kit, helped tremendously with keeping my rented decor items organized and put away, checked the weather forecast considering we had a beach wedding with a storm on the way, made sure our cards were in safe hands when we were plastered, took some beautiful photos, made final decisions for the most indecisive couple of all time, and kept my sanity by taking on literally all of our stress. Leslie, you’re the sweetest most beautiful soul inside and out. Words do us no justice in describing how amazing you are & how much you meant to us. With that being said, anyone reading this review, stop what you’re doing and book with her. If it’s about the money, I tell you what, she’s worth every penny plus some & you’ll say the same thing after it’s all said and done. I promise you that.

s so wrong! Thank goodness my mom found Leslie from Classy Bucket Events. She was so professional and so helpful. Right from the beginning, she took care of the things on my to-do list that meant the most to me and that were giving me the most stress. She would always ask “what can I do to make you less stressed?” or “how are you feeling now (after we would review information or finish a task)?” She truly cared about how I felt and what she could do to make my day amazing!! She did so much to make my day stand out. Prewedding went with me to my venue rundowns and 30-day walk-through, sent me reminders on what was the next biggest task I needed to focus on, as well as organized and helped develop the perfect timeline for my day. Not only did I utilize Leslies event planning skills but also her amazing personalization skills for wedding day items, she personalized hangers, shirts, and even my bridesmaid's sweatpants. Leslie does some amazing work and also is well known in the wedding community for this work as well as her connections with wedding-related vendors. I had a flower emergency when I realized I had ordered flowers in bulk and needed to make the arrangements myself, Leslie found me an amazing florist who was willing to arrange the flowers for my big day within the day! She even took time out of her morning on the day of my wedding to stop by the florist to pick up my arrangements and bouquets to ensure they made it to my big day!! When my wedding came, she ensured that things went as smoothly as possible for a rainy day/ plan B option. She ensured all of my decorations, flowers, and wedding parties were maintained and in place. I felt at ease when I had to be in hair and makeup knowing that Leslie was out in my venue space altering my outdoor plans into indoor plans, as well as utilizing my decorations and space to their fullest potential. If you are in need of a miracle worker you have found who you are looking for. Leslie will take amazing care of your plans and your special day and will make to most beautiful products for your wedding party gifts, she is a wedding planner of many many talents! We could not be happier with our day and the wedding planner who helped make it all happen! Thank you Leslie!
Leslie was truly the best vendor to have the day of our wedding. From reaching out to all my other vendors to being available for questions and help days leading up to the wedding....
She was always there to help if I needed it. I gave her minimal direction on how to set the reception decor up and when I walked in later that day, I was blown away. My reception looked better than I could’ve imagined. Leslie & her assistant were always there if I needed something the day of. The bustles are my dress kept coming undone and then eventually some broke so Leslie ran out to get some safety pins to hold my dress up and that worked perfectly!! All in all, Leslie and her assistants were the biggest blessing the day of. It truly wouldn’t of been so perfect without them. I would recommend her in a heartbeat.
Prior to the start of my wedding-planning journey I thought it wouldn't be necessary to have a coordinator. However shortly after the process began, I knew I would need some extra ...
hands. How do I even know if a vendor is a good fit for me?? Leslie at Classy Buckets has so much experience with local vendors that once she understood my priorities and vision for the day, she easily guided me in the right direction and offered recommendations so that I was confident in choosing the best vendors for our special day. Leslie was always available to answer any random question I had along the way (believe me, there were a ton). She thinks of almost every detail - things I wouldn't have thought of myself, which eased my mind knowing that I wasn't forgetting anything. And when it came down to the final weeks leading up to our big day, she provided us with an extremely detailed timeline that helped us stay ahead of schedule (yes AHEAD) on our wedding day. I've heard from multiple guests this was the most well-timed ceremony and reception they have ever attended, and I owe most of that to Leslie! The week of our wedding Leslie reached out to each vendor and confirmed each of their timelines to arrive/set up and helped answer any final questions. Take it from me, this is the last thing a bride/groom will want to handle the week of, but it is completely necessary.
Leslie truly does it all! Less than a week before our wedding, I was still finalizing my gifts for my bridesmaids. One small mention of this and Leslie jumped on it, offering up her skills of creating personalized water bottles for my entire party. They were perfect and it was one less thing I had to worry about.
Leslie is extremely knowledgeable and attentive. She was always quick to respond and I constantly felt like I was in good hands. She never showed an ounce of stress which helped me stay calm throughout the entire process, even on the day of the wedding. All in all, I highly recommend Classy Bucket Events for your big day.

ors so I stayed as stress free as possible. She was so helpful and always brought up things I would have never thought of. She’s not just a day of coordinator, she’s there every step of the way! I would recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat!
Leslie was SO much more than a day of coordinator! She helped us with a leading up to the day of the wedding which made the planning process a lot smoother for us

or our wedding day. I cannot say enough to recommend her. You will not regret hiring Leslie. Hiring her was the best money we spent on our wedding, hands down. She's is an extremely hard worker, has an incredible attention to every detail and knows exactly the right questions to ask and things to consider. Any time we needed anything on the day of, we could shoot her a text if she wasn't nearby or ask her and she would handle it no matter what it was. From making sure the wedding party's personal items got to the reception to making sure I, the bride, got a slice of the wedding cake, Leslie made sure we had a great time and had no worries the day of! She was very professional, yet warm and excited for us. I loved working with her.

stay in order. Her constant contact with clear communication is unbeat! If I could give her 1000 starts I would. Day of the wedding she was buzzing around getting everything organized. She worked so well with the venue and all the vendors not to mention our bridal party. She was just the sort of calm you need on a day full of nerves and excitement.
Leslie worked with us to make a package that fit our needs. She did a great job helping coordinate and making sure last minute details/needs were taken care of. We can't thank her ...

I have nothing but great things to share about Leslie. She is so kind and was extremely helpful and organized with my daughter’s wedding. As the mother of the bride, I did a lot ...
of the planning for the wedding, and we hired Leslie more for me than anything else. Being able to enjoy this special day with family and friends was very important. Leslie not only coordinated the day’s events but intercepted the unpredicted bumps during the big day. I speak from experience when I say, no matter how much planning goes into a wedding, there will be bumps. Having a coordinator for the day was the best decision we could have made. Her services really started months before the wedding day. To list a few, she had never been to our venue- The Stables (Whitehouse OH) and on her own scheduled time to tour it. She reached out to all our vendors for introductions and developed a timeline of the events for the wedding day. Additionally, she joined us for our final walk through of The Stables and was side by side with our officiant for rehearsal. It is evident that she enjoys her new adventure as a wedding coordinator, and I wish her much success in her journey. Leslie, thank you so much for helping to make Paul and Cassidy’s day so special!

s before the big day, which made me feel at ease about things going smoothly. She always asked the right questions to ensure every detail of the day would be the way we wanted it. She was very personable with us, our bridal party, family members, friends, and vendors. Leslie gave me total peace of mind during our wedding day. As someone who likes to be in control, I cannot imagine being able to relax and enjoy our day as much as I did without her!

m I’ve experienced working with Leslie. Her communication was always clear, timely, and most of all helpful. Seeing her in action on the wedding day was also impressive. Not only was she organized, but she seemed in command of everything that needed to be taken care of, and she always had a calm and collected attitude. I am hoping for more opportunities to work with her again in the future!

d. I truly feel as if I can trust Leslie with my life! She made our day go off without a hitch and planned for absolutely everything. Our first wedding got cancelled due to COVID but my fiancé is in the army so we wanted to reschedule a wedding quickly. For our first planned date, I did not originally plan to have a coordinator to help out but when I rescheduled I knew I needed someone who could help plan a wedding in less than 90 days. Looking back I don’t know what we would’ve done at our first wedding without her. COVID messed with a lot of our plans but we’re so thankful it brought us Leslie!

tressful days as well. I'm so incredibly grateful to have had the experience, organization, attention to detail, and calming guidance from Leslie and Classy Bucket Events! It's difficult to describe the sense of sheer relief from worry and anxiety knowing Leslie was not only intimately familiar with every detail of our wedding but that she was there to see us through every step of the way. Thanks to her professional relationships with top vendors she not only negotiated better pricing then we could have gotten on our own but she was able to secure added value and benefits we wouldn't have even thought to ask for. When it came to laying out our timeline she thoughtfully lead us through options and alternatives which helped create the perfect schedule. As for the event itself, thanks to her creativity and inventiveness our guests where blown away by the experience and all the amazing little details that we again would never even thought to do let alone know how! But most importantly my now wife and I were able to actually be in the moment and enjoy our wedding day to the fullest. I'm sure we might have been able to figure things out on our own but there is absolutely no question that our wedding was dramatically better thanks to Leslie and Classy Bucket Events! Best decision I ever made!!!
