This review has been a long time coming. I just had my baby, so I finally have some downtime during my maternity leave to catch up. I’m just going to start off this review by advising you strongly to book Cassie NOW. It was the best decision I ever made when planning this wedding. I started off thinking that I could plan the wedding myself and even emailed a few vendors. After that, I came to my senses and was thought, “immediately no.” I took to The Knot and Wedding Wire to find coordinators in my area. Cassie stood out to me right away. She had rave reviews and fit my budget. We had our first meeting with her and her husband Alex in their Temecula office in February 2020 right before the Covid shutdown. They were so awesome and knew exactly the kind of vibe we were going for. We were initially going to have a 100 guest January 2021 wedding. However, once Covid hit everything was up in the air. I felt bad because we kept going back and forth about shrinking the guest list to just canceling all together. It was a difficult decision because on one hand, I wanted to be selfish and have the wedding of my dreams, but on the other hand, I knew that it would be irresponsible of me and I wouldn’t be able to forgive myself if something bad happened. Cassie was so patient with me, listened to all of my concerns, and talked me through it. We eventually settled on a tiny wedding ceremony with just family (12 people) on our original January 2021 date. Then we eventually did our larger, but still scaled back, reception in November 2021 with 35 people. Both events were so amazing and beautiful. She really brought my vision to life and everything went so smoothly. I was relaxed the entire day and didn’t have to stress about a thing. My bridesmaids and family even commented that it was the chillest thing that they have ever had leading up to a wedding. Don’t hesitate to book Cassie. It will be the best decision you ever make for yourself.

Cassie was the best planner I could have ever dreamed of! She is so friendly, responsive, and professional. Planning a wedding can be very stressful, but she always put me at ease. Anytime I texted her with a question she was always quick to respond; she did a venue walk through with me prior to my wedding to see the layout of the venue, and on the day of she kept everything running smoothly. She was so organized and such a go-getter that my venue in the Palm Springs area added her to their preferred vendors list and repeatedly commented on how amazing she was. She also was my sister's wedding planner and that wedding went off without a hitch as well. If I could give her 10 stars I would. You will not regret hiring her!

I have nothing but great things to say about Cassie! I was a covid bride and sadly had to postpone and she was with us every step of the way and helped us seamlessly transition our wedding to the following year. I had the full service package with Cassie and loved it!- would highly recommend this package for all your planning needs. Cassie was so graceful about allowing me to text her when I had spur of the moment thoughts and despite not expecting her to text me back after hours she always did. She was so kind and is very budget mindful which was helpful for us. She is super organized and has an amazing spreadsheet for your wedding details which gave me great peace of mind :) She made amazing recommendations for vendors too! It was nice that she had worked with the venue and some of the vendors a bunch. Her husband helped us out short notice for something throughout our wedding and he was such an amazing help! They are such a great team and truly I am very lucky I got her to help me for my wedding day! 10/10 would choose cassie as your wedding planner any day :)

Cassandra is a DREAM COORDINATOR. My husband and I first found a vrbo house for our wedding venue and were introduced to Cass through that venue. When the house didn’t work out (new city ordinance noise restrictions), Cass immediately helped us find a new venue and introduced us to an even BETTER location (The Vineyard House at JD Winery in Temecula). On top of introducing us to our dream location, she showed us a huge list of available vendors. Cass helped us plan our wedding every step of the way – it was obvious that she has years of experience and knowledge in her field. Every question I had, she immediately had an answer. The BEST thing about this incredible coordinator is her positive energy and unwavering dedication to make the bride and grooms wedding day as seamless and happy as possible. SHE DOES IT ALL!!! She calmed our nerves the day of and took charge of every little thing. Cass doesn’t just make sure that every detail of your big day is taken care of, she does it with ease and grace. She made our vision and dream for our wedding come true and was sooo positive, calm, and friendly. She even took the most beautiful behind the scenes pictures for us. I am forever grateful that she was there for us – she is a dream come true!!!

I can’t say enough great things about Cassie and her team. From start to finish she helped my husband plan a surprise vow renewal for our 10yr anniversary and she answered every question and provided the finishing touches to every detail before we ever had to even think of it. The day was effortless for us (her staff the day worked so above and beyond) and anything that popped up along the way during the planning process was handled so promptly and effectively so that my husband and I never had to worry about the “to dos”. She was great with reminders or “things to think about” which is so perfect and comforting! You’re in amazing, loving hands with Cassie and we will definitely use her again for any events in the future! Not to mention, she’s an absolute joy to be around with so much kindness & the best energy!

Omg! Where do I begin!? Cass and her team are so amazing! I highly recommend them to help with your special day! She helped take the stress away on our wedding day and went above and beyond to help every step of the way! She was always available via text, email, or phone call! Please do yourself a favor and hire her! You won’t regret it!!!!!

Where do I begin having Cassie as our wedding planner was probably one of the best decisions I have ever made. She was the second vendor I ever hired and she made it every moment after that feels so effortless even if I was freaking out on my own accounts she always made sure to hear me out and to assure me that everything was going to be Okay. Even if that meant accommodating days where I would go in and see how everything was going to play out. She wasn’t only a supportive planner she became a friend. She was so professional and went above and beyond ! Thank you Cassie for being by my side for a whole year through it all! Also her vendor list is amazing ! All her vendors are kind and professional and will make your day feel so amazing.

Cassie was exactly what we were looking for when we started to plan our wedding. She has a couple of different packages from full blown wedding planning, to partial planning, to day of coordinator. We had already worked with a couple of vendors on our, so we opted for the partial package. She still insisted on reviewing the contracts with the vendors we had worked with on our own to make sure everything looked correct! Cassie was super patient with all of our questions during the planning process and during the days just before our wedding. We could not have asked for a better wedding planner. Our wedding went off without a hitch, and we know it was because Cassie was behind the scenes making sure everything was running smoothly and as scheduled. She was and is so sweet, down to earth and personable!

Cassie is such a joy to work with! She came highly recommended by the owner of my wedding venue and I am so glad she helped partially coordinate my wedding and manage the day of the wedding. If I had any questions or looking for suggestions throughout the planning process, she was an easy phone call or text away. The day of the wedding, she helped manage everything and helped take a ton of stress off myself and family/friends. Cassie will bend over backwards to ensure your wedding day is perfect and because of her, I was able to fully let the stress go and enjoy the day. Cassie, you’re a rockstar! Thank you so much.

Cassie is the best wedding planner ever! I originally was a 2020 bride but our wedding was postponed to 2021. Cassie worked with me from 2018-2021!!! <3 She answered my many calls/texts and met with me in person whenever I needed to. I loved how responsive, organized, and sweet Cassie is! It's easy to build a relationship with her :) She helped manage the 18+ vendors at our wedding and everything ran so smoothly because of her. Can't thank Cassie enough!!

Oh man, do I adore Cassie!! She was the saving grace for our wedding. Initially, we were not going to hire a coordinator to help us save on cost, cut to 3 weeks before our wedding and the panic started to set in. Luckily, we have a few vendor friends who hands down could not say better things about Cassie, so with hopes and prayers we contacted her about her availability for our day, and I cannot thank God enough that she was available. My husband and I made one of the best decisions for our wedding and that was to hire Cassie. From our first meeting, she welcomed us with open arms, and allowed us to breathe a sigh of relief. My only regret with wedding planning was not hiring her from the start. She gave us such a special gift, and that was for us to just enjoy our day and be fully present. Everyone tells you before the wedding that the day goes by so fast and to focus on being present. Without Cassie, we wouldn’t have been able to do so. So to Cassie, from the bottom of our hearts, we are so grateful for you. Our day was smooth as can be with not one hiccup. Not only is Cassie professional, but she is also so incredibly warm, knowledgeable, and makes you feel so close and comfortable with her. I will be forever grateful to have her as apart of our day!!

Where do I even begin with Cassie. I hired her as a month of wedding coordinator and she just knocked it out of the park. I interviewed two other coordinators and after talking to them, I still didn’t feel like they would put my best interest first. After speaking to Cassie for the first few min, I already knew she was the perfect coordinator for me. She is so warm and kind, and genuinely cares about her clients. I’m pretty sure I was so annoying and texted her constantly with the dumbest concerns but she reassured me everything was going to be okay. The day of, she was always one step ahead. It made such a big difference and my wedding day would NOT have been successful without her. I love her so much and have been telling everyone about her!

Cassie is the absolute best and helps you at the ring of the phone! Don’t know what I would have done without her

Cassie recently coordinated our wedding down in Indio at the Old Polo Estate and basically just rocked it for us. After our initial wedding coordinator ended up dropping out the day before we were having a walk-through of our venue last summer, the venue sent us Cassie's info and she immediately shifted her schedule the following day in order to be able to meet with us there. We knew after our initial phone call with her that she'd take care of us and knew what she was doing! Her packages are super reasonable and I really appreciated being able to text her questions and concerns anytime, or even just bounce ideas off her for my decor, etc. I am pretty sure I was her most OCD client of all time haha and she handled me like a champ! She's really good at being direct and getting things done while still being super enthusiastic and fun. And maybe most importantly, she pretty much single handedly set up (and later broke down) EVERYTHING the morning of the wedding, from chairs to table settings to my very specific table decor, and everything looked even more gorgeous than I imagined it in my mind. Thank you Cassie for everything!

I had a lot of fun with their photo booth, my friends and I are so happy with how the pictures turned out. They were very accommodating and everybody was lining up to be a part of it. Would definitely love to use them again!!

Cassandra is so amazing! She is so organized and I loved working with her and her husband (we also booked their photobooth which I also reccomend). She made sure that I stayed on top of things and didn't get behind and always asked if I needed any extra help or ideas for the big day. She has an awesome personality and is such a sweetheart! Cassandra and her team are just amazing!! We just can’t thank them enough for making our dream wedding come true. She really brought our vision to life, especially with our DIY decorations. She not only set them up but made it even more beautiful than what we would have imagined. Everything was just so pretty and perfectly executed!! Cassie worked so hard work on our wedding and everything was absolutely perfect and ran so smoothly thanks to her and her fabulous team! Without Cassie our wedding would not have been possible and we can not thank her enough for everything! She was such a pleasure to work with and really kept me sane doing the whole process! She was on top of everything and made me feel comfortable knowing that she was handling everything and I had nothing to worry or stress out about. Every time I asked for something else while planning she said yes and executed all of our requests flawlessly. Cassie was thee absolute best choice for a day of coordinator. Because of my busy schedule and the distance between us we never got to meet. We had one phone call and that’s it. She took all my things the day of the rehearsal and took care of every single detail. Even helped me finish some of the things I hadn’t . She was so caring and professional. She went above and beyond. Everything I pictured was exactly how it came out. All thanks to her! I didn’t have to worry about absolutely anything. It was all taken care of!

Cassandra!! This woman was born to be a coordinator! She was my day of coordinator and with her by our side, my husband and I had NO worries! We knew she'd handle everything. She did an amazing job and we were so thankful to have her! She's such a sweet person and she will lay down the law if she needed to (exactly what you need in a coordinator!) She was completely understandable and sweet when we explained our vision, and she executed! I've had multiple guests comment on how amazing and fluid the day was, and even an aunt who did event planning and coordinating for decades (and is very picky and hard to please) say she was completely impressed by how put together the day was. Thank you Cassandra and the Classy Kay team! We are so grateful to have had you on our wedding day!

Not enough good words to say about Cassandra. Not only is she so sweet, she is organized, detail oriented, hard working, and did everything she could to make my day as easy and smooth as possible. My whole day went so perfectly all thanks to her. Guests came up to me throughout my reception saying that they had never been to a wedding so organized and smooth! 10/10 for Classy Kay Events!

The Classy Kay Events team was AMAZING! I remember before my first phone conversation with Cassie I had written down a million questions and before the conversation was over they were all answered and I hadn't even asked the questions! I also felt the stress level go down the minute I booked them. From the get go I knew they had everything under control. It was the best decision I made to hire Classy Kay as my day of coordinator/s. They worked so well with my venue coordinator, as well as, my other vendors. Many of my friends pre-wedding kept saying to me "Prepare yourself for something to go wrong on your wedding day." Everything went perfect and I give a lot of credit to this amazing team. Thanks so much for making our wedding day amazing.

I cannot day enough good things about cassie! I am a control freak and type A so it was super hard to give any control away for mine and my husbands wedding. But cassie made me feel so comfortable, it was easy to trust her. From our first time meeting I knew she was the coordinator for us. I had gone through two other coordinators because of people being unorganized and that was one of my main concerns, but cassie is so organized and detailed oriented, I didn’t have to worry at all. She worked so hard the day of our wedding (and the weeks leading up) she was on top of it all and made the day super easy and seamless. Definitely everything we wanted in a coordinator and MORE! She exceeded our expectations and we truly are so grateful for her and appreciate her hard work. We highly recommend her to everyone!

Silvana is amazing!!!!!!!! She went above & beyond!! My dog was a groomsman & she took him out for walks during the wedding & fed him to make sure he was okay. She made sure we were eating and staying on track. She took pictures throughout the day & we loved them & our now our Facebook profile pictures. We brought our own candles & napkins & other decor to the weddding. She not only set everything up but she packed everything up that night so my mom didn’t have to. She was beyond amazing!

I could sing Cassie's praises forever. Her and Silvanna are truly amazing. Silvanna was actually our main coordinator the day of our wedding, with her assistant Madison who was also wonderful. Silvanna thought of things that my (now) husband and I didn't think of. I felt like she was always five steps ahead of us in her planning. She dealt with our rambunctious bridal party so professionally. She made sure that my husband and I never needed anything. She handled every aspect of our decor and ensured we received everything at the end. She even loaded my mom's van up with all of our decor and gifts. She cleaned the bridal suite, brought me snacks when I was feeling a little nauseous before the ceremony (lol), helped bustle my dress, directed guests, acted as a liaison between the DJ, photographer and videographer, made sure everyone received their designated meal, I could go on and on. We even misplaced a few placecards and she took the names and their assigned seats and made sure each guest knew where they were sitting. Cassie runs a well oiled machine and it's obvious by who she has working for her. My husband and I said over and over throughout the night, how happy we were to have Silvanna. Nothing phased her and our wedding was literally PERFECT.

When we first started planning our wedding, we were sure that we could do it all ourselves. We planned a DIY venue with a minimal budget, and about two months into this planning, I had decided to meet with Cassie to just get an idea of what coordinators cost, and potential value in hiring one. Once I met with her we had an instant connection, and she mentioned some things I would not have even have thought of in regards to coordinating my own wedding. I was stunned by her level of professionalism, the amount of connections (with discounts), and her quickness to see my vision. Needless to say we booked her for full coordination; from start to finish. However, Cassie had her work cut out for her by taking us on. About three months after our relationship started, my husband and I decided we needed to switch venues for our wedding (less than 5 months away now). We had almost all of our vendors booked, with deposits set in place, & save the dates had already been sent. Cassie was EXCELLENT in going above and beyond, reaching out to all venues she knew would meet our requirements as well as keep our date. She scheduled everything for us, and was able to help us narrow down options. She found the perfect venue, with our date, and we were able to bring all of our vendors we had already booked! What a blessing! Now for our wedding day, it was the hottest day of the year, and thunderstorms were in the forecast. Our venue was not able to have covering because of the amount of trees. Cassie and her team hustled all day long! When I got to the venue, I was breathless. I could not believe how well she brought my vision to life, and how beautiful it all looked. The night was flawless. The team organized with all the vendors, made sure the event flowed perfectly, and catered to my husband and I the entire night. We are forever and eternally grateful for Classy Kay Events for making our dream into a reality, and exceeding all of our expectations. Perfection and professionalism!

When my husband and I got engaged, I knew I had a vision of what I wanted for a wedding, but when it was time to actually start planning and people were asking me all these questions I ended up like a deer in headlights not knowing how to answer, what to do, where to go. I knew I needed and wanted a planner/coordinator by my side. I had just stumbled upon Cassie while meeting with my photographer and I set up a consolation to meet her. Honestly, it was absolutely love at first sight when I met Cassie LOL! She is the type of person that makes you feel welcomed, comfortable, supported, and loved throughout every aspect of the planning and wedding experience. She's not just your planner, but I always felt like she was a close friend. I hired Cassie as my full time planner and I sincerely encourage anyone who is planning a wedding to use her. She makes the entire experience something memorable and EASY. I never felt stressed or overwhelmed and I have ALWAYS felt that no matter the time of day or night, Cassie is there for any questions or tasks I needed help with. I would send her pictures of ideas at midnight and before I knew it she would have suggestions or even the exact store of where to get it (she KNOWS her stuff). Now lets get to wedding day... almost every single person involved in the wedding and as a guest mentioned how SMOOTH everything went. From the early morning Cassie was in and out of the bridal suite making sure everyone was happy and had everything they needed, while simultaneously setting up the entire wedding down below. At one point we needed toilet paper and this girl stopped what she was doing and WALKED up this long huge hill (in almost 100 degree heat) just to get us toilet paper... it is those little things that show Cassie's hard work and passion for what she does to make sure your wedding and wedding experience is an absolute dream. At the end of the night, she had everything packed up in our cars and ready to go so seamlessly for us to enjoy our journey as husband as wife. Never once was there a problem, and if there was, Cassie took care of it faster than anyone could even notice with a huge smile on her face every second of the day. I will forever be deeply thankful for everything Cassie did for us and for me, and I will always look back on my wedding day and get butterflies because of how PERFECT it all was.

I can't rant and rave enough about Cassie!!! She was phenomenal! I honestly don't think my wedding day would have ran so smooth without her. Anytime I needed something, she was right there with it. Other guests of my wedding party also noticed how amazing she was and loved her! They told me it was like she was a genie in a bottle, right there with whatever they needed in that moment. I was required to get a day-of-coordinator, which I originally felt a little hesitant with and prioritized last on my list. Turns out, it was by far the BEST vendor I booked and worth every single penny plus more. She went over and beyond her job description, helped me with the detail cards for my invitations and even spent a Friday night with me putting together my escort cards. She made sure everything was perfect and I am quite the OCD person, but was able to sit back and relax while putting all my trust into her! I just can't say enough about Cassie and her wonderful business. I have made a forever friend and would most highly recommend her to ANYONE wanting to have a wonderful and perfect wedding day!!! We cannot find enough words to express our gratitude for Cassandra and her wonderful team. Our wedding was truly a dream come true and we owe this to Classy Kay Events. Planning our wedding was a huge undertaking as it was extremely customized. Everything about our special day was the opposite of an all-inclusive wedding. We rented a ranch for our venue and then had separate vendors for every single item imaginable. Keeping this in mind, we knew our day of coordination team was going to have a huge job ahead of them. We interviewed many event planning companies but after speaking with Cassandra we immediately felt a connection with her and quickly became confident in her abilities. Cassandra went above and beyond what we expected from a day of coordinator. She communicated frequently and set up meetings with us weeks ahead of the wedding to ensure we were on the same page and effectively managed expectations. During the week of our wedding we felt relaxed and at ease because Cassandra and her team were quick to provide their support and answer any questions we had. Once the big day arrived, we enjoyed every minute of the day and everything appeared to flow seamlessly. This amazed us because we knew there were still many loose ends needing to be tied. To this day, we cannot fathom how Cassandra managed so many moving parts and brought them all together to create our dream wedding. On top of this, Cassandra and her team stepped in when anything was needed without worrying us; the bride and groom. We continue to receive comments from our family and friends expressing their amazement at everything Cassandra and her team did during our wedding day. As you can see, we are eternally grateful for Cassandra’s caring support during this special time in our lives.
