The owner Nathan, takes care of your every need and is wonderful to work with -- his professionalism and kindness are truly unparalleled. Throughout our wedding planning we had to reschedule three times due to a death in the family and COVID shutdowns, and he generously rescheduled our date with complete compassion and understanding -- even offering to cater the funeral of our family member which was kindness that my husband and I will never forget.
Throughout the reception, the staff handled more than I was capable of keeping track of including bringing me my favorite drink and an appetizer plate directly after the ceremony. They facilitated having my guests come to the buffet in an orderly and quick fashion, and even helped us cut and serve our wedding cake when we had only hired them for dinner. I also had a young wedding guest with a food allergy and the staff did more than I imagined to be accommodating to them, bringing them a specially prepared plate filled with fresh fruit and ensuring they were safe and comfortable. The safety of all my wedding guests that day is a testament to ClearWater's commitment to sanitation and safety during this time of COVID.
So many of our guests commented on the wonderful food and service provided by ClearWater, and we can't thank them enough for making our big day more perfect than we could have imagined.
Clearwater was an awesome caterer. The staff was all wonderful and everything went smoothly. They had fantastic food for both our rehearsal dinner and reception.

a a few weeks ago and did an OUTSTANDING job! They cooked and managed appetizers and a full dinner buffet and full bar for 130 people, and didn’t miss a beat! The food was terrific and our guests were very happy. Nathan Moates and his staff were very professional and a complete joy to work with. They also made sure that my daughter and husband were completely taken care of individually. From the initial food tasting to the complete cleanup of the venue, Clearwater was A+++!
Nathan and the rest of the Clearwater team were good. Everything was ready on time and everyone's needs were met. Everyone liked the food, which was delicious, and they packaged...

If you have your DJ play "Booty Swing", Nathan and some of his staff will know how to dance to it :-). They do a great job!

ose extras. Serving the bridal party during those wedding picture pauses and watching our daughter and her husband sitting enjoying their food you so graciously prepare and brought to them. We used Clearwater for catering our October wedding and we could not have made a better choice! From our tasting back in March we knew we made a great choice. Not only was the food...
incredible, but Nathan and his team truly went above and beyond to make our day special! At our tasting Nathan wrote down what it was we wanted for dinner and brought our plates to us so we actually got to eat. Not only that but they brought us our requested glasses of wine and some of the hors d’oeuvres to us and the bridal party following the ceremony while we took some photos (we were so bummed at the thought of missing out on them)! They even packed up each of us a to go box and saved us some of our favorites. We are so grateful for the delicious food, but more than that the incredible service that Nathan and his team gave us! It truly made our day a breeze and we felt so spoiled!
Nathan killed it!
We were losing hope for catering just a few months before our wedding, and then we met Nathan with Clearwater Catering. He talked to me on the phone for over an...
hour, unscheduled, on a random night, because I was worried about finding catering for our wedding. He assured me he would take care of us, and he did. He is as organized and particular as me, and I knew we would be in good hands. Not to mention, the food is fantastic.
We had a family style meal at Walden Hall. He accommodated multiple special diets and went above and beyond. He works well with other vendors and has excellent communication skills.
I highly recommend Clearwater Catering! You must go for their tasting and try it!

d the food was amazing. (It is rare to have my grandmother compliment other people's food). Go get a tasting and it will not disappoint. The service was spectacular as well. They went above and beyond. They made sure the bride and groom had drinks and food handed to us as we visited with all of our guests, which really made the experience delightful. They even boxed up some extra food for us to chow down on after the long wonderful day! They were very thoughtful and very nice to all of our guests. Highly recommended!
We did Clearwater's barbecue buffet option and have gotten so many compliments on our food-- we couldn't have been happier with Nathan and his team. And even though we'd picked bar...
becue, Nathan worked with us to come up with good options for our vegetarian and vegan guests as well as a few with allergies. He made sure we got our preferred drinks and food delivered to us during the reception, and then had extra food (and dessert!) sent to our hotel room so that we could really eat once all the running around was over. I highly recommend Clearwater for a crowd-pleasing, family-friendly wedding dinner and would not hesitate to hire them again!
Nathan catered a friend's wedding superbly. I was able to book Clearwater for my daughter's wedding. And as I expected, the food was amazing! Many guests relayed the same to me!...
Nathan was exceptional to work with all the way from the beginning to the night of the reception. He made the process so easy and added so many personal unexpected touches and assisted with issues that came our way. I only regret we didn't have as much leftovers to enjoy but we will hope to stop by the grill!
Nathan and his team catered our entire wedding weekend, including a Welcome BBQ on Friday night for 100 people, our Wedding on Saturday for 175 guests, and a brunch on Sunday for 7...
5 guests...and we couldn't have been happier with our decision to choose Clearwater! The food was absolutely delicious for all three meals and we got so many compliments from our family and friends on the delicious and unique options. Nathan even went around to all of our tables on Saturday to explain the available food options, which we thought was such a nice touch. Cannot say enough about the quality of both the food and service and would highly recommend Clearwater to any bride and grooms looking for amazing catering!
If you're looking for a caterer, stop your search here! Clearwater catered our wedding on July 27th and Nathan and his team was beyond perfect. Nathan is extremely professional and...
easy to work with. The day of the wedding, Nathan and his team blended in and did things we hadn't even thought to ask for. For example, for our elderly guests, they went and made plates for them. They also brought drinks and food out to the wedding party immediately following the ceremony as well as while we took pictures. At the end, they packed up the food for us even. Every single person at the wedding raved about the food! We chose their BBQ, baked beans, green beans, bourbon cinnamon apples, and roasted chicken for dinner. So highly recommend them!

tarian and kids. The Ruben eggrolls were out of this world! We also had filet mignon and chicken with potatoes and veggies. We received so many compliments about the food and Nathan was wonderful to work with! Every time I had a question he responded very quickly with what I needed leading up to the wedding. He noted the special drinks that my husband and I wanted and had them waiting at our seats and helped us make sure everything was on time to the schedule we wanted. Thank you Clearwater for making my wedding so memorable for everyone!

py, they all complimented the food, and that is speaks volumes! They were very professional, had great service, and were super helpful. It felt like Nathan rolled out the red carpet for us at our tasting meeting. Everything was so delicious that it was hard to choose or menu. Nathan was super helpful and responsive to emails. He helped narrow down and tweak our menu and all of our catering items. It meant alot to have Hors d'oeuvres and beverages waiting for the whole wedding party after the ceremony. No detail was left unturned. Nathan and Clearwater did an amazing job from staff, to food, to friendliness, I can't give a better recommendation.
To hear everyone say it was the best wedding food they have ever tasted, means alot! Thank you Nathan and the team at Clearwater for making our wedding day amazing and delicious!
My only regret from our wedding is that I didn't get a chance to go back for a 3rd plate of Nathan's delicious food. Clearwater did an excellent job from start to finish: Nathan wa...
s very helpful while coordinating the event, the food was top notch, and the service was extraordinary.
Nathan was there early to ensure everything was set up and ready to rock, and throughout the event he was constantly right where he needed to be. As soon as my wife and I sat down at our table, he appeared to bring us each a plate full of food. Midway through our event, a guest accidentally dropped a wine glass and shattered it, and Nathan appeared before I could even react, Dyson in hand, sorting out everything.
I would recommend Clearwater for any event that wants awesome food and service.

nal. Nathan was charming and attentive with personal touches like serving appetizers to the wedding party while pictures were being taken. All of our guests were amazed that the food didn’t taste like typical “wedding food”. There was plenty of food and it was served hot by a very attentive and thorough staff. They then packed up the leftovers so we had plenty of food to share with our families until we left for our honeymoon. We highly recommend Clearwater Catering for your wedding or other special event and can’t emphasize enough how much we appreciated Nathan and his staff’s hard work on our special day.

ing for us and put as at ease with his understanding of the exact service & food we wanted for our reception. The day of the wedding came and Nathan was there to make sure we were comfortable and no request went ignored. By all accounts, the food was fantastic and the service was top-notch. The catering staff went above and beyond – the bartender was excellent and extremely accommodating, and at the end of the evening the entire staff took care of the cleanup and ensured the kitchen and serving areas were cleaned to the host venue’s specifications. We definitely recommend Clearwater Catering to anyone looking for a great catering experience for their special event!
Clearwater Grill catered my wedding and it was amazing! The food was absolutely incredible, people are still talking to me about it!

s saying a lot) was the service. From the start Nathan the catering manager was a god send. When we went down for the tasting he had a full spread set up for us and walked us through each dish. He helped us narrow down the options and find ways to SAVE money. I thought choosing a caterer would be a long awkward drawn out process but with Clearwater it was quick professional and honestly enjoyable.
The day of service was the same. They showed up on time and had everything set up perfect. The wait staff was attentive, polite and fun! We provided our own alcohol and desserts and they had no problem helping serve and set up both. During the cocktail hours they did a great job and even brought us a special tray of food during pictures. Whats more is that Nathan personally made plates for my wife and I so that we could enjoy the food.
I can not recommend or speak highly enough about Clearwater Grill catering. Our wedding was an amazing, unforgettable experience and Nathan and his team were a major reason why.
Nathan did a great job! He brought us food while we were doing pictures and made sure everything was just the way we wanted it to be! Lenny and Nathan were both great to work with,...
stayed within our budget and listened to what we wanted. I would highly recommend Clearwater.
