The owner Nathan, takes care of your every need and is wonderful to work with -- his professionalism and kindness are truly unparalleled. Throughout our wedding planning we had to reschedule three times due to a death in the family and COVID shutdowns, and he generously rescheduled our date with complete compassion and understanding -- even offering to cater the funeral of our family member which was kindness that my husband and I will never forget.
Throughout the reception, the staff handled more than I was capable of keeping track of including bringing me my favorite drink and an appetizer plate directly after the ceremony. They facilitated having my guests come to the buffet in an orderly and quick fashion, and even helped us cut and serve our wedding cake when we had only hired them for dinner. I also had a young wedding guest with a food allergy and the staff did more than I imagined to be accommodating to them, bringing them a specially prepared plate filled with fresh fruit and ensuring they were safe and comfortable. The safety of all my wedding guests that day is a testament to ClearWater's commitment to sanitation and safety during this time of COVID.
So many of our guests commented on the wonderful food and service provided by ClearWater, and we can't thank them enough for making our big day more perfect than we could have imagined.

incredible, but Nathan and his team truly went above and beyond to make our day special! At our tasting Nathan wrote down what it was we wanted for dinner and brought our plates to us so we actually got to eat. Not only that but they brought us our requested glasses of wine and some of the hors d’oeuvres to us and the bridal party following the ceremony while we took some photos (we were so bummed at the thought of missing out on them)! They went above and beyond. They made sure the bride and groom had drinks and food handed to us as we visited with all of our guests, which really made the experience delightful. He made sure we got our preferred drinks and food delivered to us during the reception, and then had extra food (and dessert!) sent to our hotel room so that we could really eat once all the running around was over. easy to work with. The day of the wedding, Nathan and his team blended in and did things we hadn't even thought to ask for. For example, for our elderly guests, they went and made plates for them. They also brought drinks and food out to the wedding party immediately following the ceremony as well as while we took pictures. At the end, they packed up the food for us even. Every single person at the wedding raved about the food! We chose their BBQ, baked beans, green beans, bourbon cinnamon apples, and roasted chicken for dinner. So highly recommend them!

s saying a lot) was the service. From the start Nathan the catering manager was a god send. When we went down for the tasting he had a full spread set up for us and walked us through each dish. He helped us narrow down the options and find ways to SAVE money. I thought choosing a caterer would be a long awkward drawn out process but with Clearwater it was quick professional and honestly enjoyable.
The day of service was the same. They showed up on time and had everything set up perfect. The wait staff was attentive, polite and fun! We provided our own alcohol and desserts and they had no problem helping serve and set up both. During the cocktail hours they did a great job and even brought us a special tray of food during pictures. Whats more is that Nathan personally made plates for my wife and I so that we could enjoy the food.
