As a neuro-spicy film nerd with a love for theatrics, I can honestly say that Kristin was a godsend. She had this incredible ability to calm my nerves, hold my hand, and point me in the right direction exactly when I needed it. One moment stands out that truly shows Kristin’s magic: during our wedding, we had a medical emergency with one of my older family members, and an ambulance had to come to care for them (yes, really!). Kristin JUMPED into action with such a loving yet knowledgeable approach. She not only ensured my aunt was being cared for but also checked in with my parents and bridal party—all without Derek or me even knowing until everything was handled. Her ability to keep everything running smoothly, even in the face of unexpected challenges, was nothing short of amazing. Kristin worked seamlessly with all of our vendors, too. Every single one of them had glowing things to say about her, and I could see why. Her coordination made the day feel effortless, and it showed in how smooth everything went—and how fabulous our photos turned out! We worked with Alicia Menoch for our wedding 12/24. Weddings can be stressful leading up and day of but Alicia was always there to calm me down. She was readily available and a call or text away. She helped me organize in ways I couldn’t and helped the day be very special. She felt like a friend i’ve always had and highly recommend!!

We worked with Grace as our day of coordinator for our wedding this past summer and she was amazing to work with! She was so kind and organized and helped guide us through the last couple weeks leading up to our wedding. Grace made our day run so smoothly and coordinated EVERYTHING. She even helped us add things to our timeline that we didn't even think of. She made sure that we were on time for everything and communicated with all of our vendors day of to make sure that they knew what to do and when to do it. She took care of every little detail and it made the day stress free for us. She really did it all and we felt like we could truly focus on enjoying our day. We were on the fence about hiring a coordinator and we are SO happy we did! We truly feel like a coordinator is worth every penny and can't recommend Grace enough!

We used Grace as our at Clementine for our wedding in Chicago and it was the best money we spent for our wedding. We hired her as a month-of coordinater plus help with managing a few specifc projects. Grace was so kind and patient with me, planning our wedding in 6 months. She helped us find a videographer days before and never made me feel bad when a work meeting got in the way of me getting something done. She made the day so easy and never lost her cool. She stayed very neutral and positive among family differences and kept the whole day moving perfectly. I would hire her again for any event I'm planning. Clementine has a great roledex of vendors. I would absolutely reccomend!

Clementine Custom Events was recommended to us by our wedding venue and by word of mouth- they were the only planning company we had heard recommended not just once but multiple times, so using them for our wedding was a no brainer. We worked with Alicia and absolutely couldn’t have been more impressed with her work. We chose the partial planning package and were so happy with everything. She was there with us every step of the way, recommending vendors within our price point and helping us communicate with them. She is so incredibly detail oriented and created a timeline with everything in mind for our wedding day. Every single vendor meeting we had started with something along the lines of “you’re working with Alicia, so you have nothing to worry about.” She was in constant communication with vendors from getting quotes to booking to timeline planning to even texting them on the wedding day to make sure everyone was where they should be at the right time. We worked with Suzy Sparacio for our 3 day South Asian fusion wedding in Chicago, and hands down, she made our wedding the wedding of our dreams and more. Hiring Kristin from Clementine was easily the best decision we made for our wedding. Both my husband and I are project managers so we're used to running the show, and I knew that if we didn't have help we'd be stuck answering questions all weekend. To be honest, I was worried about relinquishing control, but from our first call, we knew we were in incredibly experienced hands with Kristin. We did the "day of" planning package which is perfect for wrapping up all of the details of the day when you're tired of making decisions. We definitely had planning fatigue by the time Kristin got involved (about 2 months prior to our wedding date) and she helped us get excited again about our event. She's fun, empatheic and so calm. You can tell she's seen it all and isn't phased by any crazy thing that might happen. With Kristin running the show, we were able to fully experience and enjoy our day, which was the greatest gift we could've given ourselves. If you don't think you need a wedding coordinator-- you do. We had the privilege of working with Mary from Clementine to plan our wedding in Chicago. To say she is amazing is an understatement! Alicia was incredible to work with! We used her as our day of planner and she helped us leading up to our big day. She is incredibly organized, punctual, supportive and really easy to work with. I was blown away by the timeline she created for our day and having all our other vendors stay on schedule. She always checked in with the vendors and myself as well. Mary was literally the best ever. I used Clementine for a Day of Planner. She started working with me a month and a half out from my wedding and I swear she saved my life. Within a week from our first meeting she fixed all the last minute struggles I was having. Even all my vendors and my wedding party kept coming to tell me how amazing Mary was! Hands down the best vendor choice for my whole wedding! When we first started I thought I didn't need a planner but our chosen venue actually required one and that was the biggest blessing in disguise. Grace was absolutely AMAZING as a Day-Of coordinator (though it started 2-ish months before the wedding, which was great timing). She handled last minute changes and hiccups with perfect ease and practiced professionalism. She was the master of the schedule, small details, and coordinated the vendors beautifully. It was also the small things like picking up the scattered items at the end of the night and refreshing our room that just felt so special and personal. 100% recommend

She made the wedding planning process essentially stress free and I couldn't have asked for a smoother wedding weekend, and that was largely due to her. Brianna Kamp was our day-of-coordinator for our 8/24/2024 wedding. From our first meeting with her back in late 2023 to the final minutes of our wedding reception, Brianna was excellent. I told her she was my Fairy Godmother/Godsister. Clementine’s DOCs step in 2 months before the wedding, which is the perfect time because it’s when things really start becoming stressful. From the moment she stepped in to take things over she was organized, efficient, extremely communicative, and kept me at ease throughout the entire rest of the process. I felt like I didn’t have to stress or overthink things because she was on it. She also organized and informed us about aspects of the wedding day I wouldn’t have even thought of, like the vendor parking. When obstacles arose she calmly and kindly helped us troubleshoot and gave genuine advice without ever imposing or demanding anything of us. On the day of the wedding I didn’t have ONE stress or worry - everything was taken care of in a way that allowed me to just enjoy the day. The morning of the wedding she was answering questions, telling bridesmaids where to go, handing out wardrobe tape, adding new seams to a bridesmaid’s dress, AND communicating with all the vendors - all with such confidence and grace that you would have no idea she was coordinating an entire wedding. I remember sitting in the hotel suite with my mom watching her do all of this, and my mom saying she couldn’t have imagined the day without Brianna, which is absolutely the case. Finally, Brianna’s also just a joy to be around. She’s bubbly, funny, and kind, which is what you want out of someone who you’re spending so much time with and trusting with such an important day. I will forever be grateful to Clementine and Brianna for making our wedding day carefree, fun, and memorable for all the right reasons.

We had a fantastic experience working with Alicia as our "day-of" coordinator. She was super professional, responsive and organized. From the day she started working with us (about 60 days prior to our wedding), she made the entire process so much more streamlined and enjoyable. She immediately took over all the logistical aspects of the event, contacting every vendor, making sure they had all the information they needed to do their jobs successfully. At one point, our very detailed 9-page schedule for the day was broken down into 5-minute increments - that's how detail oriented she is! On the day of the event, she seemed to be everywhere at once. She was with the florist, making sure all the bridesmaids and groomsmen had their bouquets and boutonnieres; she was collecting the place cards and arranging them on the escort table; she was arranging programs and fans for guests to take as they arrived; she was delivering Advil to the bridal suite; she was troubleshooting with the hotel to address a signage issue; she was passing out tip envelopes so we didn't have to; she was collecting gifts from guests and making sure they made it to the bridal suite at the end of the night. The list goes on and on. If you are questioning whether you need a "day-of" coordinator, the answer is YES. And Alicia would be a wonderful choice.

If I could write a million five star reviews for Clementine and Dana I would. When I say Dana was a lifesaver throughout this process I truly mean it. Between juggling graduate school and planning this wedding I relied on Dana HEAVILY. She did not disappoint. Dana thought of everything, was always two steps ahead and was available whenever I needed her. Our wedding venue was not the easiest to work with but Dana handled every hiccup like a champ. From one year out until the day of the wedding Dana was 100% and I always knew I could count on her. If you are looking for a wedding planner I cannot recommend Dana and Clementine enough. To simply write a five star review for Suzy Sparacio at Clementine Custom Events could never do justice to what she has done for our families during the eighteen months we were planning this wedding. Her professionalism and knowledge of event spaces and vendors is top notch. Her ability to field a barrage of questions and requests week after week after week is exemplary and always done with that big, beautiful smile of hers. While no undertaking such as this goes off without a hitch here and there, her talent and creativity for resolving any issue presented is immense (hello Instacarting new suspenders for the groom minutes before the ceremony!) She will be your biggest advocate and will go to the wall for you if need be. The timeline she created was so detailed, all of the vendors knew exactly what was expected of them and when. Our families’ only job was enjoying the day and that’s exactly what we did. She brought my son and new daughter’s dreams to life! Being a wedding planner is no easy task but Suzy makes it look like it’s a piece of cake. She makes you feel like your wedding is the one and only wedding there ever was or ever will be and treats all tasks with joy, effervescence and genuine care. WOW, where do I even begin. Working with Dana from Clementine was hands down, the best planning decision we made for our wedding. From the first time we got on the phone, Dana was so easy to communicate with, and immediately knew exactly what we wanted, and didn't want. Every step of the way, she made sure we got done what we needed to, and let us relax/enjoy being engaged in between crunch times. Dana helped us navigate the overwhelming wedding industry, and gave so much helpful insight into dos and don'ts for the big day. She also was just so fun to talk to, it felt like catching up with a friend, not another zoom meeting we had to do (we planned our wedding remotely from SF - she was super accommodating with the time change!). When doing the walk throughs/tastings with vendors, Dana knew all the right questions to ask, and made us feel so confident in our decisions. She also helped us save money where we could. Her presence was invaluable; everything ran seamlessly under her watchful eye, and there were no hiccups. As someone who was quite anxious and not fond of being the center of attention, I appreciated Melissa's ability to put me at ease. Her reassuring and calm demeanor was a constant source of comfort. Dana was truly the best wedding planner we could have ever asked for. We signed Dana for Day of Coordination along with Vendor Consultation, and I could not recommend her more! She was so easy to work with throughout the entire planning process and made every conversation stress-free. Dana gave transparent feedback on any vendors we looked into, sent us vendor recommendations when we asked and really guided us to the best overall vendors and prices. Dana lights up the room and is so easy to get along with, it is hard not to feel like you are already close friends by the time the wedding comes around, so she is a great person to spend your wedding day with! She was so organized with timing and the schedule which even allowed for us to take additional photos prior to the ceremony! One of my favorite moments with Dana during my wedding day was when someone had stepped on my dress and the train and bustle had fully ripped off my dress. Within a matter of seconds Dana was right next to me and said give me a minute to get some pins. Within minutes she had my dress fully pinned up and fixed under my belt. YOU COULD NOT TELL AT ALL! That was truly one of the coolest and most magical moments of working with a wedding planner. In addition, we had a medical emergency at our reception which caused for a pivot in music, dinner timelines, etc. She was at my side right away advising on the best plan moving forward to accommodate the situation. Due to the delay in our reception, we decided to extend the band an extra hour to make up for the lost time and she was right there ready to chat with all the vendors we needed to align with in order to make the hour extension happen. Having Dana was instrumental in enjoying a stress free wedding day. I cannot say enough positive things about working with Dana, it is a no brainer!!!
