For the night before and the day of, Alicia kept us all on schedule, was there for us every step of the way, and she was instrumental in making our wedding weekend perfect. Right when we arrived at the venue, my shoe broke, and before I even had time to panic, they were already looking up nearby stores and figuring out backup options. When we could not find a replacement, they fixed my shoe on the spot like it was nothing. They were so calm and so quick that what could have turned into a stress spiral became a complete non-issue. The entire day felt smoother because of them. They kept everything moving without ever making it feel rushed, and they created this sense of ease that allowed us to be fully present. We trusted them completely, and that trust shaped the whole tone of the day. We are so grateful for Alicia, for Katelyn, and for Clementine!

Kristin come in for the last two months or so, and we're so glad we did. At a time when everything was getting hectic, she provided us with reassurance that we were on a good timeline while also picking up all the little details amateurs like us had allowed to fall through the cracks. On the day of the wedding, she was absolutely invaluable. Not only had she timed our wedding out by five minute increments but she had us, our guests, and all of our vendors running ahead of time without us ever feeling rushed. Everything went off on our big day without a hitch and I'm not sure we'd be able to say that had she not been there. You really can't find a better collaborator for your big day. It was completely seamless, and we never found ourselves worrying about a single thing--everything was handled, and we were free to enjoy the most magical day of our lives. We can't recommend them highly enough.

Kristin wanted to know us as a couple, our vision for our weekend, and quickly got to work. Her organization, attention to details, and communication shined through the planning process and we knew we were in good hands. No question was too small. And on the day of our wedding, we were able to live in the moment and enjoy the day without worry knowing that Kristin had it all under control. My husband and I live in San Diego but our wedding was in Chicago and Kristin was so helpful, she met with the venue and the florist without us in person and I don’t think we could have gotten everything organized without her. ation was supposed to be 45 minutes long, but when the 90-minute mark came about, we knew we had found the coordinator for us, and she never disappointed. Kristin’s attention to detail was second to none. Her timelines, outlines, guides, plus major and minor tidbits of information kept everything in sync and on target from day one. Virtual and in-person meetings with us, as well as every vendor always ran smoothly. A huge part of a coordinator’s job is to recommend vendors, and to this end, Kristin was spot on! After learning about what was important to all of us, her vendor suggestions were excellent choices, of which we narrowed them all down in each category to create the perfect team for the wedding. Plus, Kristin worked so well with each vendor—helping to make each’s process run much smoother and more efficient. As for the wedding day, Kristin was awesome still, leaving no stone unturned and making sure every detail was accounted for…no surprises and no panics…just her running around and being everywhere, all the time, so that everything was smooth sailing from 9:00am until 1:00am. Priceless. Her assistant on the wedding day, Allie, was also wonderful. She jumped right in and made the whole day seamless and we can’t say enough great things about our experience working with Clementine.
