rted trying dresses on, Ashley, my bridal consultant, really paid attention to the little things I liked about each one. Even as my style started changing, she picked up on it before I did. She remembered all the details I loved from different dresses and somehow found one that had everything I had been describing. It wasn't a dress I ever would have picked myself, but it ended up being the one.
One of my favorite parts was that they let me really experience the dress. They zipped me in, let me walk around, and even let me go out into the garden. The moment I was out there, I knew it was my dress.
The only reason I didn't say yes that day was because I already had appointments at other bridal shops and wanted to make sure. But the entire time I was trying on dresses elsewhere, I couldn't stop thinking about my dress at Cleo. We ended up calling to see if they could fit me back in, and Cheslyn was kind enough to squeeze me in that same day. She helped remeasure me, made everything so easy, and that's when I finally got to say yes to the dress!
Ashley and Cheslyn were both so kind, attentive, and never once made me feel pressured. They made such an important milestone feel so special, and I'm so grateful for the experience. Thank you, Cleo Bridal, for helping make one of my biggest dreams come true. I'll be recommending you to every bride I know!

e feel comfortable and truly listened to what I was looking for. She offered expert guidance without being pushy, and had great attention to detail. The selection of gowns was a large varitey to try on, and I felt as though Jazymn and the staff genuinely cared about helping me find the perfect one. I think I did two or three appointments before selecting a gown and it arrived earlier than expected! I left feeling confident and beautiful, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice.
