About this vendor
Cloth & Flame creates temporary venues for weddings and culinary experiences wherever they can be imagined, while working to conserve land by keeping it accessible and top of mind.
We create weddings in deserts, forests, mountainsides, and beaches for groups as small as 20 and as large as 1,000, and we know that the perfect day takes time, imagination, and organization. We also know that it's hard to imagine planning a wedding around your busy schedule, which is why we have partnered with the best wedding planners in each region we work to fit every style and budget.
With help from our sister company Open Venues, we are proud to offer the most incredible venues and stunning culinary experiences for weddings in the Western United States. We take you out of the "wedding factory" vibe of country clubs, ballrooms, and full-service wedding venues and into scenic outdoor venues, compelling historic buildings, and countless hidden gems to make sure your wedding never feels like one of many.

We rented a ceremony backdrop, cocktail tables, reception tables, and a sweetheart table from Tremaine Ranch for our wedding. The pieces were beautiful, and everything that they ha...
ve for your event is high quality and stylish. Leah was a joy to work with, she is so sweet and she made the entire process stress-free and completely enjoyable - she even sent US a sweet thank you note and gift after the wedding, I was totally blown away! I was highly impressed with her professionalism, quick responses, and her level of excitement and joy for her work and our special day. I would highly recommend Tremaine Ranch to anyone who is looking for tables, chairs, decor, etc for their event, you cannot go wrong with Leah and her fabulous team!
I wanted our wedding to exemplify who my husband and I are, rather than follow a list of traditions. I planned our aesthetic to be whimsical, colorful and free spirited. Enter Trem...
aine Ranch with their gorgeous, unique rentals to make that vision fully realized on our wedding day. We rented rugs to line our aisle, large yellow balloons to showcase the reception area, vintage floral salad plates to liven up our place settings and lawn games for our guests to enjoy. Everything was perfect. Leah and Matt were the best to work with as well! Communication was always fast, and they worked with us to accommodate our brunch wedding timeline. They have such a large stock of rentals available; you’ll be sure to find pieces to perfectly fit your vision! (They also do custom pieces for keeps!)

let her take it from there. I really trusted her ideas and left the details up to her. I could not have been happier with how everything turned out. I received many compliments on how the those details made the wedding extra special and I have Tremaine Ranch to thank!!!

t in their drive to guide their clients. I found exactly what i needed within my budget. They did an amazing job delivering and setting up all of our rentals. It was disappointing they they refused to help move the chairs from ceremony to reception and my guests/groomsmen had to do it. I would recommend Tremaine ranch to any of my friends.
My husband and I just got married this past April and we rented out a chalkboard sign and a magnetic frame for my seating chart. Which was so beautiful by the way. They also create...
d a welcome sign that turned out absolutely perfect, but with all the incredible pieces of inventory that they have, the most important thing that stood out to me was how genuinely nice they were to me. They responded to every email extremely fast and I just felt like they really wanted to take care of me and make sure that I wouldn't have to worry about the "little things". When I finally got to meet this couple in person, they are literally some of the sweetest people you will ever meet. Thank you, Tremaine Ranch for creating such beautiful pieces and for being so genuine.
They were amazing. There was a miscommunication about when tables and chairs would be arriving and I called to ask when they would be coming and they packed up the truck and were t...
here within the hour. Leah was extremely friendly and communicated with me when my seat numbers went up. They were amazing and my guests loved the tables.
