I’m so happy Cloud9 was apart of my wedding day! Brittany Cook was the ease I needed leading into the wedding and on our wedding day. She’s a true professional and helped me through the process, always having an answer or a solve when needed. She helped my vision come to life on one of the most important days of my life and I’m so thankful we hired her and her team!

Amy and her team were absolutely amaaaazing!!! She made sure that the entire day was perfect!! We seriously could not be any happier.

Brittany Cook was an absolute pleasure to work with! She was so kind, responsive, knowledgeable, organized and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. I was extremely indecisive and overwhelmed when we first started planning. She made it so easy for us to focus on one thing at a time and made the whole planning process feel much more manageable. Brittany connected with all of my vendors to coordinate timelines, address questions, etc. so there was as little on mine and my mom's plates as possible. She sat in on all vendor calls to make sure she was in the loop with everything for the wedding day. She sent weekly focuses as we got closer to the big day as well helping to keep us on track. On the day of the wedding, she really went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for myself, my new husband and the rest of my family. She made sure every item was exactly where it needed to be and every detail was perfect, kept us on schedule (even when the weather had other plans!), captured videos throughout the night that we otherwise wouldn't have had and really allowed us to enjoy the evening. I can't say enough positive things about Brittany Cook and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to plan a wedding! She is the BEST!!

We got married in September of 2022 and we had a great wedding planner. We were so grateful to have Amy to help us plan the day of our dreams. We live in NYC and got married in Colorado so to have her as a resource and a guide was so valuable. The week of the wedding, she really calmed me down and was there for everything. I don't even know where to begin! Cloud 9 and Brittany were absolutely amazing. Brittany is one of the friendliest, hardworking people I have ever met and we could not have asked for a better wedding planner. She goes above and beyond and made our day perfect. She helped us find our dream venue, did a great job finding the best vendors for our vision and budget, has a great creative eye for design and decoration, and kept every little detail organized and on track. We worked with Amy at Cloud 9 and are so thankful for all of the support that she provided! When we postponed our wedding, she eased our stress, helped to review contracts and ensured that all changes went smoothly. She also seamlessly put together a timeline for our day, helped us to identify amazing wedding vendors and took care of many last minute details for our day.

I’m not sure the word limit will do justice to how awesome Brittany and her team is. Being new to CO, in the midst of covid with family on the other side of the country, I was very overwhelmed with the whole process of wedding planning. With the exception of a photographer (because a friend offered), every vendor we utilized was recommended by her and was fantastic. Throughout the process she provided me with different ideas or suggestions, but never pushed me into anything we didn’t feel was true to us. Everyone warned us that “something will go wrong” on your wedding day and to just go with it. Nope. Not a single thing. And if something did go wrong, I have no clue because Brittany and Lauren made it disappear before I had any idea. She was 3 steps ahead of us the entire night and all of our guests commented on how smooth the evening was with no downtime or awkward transitions. She timed the entire night down to the minute to make sure we had bathroom breaks, could eat, and have as much time to dance as possible! When I was frustrated or overwhelmed, Brittany was always calm and handled things with grace and a huge smile. I had employees of other vendors tell me how kind Brittany was and how much they enjoyed working with her, which I think was easy to see throughout the night. We handed off all decor and items we needed for the day of at our rehearsal the day before. I woke up on my wedding day and was able to relax and not worry about a single thing, which carried on throughout the night. She paid attention to every detail. Our wedding was absolutely perfect thanks to Brittany and her team, our wedding truly would not have been what it was without her.

We had the pleasure of working with Amy for our wedding and we could not have asked for a better person to assist us with our big day. With only 4 months to plan and doing so from out of state we needed someone who was organized, timely, and knowledgeable. Amy went above and beyond to make sure the day was perfect. She sent weekly emails with what tasks were complete and what needed to be done with deadlines, kept an organized budget, promptly answered phone calls and texts when I was in a panic, communicated with vendors and arranged meetings, worked around my hectic schedule and was always so positive. From start to finish she handled everything with professionalism and grace. We also had the pleasure of working with Arturo the day of and he was wonderful. He kept everyone calm when it started to drizzle and taught my husband and I a few dance moves. Both Amy and Arturo were a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend Cloud 9 for anyone in search of their services. Thank you for everything, you all are simply the best!

I could write a trilogy of novels about my adoration for Brittany and the Cloud 9 team but for the sake of review brevity, Brittany is the best planner in the game. We worked with Brittany after we had chosen our date and venue to create our dream wedding in Steamboat Springs. Brittany's kind demeanor, 1000 watt genuine smile, relationships with Colorado vendors, and knowledge of the Colorado wedding industry had us hooked. Over the next 8 months Brittany became a mind reader and was able to articulate and execute our vision when we weren't sure how to put it into words. She was a true teammate throughout the process and never batted an eye when we had to work around COVID restrictions or last-minute changes. If you're looking for a wedding planner who's professional, detail-oriented, kind, experienced, and has a killer sense of humor, look no further than Brittany and her team. They'll take care of you like you're family.

We worked with Amy at Cloud 9 as our Month Of planner. She was AMAZING. We had to postpone our wedding due to COVID and she was instrumental in helping us check availability with our vendors and modifying our contracts with them. She helped getting final details together and with a lot of the paper products. Everything turned out so well. She had a great feel for transitions at our venue and we got multiple compliments on how seamless it was transitioning from one aspect of the wedding to another. She was really positive and fun throughout the experience. She kept me calm day of and was a great asset to have during wedding planning and execution of our wedding. I really enjoyed her and thought she did a fantastic job. I would recommend her and Cloud 9 time and time again!!

I am one of those women who felt they never needed a wedding planner. I had binders full of ideas that went back to 1999, I plan events for work, and I felt planning my own microwedding would be no issue. Thank goodness my venue required a planner- they saved me from my misguided assumptions. Brittany Cook with Cloud 9 was a lifesaver. She helped me navigate Covid, the plethora of details you don’t even THINK of when planning, and beyond, with a smile and absolute competence and confidence. Brittany was recommended by another vendor and she was impressive from the first zoom call. Her attention to detail surpassed my own, which says something, and she was the calm in the storm my whole wedding weekend. I had read through reviews for wedding planners before I picked my venue and had made the call that I didn’t need one- even seeing reviews like this one that said otherwise. I really mean this when I say GET A PLANNER. The morning of my small wedding was emotionally overwhelming. I was ecstatic to marry my fiance, but that day just brings a LOT with it. Then add to the emotional surplus the family and friends checking in, saying hi, random items that arise while you’re trying to corral yourself- it’s a lot. I was able to enjoy some semblance of peace that day for one reason- and that was Brittany. She had the church programs, the schedule, the menus, the photos for the reception table, the cake topper- all of these detail items that need taken care of day of you don’t think of when you’re planning. She made a map for vendors so I wasn’t fielding calls of where to park, and kept everyone in check. She thought of things I never would have- items only a seasoned professional would- and that experience is worth it’s weight in gold. I already told my sister I’ll be hiring Brittany with Cloud 9 for her future wedding (if Brittany will have us) to save both our sanity!

Thank you Cloud 9 Team! It all started with Brittany working on all our wedding Stationary. She was so creative and responsive to my ideas and very flexible when keeping budget in mind. Truly, because of Brittany, it led us to consider using the Cloud 9 Month of Coordination services. Once we started working with Amy, everything became a breeze. She is very detailed and thorough, especially while planning a wedding during COVID. Although I did not expect it, Amy was wake answering text messages from me at 10 PM, week of the wedding! She always has such a calm demeanor that is KEY in this industry! I am so thankful for the Cloud 9 team and we consider them family now!

Stop your search, Cloud 9 is fantastic! We worked primarily with Brittany Cook who was a godsend in so many ways. Her calm demeanor and incredible organizational skills kept our planning and budget on track and she was a wealth of information and ideas. She made my half-gelled visions come to life and we could not be happier. We actually miss meeting with her regularly! She took the bulk of the work out of identifying and contacting vendors and had great tricks for keeping costs down or reallocating funds between categories. So many of the creative and personalized touches we had (which guests can’t stop talking about) were thanks to Brittany. We would not have had the wedding of our dreams without Brittany and Cloud 9. My wife and I got married in the fall of 2019 and it exceeded all of our expectations. Brittany was our wedding planner and she was amazing! From the very beginning she dialed into our personalities and style which made selection of venues, vendors, and design board seamless. Brittany was very communicative throughout the entire process and kept us on pace giving us things to do each month so that coming into the month of the wedding we were already prepared. The wedding itself went out with out a hitch with everything running like a machine so that we didn't have to make decisions and instead just enjoy our family, friends and most of all our wedding. I would recommend Brittany to my closest friends and family not to mention we already have discussed asking her to help us again with other events. It was best decision we made for our wedding and worth every penny. You can not go wrong with Brittany.

Brittany at Cloud 9 was AMAZING!! I can't imagine going through the planning process without her, and I would hire her again in a heartbeat! The vendors Brittany found for us were all fantastic as well: florist, band ("best wedding band ever" per our guests), tent & event rentals, lodging for us and guests, etc.). She has such a calming presence, while always getting things done and always working with our best interest in mind. Despite her calm demeanor (which is a great quality for someone in her role), she has no issue pushing the envelope and negotiating on behalf of her client. Brittany is the best, and I highly recommend working with her!

As the MOB, Brittany was my rock! She managed our vendors and our family with calming direction and control. Her attention to the details and flow of our daughter’s wedding made it a success! We also ordered all of our invites, table numbers, and seating banners from Cloud 9, and they were BEAUTIFUL! We had so many compliments. Thank you Cloud 9 - I highly recommend your Team!

We hired Ann and Cloud 9 Weddings & Papers for full service wedding planning. I can honestly say that no matter whether you hire Ann for the full process or day of, she is the best. I read so many wedding planning service reviews and interviewed several planners. From the first phone call, I knew Ann would help us create the wedding of our dreams - and she did! She was so knowledgeable about vendors, pricing and etiquette. She worked with us to make our vision come to life and also keep track of the budget. I was nervous about the planning process, but Ann made everything so easy. The day of was perfect. She and her assistant, Brittany, coordinated with all the vendors, kept track of all our belongings, kept us on schedule and allowed us to enjoy the day. I cannot thank her enough for all of her help. She is the best! We also used Ann for invitations, programs, place cards, etc. Everything was beautiful and the pricing was excellent!

Brittany was my wedding planner this past summer & she was fabulous. Very easy to work with, patient & accommodating. She had wonderful ideas and made my wedding so special and meaningful for us. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

My now husband and I were referred to Brittany at Cloud 9 from our videographer several months before the big day. We were worried about everything coming together, especially living in LA and getting married in Colorado. We were in need of a day-of coordinator and Brittany was that and so much more from the initial phone call on! She was always very on top of everything, especially the timeline! Every email / phone call etc were all answered very promptly, fully and with care! I sent many random “bride” emails to Brittany, usually small freak-outs, and she would ease any worries right away! The months leading up Brittany was great, ensuring all vendors were communicated with and on the same page! She helped me with venue walkthroughs seeing as I lived in a different state and even offered to FaceTime me! The day of Brittany was a true life saver. I didn’t have to worry at all about the set up of the event because I trusted she had it all under control, and she did! The last thing you want as a bride is to have your wedding party or family be out setting things up, they should be enjoying the day with you! Which is exactly what Brittany gave us! Her experience in the wedding world & patience is what makes her amazing at her job. She even helped me bustle my dress! I got so many compliments from guests on “how well the night went” and that I should be an “event planner;” but I had to let them in on the fact that it was all her! She was amazing with guests and I was so happy to have her there the day of the event. I would highly recommend Brittany to anyone looking for coordination of your big day. It was a pleasure to work with Ann Marlin and her team in planning our wedding this past July. Ann was quick to answer all of our questions, she kept us on schedule, and she clearly had a great working relationship with countless vendors, making it easy to find a perfect match for everything from the cake designer to the band. A lot of the planning process revolved around pleasing our friends and family, but Ann made sure to tailor each aspect of the process to my husband and I. As Ann had promised, our guests told us that the event was more than just a nice wedding, it was a "Megan-and-Jackson" wedding. Finally, the wedding day was choreographed perfectly. The Cloud 9 team made sure that all the vendors were set up and ready to rock. I can honestly say that Ann and the Cloud 9 team successfully planned the best day of my life. 10/10

Value is not worth the price. If you are on a tight budget I would find a different planner. When looking for a wedding planner my husband and I spoke with Ann to learn more about Cloud 9. When we decided we would like to have her plan our wedding we didn't realize we wouldn't be getting Ann, but were blindsided when we were put with one of her other planners instead. We ended up paying $6,000 for a planner who was not as experienced and knowledgeable. Many of Cloud 9’s recommended vendors were way out of our price range so we ended up doing a lot of the research ourselves. We found our own cake vendor and videographer. We also created our own programs and save the dates due to how expensive their paper business actually is. The cost of invitations through their paper business is astronomical and the 10% discount doesn’t get you very far in the end. The communication between what had been told to the vendors and what had been taken care of was also poor. Our wedding planner did a great job the day of the wedding, but at the end of the day I felt the value of the service provided was not worth the money spent.

I cannot say enough good things about Ann at Cloud 9! We had a destination wedding in Colorado, and we knew NOTHING about planning a wedding, let alone a wedding thousands of miles away from us. Enter Ann Marlin. Ann helped us through every single detail of our wedding, from dresses to invitations, from catering to cakes, from hair and makeup to music and djs, from gift bags for guests to an unexpected late May surprise snowstorm on our wedding day! She handled every single detail like a true professional, and she was one of the kindest people we have ever met. I highly recommend Ann and Cloud 9 if you're in the Denver area. She is simply amazing, and she helped make our dream wedding become a reality!

We were fortunate enough to work with Ann. She was absolutely amazing! I seriously cannot sing her praises enough. I haven't been involved in a lot of weddings, so I felt ill-prepared to be planning a wedding. Ann really took the worry out of the entire process. Ann did a fantastic job presenting the countless number of wedding invitation options, and she made an effort to understand exactly what we wanted our wedding invitation suite to look like. Ann ensured the execution of the order was 100% accurate, and that the order was delivered is on-time, and was of high-quality. The ordering process was seamless, and the product came out exactly as we envisioned. We are extremely pleased with the value that working with Cloud9 yielded - the pricing was very competitive, and the service was exceptional. Ann promptly addressed any questions and/or concerns, and was very easy to work with. on time, per our specifications. Also, Cloud 9 arranged for creation of a custom graphic that became the "logo/brand" for our wedding day!! We hired Ann again for rights to the custom graphic, and used the art work on mostly all of our wedding signage including our escort cards, seating chart, welcome sign, and guest book which created a balanced and cohesive design. Also, I should note that my husband and I wanted to send the invitations out a few weeks earlier than the typical wedding invitation time frame so that our out of town guests had adequate time to make travel arrangements. To ensure our requested delivery date, Ann arranged to have the invitations hand delivered to our home!! As a result, the invitations were mailed out exactly when we wanted them to be!! Cloud 9 is absolutely amazing at what they do. I had the chance to work directly with Ann Marlin. She is incredible. I had no idea where to even begin planning my wedding. I absolutely loved working with the ladies at Cloud 9. We worked with Ann Marlin & Brittany Cook - we spent more time with Ann but we got to spend some time with Brittany as well! They were both incredible. We got married less than 2 weeks ago and I already miss chatting with Ann every day. She was not only the most fabulous planner but became a friend and someone I would go to for advice. She made our dream wedding come to life and honestly it was even better than we ever could have imagined. Ann & Brittany are two of the sweetest people and they are so organized and extremely creative. They thought of things that I never would have that just tied the day together perfectly. My wedding was completely stress free because of Ann and her team. My little brother was very sick the week of the wedding and in the ICU so we were all in the hospital every day right up until the wedding (he was released from the hospital the night before! yay!) so we weren't available to answer any last minute questions or concerns but Ann and Brittany and the rest of the team made sure everything was still perfect. It was a horrible week but the wedding day was incredible thanks to Cloud 9. We finally got to relax and just enjoy our big day! I seriously could rave about Cloud9 forever but just know that if you are looking for a wedding planner - this is your team! You will not be disappointed! Love you guys!!! <3 <3 <3

Working with Ann and Cloud 9 was the best experience from start to finish. Ann relieved all of my stress leading up to and on the day of my wedding which was a wonderful thing. Also, the planning process was amazing. She made the entire experience fun for me, my fiance and my entire family.

Being gay women, we felt the sanctity of” marriage” would be one of life’s events that we would not be able to experience. However through the tireless efforts of thousands of people across the Unites States, the evolution of thinking, and an opening of hearts and minds, this all changed. Lauren and I have been in a committed relationship for over 13 years, now we could make it “ official” from a legal perspective. It was now time to begin planning the BIG event. We knew we needed help, the perfect wedding planner that would understand us and help bring our wedding to life. We searched the web, spoke to people but we could not find a “ gay wedding planner”. In passing I had a conversation with a colleague at work and he said, “ You have to call Ann Marlin at Cloud Nine. I was extremely happy I ended up using cloud 9 for my day of wedding coordination. From the very first time I met with Ann, I was very comfortable with her. She is so friendly and willing to help with just about anything. My husband and parents did not want me to worry about a thing on my wedding day, and with Ann, I never had to. I felt completely comfortable with handing things over to her. I knew she would do whatever she could to make things perfect. We are extremely grateful for how she handled everything and kept everything on task. She is wonderful!

Cloud 9 Papers helped me set the tone for my wedding! Ann is a dream to work with!! She has a wide range of paper companies that can provide a large array of designs in every price range. Her years of experience helped me navigate through the wide selection and find the perfect products from save-the-dates and wedding invitations to escort cards and ceremony programs. I chose to use custom artwork and designs for several of my items and they turned out beautifully. Ann was always very prompt in responding to my questions and the turnaround time to receive products was very quick. I couldn't have wished for anything more!

Cloud 9 is for someone who wants a cookie cutter invitation but with a very high price! If you are on a budget I would not recommend them.

Ann Marlin and her team were fabulous from the get go. They kept me sane, informed, and helped me to achieve my dream wedding. They made some great vendor recommendations, which were a huge help since i am not originally from here. I will be recommending them to all my friends!

We worked with Ann at Cloud9 for wedding invitations. They have a wide range of choices, many different types of paper and design elements that we didn't even know existed. Ann was able to help us decide what we were looking for and together we came up with a design that exceeded our expectations! She met with us at a time that was convenient for our schedule and quickly honed in to our wedding concept and helped us come up with ideas for our wedding invitation. I liked that we were able to proof the invitation via email to get the order in as quickly as possible (we had a major time crunch). Ann provided a timeline for the invitations to arrive and they were at our doorstep right on schedule. We are very happy with Cloud 9!
