Working with Tara was a gift. By the end of our wedding, we were sad to say goodbye! Tara’s expertise, professionalism, organization, and care made her an incredible coordinator. She was so generous with her time from the moment we were interviewing, all the way through the last seconds of our wedding night.
In planning, we felt that Tara really took time to understand our desires for the day and helped us craft a vision for the wedding. Each time we met, she reassured us that we were on track or guided us on where to direct our focus next. We never felt rushed, and Tara’s gentle guidance carried us through every milestone. She was responsive in-between our scheduled meetings. We always knew what was coming next and what we could expect from her, without feeling additional pressure. Tara also managed communication with our vendors around the wedding day, which was greatly appreciated to keep us focused on other things.
On the wedding day, Tara was a calming presence. Even when we were running behind or needed to pivot, she was reassuring and made sure that our wishes were prioritized. There was never any pressure or stress with Tara; She expertly managed the emotions and dynamics of the day, while keeping everything moving smoothly and gently to make the night feel seamless.
Tara and the Clover Hill team were prompt and organized. Their familiarity with our venue was invaluable. They managed set up, while also checking on us to ensure we were taken care of and on track.
We chose a package that also included decor. Having Tara mange this from start to finish was worth every cent. Her inventory had such a great range of styles, we loved everything we picked out. Knowing that she was handling things from start to finish was a relief and made our it made our process so smooth.
I could go on and on about Clover Hill and Tara specifically. We will be forever grateful for her support to make out wedding come to life and would recommend her 10x over.
I honestly can’t recommend Tara enough! My non negotiable vendor choice was getting a planner for our wedding and I 10000% recommend deciding to do so, and choosing Tara. We were planning our wedding for over 2 years and it was the most relaxing two years planning because of everything Tara helped with. She’s so amazing and we are so thankful for her. She helped keep us on track with everything we needed and I never got stressed about deadlines ever. Not only did we get her and her amazing assistant on the day of our wedding, our package included decor rentals, which is unmatched compared to planners that don’t have this option. Not having to worry about bringing home tons of wedding decorations and trying to figure out how to sell them, was such a bonus. Not to mention, all the decor is STUNNING. Our wedding day was literally perfect and I know that was made possible solely because of everything Tara did!!! She has an amazing relationship with so many local venues and vendors and she’s so knowledgeable. I can’t say thank you enough!!! If you are still deciding on looking for a planner - look no further because Tara is the best in the game!

Hiring Tara was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! From a year out to day of, she was responsive, professional, and so fun to work with! And patient whenever I changed my mind :). Tara took my vision and made it come to life and we couldn't be happier. On day of, we were so stress-free since Tara and her team took care of everything. Tara is the best!!!!
We really enjoyed working with Tara. She was responsive and organized and she really delivered as promised.
We had to make the call to execute the rain plan about an hour before the ceremony start time, and we also requested a last minute change of indoor location. Tara handled all this without any issues or stress on our part.
We wanted to do a few things unconventionally throughout the day. While Tara brought up a few concerns about issues that might arise from doing things differently--which was helpful--she also recognized that it was our wedding and everything should be the way we wanted.
In summary, we wholeheartedly recommend Tara.
Our venue required a "day of" wedding coordinator (at least), and we might otherwise not have hired anyone for this work. With hindsight, however, I (mother of bride) can say that it's hard to imagine how we would have coped without Tara! She was a pleasure to work with throughout the planning process, starting with occasional emails, a meeting at the venue a month out, and finally on the big day (and the day before for rehearsal). What I valued was that she was able to hear her clients' desires, and follow through accordingly -- which seems essential. Specifically, she was able to complete the table decorations (which we had supplied), and most impressively, to pivot the entire event to a rain plan that was different (and better) than the one we had originally imagined. Plus she was willing to wait to the last minute to pivot, as she knew we were really hoping (in vain) for an outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour. Although the wedding had various DIY elements, I really cannot imagine having made this all come together so well without her help. And throughout, she kept everyone calm and on point, in a very pleasant and helpful way. Highly recommend.
Hiring Clover Hill Events early in our wedding planning process was easily one of the best choices we made! We selected the Lotus package from them as we had done some planning up front (such as finding a venue) and wanted some assistance in pulling it together. The checklists, recommendations, support, and rehearsal/day of coordination Clover Hill provided were exactly what we needed. We are so grateful that they took care of all the details on the day of our wedding so we could enjoy the time with our friends, family, and each other. On the day of our wedding they took our ideas and decor and transformed an already beautiful venue into a magical experience. Jen's eye for decor and floral arranging is truly spectacular. Tara and Jen seamlessly pivoted to adapt to the alternate ceremony location due to rain and provided options to accommodate some family members who were part of the processional that had mobility issues. They clearly love what they do and it shows in the attention they pay to even the smallest details including accentuating our decor with a little something extra they had from their supplies to put it over the top. We highly recommend Clover Hill Events if you are looking for a wedding or other event planner!
I am not sure if there are words that can ever describe our heartfelt gratitude for the immeasurable impact that our coordinator Tara and florist Jen from Clover Hill Events had in making our wedding day absolutely magical and unforgettable for both us and our guests! From our initial meeting, Tara’s passion for her craft shone through, and her relatable, calm, and compassionate demeanor made us feel instantly at ease, allowing us to be genuinely excited, and not overwhelmed, for our day. Her attention to detail, creativity, and dedication to perfection were truly remarkable and surpassed our expectations. Tara spent so many hours getting to know us, and she designed every single element of our wedding with us in mind. Her design, with the florals designed by Jen, was better than we could have ever imagined. Tara is a staunch defender of her couples' vision, dreams, and budget. She is always able and willing to provide advice when asked, but she never pushed us. Tara helped us plan our wedding and we could not have asked for a better planner! She was extremely helpful in keeping everything organized and on track. Working with Tara was a highlight of our wedding planning process. We upgraded our package to include decor and it was worth every penny. Unfortunately we had to change our wedding venue just a few months out and Tara worked really closely with us to both find another space and adjust our plans to fit the new venue. She did everything she could to help us through this transition and make our vision for our wedding day come to life. Even though Tara had never worked at our new venue before our wedding, she made it so easy to set our day of timeline and our decor plan and she coordinated the execution of both with all our other vendors. Day off, her and her assistant did a wonderful job of setting all the decor up, coordinating the other rentals, and making sure the day stayed on schedule. She did a great job of moving items/decor/flowers between the ceremony entrance, cocktail hour, and reception space so that we could reuse pieces rather than pay for fully separate arrangements. Because of all the planning we had done in advance and Tara’s involvement leading up to the wedding, during the day itself, we didn’t have to worry about the flow or the execution of our plans because we knew Tara would make sure it all happened. And it did! We honestly can’t say enough good things about working with Tara and would highly recommend her and her beautiful decor to anyone!!
Tara at Clover Hill Events is unbelievable. We found her at an open house at our venue about 4.5 months before our wedding and knew instantly that she needed to be our coordinator. She helped to make our wedding the absolute smoothest it could have been. She was timely, professional, organized, personable and always willing to adjust things when we needed. She did our coordination, provided our decor and signage, and kept me sane the day of. I highly recommend working with Tara.
Working with Tara and Jen was easily one of the BEST decisions we've made for our wedding! They were super easy to work with, kind, empathetic, knowledgeable, and helped us put out last-minute fires so well, which definitely took a lot of the wedding prep & wedding day stress off so we could fully enjoy the process & our big day. They also decorated the reception and wedding ceremony space as well as the florals so beautifully that guests were raving about it even weeks after, with one guest even mentioning to us that it was the most beautiful wedding she had attended in the US! To top it off, Tara and Jen truly care about the couples they work with and they were our biggest cheerleaders throughout the whole process, going above and beyond to ensure that we can have the wedding of our dreams. Tara exceeded all my expectations. From first contact she was quick to respond and answered the 7390 questions I had. Tara sent us a comprehensive planning workbook that allowed us to cover every detail of planning, vendors, timelines, family dynamics, you name it.
Clover Hill Events offers different packages with lots of rental decor so you don’t need to worry about DIY if that’s not your thing. We didn’t need any rentals but Tara was kind enough to let us use some gold chargers out of her stock for our tables!
Tara’s relaxed and calming personality was exactly what you’d want from a DOC, and she really eased my anxiety. On the wedding day I did not need to worry about a single thing besides getting ready. I didn’t even feel the need to go downstairs to the ceremony/ reception area to check anything out. I had full trust that my vision would come together at her hands and it surely did.
Long story short, I am so so happy my venue strongly recommended Clover Hill Events and I wouldn’t change a thing! 11/10!!
Tara was literally an essential part of our wedding planning and day. She was more than just a coordinator. She did so much for us: handled everything on our day; really helped us plan aspects of our wedding and coordinate people; and calmed our worries and stress. We knew we didn’t have to stress the big things because Tara was there to assist and we can’t thank her enough for all that she did. Tara was amazing from day 1. Not only was she super responsive, she really made a huge effort to understand the vibe we were going for and make it happen. Whenever I got overwhelmed, she took the helm and guided me through, step by step. She was super creative with decorations, helped us stick to our budget, and impeccably professional! Tara and Sarah were phenomenal from start to finish. They thought of so many things that we hadn't even considered and helped make our wedding the best day ever. Tara is truly amazing and we would not have made it through our wedding planning without her. She made our day flow so easily and held our hand at every point of the planning process including a year long day and day of ceremony change due to the weather. My husband and I cannot say enough wonderful things about Tara and how helpful she was with planning and executing our amazing wedding day! From the beginning, Tara provided helpful checklists and timelines to keep us on track and was available to answer all of our questions along the way! We also used Tara’s décor (a must add to your day of package!) and could not have been happier! She had ALL of the décor we were looking for and added in any personal touches we requested! The day of our wedding we had absolutely nothing to worry about because Tara made everything come together perfectly. Our wedding day ran flawlessly because of her, we cannot recommend her enough!
Hiring Tara was the best decision we made, I cannot speak highly enough about her! From our initial inquiry all the way through our event, Tara was extremely kind, communicative, and helpful. The planning workbook and checklist she provides immediately after you book with her are awesome and detailed, and are really helpful in getting yourself organized. The 6-month planning meeting was great for helping us hammer out the overall look and feel we wanted for our event, which helped guide the rest of our planning process. As we got closer to the big day, Tara was extremely responsive to our many emails, questions, and changes, and she was AMAZINGLY gracious and helpful when we decided to downsize our event 2 weeks prior due to COVID. We opted to use her décor rentals as well, which I would recommend to everyone! She has so many different items and styles of décor, and she knew exactly which pieces to recommend to fit our vision. We only had 1 box of décor we sourced, which Tara put out and packed up for us with ease. Tara handled almost everything else, including our signage, chargers, candles, you name it! Our event looked even more beautiful than I envisioned with Tara’s help. She also has great relationships with a lot of local vendors and managed our other vendors flawlessly, making it feel more like we had a seamless wedding day team than a bunch of different vendors. She took care of everything perfectly on the day of—I literally had nothing to worry about with her in charge, and got to just relax and enjoy the day.
My husband and I have nothing but THE BEST to say about Tara at Clover Hill Events! Not only is Tara professional, talented, responsive, and FUN to work with, but her services are unrivaled. Once Tara is officially a part of your wedding team, she will provide you with all of the tools (wedding workbook, decor list, checklist, and timelines) that you'll need to stay organized and plan your wedding day to perfection. She has several meetings with you (either in-person or on Zoom, based on your comfort) starting ~6 months before your big day which is well beyond the typical first meeting ~1-2 months provided by other DOCs. Tara has an extensive catalog of decor items (think frames, candles, table numbers, centerpiece decor, lanterns, and more!) that are available to rent, saving you both money and having to decide what to do with all the decor you purchased after your wedding is over. Tara is also incredibly knowledgable about decor trends, wedding etiquette and best practices, and local vendors to support all aspects of your big day. What we valued most about Tara was her attention to detail, her flexibility and calm demeanor when details changed (like the forecast moving our outdoor wedding inside), and her communication style. We felt so secure and stress-free knowing that Tara was in control of executing our wedding day, and we are grateful to her for making our dream wedding a reality. We couldn't have done it without you, Tara!
Tara is a wonderful wedding planner and coordinator. She made Mara and Brian's wedding last Saturday an epic celebration! Her guidance, organization, set up, cleanup and decorations were impeccable. I would highly recommend her services. She is always available and responsive and follows through on everything!
We used Tara and her decor for our rustic winery wedding and loved it all! I was not really looking forward to planning and coordinating a wedding (especially decor) so I was thrilled when our venue offered her as a recommended vendor which included decor. She has a wide variety of decor options to choose from and would highly recommend!
Tara is the single best decision we made in our wedding planning process (and we LOVED our other vendors so that's really saying something). Her coordination singlehandedly kept me sane, and her decor rentals are a STEAL. She brought such a steady, calming presence to our day along with an excellent creative eye. Tara wrangled all our vendors seamlessly and coached us through a few issues that popped up - like when our original DJ got super flaky, she helped us make the decision to pull the plug and then immediately leveraged her network to line up several other options for us to look at. She even made phone calls to check availability for us. It was so, so helpful to have Tara as a sounding board as we were making decisions, and she is excellent at balancing her level of involvement to meet your needs. Where we were already fully set on certain ideas, she made them happen, or if she had concerns she would voice them very constructively. In other areas where we basically said "we don't care, can you please just make it look nice," she did exactly that. Our big day went off so perfectly. The design and decor that she provided was cohesive and gorgeous, and every part of the day ran so smoothly, yet we never felt rushed even though my husband was running behind getting to the venue. Tara was so flexible, ramping up where we needed her to ramp up, and making me take deep breaths when I needed to take deep breaths! She was also ultra communicative and available. Even while she was out of town attending a family wedding, she talked me through some concerns about our transportation company and even offered to take point on making sure they would show up - which of course, they did. Not to mention, she was so affordable compared to some of the other coordinators I interviewed! In hindsight I would have paid twice as much for the level of service she provided. You should absolutely hire Tara - you won't regret it.
Tara was amazing. She had a variety of beautiful decorations for us to choose from. She listened to our vision and followed up continuously throughout the process to make sure we were happy. We had a few personal touches that we brought to the venue and she used them beautifully. The way she decorated for our wedding felt personalized and make us feel very special. Would highly recommend!!
We used Clover Hill Events/Tara as our wedding day-of-coordinator and do not have anything but great things to say about working with her! Tara was a godsend for us during both the planning phase and actual day of the wedding. In several meetings prior to the wedding, Tara created a detailed timeline in coordination with the caterer for the actual wedding day and was great at communicating all updates to both us and any affected vendors on a need to know basis. This was incredibly appreciated by us as it took so much stress off our plate in those final few weeks before the wedding. The attention to detail and care Tara showed throughout our time working with her was second to none. On the actual wedding day, Tara did an incredible job keeping the order of events exactly on schedule, including wrangling those family members who wandered off during the scheduled family portrait time and all of the other unexpected little things that happen on a wedding day. She made it very easy for us to just bask in the joy of our wedding and for that we cannot thank her enough! Clover Hill Events also has an extensive inventory of decor and furniture we were able to select from that fit the style of wedding we desired perfectly. We just provided her with an idea of the overall look we were going for and she made everything come to life and look so beautiful!! We received so many compliments on how great all the decor looked. Tara even helped make our customized welcome sign with our names and wedding date! Overall our experience in working with Tara at Cover Hill Events was a 10 out of 10 and we will highly recommend her to anyone we know who is looking for a day-of-coordinator for their wedding! Tara is truly the BEST. She is not only incredibly organized and a great event manager, but she also has a host of beautiful décor that you can choose to use when you hire her. We met in person early on to discuss our "vision" - which admittedly was pretty vague, and she completely brought the look to life! She is so kind and understanding, and will do whatever she can to make your day what you want it to be. My husband and I are 100% confident that our day would not have been nearly as incredible had Tara not been running the show! Not only is Tara an amazing coordinator, but we are walking away as friends. You won't regret hiring her.
If you're looking for a decorator, search no further! Tara made our wedding absolutely BEAUTIFUL, and we cannot recommend her enough. She took our vision (garden-inspired, summery, and art museum-inspired) and executed it perfectly. Throughout the night, our guests kept commenting how beautiful the decor looked. Tara has a great eye for design, and she is such a joy to work with. You can tell she really loves what she does, and she took a lot of the stress out of the wedding planning process for my partner and I. Her collection of decor is amazing & super versatile. She is AMAZING!

Tara was the absolute best coordinator I could've ever imagined for our wedding day! We met Tara at a wedding open house when searching for venues and my husband and I instantly connected with her. When we decided to go with the venue where we met her, 8 Chains North Winery, we knew that Tara's expertise and relationship with the venue would be perfect to ensure everything would go smoothly on the big day. When COVID hit and we were so unsure of literally everything, Tara was the first vendor to reach out to check on us and let us know she would be there to help us through it all and she absolutely was! She made sure I stayed on track for decisions I needed to make, especially when the day got closer, and was exactly everything we needed for our final walkthrough and for the rehearsal. She also has a decor package you can add on to make use of her beautiful inventory, and the decor she picked to accent my theme made everything come together so perfectly. On the wedding day she was a rockstar and kept us on time throughout the entire day and night! She took care of my husband and I, and the entire bridal party like we were her family and ensured we had everything we needed. The day was absolutely perfect and if anything went wrong I definitely don't know of it! I could seriously go on forever about how Tara is simply the best and went above and beyond what I could've imagined and needed. Tara has such a calmness about her that ensures you everything will work out and be okay, and I would recommend her a million times over to anyone who is considering a coordinator!
Tara's decor for our wedding was beautiful, and she was a pleasure to work with. She has an extensive supply of decor items, and she came up amazingly creative and pretty table decorations for my loose suggestion of 'tea cups'. Everything was very tasteful and tied together. As well as looking beautiful and unique, this saved us so much time, money, and stress, with trying to source items ourselves.
I could not have hired a better day of coordinator. Tara worked with us for 2 years, after a postponement, and a significant downsize. We finally had our wedding on 4/17 and it was everything I have ever dreamed of. Tara made everything so seamless and easy. Her décor is so gorgeous and has something to fit every style. I seriously cannot say enough good things.

I cannot say enough good things about Tara and her work! Tara is incredibly easygoing and easy to work with. She walked us through the year of planning a wedding throughout a pandemic seamlessly. Tara was extremely flexible and helped us to know exactly what to expect throughout the whole process, even when pandemic wedding planning was new to her. We loved that we could use he decor, which made decorating so much easier. Birkby House is beautiful to begin with but Tara took it to the next level and worked with us to make sure it was our style. We had many guests comment on how smooth things went and how professional Tara was.

We cannot say enough good things about working with Tara and Clover Hill Events. Like 15/10 good. We were connected through our “Petit Verdot” package at 8 Chains North, and Tara totally took the stress out of planning the decor for a very small wedding. From our very first Zoom call, she got our style immediately and made suggestions for the decor to fit what we were looking for without pushing us past the “simple” look that we we’re going for. Her inventory is awesome and made everything look very put together. She was extremely responsive as we made small tweaks in the weeks leading up to our wedding, and sent a detailed run down of our plan in the week before so we could be sure we were on the same page. On the day of our wedding, she made sure everything on the decor side happened seamlessly — everything was set up as we had discussed, and she even suggested repurposing our arch flowers to add a bit of greenery to our flower-less table centerpieces, which was a great idea and wonderful re-use of the flowers. I don’t know how else to describe our experience with her other than everywhere I looked, things just got done — and beautifully — without any stress for me or my husband. She’s such a professional, has an excellent creative eye, and is one of those people that just fixes things that are off rather than bothering the bride or groom. Tara’s addition to our day really made it run smoothly and I would hire her again in a heartbeat. Highly, highly recommend Tara as an addition to any event, big or small.
Tara from Clover Hill Events was such a nice person to work with! She had a great inventory of signs for us to choose from, and she even created a new card box for us when we were looking for a different style. She was very accommodating with pickup and drop off of the signs. We got several compliments on our 'Spread love, not germs' sign. People thought it was a cute touch.
If you are looking for a coordinator that will ease all your worries and make your wedding day perfect you NEED Tara and Clover Hill Events!! We brought Tara on 2ish months before our Covid wedding and it was by far the best choice (besides the location, 8 Chains North Winery). Tara made sure I was stress free and happy on my wedding day! She is so confident and capable and it was great knowing our wedding was in her hands! I can not thank her enough for everything she did!!!!

From 6 months out, she was on top of the details and provided things like a wedding workbook for us to meet and discuss. There were a lot of things I hadn’t even thought about that she knew to get squared away. The COVID pandemic started about a week after our 6 months out meeting. Tara was SO helpful in navigating thE unknown territory of having a wedding during this crazy hard time.
As the date grew closer, Tara was there every step of the way! From the rentals and sign details (great inventory) to her handling discussions with other vendors and the venue, she was the BEST money we spent. My mom and sister even reached out to me the next day and say how awesome she was. It made the whole family’s time more enjoyable and less stressful.

I can't say enough good things about Tara and her work. She went above and beyond for our wedding. I knew I'd love working with her after our first Zoom meeting. She was extremely approachable and helpful in giving us ideas on how to decorate our venue. She was so easy to work with and had such a positive energy. Tara is so talented - everything turned out exactly how we envisioned it would be. It is rare to come across someone who is talented, organized and a pleasure to work with, and Tara is all of these and beyond. Tara is the absolute best! We were recommended by a venue who adores her, and it was immediately clear why. Tara brings so much more than wedding planning to her work. She is creative, she has a very strong design eye, and she is just a fun person to work with. The value of her services along with her rentals/etc. made choosing her an easy decision. She can think through the aesthetic of a venue, the decor needed to fill the space, as well as floral design, on top of all the other logistics of planning. We started our wedding planning journey prior to the Covid-19 pandemic, and navigated the difficult decisions of wedding planning during a pandemic alongside Tara. She not only advocated for us with vendors who were being exceptionally difficult in these circumstances, but she also cared for us as people. She navigated a very hard season not only for couples but also for the wedding industry in general with a lot of grace and compassion. Tara truly does care deeply about her couples and it shows not only in the work she does but also her kind encouragement through very difficult times. We ultimately did not have our original wedding plan due to the pandemic and therefore weren't able to work with Tara on our wedding, but I have full faith that she would have been a fantastic partner. I would strongly recommend her to any couples planning a wedding and am very thankful to have had her support during a wild planning season.
Although we had to unexpectedly cancel our wedding because of COVID, Tara was absolutely wonderful every step of the way. She was attentive, organized, and was completely in tune with what we envisioned. Even though we couldn’t have our wedding, I am 100% convinced that she would take all the last minute stresses away. Tara was absolutely wonderful to work with! She was quick to offer suggestions, reminders, and support throughout the process of working with her. While we were officially paying for a day-of-coordinator with full access to Clover Hill's extensive repertoire of decor items, it felt like so much more! Tara guided us throughout the wedding planning process and ensured no small details slipped through the cracks. She is very communicative and innovative - in our case, we had a general idea of what we wanted but she truly shaped our ideas into a beautiful and romantic ceremony and reception. She is also very flexible, and even though we made some last minute changes (during the week leading up to the wedding and even at the rehearsal) you would never know from how seamless the wedding day went. Tara went above and beyond our expectations and we highly recommend her!
Clover Hill Events did the signage for my wedding and it was exactly what my wife and I hoped it would be! Tara worked with us and our crazy Pinterest board ideas to pull together little touches that showed up throughout or wedding venue. Can not recommend Clover Hill Events enough!
We hired Tara for 'Day of Coordination' services for our wedding, and it was easily the best decision we made throughout our entire planning process. Tara was phenomenal to work with, super responsive, and turned our wedding vision into a reality. She was so organized, worked incredibly well with all of our vendors (and kept them in line, when needed!), and took on a ton to make sure we could just enjoy our wedding day, and not worry about anything else. Each time we talked to her leading up to the big day, we got even more excited for it. She was so enthusiastic, patient, and always on top of her game.
Above and beyond her amazing coordination abilities, Tara had such an excellent inventory of decor for us to use for both the ceremony and reception (signs, aisle decor, centerpieces, etc.). She customized the design based on our style and colors, and always had such great ideas on how to capitalize on the space with the different decor elements. Her inventory was a huge bonus, since we didn't have to buy all of those items ourselves, and then figure out what to do with them after!
In conclusion, Tara was incredible! She went above and beyond every step of the way to make sure we got what we needed, and was so amazing to work with. Clover Hill Events should be your first and only choice for planning/day of coordination your wedding!
I cannot write enough words that tell you how amazing Tara is! She really is great at what she does! If I had questions she was right there to answer them. When I was anxious and felt totally lost with what I should be doing Tara was right there to help me get my ducks in a row! I told her my vision for a travel themed wedding and she made it come to life!
They have such a wide range of decor that you can choose from to help decorate! Having her creative eye really helped me make everything absolutely gorgeous!!!!! She made some amazing signs just for my wedding and personally made all the signs for each of my table settings.
My wedding day I did not have to worry about absolutely anything. She was right there making sure my venue was gorgeous, all my vendors were exactly where they should be, and I didn't have to worry about anything at all.
I cannot recommend Tara enough. She is awesome! If you want someone who is attentive, punctual, personable, and just all around great at what she does...just stop and book her!

Working with Tara was a great experience!
She has an excellent eye for design and aesthetics, and really took the time to understand our particular likes and dislikes with respect to decor. We both had trouble describing the wedding we wanted, and Tara was able to take the scattered pieces of what we could describe and turn it into a uniform vision for what our day would be like.
The results were stunning, the pictures speak for themselves and we got tons of compliments from our friends and family about how great everything looked.
Beyond her keen eye for design, Tara gave us great recommendations for other vendors, and the team we assembled really worked together well to make a day that was truly unique to us as a couple.
However, her work on the day of our wedding really sets Tara apart. She handled everything, making sure that we could focus on our ceremony, our guests, eating good food, and drinking good wine. She even made sure that we had a few bites to eat in amidst the flurry of things we had to do.
Other items of note:
- Tara has an extensive inventory of decorations and unique items for centerpieces, gift tables, table assignments, etc. We really liked that we didn't have to buy things that would just be thrown in the trash after the wedding.
- Tara made all of the signage for seating arrangements, food tables, ceremony seating, basically everything. The signs looked great and went with the rest of the decor perfectly.
- I can't stress enough the excellent recommendations Tara gave us for our caterer and DJ. We wouldn't have known about them without her and our wedding would have been lesser for it.

We were extremely lucky to have had Tara as our wedding day coordinator. She was always available to meet when our wedding preparation stress levels increased as we got closer to the wedding day. She always answered our calls/texts, and assured us everything was going to be just fine. On our wedding day, the bar tender went for a bathroom break without letting anyone know, she immediately stepped up and solved the issue without stressing us out. She is very personable and made us feel like she was part of our family. She is an amazing person, and you will not regret having Tara by your side on your wedding day.
We were recently married and Tara was 110% instrumental to our day! From the beginning of our planning process, Tara has been amazing and ran things like a pro. She was available via phone or email to answer questions, had recommendations for all types of vendors, and was able to check in with me to make sure I was staying organized.
There are a few things that Tara offers that I really appreciated and liked. The first was her wedding workbook. It's exactly what it sounds like, and as we made decisions and vendors were selected I was able to fill it out and keep organized with our planning. A month or so out it really became crucial to have, and acted as a hub for all our wedding information. It was so nice to have one pre-made with all the important sections to fill in information so I wouldn't be worried about leaving anything out.
The other thing Tara offers is her complete inventory of signs and decorations. On her website you can look through an inventory that Tara offers, most of which is included in her price when you hire her. Some of these items include lanterns, tables, glasswear, birdcages, card boxes, etc. She is also available to rent out arbors and chuppahs. Some of the signs she offers are premade, but others she can make for you, also included in her price. All we had to do was communicate what we wanted it to say, and she was able to create it. Between the signs and the decorations, Tara played a big part in our decorations for the day, and we loved how it all turned out.
Most importantly, Tara is sweet, patient, and kind. She never made me feel like I was overwhelming or annoying, though I'm sure she had multiple weddings/brides she was juggling and planning for. On the day of she had everything running so smooth - my husband and I didn't really have to think about anything, we were able to trust that she had control of everything and she did! She worked with our vendors, was able to accommodate our large family and bridal party, and checked in on us throughout the day and evening to make sure we were taken care of.
I truly believe Tara loves what she does, and it really shows when she's working with you. I cannot recommend her highly enough, and you will be doing yourself a favor by hiring her. I'm so pleased we had the chance to get to know and work with her.
The best decision I made in planning my wedding was choosing Tara to be our wedding coordinator. I hired her after seeing what a fabulous job she did at my friend’s wedding, and she lived up to every expectation. On your wedding day, you want to be surrounded by calm and organized people, and Tara is exactly that. She was kind and patient in waiting for my responses throughout the wedding process, but also timely and didn’t miss a beat when communicating with my other vendors. She treated my family kindly and was incredibly accommodating with me, my husband, and my mother.
My wedding venue was a blank slate and needed a lot of decoration and signage to elevate the space. She visited the venue on two occasions in order to get an idea of what would work. I have zero creativity and Tara was there to make suggestions, send pictures, and translate my desire for an “elegant” wedding into decorations that were not only elegant, but also timeless and beautiful. She has a huge stock of décor, and I appreciated that she was able to let us use her décor to make the space come to life. Tara also handmade all of the beautiful signs for the wedding on Plexiglas, which was so unique and really elevated the space. She had wonderful suggestions on ways to use greenery to liven up the space, and those small touches ended up being some of my favorites.
On the day of the wedding, I was relaxed knowing that Tara was at the venue taking care of everything. I didn’t have a worry in the world because I knew I had Tara in my corner to take care of everything. Throughout the entire day, she made sure we were all in the right place at the right time. I don’t think we ran behind our timeline at any point, and that is because we had Tara there to keep us on track. We even had a last minute change to the seating chart, and Tara was able to fix the seating chart sign so the guests never knew the difference. My wedding was the best day of my life, and I owe it all to Tara. If you’re looking for a coordinator, just stop now and hire Tara. I promise, you will not regret it.
