Cloverleaf Farm's outbuildings, horse barn, open-air event barn, pastures, pecan grove, tree-lined lanes, vineyard, perennial flower borders, and formal, brick-enclosed courtyard garden create multiple options for a couple to host their wedding ceremony and reception, expressing their love for each other before their family and friends. The endless white fence bordering the property gives every celebration at the farm a peaceful and private feel. Reservations of one of their locations mean that love birds can take advantage of their knowledge and experience. The cuisine is provided by A Divine Event, Magic Moment’s catering division. Using fresh, seasonal ingredients the chefs create into heavenly dishes. In addition, they use local produce as much as they can, for quality you can trust. ried there one day because of the vast beauty. Not only is it a stunning place, but it is a full experience. I got to work with the most amazing people throughout the whole wedding process. Because of the team’s hard work, I got to just show up to my wedding and be fully present the whole time. I did not have to lift a finger the whole day. They truly made all of my dreams and visions come to life stress free. I often think back to our wedding day and reminisce on how perfect it was. e everything so easy and seamless even when I lived across the country and travelled all the time. They truly work your vision and help in the best way. Our day was perfect, everything was gorgeous, the food was amazing and I had 2 angels following me around the entire day asking if I needed anything. They put the dinner tables where we wanted it which isn’t the usual spot. They worked with us on the budget for flowers and design and still making it everything I wanted it to be. They even went out of their way to buy sparkling water bottles for my dad.
My only recommendation would be to have people come back the next morning to pick up everything. It was so chaotic organizing everything in cars when everybody was wanting to go home and I hated having to stay to ensure everything was good.

bsolutely PERFECT in my eyes, and it was the best night of my husband and my life, the only reason I am giving a four star review is due to the wedding coordinators I was assigned the day of my wedding.
Let me first start off with the positives:
1. The venue itself is absolutely spectacular!! Stunning views which allowed my husband to have a “southern wedding with a country scape” while allowing myself to elevate the space and have a black tie, southern wedding. In addition, the one stop shop is a MUST. It made my life SO easy.
2. Lee Brandon. She was prompt, on point, and she was the reason I decided on Cloverleaf. I had gone to 7 venues and she was the only person who sold a vision of my wedding day.
3. Emily with flowers and decor. I spent 3 hours talking to Emily about my vision for the wedding and she executed perfectly!
Now, with that said let’s talk about areas of improvement:
1. I had been promised that on my wedding day I would be assigned two wedding coordinators. One would be with my husband all day ensuring that the guys needs were met while I would have somebody with the girls. On the morning of my wedding, this did not happen. There was one coordinator who showed up around 3 o’clock, and I don’t even know what she did to be honest. She seemed to be a warm body in a corner but no one knew who she was. Then the lead was never around during the day either. Thus, my mom and aunt were having to do everything the day of to ensure pictures ran smoothly and people were where they needed to be and dressed at the right time, etc.
My suggestion: if this is something that is promised, Cloverleaf needs to ensure that both coordinators are on site when the bride arrives and are in their designated areas assisting with the bridesmaids and the groomsmen as needed and instructed by the bride and groom. This would be discussed during one of the several meetings. If this is not doable for Cloverleaf, this comment needs to be omitted from their sale because it’s not accurate.
2. My lead coordinator. I was incredibly disappointed with my lead wedding coordinator. I did not meet her until my rehearsal, and I found her to be unprofessional and scatterbrained. She rushed through the process, leaving our wedding party quite confused. She did not know how to talk to adults. My wedding party contained individuals that were 35+ years old. She spoke to us like we were children making claims like “this isn’t my first rodeo” when asked a question. She also did not execute the wedding ceremony well. People were not exited out the proper way due to lack of instruction.
Suggestions: there needs to be an in person meeting with the bride and whatever wedding coordinator is going to manage her wedding prior to her wedding day. This needs to be during the final three hour meeting with Lee Brandon. This way, the wedding coordinator understands all of the specifics, expectations, promises made.
Other than that, small suggestions:
table seating: I did find our tables to be crammed.
-my brother was denied seconds at dinner. I was incredibly disappointed when I learned this - especially considering we upgraded in food and he has Celiac so he is restricted with what he could choose from.

Every single person we worked with along our journey cared so much about making us feel comfortable, ensuring our vision was understood, and pulling everything off without a hitch! They are nearly a one-stop-shop for wedding vendors too, which we had not expected but was the absolute greatest blessing.
Lee, Lauren, Jennifer, and Lindsay I truly cannot say enough good things about. Lee and Jennifer made our lives a series of easy decisions rather than utter confusion as we were trying to piece together all the logistics of a wedding. They were ready to go to bat for us and are absolute masters of making sure things are done right, even for the first wedding of the season. One big anxiety for us with a fully outdoor wedding was the weather, but throughout planning, every concern we brought up, Lee assured us she'd seen it, handled it, and it wouldn't be a problem. Lindsay was an absolutely joy to work with on wedding day, and I don't know how we would have stayed on track without her. She is the best bride's advocate.
Lauren took my vision for the design of the wedding and pulled off every single thing in exactly the way I imagined it. The attention to detail that she put into every element to make sure it was exactly what we imagined was so greatly appreciated, especially by me and my perfectionist mom. She and her team absolutely crushed it.
I truly don't know how anyone could pull off a wedding without such a great team who know weddings and the venue so well, and we are so lucky to have found Cloverleaf and A Divine Event.

overleaf was absolutely stunning and I could not believe how beautiful everything turned out. I did not have to worry about a single thing on wedding day and got multiple compliments on how helpful the wedding day coordinators were in making sure everything went smoothly. They thought of every detail! The food was so good and multiple told us it was the best wedding food they’ve ever had! I am honestly soo happy and have zero regrets! My only complaint is not having a realistic budget when signing. For example flowers and decor will be a lot more than the minimum when we were told the minimum was a realistic budget. Also I wish we were told in the beginning that Ubers don’t pick up at the venue and it is recommended to hire a transportation service. In the end everything worked out how it was supposed to but it would have been helpful to know that info in the beginning just so we could have had a more realistic budget for planning purposes. There were several options for almost everything, the ceremony location, dinner options, cocktail hour, etc. It truly felt like everything was customized to me and my husband and our families. There were absolutely NO hiccups throughout the day - but if there were I know the team would have handled it quietly. Planning with Cloverleaf was honestly so easy - I live out of state so having almost all of the vendors through Cloverleaf was amazing. mediate family only ceremony followed by our guests arriving an hour later. Everything flowed so perfectly and everyone was very happy. For a venue that can put on a magnificent, flawless, 300 person wedding, they can also do the same with 15 people.
The property and historic house are so breathtaking and kept so perfect and beautiful. We were welcome to visit any time leading up to the day so we were all comfortable with the layout and feel connected to this special place. Everyone through the process was very flexible and helped us along the way. I always had someone to go to if I had questions about literally anything. Everything was so organized by the day of my entire family did not have to worry about a thing so we really got to enjoy our guests and each other. I was concerned that I would not be able to enjoy the day that we had planned so long for but, the Staff at Cloverleaf Farms was in controlled of everything. Even the extra vendors that I hired for the event, (Band, photographer, bakery and transportation), Cloverleaf staff handled the logistics and communication with all of them. If anything went wrong the day of the wedding no one knew about it. You could not ask for a better staff from the grounds keeper to Lee Brandon who was in charge of it all. My husband and I were both able to work full-time throughout the planning process and Heather was always willing to work with our busy schedules. en we toured and was pretty much instantly sold. The home and the farm are breath taking, inside and out. The venue is STUNNING- but it was honestly probably Heather capturing our photo on our tour (so that we could have a photo the day we decided on the venue and a photo when we said “ I DO” in the same spot) that made our decision for us. We knew in that moment, that Heather and the Cloverleaf team were not just about selling us a space, but about making the wedding day, but also the entire wedding process one we could never forgot. My husband and I initially planned to have a quick engagement and spring wedding, and Heather, A Divine Event and Magic Moments helped us slam it all together quickly. Having a venue provide all services in house truly made the experience as stress free as planning a wedding, and blending two families can be. Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, we had to make the decision to postpone our spring wedding to September. The transition was honestly AMAZING. I had heard horror stories from some of my friends who had used other locations as they too tried to move their event, and that WAS NOT our experience. HEATHER and her team took our changes in stride and we were lucky that all other vendors were able to move dates with us. Heather made every step of planning our wedding (both times!) completely seamless, constantly being mindful of our vision and budget, and she was an absolute joy and lifesaver to work with. She was truly a blessing in this whole process, humoring my constant questions, calls and late evening texts. She was honestly such a breath of fresh air and calm in the midst of planning, moving our date, and having to use our rain plan (last minute tent included.) She worked her magic on making our rain plan so charming. Having to move our ceremony site inside the barn due to rain, called for last minute moving chairs, and Heather made it happen, and surprised us with sweet upgrades and touches that made the moment intimate and beautiful.
The design studio was also absolutely brilliant. They allowed me to bridge their design experience with my own creativity and touches. They did an incredible job and we received so many praises from guests. The FOOD was absolutely delicious, and honestly probably the thing that we got the most feedback about. Our guests LOVED it. The staff managed to handle our family full of personalities with ease and made sure that everything was perfect for us. As with all weddings, there are hiccups ( like rain) and things that are out of any ones control ( like a pandemic) but this team made sure that we did not have an ounce of stress or worry on our day.
It was a perfect day, and I wish I could relive it over and over again, and all of that is 100% thanks to Cloverleaf, Heather, the design studio, and the whole divine event team ( plus our other BOMB vendors.) If you are on the fence about booking your wedding here, do it. You will not regret it

May wedding to September, and since this venue handles almost everything in house, the transition was completely seamless. We only had to worry about rebooking our photographer/videographer and DJ instead of having to start planning EVERYTHING again from scratch. Heather made every step of planning our wedding (both times!) completely intuitive, constantly being mindful of our vision and budget, and she was an absolute joy and lifesaver to work with. The design studio was also absolutely brilliant. They brought my ideas for the look of our wedding so completely to life that I cried after I stepped out of the house from getting ready and saw everything. The entire staff, especially Haley and Melissa, are SO diligent in making sure every tiny detail is perfect and exactly how you want it. They did an incredible job. And the FOOD—I am still hearing from our guests two weeks later how delicious it was.
All of these details are obviously super important when you are trying to plan a wedding, but the part that first sold me on the farm before any of these amazing people and their incredible work was the stunning beauty of the house and outdoor spaces. There are countless choices for ceremony location (though we chose “our tree” immediately upon seeing it!), and the courtyard outside the house made a beautiful cocktail hour space. The open air barn is so perfect for dancing, and dinner under the string lights was so dreamy. We were threatened with some pretty bad weather thanks to Hurricane Sally (which luckily fizzled out to give us the most perfect weather), and everyone was completely ready to go with our emergency rain plan tent if we ended up needing it.
I know everyone says their wedding was like a dream come true, but for us, our wedding was even more than that. It was more perfect than we possibly could have imagined, and that is 100% thanks to Cloverleaf, Heather, the design studio, and the whole divine event team. If you are on the fence about booking your wedding here, do it. You will not regret it.

From the ceremony location change to moving the dinner and dancing inside the house, everything went off flawlessly due to Heather’s creativity and hard work! The house is gorgeous, is so well taken care of, and has both an antique-y feel and a contemporary style. I loved that the house, the courtyard, the front porch, the barn, and the fields gave me so many options for my outdoor ceremony and reception - the sky was truly the limit when I was making decisions and I appreciated being able to have my ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception at different locations on the grounds - the team worked hard to make it happen and make it perfect!
Aside from the venue, we also immediately fell in love with Heather, who we absolutely loved working with. We were so impressed with the A Divine Event team for making our vision come to life - especially since our vision was mostly half-baked through the year of planning, but Heather and Jenny (and the rest of the team) totally took our input and ran with it, and the day could not have been more perfect. Family and friends have not stopped talking about the venue, the flowers, the food, etc. etc. I had people writing paragraphs about the food on social media because it was THAT GOOD.
The wedding day ran absolutely seamlessly and the wedding coordinators Courtney and Mae were fantastic. My wedding started on time, exactly at 5 PM (which I think is basically unheard of in the wedding world) and the ceremony was perfect. Our guests drank through most of the alcohol by the end of cocktail hour, but Heather's team seamlessly handled that situation as well.
I cannot recommend this venue or this team more. They were so easy to work with (even when I became "that bride" and changed my mind on flowers and a few other details a couple months out!). They are so flexible, accommodating, transparent, and always willing to provide an opinion or be a sounding board. One perk of the venue is that they allow you and your guests to utilize the whole property including all of the grounds as well as the inside of the home for the dinner buffet and bride/groom suites- some plantation homes just use the house for looks in the background which is not the case here. The venue is very flexible with outside vendors and they give you MANY options for ceremony site, reception site, and there are limitless options for photos. Our pictures turned out AMAZING.
We took a rain risk and chose to do the ceremony outdoors, but there is a tent option for an additional charge and the barn area is well- covered; so we felt prepared if it did rain. The food, the bar, and the staff were all amazing and we received many compliments from guests.
Several of our guests even told us that this was the best wedding they have been to, and I believe the venue was a big factor in that. It's absolutely stunning and so inviting for guests.
