Absolutely horrible! We had to cancel our son’s birthday party, as our entire family was sick with covid. We notified the company 5 days before the party. Unfortunately, they didn’t have availability for our rescheduled date/time. When inquiring about refunding our 320$, for services not rendered, we were told NO. Furthermore, they were provided with a doctor’s note and PCR positive test result, as per the “clowns request”. They said since it was a week later, it was now too late. This is ridiculous! Everyone I spoke with was completely incompetent, rude and ghetto. I wouldn’t recommend this unprofessional, theft business to anyone!!! Total clown show, that’s for sure!

So the clown ppl was suppose to set up at 8-830 and they got the full money at 8:30 the time I asked for it should be no way that they left at 9 if I booked a hour and I had to pay the tip as soon as possible cause of the 15 minutes passing which I had no idea of I got texted about everything else but that only 5 kids got they face paited my mother said she gave the lady the money and she still wasn't starting as soon as she got it so I'm Confused on what I paid for I'm cool with the no show but why did they leave at 9 when they was suppose to be there until 9:30 and the lady had no Damm respect my mother said skinning up her face like she ain't want to do nun nomore I'm going to leave a review cause I was rush to pay to have bad service Not cool at all

If you’re planning on booking with them: They don’t background check entertainers. You could have a predator at your party unbeknownst to you. They also don’t clean face painting brushes between parties. Just had me dump the water out and reuse the same brushes without cleaning or sanitizing them for a new party of kids. Worked here for two days. They have zero regard for other peoples time and will mix up your schedule after confirming it numerous times, having you wait countless unpaid hours in an office hours away from the city with no transportation back until THEY decide it’s time to take you back in their shuttle. They wanted me to drive from party to party on my SECOND DAY when I don’t have a New York drivers license or insurance in this state FOR FREE. Because they don’t compensate you for your time driving when you’re a driver even though you’re liable for yourself/equipment/another person when you’re behind the wheel, only “party hours”. Essentially you’re working for less than minimum wage. It’s $20 an hour PER PARTY HOUR when you start shadowing but they keep you there for twelve hours or more because you’re at their mercy waiting on transportation, and you only realistically work like 5-8 paid “party hours”. They use live bunnies for a magic act, keep the bunny without food or water all day in a small carrier and when I asked why I can’t give the bunny water, they said it’s policy not to. It’s a policy to withhold food and water from a living creature you’re using for twelve hours? Neglectful and abusive. They’re transporting the bunny from place to place in the back of a vehicle like luggage and then keeping the bunny outside during parties until they’re ready to be used for the performance during which the bunny is placed into a wooden box and made to appear and be pet by children. They keep the bunnies in tiny cages filled with fecal matter when they’re not being used for performances in the basement of a facility at 200 Meacham Ave and there are over forty bunnies on a rotation with continuously new bunnies being bred, according to another employee. I attached a picture of where the bunnies are stored after hours. The cherry on top of it all is that after being given an inaccurate schedule and being made to show up to the office four hours prior to my first “party hour” due to their own scheduling incompetence, I was belittled and yelled at when asked to be compensated. The secretary called the owner of the company on the phone, whom I have never met in person, I didn’t speak a word before he immediately started yelling at me, calling me entitled for refusing to drive illegally. He said that my generation is worthless essentially and that I was now unemployed for making “demands”. Absolutely deranged. I’ve never been disrespected like that for expressing discomfort over something perfectly reasonable. Even the secretary started crying. His yelling was absolutely uncalled for. I was removed from the scheduling app and told to leave, and they were refusing to pay me for the hours I had worked the previous day. I refused to leave until they paid me and kept implying I would be paid in a few days but thankfully I was paid because I definitely felt like they would withhold even my bare minimum paycheck for the hours worked yesterday out of retaliation. According to other employees, they have to continuously remind office staff to disburse payments and have been waiting for compensation owed to them from months ago.

"Iron man" came a half hour late, past the 3:30-4 pm window, arrived at 4:30. He was not dressed or ready to entertain in fact he got dressed on my front stoop where the children saw him getting dressed. He was not in character whatsoever and didn't speak or make a peep! This was supposed to be a character experience and interaction! Instead of coming in character and bringing the iron man persona he awkwardly lingered around my backyard making the entire party feel extremely uncomfortable!! His suit was a red leotard! At least put some shoulder pads in and bring some excitement!! My husband and I were completely embarrassed and he was the joke of the party... the JOKE!!! Never again will I use this company nor will my guests!!!! Horrendous iron man absolutely the biggest let down for my son and his 4th birthday!!!
