We were referred to Cluster by friends who recently got married and we could not be more thankful. We worked with Frankie as our wedding coordinator and had a wonderful experience. Starting 2 months ahead of the big day, she helped us stay organized with all our vendors and helped us identify last minute vendors, being mindful of our style and budget. We had a blast working with Frankie and really appreciated her solution-oriented mindset. After our calls, we always felt reassured and confident that everything would come together and we never were made to feel as though we were asking too much. Whatever it was, we were confident she would have it handled. The day of the wedding was amazing and we had Frankie and her assistant Emily behind the scenes making sure everything went to plan. Choosing Cluster and Frankie Podrat was one of our best decisions the wedding planning process. We had a 90-day coordination package. I originally underestimated what an intense and emotional experience wedding planning is, and the more I spiraled into Pinterest and perfect Instagram photos, the more I came to appreciate Frankie's gut check on which "adds" are truly "additive" and which "adds," while picture perfect, don't meaningfully enhance the guest experience. We felt confident going into the day with our master timeline, and Frankie's execution was extraordinary. Both our families remarked on how smoothly the day went. Frankie and her team were wonderful and SO helpful in bringing our big day together. As a very task-oriented and -- I'll admit it! -- slightly neurotic bride, Frankie was incredibly patient with me and was always willing to hash out the details. She also went above and beyond to figure out a slideshow issue for me when the venue came back with new specs a few days out from the wedding (I didn't have time to correct it myself). STOP WHAT YOU ARE DOING AND HIRE THIS PLANNER! Legit best decision of this process. To put this into context--- I am a surgeon in Chicago with a crazy schedule and needed a partial planner to help me with my LA wedding---Enter Frankie from Cluster Events. I am normally a micromanager (surgeon mentality) and used to not trusting anyone to get things done. Frankie gets everything done after one mention of it. She is organized, professional, friendly, commands a room and handled multiple mini obstacles with ease on our day. She went above and beyond with so many tasks, negotiated deals and took care of things I would normally assume I would need to handle-- it was absolutely amazing. Their fees are also more than reasonable. As someone that did extensive research, interviewed many planners and scanned thousands of reviews for a planner--- this is your girl. This is your wedding day-- it needs to be perfect and Frankie will do just that.

Frankie is a DREAM planner and coordinator. From day one, she walked us through the planning process and shared the thoughtful tools she provides to get you started. We immediately felt we were in good hands. Forty days before our wedding, we were told our venue would no longer be accessible due to fires and road closures. Frankie immediately jumped on a call with us, offered venue recommendations, and within a week, helped us to secure a new venue, catering, rentals, a wine vendor, and rework our budget to make it all happen. Our wedding was even more beautiful and more “us” than anything we had originally imagined. Frankie combed through every contract detail and handled all vendor communication, including notifying everyone of the relocation, leading up to the wedding. She is so calm, and reassuring which helped us stay confident through the many last minute obstacles. We are beyond grateful. We worked with Morgan for day-of coordination for our wedding at The Proper Hotel in Santa Monica, and looking back, we truly can’t imagine the day without her. Even though we technically only hired her for day-of help, Morgan stayed in touch with us throughout the year. She checked in, offered planning advice, shared vendor recommendations, and just made sure we were on the right path with planning. She was so easy to talk to, always calm, always organized, and somehow made even the most overwhelming parts of planning feel manageable. She never made us feel like we were asking for too much. It was always, “Yes, we can do that,” followed by real solutions and thoughtful suggestions. On wedding day, her experience really showed when she managed seven vendors without missing a beat and kept the entire timeline running smoothly. We didn’t have to stress about a single thing. We were able to truly enjoy the day and be present with each other because she had it all under control. One of the biggest moments that stood out to us was when we made a last-minute decision to add a traditional Korean ceremony a week before. Without hesitation, Morgan adjusted the schedule and made it feel like it had been part of the plan all along. It was seamless and incredibly meaningful for us to honor a long standing tradition in my family. She also stepped in to help with our ceremony script since our officiant (my brother-in-law) was new to the role. And the way she handled our décor was amazing. We handed her a bunch of personal items for the cocktail hour and some photos to hang up, and somehow, she made everything look perfect, just the way we imagined it. There were so many small things she did that made a huge difference. For example, my family showed up without a space to change, something we completely forgot to plan for. Within minutes, she had found a nearby room big enough for all of them to get ready comfortably. It’s those kinds of things you don’t realize you’ll need until you do, and Morgan was already three steps ahead. The entire day felt smooth, relaxed, and full of joy, not just for us, but for everyone there. Where do we begin?? Frankie was simply a joy to work with. We had much of the heavy lifting out of the way, and Frankie tied it all up in the most perfect way. She added in the small details to bring it all together and really understood who we were as a couple to make it our own. We are a go with the flow couple and she really matched our style throughout the whole process. She was thoughtful, communicative and considerate in all the ways of all the things. She was so fun to work with, it never seemed stressful or daunting because she always kept us at ease. Even when we were faced with a potential weather issue, she had a plan and could pivot to make things work. We had complete trust in her knowing her approach to handle things was exactly right for us and she always had our best interest at heart. Frankie and team helped us to pull off the most amazing, magical wedding in the backyards of my wife’s family home in Venice. It was a really complicated endeavor and could have gone wrong about 100 different ways, but Frankie kept us on track throughout the entire process and planned the most unbelievably cohesive and brilliant wedding we could have imagined. Our friends and family said it was the best wedding they’d ever been to and while we are biased, we think they are right. She is an absolute joy to work with and truly goes above and beyond for her clients. In a world where there are endless options for planners and other vendors for your wedding, Frankie and her team at Cluster were easily the best decision we made. Cannot recommend Frankie and Cluster enough! Frankie was amazing on the lead up -- cannot emphasize enough the relief it gave us to have someone so smart, knowledgeable, mega-competent, and delightful on our team making sure we hit all the important notes and didn’t forget anything. She easily smoothed over a to-do list that seemed impossible beforehand! Not to mention answering our million questions and helping us sort out the important things + time prioritization. She was so on top of everything, and we were so happy not to have to worry about details like making sure our vendors had all their paperwork for the venue in on time. And on the day itself, Frankie and her assistant Deanna were INCREDIBLE -- not only did they make everything run smoothly and efficiently despite various hiccups (the hotel shuttle of guests arriving 40 minutes early when we were still taking family photos, the caterers running behind), but also fixed my dad’s glasses, switched the bathroom kits the bathrooms most guests ended up using, and helped coordinate with emergency services when one of our guests had a medical emergency. They can do all the details, big picture and small, and truly went above and beyond. Literally could not be more thrilled to have hired Frankie and the Cluster team as two month coordinators for our wedding!

Cluster was overall very responsive and organized, which we really appreciated. We had several meetings with Frankie, our wedding day-of coordinator, in the months and weeks leading up to the wedding and everything seemed to go as planned. She was very organized, detail oriented and prompt in responding. We appreciated all the vendor recommendations from Cluster. But then we were informed abruptly three days before the wedding that Frankie had to coordinate another wedding on the same day and we were getting a replacement coordinator. Overall the replacement coordinator was fine and the wedding went very well, but we were quite surprised and bothered by this last minute change. The last thing you want is to meet your coordinator for the first time on the day of the wedding.

Morgan was professional, communicative, and had great foresight into all our needs both ahead of wedding day and throughout it. She handled it all with grace and ease.

We hired Cluster Events for our wedding in Los Angeles, May 2024. We had the pleasure of working with Frankie starting from February 2024. We had our venue and a couple of our vendors already booked around that time. So we needed the most help with the rest of the planning process, suggestions for some of the remaining vendors and driving it to the finish line on the wedding day. Frankie guided us throughout the whole process and recommended great vendors for us. She went out of her way to fix a mishap with our beauty vendor. She is extremely organized and detail oriented. She took over most of the communication with the venue and our vendors and kept us on track all the way to our wedding day. The wedding day was executed smoothly. We were able to let loose of control & planning and relax into the day. We got great feedback from our guests about the overall flow and how well it was organized. Yes, there were minor changes in the timeline to keep us on schedule and we noticed minor issues but those didn't take away from how well the whole event was executed. Additionally, they were able to offer rentals from their inventory free of charge to help with some of the wedding items. We also appreciated their transparency with fees. We initially paid for an additional hour of coordination services upfront but the Cluster Team was able to wrap up early and refunded us right after the wedding. Frankie and Julia were the perfect team. The months leading up to the event, they emailed consistently and gathered all the vendors and details of the event. The week leading up to the proposal, they organized a call and hashed out the small details. The day of the event, I received ZERO texts or calls because they handled everything so PERFECTLY for me. I felt consistent support from the team, and they were responsive via email and text, no as was too small for this team. I really appreciate for making my proposal a dream proposal, and truly the surprise of a lifetime for me and my fiance.

We are so happy we went with Cluster Events for our wedding! Frankie was super thorough and on top of things and it was so helpful to have a coordinator who had worked at our venue ( Calamigos ranch) and who had a list of her own preferred vendors who were also already familiar with working at our venue! Frankie made sure everything ran smoothly during the rehearsal and on the big day and was always just a phone call or text away in the months leading up to answer all of our questions! Outside of the professionalism Frankie was just overall lovely to be around and so friendly and sweet!

Morgan was INCREDIBLE. We went with the 'day of planning' package, so we did the planning and Morgan executed it, flawlessly. She helped us make sure we were set up fully so we didn't have to think of a thing day of, except to enjoy ourselves. She is such a pro, so fun to work with, great at communicating, and incredibly reliable. We couldn't recommend her enough.

I cannot speak highly enough of Morgan and Cluster Events. We hired Cluster for their partial planning services and they went beyond the extra mile for us. From our first meeting, we knew Cluster was the right choice for us. We received checklists, spreadsheets, and budgeting materials to help make the planning process MUCH easier. We mostly stuck with vendors from their recommendation lists and they did not disappoint. Our wedding day was an absolute dream come true and Morgan was a huge part in that. She understood all the little details that add up to a big impact and kept all of our vendors coordinated. She even understood the nuances of a Jewish wedding that we feared might be overlooked. I'd give her more stars if I could - don't sleep on Cluster!
