Frankie and team helped us to pull off the most amazing, magical wedding in the backyards of my wife’s family home in Venice. It was a really complicated endeavor and could have gone wrong about 100 different ways, but Frankie kept us on track throughout the entire process and planned the most unbelievably cohesive and brilliant wedding we could have imagined. Our friends and family said it was the best wedding they’d ever been to and while we are biased, we think they are right. She is an absolute joy to work with and truly goes above and beyond for her clients. She also has the ideal attitude and temperament for a world-class planner — she is focused, attentive, and incredibly detail oriented without even the slightest hint of stress or anxiety. We never had to worry about anything because we knew Frankie was all over it, and when the day came we just got to bask in its glory. If we could give her 6 stars we would.

I cannot recommend Cluster enough! From the very first meeting, it was clear that my husband and I were in capable hands. Throughout the process, Morgan was incredibly organized, attentive, and always available to answer our questions or provide guidance. On the day of the wedding, we were able to relax and enjoy knowing that Morgan was handling everything seamlessly. Morgan coordinated with all the vendors and ensured that everything ran smoothly. She even handled last minute requests from us that gave us our wedding a personal touch. All of our guests even commented on how smooth the coordination of our special day was!

Heading into planning our wedding, we had very little idea about where to begin or what we even wanted our wedding to look like. But Frankie at Cluster guided us through every step of the process with kindness and patience, helping us build out a wedding that felt authentically us. It is one thing to help execute someone's vision but it is a true gift to help someone recognize what that vision is, and Frankie can do both. Every aspect of our wedding — from the band to the flowers to the food to chairs and tables — Frankie found for us within our budget. This past weekend we got compliments on it all from gobsmacked guests. Wedding planning can be hard, confusing, and stressful, but Frankie never let it feel that way. We put our trust in her and she over-delivered on a wedding that truly was a dream we didn't know we had.

Morgan assisted us with wedding coordination and I honestly don't know what I would have done without her. She is super friendly, has such a great attitude and is so FUN to speak with. We felt very supported with all of our wedding choices, which were somewhat unconventional. I can't say enough about her organizational skills and attention to detail. Our event was absolutely perfect and it definitely would NOT have been without Morgan's hard work and energy!!! Cluster's recommended vendors took so much guesswork out of it for us - this was a crucial part for me, to know they had worked with these vendors before and trusted them. My husband and I strongly recommend Morgan and Cluster Events! From day one, Morgan impressed us with her professionalism and passion for the job. Our shared background in the theater didn’t hurt, either. We got the Day-Of package, which actually includes 60 days of service, a great value for money. Morgan created our wedding timeline, coordinated all of our vendors, and made sure things ran smoothly on the big day so that we could be guests at our own party! Morgan called the show like a seasoned stage manager, cuing our entrances & exits, corralling our guests, setting up & taking down the guest book, collecting cards, distributing tips to vendors, and so much more. When we needed makeup wipes or a glass of water, she fetched them for us. When the venue tried to shut us down at 11, it was her assistant Caroline who reminded them that they had promised us access to the upstairs lounge til 12:30. My husband & I felt like king & queen for a day. We could not have enjoyed our wedding as much as we did without Morgan & Caroline running the show. Our venue recommended Cluster to us and we're SO happy they did. We had the absolute pleasure of working with Morgan and her team for 2-3 months leading up to our wedding, and they were truly exceptional. From the start, Morgan fully understood our vision and how exactly to bring it to life. In a world where there are endless options for planners and other vendors for your wedding, Frankie and her team at Cluster were easily the best decision we made. Cannot recommend Frankie and Cluster enough! Frankie was amazing on the lead up -- cannot emphasize enough the relief it gave us to have someone so smart, knowledgeable, mega-competent, and delightful on our team making sure we hit all the important notes and didn’t forget anything. She easily smoothed over a to-do list that seemed impossible beforehand! Not to mention answering our million questions and helping us sort out the important things + time prioritization. She was so on top of everything, and we were so happy not to have to worry about details like making sure our vendors had all their paperwork for the venue in on time. And on the day itself, Frankie and her assistant Deanna were INCREDIBLE -- not only did they make everything run smoothly and efficiently despite various hiccups (the hotel shuttle of guests arriving 40 minutes early when we were still taking family photos, the caterers running behind), but also fixed my dad’s glasses, switched the bathroom kits the bathrooms most guests ended up using, and helped coordinate with emergency services when one of our guests had a medical emergency. They can do all the details, big picture and small, and truly went above and beyond. Literally could not be more thrilled to have hired Frankie and the Cluster team as two month coordinators for our wedding!

Cluster was great to work with as our wedding planner - from the start, they went above and beyond for us. Their meticulous attention to detail, creativity, and calm demeanor made planning much less stressful. On our wedding day, Morgan ensured everything ran smoothly, coordinating seamlessly with all our vendors. Her ability to handle unexpected challenges gracefully allowed us to relax and truly enjoy our day - including sewing the Maid of Honor's dress back together! We can’t thank Morgan enough for her professionalism, warmth, and genuine care. She made our wedding unforgettable, and we highly recommend her to any couple.

Cluster was overall very responsive and organized, which we really appreciated. We had several meetings with Frankie, our wedding day-of coordinator, in the months and weeks leading up to the wedding and everything seemed to go as planned. She was very organized, detail oriented and prompt in responding. We appreciated all the vendor recommendations from Cluster. But then we were informed abruptly three days before the wedding that Frankie had to coordinate another wedding on the same day and we were getting a replacement coordinator. Overall the replacement coordinator was fine and the wedding went very well, but we were quite surprised and bothered by this last minute change. The last thing you want is to meet your coordinator for the first time on the day of the wedding.

Morgan was professional, communicative, and had great foresight into all our needs both ahead of wedding day and throughout it. She handled it all with grace and ease.

We hired Cluster Events for our wedding in Los Angeles, May 2024. We had the pleasure of working with Frankie starting from February 2024. We had our venue and a couple of our vendors already booked around that time. So we needed the most help with the rest of the planning process, suggestions for some of the remaining vendors and driving it to the finish line on the wedding day. Frankie guided us throughout the whole process and recommended great vendors for us. She went out of her way to fix a mishap with our beauty vendor. She is extremely organized and detail oriented. She took over most of the communication with the venue and our vendors and kept us on track all the way to our wedding day. The wedding day was executed smoothly. We were able to let loose of control & planning and relax into the day. We got great feedback from our guests about the overall flow and how well it was organized. Yes, there were minor changes in the timeline to keep us on schedule and we noticed minor issues but those didn't take away from how well the whole event was executed. Additionally, they were able to offer rentals from their inventory free of charge to help with some of the wedding items. We also appreciated their transparency with fees. We initially paid for an additional hour of coordination services upfront but the Cluster Team was able to wrap up early and refunded us right after the wedding. We are grateful for all their hard work, dedication and professionalism. Thanks again Frankie & Team!

We hired Cluster Events as our wedding coordinators for our 2024 wedding and they were simply wonderful! From the beginning they made us feel like they had everything under control and kindly answered our many questions throughout the entire planning process. Frankie and Julia were the perfect team. The months leading up to the event, they emailed consistently and gathered all the vendors and details of the event. The week leading up to the proposal, they organized a call and hashed out the small details. The day of the event, I received ZERO texts or calls because they handled everything so PERFECTLY for me. I felt consistent support from the team, and they were responsive via email and text, no as was too small for this team. I really appreciate for making my proposal a dream proposal, and truly the surprise of a lifetime for me and my fiance.

We are so happy we went with Cluster Events for our wedding! Frankie was super thorough and on top of things and it was so helpful to have a coordinator who had worked at our venue ( Calamigos ranch) and who had a list of her own preferred vendors who were also already familiar with working at our venue! Frankie made sure everything ran smoothly during the rehearsal and on the big day and was always just a phone call or text away in the months leading up to answer all of our questions! Outside of the professionalism Frankie was just overall lovely to be around and so friendly and sweet!

Morgan was INCREDIBLE. We went with the 'day of planning' package, so we did the planning and Morgan executed it, flawlessly. She helped us make sure we were set up fully so we didn't have to think of a thing day of, except to enjoy ourselves. She is such a pro, so fun to work with, great at communicating, and incredibly reliable. We couldn't recommend her enough.

I cannot speak highly enough of Morgan and Cluster Events. We hired Cluster for their partial planning services and they went beyond the extra mile for us. From our first meeting, we knew Cluster was the right choice for us. We received checklists, spreadsheets, and budgeting materials to help make the planning process MUCH easier. We mostly stuck with vendors from their recommendation lists and they did not disappoint. Our wedding day was an absolute dream come true and Morgan was a huge part in that. She understood all the little details that add up to a big impact and kept all of our vendors coordinated. She even understood the nuances of a Jewish wedding that we feared might be overlooked. I'd give her more stars if I could - don't sleep on Cluster!

Best Decision We Ever Made! How do you pick a wedding planner? We had no idea, and decided to use cluster events because we liked their website design - and boy did we make the right choice! Right from the start Morgan and Frankie were wonderful to work with and their ideas, guidance and creativity opened our eyes to decisions, designs and details we would never have ironed out on our own. With her expertise, Morgan happily took our Pinterest board and idea for a non-traditional wedding and ran with it. Morgan and Frankie are amazing!! Morgan and her assistant, Michelle, handled everything like rockstars on my wedding day. My venue wasn’t the most accommodating, but Morgan and her team picked up the slack and made our day incredible! They handled things I didn’t even know could be problematic. Even with rain and last minute changes outside of our control. I can’t say enough good things about Cluster and how professional, knowledgeable and prepared everyone was from beginning to end. Hiring Cluster was the absolute best decision that we made. Wedding planning can be very stressful, however, Frankie and Morgan made our lives SO easy. We hired Cluster for their full service package which means they took care of pretty much everything. I was rarely stressed. Dare I say that wedding planning was actually fun!!? It went from Pinterest board to Bridal Vogue!!! I am not kidding. My wedding was beyond my wildest expectations. Frankie knows how to stretch a dollar for maximum impact. Frankie was an absolute joy to work with, we were so lucky to have her apart of our special day.

We LOVE Frankie ! We hired Cluster as our full service event planner for my daughter's wedding which we celebrated just a few weeks ago. My daughter and I worked closely with Frankie for over a year planning the wedding of her dreams and Frankie delivered!! It was EPIC, we are still receiving calls and texts from our guest letting us know that this was the BEST wedding they have ever attended. Everything was perfect, the attention to details from the flowers, to the linens, the flatware, the glassware, I could go on and on. Every vendor that she referred, from the photographer to the band and everyone else in between. was top notch. Michelle, and the team at Cluster, was more than amazing! The best thing I did when planning my wedding was hire Cluster. It was the best decision, because Michelle paid close attention to all of the small details, and took care of everything the day of. Not only that, but she did a lot of heavy lifting with vendors, which was such a relief on my mental load. I am very grateful for their experience and professionalism, and I would highly recommend them to anyone who asks!

Morgan was literally a dream to work with and I want her to be my friend. The Cluster team are experts at what they do -- Morgan was able to negotiate everything we wanted (and get us discounts!!!), and was just a joy to have at the wedding and at all the prep leading up to it. Working with Frankie at Cluster was nothing short of amazing. Planning a wedding is stressful but Frankie was incredibly organized, communicative, and helpful when making decisions which really helped to keep us on track. She also has such a lovely personality - I genuinely loved working with her. The day of the wedding there were a few last minute snafus (I forgot my veil, guest shuttles got stuck in traffic) but Frankie kept cool and helped keep everything moving along smoothly. I also got a ton of unsolicited kudos from other vendors that they loved working with her - icing on the cake!

We found Cluster Events from our preferred vendor list from our venue and we could not be more thankful that we did! While Morgan was our primary coordinator and contact from the Cluster team, we had the pleasure of working with both Morgan and Frankie during our planning process and we can confidently say you are in great hands with either! Morgan was our “day of” coordinator, but as Morgan and Frankie explained on our very first call together, “day of” coordinating doesn’t mean they just show up at the last minute and execute things the day-of, they were there every step of the way the last few months of our engagement to make sure every detail was accounted for and that our wedding day was as seamless and perfect as possible. Morgan was so helpful and always seemed to have the right answers, whether we were wavering on an idea and wanted to know if that idea would work well or not, or pushing our venue or vendors to just go that little bit further for us to make our wedding the most amazing event ever from start to finish – she was always there giving great advice and advocating for us. Morgan is very organized and professional – the planning process was incredibly smooth and the wedding weekend went off without a single hitch, or if there were any we had absolutely ZERO clue which is the calling card of an amazing coordinator.

We hired Cluster for month-of coordination (which was really two months) and absolutely couldn't have asked for a better experience! Morgan was super responsive to our questions even well before our official time started, and the handoff to Meghan was seamless. Meghan attended our venue's open house in Feb and sent a ton of notes and photos even though our wedding was in October. When August rolled around, she was so organized and thought of all the little details we would have otherwise missed. During the event itself, Meghan was a wonderful stress absorber and handled EVERYTHING with ease! Despite my type A over-thinking tendencies, we 100% trusted Meghan to take care of us so we could fully relax. We could rave about Meghan and Cluster forever!

Cluster Events really helped us coordinate our day of and get what we planned set up on our wedding day. We planned and designed the wedding and handed off to Cluster for them to help handle Month of Planning. We were able to start some discussions at the 90 day mark and got our timeline really figured out at the 60 day mark. I did a lot of the decor DIY and Cluster was able to set up everything I made with an additional assistant, since we had a few decors that needed setup. The wedding turned out beautifully!

Frankie and Morgan are PROS. They played an instrumental role in bringing our dream wedding to life. Couldn't have done it without them. They were super organized and transparent throughout the entire process which makes working with them a breeze. Throughout planning, it was such a stress relief to have people we could rely on and trust to make sure nothing was overlooked or missed. On the wedding day, we got so many compliments about now smoothly everything flowed and how Frankie brought a calmness to the day. Cannot recommend Cluster enough!

Hiring Cluster Events for our wedding coordination was by far the best choice we made out of the entire other million wedding decisions made. As a business owner, I know quality teammates when I encounter them. Morgan Pine at Cluster is the best quality you will find. If she wasn't so passionate about weddings, I would hire her for head of operations at my company! We had a number of issues come up two weeks before our wedding including a venue change, rain in the weather forecast (we had an all outdoor venue), and new complicated shuttle/parking requirements for guests. Morgan dealt with each complication with the utmost grace, calm, and seeming ease. Yes, she is brilliant and a great creative problem solver. But the thing that really put her in the field of excellence for me was when we were trying to navigate where to have our Ceremony after the venue change occurred. One option would have been much more logistically easy for her. When I asked for her opinion, she said with a gentle and wise smile, "I can't answer that for you. It's entirely your decision." Working with Morgan, there was never any push towards fulfilling her agenda. She truly is of-service to her clients. She is looking to create your best wedding experience and is at the ready to help it come to fruition. You are blessed (and so are all of your guests) if you get the chance to work with Cluster Events.

We worked with Frankie at Cluster for our September wedding and could not have done it without her. Everything was so seamless and she made the whole planning process stress-free. The planners of Cluster Events are incredible. We feel so lucky to have had Frankie as our wedding coordinator! From our initial consulting sessions to the planning process to the big day itself, everything went smoothly as soon as Frankie got involved. Our wedding had the potential to be a challenge to pull off, with many custom details, a unique venue (private residence), and extremely challenging family dynamics, but none of that was a problem with Frankie as our guide. Michelle and the team were great from the moment we started planning with them about 3 months out. Our wedding day went off without a hitch and I attribute that to Michelle's very thorough timeline---filled with crucial details I would've never thought of---as well as her diligence in coordinating with all of our vendors, prep calls, and great ideas! As an events DJ, it is CRUCIAL to have a planner who is organized, detailed, and supportive throughout the entire time leading up to and on to the event. Where can I even start with how amazing Cluster is? We had the pleasure of having Frankie as our wedding coordinator and words cannot describe how impressive she is - but I will sure try! To start - she immediately put us at ease and helped steer us as we ventured into planning our quirky, weird wedding. There was a lot of DIY that we were incorporating and not only did Frankie set everything up beautifully but she also vastly improved the things we made that weren't quite working! She felt like the fairy godmother we always wanted and helped us create such a magical night that we'll remember for the rest of our lives. Plus - all of our friends and family loved her! And some of them aren't easy to please... Cluster is simply the best!

Absolutely incredible. We went to Cluster because our friend recommended them. We made the right choice...our Santa Barbara beach wedding was perfection because of Frankie and the team at Cluster Events. Michelle was there to help the day of our wedding and was excellent too. I can't recommend them enough. Frankie is so easy to talk to and bounce ideas off of. She has such a calming presence in a sometimes chaotic life event of a wedding. All our friends, family and people involved in the wedding were raving about them as well. They went the extra mile every single time without hesitation. They made our special day so easy. It was a lifesaver having Cluster and Frankie to lean on. If you are thinking of getting them as a planner - DO IT. It relieved so much stress and anxiety not having to deal with the noise. Morgan and the Cluster team were incredible wedding planners. We worked with Morgan over the course of the year prior to our wedding. She stood with us and guided us as the vision and budget for our wedding changed several times in early planning. The team is willing to work with couples with any vision for their wedding and any budget. We, our families, and bridal party were all so grateful to have Morgan's expertise. We had and absolute dream wedding. Several people told us that it was the best run wedding they had ever been to.

Cluster Events were good planners to work with. We were required by our venue to get a planner and they fit our budget. We did their most basic plan where we handled most of the planning and handed things off to them 90 days before the wedding. Overall our wedding was perfect and it was helpful to have someone to manage the minor details of the day for us.

Cluster was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Morgan was professional, on top of everything, and simply amazing to work with. She eliminated all of the stress from the wedding planning process by prioritizing and simplifying the tasks for us. Morgan from Cluster was a life saver. She not only found & recommended amazing vendors but also made sure every detail was thought through and executed flawlessly while keeping us sane throughout. We’ve gotten so many compliments from decor to florals to catering. Last but not least, she made sure that we had time with each other throughout the night as well. I cannot say enough amazing things about Cluster Events! We had the pleasure of working with Frankie and Morgan using their full-service wedding package and it was worth every single penny. My husband and I have very stressful and time-consuming jobs, so it was important for us to find a planner that would stay on top of things. We also have very eclectic tastes and wanted to find a planner that would collaborate with us on the style/design choices and have fun executing some of our outside-the-box ideas. Frankie was all of those things and more! Stylistically, she was able to walk the line between funky/boho but timeless/classy, and NEVER strayed into kitschy cookie-cutter-wedding territory. We had a lot of different elements we wanted to incorporate from both our cultural and musical backgrounds — from folk dancers, to retro hippie fest elements, and even metal/rock touches — and Frankie was always down to find creative ways to bring our crazy vision to life with a smile. Frankie also has strong connections in the wedding industry, and she was able to connect us with wonderful vendors that all worked together to make our dream wedding come true. She was very responsive at every step of the planning process and was willing to hop on the phone whenever we felt like we needed to chat things through (I am admittedly a pretty picky person—so I very much appreciated the ability to hop on the phone to talk through details!). It was so awesome to see the culmination of this hard work spring to life on our wedding day, when we finally got to let loose and enjoy our special day knowing that Frankie had everything under control! We even had family and friends come up to us to tell us how awesome Frankie was, whether it was queuing up toasts or working out bridal party logistics for photos—she was on it! I would highly recommend Cluster Events if you are looking for wedding planners that will tirelessly work with you throughout every step of the planning process and will feel like collaborators in the design process with a positive attitude and no-task-too-small mentality!
