Morgan was on top of everything, even things we didn’t think of ourselves, and we never had to worry for a minute that it would all come together. o we wanted to help plan our wedding, we noticed that every single Cluster Event looked perfect. Regardless of personal style, each event was beautiful and tailored to the couple. Then, after speaking with Cluster Events, we immediately knew that this team is the only team who could give us the wedding we wanted. Wedding planning was a nightmare until Frankie came into our lives. She has a beautiful eye for style and design, a natural commanding presence, and a way with people. She has a magical way of making sure everything gets done exactly how you want it, without bombarding you with questions. Our wedding was particularly difficult because we wanted vendors who normally don't handle weddings. Somehow, Frankie was able to get all the staffing on board to make sure everything was cohesive and professional. Every detail was sorted out perfectly, so we could enjoy the rest of the wedding planning process and enjoy the wedding itself. She carries herself with so much grace, never needing to raise her voice or add any stress to the event, and she makes the day about the couple rather than her timeline. Frankie is incredibly humble and never requires validation. She can step in if you require design guidance or advice, but will never push her own ideas on you if you have a vision. When we think about it even more, she would make her amazing design decisions feel like you were the ones who came up with the idea, even though when we look back, she is the sole reason everything came together beautifully. We would recommend Cluster Events to everybody. After meeting other planners, there is absolutely no way they would've been able to handle our wedding as perfectly as Cluster Events did.

We initially booked a month out planner through another company and were put in a terrible position close to 60 days out when we were faced with many red flags before the work had even begun. This led to a desperate last minute shift to find a new planner, and that's where Cluster came in! Our venue highly recommended them and we gravitated towards their 60-day out package which felt perfectly aligned with our needs. Morgan and Frankie responded to my initial outreach within hours and were quick to jump in - I believe it was only 48hrs between initial outreach, first call, and document signing. Morgan was our lead planner and she provided us with great guidance throughout the process. We appreciated the organization, advice, and multitude of resources including checklists, templates, and venue layout software at our disposal. She worked seamlessly between us, the venue, and our vendors, and helped pull all of the final details together which made our wedding really come to life. She joined us for walkthroughs, vendor calls, and helped provide direction when we really needed it. Despite her not being able to be there for the full duration of our actual wedding due to another conflict (we were made aware this would be the case before we signed up), she brought on a competent counterpart and assistant that led both rehearsal and our wedding day, and even showed up on both days for a period of time to ensure all was running smoothly and we felt great. We are grateful for the service and super thankful we were able to pivot to Cluster so quickly when we needed it. If you're in a similar boat as we were, where you've done a majority of the planning and vendor hires, but need an extra set of eyes/ears to help finalize all of the details and ensure the rehearsal and day runs smoothly, we definitely recommend their 60-day out services. Frankie gets everything done after one mention of it. She is organized, professional, friendly, commands a room and handled multiple mini obstacles with ease on our day. She went above and beyond with so many tasks, negotiated deals and took care of things I would normally assume I would need to handle-- it was absolutely amazing. Their fees are also more than reasonable. As someone that did extensive research, interviewed many planners and scanned thousands of reviews for a planner--- this is your girl. This is your wedding day-- it needs to be perfect and Frankie will do just that.

There were so many small things she did that made a huge difference. For example, my family showed up without a space to change, something we completely forgot to plan for. Morgan called the show like a seasoned stage manager, cuing our entrances & exits, corralling our guests, setting up & taking down the guest book, collecting cards, distributing tips to vendors, and so much more. When we needed makeup wipes or a glass of water, she fetched them for us. When the venue tried to shut us down at 11, it was her assistant Caroline who reminded them that they had promised us access to the upstairs lounge til 12:30. My husband & I felt like king & queen for a day. We could not have enjoyed our wedding as much as we did without Morgan & Caroline running the show.
