Frankie was all of those things and more! Stylistically, she was able to walk the line between funky/boho but timeless/classy, and NEVER strayed into kitschy cookie-cutter-wedding territory. We had a lot of different elements we wanted to incorporate from both our cultural and musical backgrounds — from folk dancers, to retro hippie fest elements, and even metal/rock touches — and Frankie was always down to find creative ways to bring our crazy vision to life with a smile. Frankie also has strong connections in the wedding industry, and she was able to connect us with wonderful vendors that all worked together to make our dream wedding come true. She was very responsive at every step of the planning process and was willing to hop on the phone whenever we felt like we needed to chat things through (I am admittedly a pretty picky person—so I very much appreciated the ability to hop on the phone to talk through details!). It was so awesome to see the culmination of this hard work spring to life on our wedding day, when we finally got to let loose and enjoy our special day knowing that Frankie had everything under control! We even had family and friends come up to us to tell us how awesome Frankie was, whether it was queuing up toasts or working out bridal party logistics for photos—she was on it! I would highly recommend Cluster Events if you are looking for wedding planners that will tirelessly work with you throughout every step of the planning process and will feel like collaborators in the design process with a positive attitude and no-task-too-small mentality!

We had multiple video meetings, phone calls, was accessible via email/text and joined us for some of our vendor meetings. She was great at communicating with our vendors, getting answers for us on any questions we may have had and took the lead on final scheduling with everybody. On the big day, I can honestly say it was such a smooth and enjoyable day because I knew Morgan was handling everything and I was not stressed out one bit about logistics, plans, or vendors. She setup communication with some of our wedding party which allowed anything important to get filtered through without it being an issue. Throughout the ceremony and reception, Morgan and team were by our side the entire time (when we needed them) and kept everything moving on time and so smoothly. Just a few days before our wedding, I had an accident that required extra special attention added planning that Morgan was on top of as soon as we told her. She worked with my husband to get everything lined up for me so I was safe, comfortable, and really able to enjoy myself even tho I was injured. I had the best wedding ever and everything came out so beautiful and stunning I couldn't have asked for anything better. Morgan was an absolute pleasure to work with I would highly recommend her + team for any upcoming wedding!

the bizarro world of a lot of vendors promising a lot of best times ever. We had a small wedding (60 people) at a friend's house without a lot of the traditional trappings, but with, y'know, pole dancers (bride is a pole dancer). We were in over our heads. Our photographer suggested we lean on Cluster as a day-of planner, and I can't tell you how many times we looked at each other in the last month before the ceremony and said "Thank god for Morgan!" I can say we said it at least as many times on the day itself. You're basically paying someone who knows how this all works to care about it running smoothly, even as chaos is about to erupt at any second. She went so far above and beyond that, every moment, that the day went flawlessly. It was genuinely, for real, the best day of our lives. She was endlessly calm, funny, engaged, and wildly skilled in averting disasters. 10 of 10.

Morgan thought of things we never would have and provided super helpful recommendations of vendors to use (which we frequently referenced for a backyard wedding where we needed to bring everything in ourselves). Sophia was a rockstar during the event! I wasn't worried about anything the morning of the wedding, and when I arrived at the venue, everything was set up perfectly according to the vision. It's such a hectic day for a bride, so having Sophia tell us where we needed to be for photos and when to do things we didn't want to miss, like the cake cutting and bouquet toss, was SO wonderful. My husband and I would strongly recommend working with Cluster if you're looking for planning/coordination needs.

Because of the team at Cluster, our wedding was an asbolute hit. One of Frankie’s greatest strengths is in her design capabilities, and my wife and I were highly impressed by the aesthetic she created based on her apt understanding of our style AND her effortless ways of providing a variety of decorative options to help us make the most of our space and reuse items when possible to get the most bang for our buck. We found all our vendors and once we handed the torch over to her, she coordinated with all of them so well that we barely had to do much to make sure everyone was on the same page. In my time I have attended many weddings of friends and family and post wedding, many couples express to me that there are usually hiccups along the way or the execution was not quite what they envisioned, but working with Morgan, our dreams came true and the scheduling for the day flowed so smoothly. We couldn't have asked for more. One a scale of 0 to 100 we give Morgan and her team a 200! July. Throughout it all (including her having a baby!) she never failed to communicate and always made us feel as though we were her only clients. presence, dealt with every layer of the event with care (from small things like cake placement to huge things like rescheduling in the pandemic). she was responsive, anticipatory (thats huge!), warm, patient and professional. She clearly has great relationships with other vendors (something I didn't even realize was important, but it is), which I think is another great reflection upon her and her business. Plus she's cool. Our wedding was three weeks ago and I'm legitimately bummed we won't be seeing so much of her anymore. Long version: I think picking a wedding planner is fairly personal. I felt really lucky in my choice because Morgan was supportive of the things I was excited about and equally supportive when I nixed things. Meaning, even though I was pretty unenthusiastic about a lot in the wedding industry - like I could take or leave most of the planning process - Morgan was cool with that, too. She didn't have her own agenda and clearly sees her job as making your version of a wedding come to life (as opposed to creating some prefab event). She has a really good eye - made stylistic suggestions I would never have seen but ended up being highlights - and just constantly provided excellent guidance. When the actual wedding day came it ran perfectly, I mean not a single hitch. 1000% I attribute that to Morgan. It hit this awesome balance where it felt celebratory without being over-the-top. The word "flawless" came out of more peoples mouths than I could count. We were on a really strict budget and it did not come off that way at all. Our wedding was originally scheduled in March 2020 and we had to cancel 10 days out. It could have been miserable but Morgan was understanding and flexible - just above and beyond what I ever would've expected from anyone. She guided us through that and all the normal wedding stuff with such grace and I could not thank her enough!!

So many of our guests have commented on how beautiful and wonderful the wedding was, and I truly believe we couldn't have pulled it off without Morgan. She was always quick to respond to my emails, would make herself available to hop on calls after hours, and I can honestly say I never felt stressed during the planning process. It was a breeze and I would do it all over again in a heartbeat. My husband and I cannot recommend Morgan and her team enough, and I'll miss working with her!! THANK YOU MORGAN!! Meghan even offered to help fix other vendors mistakes! She certainly kept her cool in some sticky situations and was quick on her feet to problem solve. Meghan stayed until the very end of the evening - cleaning, organizing and making sure everything was left as it had been found. I can’t say enough good things about her care, attention to everything and her work ethic. We feel so blessed to have had her oversee our day. Best decision we made. My now husband and I moved to LA from across the country, so we had no idea where to begin with wedding planning and were completely lacking any venue/vendor recommendations because we didn't know anyone that had gotten married on the West Coast. We're so grateful that we found Morgan who had all the local connections with the best vendors and guided us through the whole (complex) process. Honestly, my only regret is not hiring her sooner! With our budget in mind, we were on the fence with hiring a wedding planner at the beginning of the planning process, but I knew we needed help after the arduous process of finding a venue in Southern California. My fiancé and I toured literally dozens of venues before we finally decided on one, and I know that process would have been 1000 times easier and we would have saved a ton of time had we hired Morgan prior to our venue search! My advice would be - DON’T wait to hire a planner! It is 100% worth it. As soon as we started working with Morgan I felt like I could finally breathe because someone was helping me stay on track and stay organized throughout the whole planning process, and helping me make all the difficult decisions. With how crazy things were with my work/life in the 6 months leading up to my wedding day, I honestly don’t think I could have pulled it off without her. Morgan was the absolute best. I sent her SO many long emails and she didn’t let one small detail slip through the cracks. Our wedding was an absolute dream, and all of our guests said it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever been to. I know that I have Morgan and Cluster Events to thank for such a perfect day.

gan, we didn't have many concrete ideas, but Morgan provided lots of suggestions after listening to our vision and helped execute them. For example, she suggested the idea of luggage tags as an escort card and favor which worked well for our venue and personal interests. No matter what, she always made herself available and was willing to make time for us by phone or email, which was instrumental in putting together our wedding while we lived over 300 miles away. Morgan was instrumental in getting us quality vendors that we could trust and rely on. Our wedding posed particular challenges because our venue didn't have standard amenities like a working kitchen, but she found vendors that had previous experience at the venue and worked closely with the venue to make sure we had what we needed. Her design style and vision aligned with our own modern aesthetic with details to match our venue which was very important to us. Beyond the planning process, everything on the day-of was well-executed and went without a hitch -- and her team's behind-the-scenes work was critical in the success. We had a great experience with Morgan, and she created a day we will never forget.
