We didn't originally plan to use a wedding planner but I got very ill before my daughter's wedding. We decided that hiring a wedding planner was going to be necessary! We are so glad that we chose CM Promotions and loved working with Kyleigh! She was extremely organized and made sure that our daughter Trayce and her fiancé Jeff had the wedding of her dreams. I'm so happy with how their wedding event turned out! Lots of our guests told us that it was one of the most fun weddings they had ever attended!

I have so many ways and words to explain my experience with CM! Cindy, the owner, was our planner and she was an ABSOLUTE DREAM. Not to mention she made ALL of our dreams come true. She was quick in her communication, she is so breezy in keeping everyone calm pre and during our wedding, she was so helpful with finding great vendors and she knows EVERYONE; which gave me peace of mind that all vendors would vibe and flow seamlessly- something that gave me great serenity for the year long planning process. My husband, Tony, and I recently had the pleasure of working with Kyleigh from CM Promotions as our wedding day coordinator, and we cannot express enough how thrilled we are with the exceptional service she provided. We were able to relax and enjoy every moment, knowing that Kyleigh and her assistant Julie had everything under control. She even captured some beautiful photos of us throughout the day! Where do I start! Karissa made all our wedding dreams come true. She went above and beyond and made the impossible, possible. We had a 95% chance of rain on our completely OUTDOOR wedding day. She pivoted seamless to move our reception inside and I am forever grateful

I could not be more thankful that I hired CM Promotions for my wedding. Annie was my lead planner and she was an absolute joy to work with from day one. She was on top of it, asked questions, listened, understood, inserted her thoughts, and went above and beyond to make our dreams come true. She was professional, yet approachable. I felt like I could talk to her like my best friend and wasn’t afraid to ask her small little questions that we’re hanging over me cause she always answered them in the most graceful, reassuring way. She blew our minds with her attention to detail and the emails she’d send to vendors after our meetings with every single thing we discussed were just incredible. I wouldn’t remember half the things we discussed until I read the emails and always felt like she had our backs and best interest. I felt like Annie took soo much off my plate, like sending those follow up emails, asking details, sending me suggestions, figuring out where I could get the newspapers printed, etc. When looking at things like our hair & makeup schedule, day of timeline, packing list, floor plan my mom would ask, ‘wow did you create this?’ and I would proudly say “no!!! Annie did this for us!!!” I cannot say enough about how amazing Austin, myself, our families, and our friends think Annie is. Everyone around me saw the night and day difference between working with CM Promotions and the wedding planning company that I had originally hired. I wish I had hired CM from the beginning!! On wedding day Annie, Brittané & Lexi were completely incredible. First of all, the set up of everything was sooooo gorgeous, very thankful for everything they did to set up and coordinate all the vendors to set up so beautifully. Then they’re coordinating- wow!! If I needed anything, I never had to look to find one of them, one of them was always right there! Right before the ceremony my eyes were red from crying, I said something to Lexi and she had eye drops in her fanny pack. My bow kept getting ripped off, Annie had every size safety pin in her fanny pack to fix it. We had special champagne glasses to toast with, and before I even knew I was about to need them, Annie, Brittané or Lexi would be handing them to me and Austin and then take them from us and hand us back our other drinks as soon as toasts, dances, etc were over. It was incredible. Not to mention the presence of all three of them was sooo lovely- all three of them were so smiley, personable, and warm- all night long!! I know they were doing so much behind the scenes and I’m sure were exhausted by the end of the night but you would have never known by looking at them. I could go on and on. Once I started working with them they made my wedding planning experience significantly less overwhelming. My family and I are truly sooooo grateful for CM Promotions, especially Annie, Brittané and Lexi. I can’t recommend CM Promotions enough!!!

My husband and I worked with Cindy at CM Promotions and used their full planning service which was worth every penny. Cindy is very kind, caring, & professional and we were able to email her anytime with questions. Early on she gave us vendor recommendations and later worked directly with our vendors which made it WAY LESS stressful! We started the planning process about a year out and Cindy always communicated on time and let us know what the next steps were. She really showed up the week & day of so I highly recommend at least hiring them for week/day of planning! Highly recommend Cindy and her company!

My husband and I had the BEST time at our wedding and we owe it all to Cindy and her team. We hired CM Promotions for the Full Service Planning and we couldn't be happier with the results. Cindy is organized, proactive, supportive, and not to mention extremely kind and caring. We loved working with Kyleigh! She is positive, organized, laidback, and took care of so many details during the busiest time of life. Even helped my husband pull off flying in one of my favorite singers from Nashville to surprise me for our first dance! Truly so grateful to CM Promotions and Becca for their guidance on our big day! Planning a wedding includes so many more logistics than I ever realized and Becca helped us schedule out the day down to the minute. My family was involved in a lot of the planning and doing all the decor, so having Becca to help orchestrate and keep things timely was awesome! Anytime I had a question or concern, she would put me at ease with her responses!

Kyleigh on the CM Promotions Team was AMAZING to work with throughout the wedding planning process. Even with a few hiccups with different vendors, she was always on top of getting everything smoothed out. She was instrumental with contacting all of our vendors before our wedding to make sure they were ready – and was their main contact day of. I could not have gotten everything set up without her help. We had a blast at our wedding, because we didn’t have to worry about anything except for showing up on time. Do yourself a favor and work with their team!

After my initial meeting with Kyleigh of CM Promotions, I was confident that I had made the right choice. Planning a wedding and reception at a private residence presents many challenges, and I soon realized that I was in over my head and in desperate need of help. Kyleigh was my savior. She understood our vision and her guidance helped us achieve our goals. Her vendor recommendations -- from the tent rental to the caterer to the bakery (among others) -- were spot on. She somehow managed to coordinate fourteen vendors and made sure all of them appeared as promised for the wedding. She and her assistant worked tirelessly the day of the wedding to ensure that everything went off as planned and assisted in cleanup at the conclusion of the evening. I have received so many compliments on our wedding and reception and attribute the success in great part to Kyleigh and CM Promotions. If you are in the market for a wedding planner, you cannot go wrong with CM Promotions.

I can’t say thank you enough to Cindy and CM Promotions as a whole! Our wedding wouldn’t have been the absolutely perfect day that it was without her. I originally met Cindy at a Wedding Extravaganza in Fort Worth. I wasn’t entirely sure what a wedding coordinator was, so my mom and I went to talk to her. After a great conversation and asking her what seemed like 50 questions, we went about our business. That night, I received an email from Cindy. She had answered every one of the questions we asked earlier, so we would have the information in writing. She even recommended some of her favorite vendors. We hadn’t even hired her yet, and I already felt a weight lifted off of me. I knew hiring CM Promotions was a decision we wouldn’t regret. Cindy is absolutely amazing! She is so kind, flexible, intelligent, and great at what she does. If I could give her more than 5 stars I would!

Working with CM in multiple weddings has been a dream! As a wedding photographer, it's always great to have an organized, efficient planner that has the couples best interest in mind the entire day-which is what CM does! They are so great at communicating and treating the bride like their best friend! Can't wait to work with them again in the future!

Annika and her assistants from CM Promotions did an incredible job at taking care of my wedding day! We decided a few months before the wedding to hire a day-of-coordinator, and we are SO glad we did. When Annika told us everything she takes care of, it was a huge weight off our shoulders. You don’t realize how many details are involved in your wedding day and having a coordinator take care of those responsibilities takes SO much stress off! Annika did such a great job at communicating with me, making sure my decisions were honored, and helped problem-solve when some unforeseen circumstances changed the timeline on my wedding day. She has such a calm and warm presence and is very easy to talk to. She worked so hard to make sure our wedding day was as perfect as it could be. Annika makes sure not to miss any details so that everything can run efficiently and there are no gaps in communication. Every penny was worth investing in a planner from CM Promotions, I can’t thank Annika enough for helping me to relax and enjoy my wedding day!

I got married recently on 10/24/22 and have been trying to find the words to explain how fantastic Cindy and her team have been throughout the entire experience. We were originally on the fence about hiring a wedding coordinator, but I am so thankful we did! Cindy is one of the kindest people I have ever met and is beyond helpful with planning and executing. She made the planning process so easy and was so reassuring with all the details, making everything as stress-free as possible. On the day of, we had an issue with our DJ - none of his equipment made it on the plane with him… I didn’t even find out about any of it until after the wedding was over! Cindy was a true professional and found backup equipment, a Photo Booth, and more just hours before the wedding started and I as the bride had no clue (which is the most amazing feeling to look back on later!!). Cindy deserves every 5-star review she has received and I cannot thank her enough or recommend her more to anyone looking to have a perfect wedding day!

CM Promotions as a whole is great, but Annika was my wedding planner and she is AMAZING! I could not be more grateful for her help, organization, recommendations, and problem-solving skills. Annika made my life so much easier, was alot of fun to work with, and kept me calm throughout all the stresses of planning a wedding.

Absolutely can’t recommend this company for wedding planning enough!! We had Annie and she made sure our wedding day was so special and perfect. She was always quick to respond to any question or concern I had through out the whole time before the wedding! Annie brought our wedding dream to life. With it raining all day and the clearing up for the ceremony she made sure our perfect day was the way we wanted. I can’t say enough about CM promotions and specifically Kyleigh! I literally don’t know how she does it, but she made my day absolutely perfect from start to finish! She kept my husband and groomsmen in check :) and was so in tune with what I wanted. She was so easy to work with and readily available. She set up my welcome table and it was exactly how I would have set it up. She was on the same page as me every step of the way. Words almost cannot do justice to the phenomenal job Cindy and her team at CM Promotions did! She was incredibly helpful both leading up to the wedding day and the day itself. She was so timely and detailed in her communication with us and her coordination with our vendors - especially in the final few weeks, anything that we felt too overwhelmed by, she was right there to take over the task. In our final meeting during the month prior to the wedding, she sat with us and went through every detail until we felt comfortable and always ensured our vision was truly being heard. Especially with being an LGBT+ couple, it was wonderful knowing that we had such a safe space in our coordinator. I don’t know how we would’ve survived the wedding day without her! She was extremely organized and detailed-oriented from start to finish, and it provided us with the smoothest day I could’ve asked for. She really allowed us to just enjoy our day since we knew we could trust that she and her team had everything handled. She’s wonderful at anticipating needs and at being assertive when needed to get things done while still remaining so very kind and friendly. She was such a vital, calming presence to us and truly helped us execute our perfect wedding. My biggest advice for anyone planning a wedding is to hire a wedding coordinator and to make sure that coordinator is Cindy!

We hired CM Promotions to help plan our daughter's wedding this past May. I have to say that Cindy and her team were the most helpful for all the questions we had and supporting the planning and keeping us on target. Cindy and her team did the most amazing job the day of the wedding, and was a life saver as the mother of the bride. I am so glad I found my coordinator Kyleigh Gaddy and CM promotions! When I started wedding planning, I heard several suggestions to hire a coordinator so I could enjoy the wedding more. I had phone calls and talked with a few different companies. From the beginning CM promotions made me feel comfortable and confident they could help me. Even though I only chose the "month of" services, Kyleigh was always there for me to ask questions or give suggestions along the way. We had 2 in person meetings and she was so helpful brining our vision together! The day of the wedding Kyleigh really shined. She set up most of our reception details and was my go to for anything I needed that day. I seriously could not have pulled everything off without her. I am so grateful for her help and everything she did. I 100% recommend Kyleigh and CM Promotions for your wedding day. They go above and beyond to help you and allow you to enjoy your wedding day with less stress

I'm very sad and disappointed with CM promotions. Eveything was going great, up until the day of our wedding. Water was not served to our guests. Food was not heated properly, drinks were not served to the tables either! The cake was not cut or served and went to complete waste just sitting in the fridge. Our planner Kyleigh got sick which was very unfortunate the day of our wedding, but did not relay her duties to the person who took over 😞 Cindy was very professional but at the end of the day many things went wrong, items were missing from our rental company and we had to pay even more for the missing items. Saddest part is we couldn't serve our cake that we paid so much money for on our wedding day.

We found CM Promotions when we booked our wedding through Chapel Creek Ranch. As soon as I met Cindy it felt like I had known her for years! After our first meeting I knew our wedding planning was in great hands! We started planning a year out and she was always there to answer any questions we had! She was available every step of the way and made sure she was at every vendor meeting with us. It was truly the best experience!! Our wedding day was a DREAM and could not have gone any better! Cindy and her team were on top of everything and the entire day went perfectly!! I would recommend CM Promotions to anyone and everyone! They will not disappoint!!

If you’re questioning whether to hire them or not - JUST DO IT!!! Cindy was amazing from start to finish. She exceeded any expectations we had and was there to give suggestions, reassure us, and make our dream wedding day come true! She reached out and finalized everything with our vendors, arranged what time they got there, and really made everything come together. (She literally did EVERYTHING). She made our wedding stress-free, took out any worry we had for this day, and let us truly enjoy it while she did the hard work. Literally could not have had a more perfect wedding without Elizabeth! Cindy and her team made the wedding planning experience so joyful for us! We had no plans initially to hire a wedding coordinator but ran across the CM Promotions crew at a bridal show. They made us feel supported and comforted immediately, and we could see that they would be a great fit for my daughter’s vision and our budget. During the planning process, we met with Cindy regularly, and also texted or emailed probably way too much. She was consistently reachable and responsive and always happy to help. The team handled all our vendor contracts (which is reason enough alone to work with them…wow!), and helped us plan or think through a zillion details, from the photographer shot list, food and drink choices, décor details, options for entrances and exits, and day-of order and schedule of events. Cindy was on-sight to run the rehearsal for us, which included some sticky family dynamics that she handled amazingly. My daughter’s wedding day went so smoothly, and started with us arriving at the venue in the morning to find Cindy there already in gear making sure everything was underway and on time. When I think back on these times, I know I will always remember that feeling of security and comfort that came from having Cindy and her team on hand and involved. We cannot imagine doing this without them!

Becca was an absolute lifesaver!! She thought of things that never even crossed my mind. Our day went perfectly on schedule and I was stress free!

Working with Becca for month of/day of coordinating for our wedding was one of the best decisions we made. She answered all of my questions (there were so many) and was such a huge help in finalizing all the final details of our wedding day. • Annie is AMAZING!! During the planning process we were convinced we could do it all on our own and would not need a planner. We decided to reach out to a few just in case and we are so happy we did. She is very personable with great attention to detail. She thought of things we never would have thought of on our own. She is very responsive to all communications. The day of the wedding, I was able to totally relax. She was there every step of the way from helping us check in for our flights, to making sure I had lipstick to reapply, to grabbing drinks for me from the bar. We have nothing but good things to say and highly recommend her services!

Karissa was such a blessing to have as part of our wedding! She is such a fun personality to be around makes you feel like you have been friends for years!She was so helpful with all of my silly questions leading up to our wedding and never made it seem like they were silly questions! She took care of literally everything such as creating our perfect timeline and contacting all of our vendors to let them know the plan. Towards the end of the planning stage it gets really stressful to call everyone and make sure they are on the same page so it was such a relief that Karissa handled it all! It was so nice to just get to relax and enjoy our day knowing she knew what my vision was and executed it perfectly!
