Coachmen’s Lodge provided an exceptional and impeccable experience for my daughter’s bridal shower this past weekend. Working with Dan was an absolute pleasure, as he ensured that the event proceeded smoothly. The cuisine was delectable, and the waitstaff were exceedingly attentive to all guests and their needs. I highly recommend Coachmen’s Lodge for any banquet or large gathering! You won’t be disappointed!

My new husband and I just got married on 11.11.23 at the Coachmen's Lodge. Our experience was more than we ever expected. From the very first meeting, Dan Larue made the process incredibly easy and stress free. All of our needs were met with ease. Our wedding was completely customizable to our taste and comfort level and we were never questioned or judged with any of our requests. They even went as far as to let us pick which bartender we wanted to work that night (which was Matthew and he truly was the best!) Dan and Bunme were there for us through the entire rehearsal and ceremony constantly guiding us and helping us out with whatever we needed. They made our day EXTRA special and we truly couldn't have done this without their help. If you are looking for a venue for your wedding, we HIGHLY and ONLY recommend Coachmen's Lodge. Our wedding was magical and more than we ever hoped it could be thanks to Dan, Bunme, Matthew and the rest of the staff. Thank you all for an amazing day, we couldn't have asked for anything more! Our wedding was this past Saturday and our only complaint is we wish we had added on the extra hour to the reception! We had such a great time and Dan and his team went over every detail from food to the decor with us several times to confirm everything was exactly how we pictured. We couldn’t have asked for a better day and we can’t thank the team at coachmens enough! 🤍

My husband and I chose the Coachmen's Lodge for our wedding celebration and it was the best decision we could have made! From the beautiful grounds where our ceremony was held to the gorgeous Four Seasons room where our reception was held, everywhere you look is amazing! The food was fabulous at our wedding tasting our wedding shower and our wedding reception! Our guests are still raving about it a week after our wedding! Dan, Colleen, Danielle and the amazing servers all helped to make our special day a fantastic experience for us and for our guests. They even made last minute adjustments where needed on the day of our ceremony. If you're looking for a venue for your next big event, look no further than the Coachmen's Lodge.

Our wedding at the coachmens lodge was absolutely perfect. We had a few scheduling errors on our part and the guests never even noticed thanks to the help of the incredible staff and day of coordinators. Dan and Colleen along with all the staff at Coachmen’s Lodge did a great job in contributing to make our day absolutely perfect. I would absolutely suggest this wedding venue. The grounds are gorgeous the staff is so friendly and welcoming and we just loved and enjoyed every minute of our wedding there, as well as our guests.

My husband and I got married on 10/14/23 at a church, and then we had the reception at the Coachmens lodge. This was the first place that we looked at, and I honestly didn’t want to look at any more venues after seeing the Coachmens (bold move)! We chose the ballroom because the layout was perfect, and we fell in love with the chandelier and beautiful fireplace, which our sweetheart table was placed in front of at our wedding. From the first meeting, Dan the coordinator was phenomenal. He is very honest and blunt, so be prepared, but this only added to the ease of our planning as I myself am not a very organized person and not a great planner! He was super flexible with our appointments and was patient enough when my husband and I had to bring our 2 kids along. I had developed a trusting rapport with him just after a few meetings due to his great suggestions and great taste. From the delicious food, to the beautiful grounds, we were in awe of how flawlessly the night flowed. The pictures came out beautiful with the fall foliage in the background, and cocktail hour outside was a hit. They always say that something goes wrong on the day of your wedding, whether it be food or music or someone in the wedding party acting up; but venue related, we had ZERO complaints! The rental price for the room was also very reasonable, and we and so happy that we went with the Coachmens lodge, I wouldn’t have changed a thing!

Rehearsal Luncheon: 10/28/2023 Wedding: 10/29/2023 Where do I begin? We spent the last year and half planning our wedding and Coachmen’s Lodge was everything we could’ve asked for and more to hold our wedding. To start, the food was absolutely amazing, between the stationary displays at the rehearsal luncheon, welcome drinks for our guests before the ceremony, the passed appetizers and charcuterie display during our cocktail hour, the family style dinner and the decadent dessert display the catered for us from wrights dairy farm, everything was so delicious and was hot upon being served and was consistent and overall amazing throughout. And where do I begin with Dani (Daniel Larue) who was with us every step of the way, from the first appointment where we spent hours going into detail about every room, every event space, every potential option, to the wedding itself, you helped guide us through every step of the process so seamlessly whether it was for table cloths, cake options, finalizing our numbers and meals. And who could forget those sparkly shoes every single time we saw you, we looked forward to seeing what color they were everytime we saw you lol. You did an absolutely incredible job and the way you checked in with us throughout the weekend every so often was so appreciated and the thoughtfulness of it did not go unnoticed. To end, thank you for being flexible with us when it came to transitioning to a rain plan and making the transition so seamless and for checking it with us as often as possible to make sure things were going to plan if not better than planned. Originally we were going to do the ceremony in the cocktail garden outside and the cocktail hour in the four seasons patio and when rain came into play, they gave us till 12pm on the day of the wedding to make the final call and when we made the call they quickly rearranged into the Wheelock Room and sent us a picture of the set up and it was even better than we could’ve imagined. Everything about the day was amazing so thank you Coachmen’s So Much for everything!

Our wedding was this past Saturday and it was honestly sooo beautiful! It exceeded my expectations and was the most memorable and perfect night. Our coordinator was extremely helpful throughout the last year of planning! This is a beautiful venue and the scenery helps add to the asthetic of the wedding. Would definitely recommend. And the food is absolutely delicious! My husband and I continued to eat at the venue throughout the wedding planning as date nights and all of our guests absolutely loved the food the night of the wedding. If you are planning a wedding this is the place to go!

Our guests couldn't stop raving about the quality of the food and the attentive service provided by the staff. His professionalism and dedication were truly remarkable, and we cannot thank him enough for his exceptional service. My husband and I held our wedding ceremony and reception here this summer. To say it was amazing is an understatement. The grounds are breathtaking and our reception area also. We had views of the gardens from our room. Food was delicious and staff was attentive and professional. We are thankful to everyone that helped make our day so special!

Bridal Shower Brunch, 7/8/2023 What a fantastic time we all had at Coachmen’s Lodge, Bellingham, MA!!! The planning with Dani was stress free and perfect to the very last detail! Our staff for the day, Jen, Loni, Sophia, Apo and Chris (sorry if spelled wrong), were all top notch, professionals, personable and just a lot of fun to hang out with for the day! They were all part of the family by the end of the event! The food was hot and delicious. Dani suggested a small change to the chicken and it was phenomenal! Lots of wonderful choices on the menu options and Dani helped us to work through some changes. The chefs also provided a very last-minute change for a few of our gluten free guests! The Four Seasons room with the outdoor space was beautiful and worked perfectly for our guests. Parking was plentiful and the room access is easy for anyone with physical challenges. We will definitely be planning another event with Dani and Coachmen’s Lodge!! Thank you all so much for making the day beautiful and special for our family!

Coachmen's was absolutely fantastic to work with. They are a local small business who we were happy to support during the pandemic. Their organization during the wedding planning process.was so finely tuned. We worked with Dani as our venue coordinator 99% of the time but when he was suddenly injured the week of the wedding another member of the staff seamlessly stepped in to help us in crunch time until Dani returned. The grounds were beautiful. Coachmen's was constantly improving the outdoor space while we were planning. I couldn't recommend working with Coachmen's Lodge enough. You won't regret it.

Dani is amazing who helped plan our wedding day from the beginning ! He had great suggestions and ideas , is very courteous professional and gave us a fantastic memorable wedding! The wait staff were polite prompt and courteous and my decorations were done very nicely ! Our guests had a great time and it was a special memorable day for us! Thank you so much

I find it very upsetting I have to write this review but I felt the need to share out experience with Coachmen's. This venue shows a lot of promise from reviews in the past, but as of late they have been disorganized to the point where it has started to effect the events themselves. To start, we had to be passed around between 4 different coordinators due to staff leaving abruptly, and each time we called to check up on our event, it seems like we had to start from square one because someone had left or forgotten to take notes. There was one point where we didn't hear form them for 2 months. At our wedding reception, the day-of-coordinator never once introduced herself to the bride and made mistakes that ended up costing the us key moments during out event. Dinner was 30 minutes late which pushed the whole day back due to her "misunderstanding the event sheet", and the groom had to walk across the room, to the coordinator to get dinner service started while they were all standing at the bar. The staff was cold and rude to the guests, even when it came to simple requests; One bartender even snapped at a member of the brides family when the family member had to correct the *bartender* on the difference of tequila and mezcal. On top of this, due to the massive scheduling error by the venue, the final performance of the night (being performed by the groom) was cut short, without warning. They just turned the house lights on, and started dumping out drinks and clearing tables without any sort of word from the staff to the wedding party. The atmosphere almost made us feel unwelcome at our own event. It's a shame, the location and venue are gorgeous, but when it comes to making your special day happen, it really felt like no one there had an interest in making it run smoothly. I cannot recommend Coachmen's Lodge due to our own experiences.

Expect your guests to ask you "Where did you find this place?" all night long!!! When searching for a venue we wanted an indoor reception but an outdoor ceremony and cock-tail hour that was reasonably priced. This is the perfect place. It is also close to the Rhode Island airport for those out of state guests. The views are picture perfect. There are different locations to have your ceremony, cock-tail hour, and reception. We settled on the pond view for the ceremony. We then had our cock-tail hour in the garden area with a beautiful water feature and pergola and ended the night inside a gorgeous renovated ballroom with a giant fireplace. Overall all the details are prefect, the food is amazing, the sangria was delicious, and the staff are so friendly and professional. This venue comes with a wedding coordinator and an assistant for the day of. Our coordinator was Dani and his assistant was Kaylee. Dani met with us several times to go over every detail and offer great unique suggestions such as having our first dance under the pergola during cocktail hour. We also picked almost all of his vendor suggestions. We had our rehearsal dinner at the venue and we felt very prepared with Kaylee running our rehearsal. For the rehearsal we picked the patio location to have a place different location from our wedding day. It was beautiful and the food was amazing. We also had an entire lawn area for lawn games if we wanted to add fun elements to the rehearsal dinner. For the wedding day there is a beautiful bridal suite with a private bathroom to get your getting ready shots and use through out the night for touchups. The grounds are prefect for pictures and are lit up at night for more photo opportunities. The ballroom itself has amazing lighting features for the dance floor and bar area. They think of everything. Overall we have no regrets about this venue. We only wished we hired more photographers to take pictures of everything! There are so many great photo spots. I would recommend this venue to anyone! I want to do it all again!

My wife and I got married on 10/10/21 and we cannot speak highly enough of our experience working with Coachmens lodge. We had so many compliments from our guest about the grounds and friendly staff. We worked closely with Amanda and Demitiri who made it clear that they were there for anything we needed. Amanda was incredible leading up to the event and an amazing help day of. The food, including passed apps, a stationary setting, and passed meals, were out of this world. There were so many beautiful locations to take photos, host cocktail hour, and have your ceremony. We used the four seasons room which we loved with the windows overlooking the grounds. Thank you again for the experience of a life time!

could not have been happier with this place. beautiful grounds and banquet rooms, amazing food. my original coordinator left 2 weeks before the wedding, but Meg and kassandra took over and they did it with ease with no added stress on me. they did an amazing job and I'm so happy I chose this place for my wedding.

Dimitri and Danny went above and beyond to make sure our wedding was perfect. The set up of our day was absolutely perfect and flawless- and Danny made sure of that every step of the way on our day. The grounds are stunning, the food is fantastic- our day was beautiful.

Initially they have beautiful grounds and we fell in love with the location. However, we have recently seen their true colors! First we had issues with the bartender charging guests after we had already paid for the wedding party & gave a dollar amount towards the bar bill. The bride/ groom, immediate family and wedding party had no food or beverages during photos- only guests attending cocktail hour were served despite multiple requests. Then, we had issues when we went to pick up our belonging and conveniently they couldn’t find them. They then took it upon themselves to throw away our belongings as according to them they were in the way and we didn’t return soon enough. Since then everyone from our wedding coordinator to the supervisor to the owner have been incredibly rude and disrespectful, lying about things that never occurred but not one single apology. I could go on but the bottom line is that I do NOT recommend anyone plan their wedding or any other event here. Do not be fooled by the show they put on because they will stop at nothing to swindle additional money from you, blame you for anything that may not go perfect. They care only about what they gain out of you and will not go out of their way to help anyone. I recommend that you steer clear before you become their next victim!

AMAZING! We recently celebrated our marriage at Coachmens! We had Dan as a coordinator. From the day we looked at the grounds to our wedding day he was nothing but helpful! He was very responsive with all questions, calls, and emails. He made sure every detail was discussed and included! The day of our wedding was amazing, we had the ceremony and cocktail hour outside on the stunning grounds. We celebrated in the newly renovated Wheelock room which is gorgeous! The food was phenomenal and drinks were great! We would highly recommend this venue!!!

I dont even know where or how to begin this review. Our wedding was a very last minuet decision. Me and the husband had been engaged since October 2017 but a wedding is very expensive especially the one i wanted. On 2021 we had the money and were able to get married and decided on having the wedding. I began searching vendors, ideas, venues and everything that goes with planning a wedding. I went and googled venues under $10k and the Coachmen's Lodge appeared in my search. I continued to read reviews, check out the menu, pictures and so on. I spent a good 5 hours researching the place. The next day i called and lovely Dan answered the phone promptly. He gave me amazing prices and suggested we sat down and also stopped by to look at the place. Me and the hubby took the hour drive to see if this was the venu. As we had searched other but quite expensive. When we arrived Dan welcomed us and we began the tour. The place was a dream! So many options as to where your ceremony can be and were to have the reception. There are plenty of options. We arrived March 20th so it was chilly and Dan said by spring this is changed. Everything is green, lush and filled with flowers. I first said yes to have the ceremony next to the waterfall but he then said come check this out. We walked further and there i saw the pond view and arbor. I was in love i got so exited. He continued to show us another area where he suggested to have our first dance, out in the open just me and the hubby while the guest surrounded us. It all sounded magical. We then proceeded to the reception area that i was not so sure about because it didnt give me the vibes i was looking for and Dan caught up to that feeling. He then said we have another venu that just got renovated. Dan said to the hubbs make sure she doest fall back from the excitement. We went outside and up the stairs. And opened the door i saw the changing room and then we were amazed at the beauty of the Wheel lock room. The floors, the chandelier, the bar, fireplace just everything was perfect. I said YES! to the venu I didnt think about it twice. We later went downstairs to talk about the food and beverage and the pricing was unreal. Under 10k for 75 people. We had appetizers, the entree, champagne, sangrias, cake. I mean the whole deal and the food was amazing. All the guest ate and were delighted with the food. Me and the hubbs had planned for the wedding on April 19th before our vacation. But Dan suggested we push to May and we did. Everything went smoothly we had time to find dj, plan invitations, favors, find dress and just all the planing. Dan made sure the guest were happy that we were attended to and was on top of everything. The staff is spot on as well making sure everyone is eating and having a good time. The location, the vibe and the people here are amazing. I am so happy we were able to plan everything and have such a great time and a A+ team. I hope this review makes all the soon to be brides and husbands to reach out to this venu and talk to Dan. He works with your budget and is such an important person in your wedding planning. If i could rate more stars i would. I loved our wedding it was so beautiful and i had an amazing time with friends and family. And more so with my hubby. Check this place out guys. And from the bottom of my heart thank you Dan and the whole Coachmens Lodge team. We will visit soon for dinner and drinks.

Dan, Amanda, Alicia, entire wait/bar staff, and chef are So intuitive, flexible, and professional. Every single one of them went above and beyond for our daughter and son in law’s wedding! Food was delicious-from the steak and cheese spring rolls with siracha and aioli, bacon wrapped short rib appetizers to the large dinner portions of braised short rib of beef, chicken Marsala and mashed potatoes to die for! The intimate garden area and ambiance of the four seasons room set the scene for the best day ever! Not to mention the beautiful, roomy bridal suite. Truly can’t thank you all enough and would recommend this venue a thousand times over! 5 stars!!

We were originally planning our 10/10/20 wedding at the Coachmen’s Lodge but unfortunately due to covid we had to postpone to 10/9/21 with the help and support of our wedding coordinator Amanda included in our wedding package, she has been so amazing and has really worked hard to try and make this process stress-free and what we want! One of the biggest positives is how DELICIOUS their food is!! We didn’t want our guests to have typical *blah* wedding food. The events chef was excited to make something different (thanksgiving dinner!) for our guests. The views of the pond and the rustic interior of the Four Seasons Room are so amazing and fit right in for our rustic fall wedding vision and the owner puts in a lot of time and effort in to the landscape looking over their pond. If you’re looking for a wedding venue with fantastic coordinators and attentive staff look no further than Coachmen’s Lodge!

We were planning on having a huge storybook wedding on June 20th, 2020 but had to uproot everything due to COVID. We were already impressed by Coachmen’s Lodge whilst planning our wedding pre-pandemic. Alicia offered us many options and was happily flexible to accommodate our desires. She kept us in the loop regarding normal wedding details and new coronavirus guidelines. Our respect for Coachmen’s Lodge, especially Alicia, has skyrocketed since then. We ended up being able to keep our wedding date with our closest friends and family in Coachmen’s beautiful new cocktail garden. Our 11 guests have not stopped talking about the kindness of the staff, the beauty of the grounds, and especially the delicious mac and cheese bites. Fast forward a year (6/18/21) and we FINALLY had our storybook wedding reception in the newly renovated Wheelock Room! The staff at made everything perfect! You cannot go wrong with Coachmen's Lodge!

We were married on September 22, 2019 at The Coachman’s Lodge and we couldn’t have been more satisfied with how beautiful everything was. From the day we first visited the venue and met Dan our event planner we knew we absolutely had to be married there. He listened to all of our ideas and made suggestions as well to help make our vision a reality!!! Everything from the grounds, to the staff, and the food was absolutely amazing!! The day was most definitely everything we could have dreamed of and more!!! Many thanks to Dan and The Coachman’s Lodge for helping us make wonderful memories that we will always cherish!!!

Dani and his staff were absolutely amazing! My ceremony was 10/25 at 6:00pm and after the rehearsal I was very worried about lighting. The day of I can in and Dani had all new lights hung up to make me happy. The food was amazing and every guest was extremely happy. I can’t say enough of how beautiful the venue is and how well taken care of I was . I will suggest this location to everyone.

We got married here on 9/21/19 and it was absolutely the most perfect day. All of our guests complimented how beautiful the venue was both inside and out (and we lucked out with amazing weather) and the food was out of this world. My husband and I have every intention of going back for lunch and dinner when in the area. We can't thank and recommend this restaurant and venue enough!

We cannot say enough about how happy we have been with Coachmen’s Lodge, Alicia and her team. We had a gorgeous day and everything worked out perfectly because of Alicia’s attention to detail and organizational skills. Alicia asked us all the right questions and made sure not to rush us. She met with us several times before the wedding and never made us feel like a burden. For food, we went with the family style menu which was awesome! The venue gave us everything we were looking for - a nice ceremony spot, great scenery for photos, plenty of space for cocktail hour, and a gorgeous reception hall. We will be visiting Alicia and Coachmen’s often!

Our wedding was perfection. Alicia and her team were amazing when it came to planning and coordinating the day. They arranged our decor and listened to every detail and made our wedding even better than we could have imagined. The grounds were gorgeous and the food was hot and very tasty! Amazing!!! I can't thank Donna and the staff at Coachmen's Lodge enough. We had such a PERFECT wedding. Donna was responsive and helpful from start to finish. It was such a pleasure to work with her. The venue is gorgeous ( we had July wedding) we lucked out and had beautiful day- ceremony and cocktail hour outside. The grounds themselves are beautiful so you don't need to go all out on decor/flowers outside. The food was wonderful. There is nothing but good things to say here, I would highly recommend Coachmen's lodge. Hotels are close too! We went to many venues in and around MA and I am SO happy we found this one.

Talk about planning an easy wedding! Donna and staff were fantastic! It's one stop shopping if you're looking to keep you guests in one spot for your event. We were able to have an outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour, and moved inside for dinner and dancing. The staff had everything ready to go, and we didn't notice them, but didn't need a thing! Donna was a perfect day of coordinator, and worked wonderfully with the baker, DJ, and photographer. It all felt very personal and intimate, but we weren't tripping over each other either. They made our day perfect. Thank you!

We had our ceremony and reception at the Coachmen’s. The ceremony was outside under the pergola. The landscape is absolutely beautiful and they are always upgrading and adding. There are so many places for pictures outside. Our ceremony was in the big room downstairs. For us, the room was perfectly decorated as is. I didn’t feel that I had to make and bring all of the decorations, which was way less stressful for me. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. We worked witn Dani mostly, and some with Donna. Both made us feel comfortable in making all our decisions. Dani helped make it easy to decide on all the details and time line with his experiences with weddings at the Coachmen’s. We had such an amazing time at our wedding! Everything went smoothly and there were no issues. Highly recommend this venue and this staff.

We recently hosted an engagement party for our son and daughter in law at Coachmen' s Lodge. They wanted an outside casual party, so we had the outside set up with high tables and cocktail tables. It looked beautiful... We had different food stations and passed appetizers.... The food was delicious and HOT The staff was professional and courteous to all the guests. We had rented one of the rooms in case of inclement weather, but fortunately didn't need it. Our coordinator Donna was fabulous. Very accommodating throughout the whole process. It was a pleasure to work with her. I also had a bridal shower for my daughter there in the four seasons room two years ago and that was a 5 star event as well. It was very well run. I would highly recommend this to anyone for any type of wedding gathering

The Coachmen's was the absolute perfect place for our ceremony and reception! Donna was super helpful, always available to answer my many, many, many questions. The food was high quality and delicious, and less expensive than other venues by far! The only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars is they had to change the aisle at the last minute because the grass was so soggy. They also added an arch to the garden where our ceremony was and it very obviously wasn't finished, it looked totally different than the other arches. Donna was super understanding and offered to move our ceremony location or help us decorate it. We chose to stay and decorate, and she and her team did a great job!! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

We rented the Coachmen's Lodge for my sister's baby shower, and had the best experience! We can't recommend this place enough. The planner we worked with was incredibly helpful – he'd take our requests and offer up suggestions when he felt they'd amplify our experience... and everything he suggested ended up being the best parts of the shower (he suggested specific signature cocktails, and an alteration to our menu that the guests LOVED). He certainly knows what he's doing, and he was a pleasure to work with. The space is beautiful and newly renovated – we were in the front two rooms of the building; one of which has a gorgeous chandelier, enormous fireplace and windows on 3 of the 4 walls. The food was unparalleled – and we've attended and held events at a LOT of venues. We opted to do a brunch buffet and even the display of the food was immaculate. We cannot say enough nice things about this place. Five stars!

If I could, I would give Coachmen's 10 out of 5 stars! I cannot say enough great things about them. My husband and I fell in love with their Four Seasons Room and its gorgeous exposed stonework and floor to ceiling windows. From there we could see the grounds, which were absolutely breathtaking- flowers everywhere, shrubbery, a lake, a carriage, gazebo, etc... not only was it a beautiful backdrop to our wedding, it gave us SO many different photo opportunities. As beautiful as it was, I have to say the best part about Coachmen's Lodge was our experience itself. The entire staff-from Dimitri, Danny our coordinator, Chef John, all of our servers, and our bartender Elissa, were absolutely wonderful. When we first sat down with Danny, we gave him general ideas of what we wanted, and he immediately knew (even when we didn't!) which direction to point us in. From linen suggestions to the smallest details like where our wedding party would enter from, he had absolutely everything covered! I never once (before or on the day of) worried about anything. On the day of we had a last minute vegetarian join us, and they made her a special plate without even batting an eye. I honestly don't know what we would have done without Danny, he made sure the entire day ran smoothly and was everything we could have ever imagined and more! The food was delicious, and the portions were humongous! I had a lot of guests say they were going to return just for dinner alone! Elissa, our bartender, not only made really great drinks, but was a blast to be around! She was super friendly and it honestly felt like she could have been another one of our guests. My husband and I had so many of our friends and family telling us that this was the best wedding they had ever been to, and while I might be a little bit biased, I have to agree! There was just something special about Coachmen's Lodge and their ability to not only give us a perfect day, but make us feel like family as well.

Coachmen's was just beautifully renovated both inside and out. The four seasons room had beautiful stone work and dark wood floors which went perfectly with our natural rustic theme. Working with Donna was a breeze she was so calm and got back to me so quickly with all my questions. Coachmen was also budget friendly which made our day possible. We did family style food which our guests loved. The food was AMAZING! And trust me there was plenty of it. Hands down would highly recommend!

I recently had my daughter's bridal shower at Coachman's. It was a breakfast buffet. The food was delicious, the venue was beautiful inside and out, and my guests were impressed with the beautiful setting. We met beforehand with Dani and he was very helpful with doing a floor plan to our specifications. Everything was set up for us beforehand but we were able to make some changes before the shower. The staff was very helpful and efficient before and during the shower. Cleanup was easy and quick due to the staff helping pack up centerpieces and decorations. I highly recommend this venue.

My son and his beautiful bride had their wedding reception her on July 29th. The grounds were spectacular! They could not have chosen a more picturesque venue. The passed appetizers during cocktail hour were abundant and tasty. Our meal was hot and delicious. The staff was great. Dan, the wedding coordinator was most helpful with all of the preparations leading to the day and keeping the festivities flowing during the reception. Thank you very much for helping create lasting memories of an already memorable day!

My wedding was more than what I imagined, simply beautiful, where do I begin? I was the happiest bride the day of my wedding. The service was unbelievable along with the staff. The food was outstanding, we chose the buffet and we also had cocktail hour, scallops with bacon and stuffed mushrooms me and my guest were blown away. My reception was a fairytale dream that I would dream about when I was just a little girl. My dream came true:)!!!! I couldn't be more happier, seriously the prettiest wedding ever and I'm not just saying that because it was mine. I owe it to my wedding coordinator Dan he was a great help, made everything happen for me and the groom. What a great guy, we worked together for two years and we became very close. I also would like to recommend some vendors that made our wedding a blast for our guest. Noel Pincince my wedding officiant made are ceremony beautiful and kept every ones attention and personalized our ceremony that fit our love story, truly amazing. Noel made everyone laugh and maybe a few tears of joy. I would also like to recommend the beautiful, outstanding photographer Nancy Godin, we were blown away with her captions. My family and friends are so amazed with her work, the pics were truly outstanding I'm so happy with Dan with his recommendations. Every capture was filled with love:)... I would also like to recommend Paula and Candy from Soundstream entertainment, omg such a blast, Dj and we also got the photo booth. My guest and I and also the groom had so much fun. The set up, the props so much fun, The dJ Candy was such a pleasant to work with. Candy was so much fun made the night a blast, people were up all night dancing!!!

I was married and had my reception at the Coachmen's Lodge on 10/22/16 and I was very pleased. We worked with Sarah for the majority of the planning and then after she left we worked with Donna in the few short weeks leading up to the wedding. Both women were very helpful and easy to work with. Unfortunately it rained the day of but the set up for the indoor ceremony surpassed my expectations. The food was fantastic and we were able to box what my husband and I did not eat. We chose family style and all of our guests enjoyed the set up. Our only issue was with the bartender. The bartender was very rude and whenever someone wanted to pay with a card she had to leave the room and go to the upstairs bar to run the card. At one point during the night she left for over 30 minutes. We paid for an open bar for beer/wine and it was upsetting to us that the services were not provided as they should have been. We voiced our complaints to management who sincerely apologized and provided us with a complimentary gift card for a return visit to the venue for dinner. I would highly recommend this venue. Both the inside and the grounds are spectacular and they most definitely go above and beyond to make sure your day is perfect.

I'm so happy we had our wedding at Coachmen's Lodge! We had an outdoor fall ceremony, and the foliage and the grounds were just stunning. Plus, everyone who works there is so friendly and helpful. We worked with one venue coordinator for most of our engagement, but two weeks before the wedding, she got promoted and we were introduced to Donna, who would be taking over. Normally, this would make me nervous, but I could tell right away that Donna would be fantastic. She clearly has tons of experience and was able to handle everything like a pro. In the days before the wedding, I felt like I was throwing tons of details at her, but she just nodded her head and made sure everything got done. We had some semi-unusual requests (hanging lanterns, bringing our dog to the ceremony, etc), but the staff was so flexible and willing to work with us on everything. We can't say enough about how great the people at Coachmen's are!

My husband and I had our wedding at Coachmen's Lodge on a Friday night in October. The grounds were beautiful to have an outdoor wedding and great for photo opportunities. Unfortunately for us, there were torrential downpours leading to flood warnings and lightning storms. That must mean extra good luck, right? :) Throughout our entire wedding planning, Danny the wedding planner, was 100% supportive and reliable. With every email sent, I would receive a response within two hours. He was so friendly and professional and truly cared that our wedding day would be the day of our dreams! Let me tell you, it was! The planning leading up to the event was not stressful and they took care of everything. We were able to take part in the food tasting; all food options on their menu are phenomenal and you can't go wrong with whatever you chose! From the scallops wrapped in bacon for an appetizer to the vegetables as a side dish; Everything was cooked perfectly and had a lot of flavor! During the final event planning, Danny was very thorough and even gave his opinion on ways for getting more for our money. He was able to help keep us on the romantic-frugal-unforgettable night that we were looking for, without breaking the bank! He gave a lot of great advice and we are glad that we went with most of his suggestions. The rehearsal dinner went by so smoothly! Danny had out line up and was able to talk everyone through it. After the rehearsal, my husband and I brought everything Coachmen's would need for the wedding day envisioned for our wedding as well as discuss other little specifics; Danny was on point with all of the details and repeated everything back without any misconceptions. On our wedding day, it was a fairy tale!! We couldn't have pictured it any better than it was. Due to the bad weather that day, we had to change our ceremony indoors. Danny was able to adjust no problem with the last minute changes. They even supplied us with a cute little back drop with lights! Danny made sure that my dress was always perfect and well laid before walking down the aisle. Coachmen's Lodge was a five star experience for us! From the customer service, the stress-free planning/details and the price, you can't beat it!! We would recommend this place to everyone, even if it was just for a meal out during the week. Not to mention, they have some changes in the works-this place will only get better! -Parker

My daughter's wedding was recently held at the Coachmen's Lodge and it was wonderful. The grounds were beautiful, the wait staff were quick and courteous and the food was delicious. Our wedding coordinator, Danny, did an amazing job. He took care of every last detail and made sure everything was perfect. I highly recommend the Coachmen's Lodge.

Just married my soulmate this past Sunday at the Coachmens Lodge.Danny and the entire staff at Coachmens were all so wonderful!! Danny did an awesome job keeping in touch with me every step of the entire planning process. The food was absolutely delicious! It poured the entire day but don't let it stop you from taking pictures outside! The landscape is gorgeous and even the rooms inside were stunning!! From the tablecloths to the chairs to the food everything was amazing! Thank you all for you hard work!!! I HIGHLY recommend the Coachmens Lodge for your wedding!!!! We had our wedding here on Saturday September 17, 2016. Sarah was incredible to work with. I did not stress one moment with her in charge. The outside grounds make for the best pictures and most beautiful ceremony. We used to four seasons room for our reception and at first I was worried about the doors in the middle. Sarah assured me they always make it work and I would see, none of my guests felt pushed to the back. When I walked in before the ceremony, I did cry at how pretty the room was set up. She and her team did such an amazing job. Noel also came down and helped us out with boxing up the left over cupcakes and making sure no one left without any. This team is great to work with, and the venue is exceptional!!!

We can't speak highly enough of everyone at Coachmen's. From our first meeting with Sarah to the wedding day everyone was extremely helpful, kind and accommodating to our needs. We mainly worked with Sarah and Danny and then mostly Danny leading up to the day. Danny is extremely nice and flexible and I really felt he wanted to make our day as special as possible. When there were decisions to be made and we weren't sure what to do, Danny would always guide us in the right direction. I can't speak highly enough about the food - SO. MUCH. FOOD!!! People brought home leftovers after the wedding. The chef is absolutely amazing and accommodating. We wanted to incorporate some Indian appetizers into our wedding for my husband and they brought us in for a second tasting to ensure it was what we wanted and they were AMAZING! We had an antipasto table as well and it was a huge hit. Everyone was so flexible and accommodating and it really made the day perfect. We had our ceremony in the newer garden area in the back by the pond and it was picture perfect. Thankfully it only rained for 10 minutes AFTER the ceremony, it did move cocktail hour inside but even with that everything was perfect. We really can't thank everyone enough and we will ALWAYS be back for our anniversary and likely many times in between for dinner :) THANK YOU COACHMEN'S!!

Coachman's Losge was fantastic. I did not have anything to worry about that day. Danny and the other staff members were so pleasant and helpful. The Four Seasons room looked beautiful, and our pictures were so nice for the grounds. I would highly recommend Coachmen's Lodge for any wedding reception. Everything was perfect.

We had our daughters wedding at the Coachmen 10/2015. 11 Months prior we met with Danny the wedding planner. We explained we would have 200 people, my daughter choose the buffet and she wanted a photo booth. The room is advertised as holds 240 people. Danny told us we would have 20 tables of 10 people, he showed us where the buffet table would go and where they have the photo booths set up. We gave our $1000.00 non refundable deposit, and Danny said we would be hearing from him so much we be sick of him by the wedding day. Two months before the event the bride and groom had some questions, so they call Danny and left a message, got no return, so called again, again no return, called the manager and complained that Danny was not returning calls, and he set up a meeting with him and Danny. At that meeting They were told They would never fit in the room with that many people ,the buffet table and a photo booth. The invitations were printed and with only two months to go we could not change venues. Another thing they don't tell you is that your guest in the back room will not be able to see or hear anything. The ceremony was at 4:30, at 3:00 Danny was calling the bride to see if she wanted to move it inside due to a 30% chance of rain.He had also told us that they are ready for weather events and can move it within 15 minutes of the ceremony. We told him to be prepared for both because that's what they advertised. It rained then stopped and the guest were told to go outside. They had to complain to get the chairs wiped down. One person came out with one towel, so everyone just stood. Very disappointed.

I was lucky enough to be one of the first brides to experience the remodeled Coachmen's. The grounds are so breathtakingly beautiful! All of my guests asked how we were able to locate such a place, it really is a hidden gem! The new owners were fantastic and wanted nothing but for us to be happy with the service. The food was just as good as when we did our tasting and had numerous compliments on that as well. I really did have the wedding of my dreams mostly due to the wedding venue I choose. The cost was low and I really feel like I got a bargain having both a beautiful spot for a wedding and great food! I would recommend this place to everyone! You will not be disappointed!!!

I absolutely loves the new renovations of this restaurant. Our room, Four Seasons Room, was so beautifully improved. We had our ceremony outside and it just was beautiful with all the new gardens and fountain they put in! Noel the wedding coordinator, was the best. He basically took the stress completely off and made it so I was able to enjoy it all. Thanks so much for everything and totally recommend this venue!

I used coachmen's lodge for my wedding October 13, 2013. It was amazing to say the least. The staff was friendly and really listened when I had a question or concern. The food was delicious (the little I was able to eat while mingling with my guests) and was VERY affordable for my 120+ guest list. Do not pass this place by!!

We had both our ceremony and reception at Coachmen's Lodge. They have beautiful grounds with green lawn, a lake, a gazebo, a pergola, and a trellis for the ceremony. They also have an outdoor patio and bar where our guests enjoyed cocktail hour. The wedding party took photos during cocktail hour, and I was very impressed with the appetizers and drinks that the servers brought over to us. It was a super hot day, and they made sure we had plenty of cold water, which was a lifesaver! The reception room was beautiful as well, and the staff did all the decorating for us. Everyone raved about the food... both for it's taste and the huge portion sizes! A lot of guests took to go boxes home! The ONLY critique I had was attention to detail. I was a very organized bride that had planned out every detail, and some of those details were missing or a little off. I'm sure I'm the ONLY one that noticed, so it ended up being completely fine. I would definitely recommend the Coachmen's!

The grounds are nice but the planning and coordination is very unorganized. It was difficult to organize meetings and there was not always someone available to answer questions.

We have had dinner at The Coachmen's prior to the wedding but we couldn't have asked for a more amazing day. Our wedding was New Years day of this year, so we were coming in on the tail end of their annual New Years Eve party. It worked out well because we were able to utilize the decorations, lights, etc from the night before and it was incorporated into our wedding. Our wedding coordinator was so sweet and professional. He kept things moving at a good pace but everyone felt comfortable and he made it fun. All of our guests felt welcome and the Four Season's Room was absolutely breathtaking. I made my own centerpieces with my sister in law and seeing them displayed with everything on the table and how the wedding favors were incorporated to the table settings was very nice. I was amazed at how the Coachmen took care of everything. We dropped off the reception decorations, favors, guest book, and other accessories and it was more than I could have dreamed. Our theme was Winter wonderland which it truly was. Thank you to Michelle and her whole staff. I recommend this establishment to all of my friends and family for their future weddings and special events. Top notch service and impeccable taste. Quality through and through. And the food was amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I loved Coachmen's the outside is beautiful place to have your ceremony and the downstairs all seasons room was great the have the reception. They did a fantastic job setting up my decorations and were just overall fantastic with helping the day move along. The food was EXCELLENT and everyone commented how tasty it was. Also Noel the wedding guy, is awesome and so very helpful would recommend this place to anyone

I had my ceremony and reception at the Coachmen's Lodge. They did a great job of making myself and my family feel comfortable. They were perfectly priced for everything that they offered to us. The only problem we had with them was we didn't want them to cut our cake and hand it out to people. We were going to put it in cake boxes to hand out. They didn't listen, but that is the only complaint I have.

The option to be married on the property without having to pay an extra fee. The grounds were landscaped and there were two gazebos. Unfortuneatley it rained like crazy! Another bonus was that they had an adjoining room for us to be married in just in case. The bartender Lisa was also wonderful and very helpful. The food was fantasic and the prices just what we needed within our budget.;The woman who organized the wedding s was a bit ditsy - very nice to us but not completely on top of things. She had to miss the rehearsal, so for the wedding she sent one of the bridesmaids down the aisle early. Also she moved my dress (to change later) and neglected to tell me where it went - I had to go find her later to get my clothes back. I also made a mistake in not knowing how the dj and photographer would be fed - both times I asked about this, I was told as long as they were accounted for in the meal count, they would be fed. But because they did not go sit in at a table they were forgotten. When I checked on them during the wedding, and asked the staff if they could have some food, I was told they should have been seated during dinner and that the kitchen was closed. I was mortified that I paid for food for all three of them and the got nothing and not even a suggestion from the staff on a way they could be accomodated with anything to eat.

The outside has a beautiful gazebo over- looking a pond. The landscaping was meticulous with flowers in all colors. My photographer had tons of great shots.;Getting in to the reception place was tricky earlier in the day. The restaurant opens noramlly at 4pm. The hostess was suppose to be there when the cake and flowers were delivered at 1pm and she never showed until 3:30. One of the kitchen workers has to let them in. She never apologized for any inconvenience.
