Our wedding was completely customizable to our taste and comfort level and we were never questioned or judged with any of our requests. They even went as far as to let us pick which bartender we wanted to work that night (which was Matthew and he truly was the best!) Dan and Bunme were there for us through the entire rehearsal and ceremony constantly guiding us and helping us out with whatever we needed. They made our day EXTRA special and we truly couldn't have done this without their help. If you are looking for a venue for your wedding, we HIGHLY and ONLY recommend Coachmen's Lodge. the gorgeous Four Seasons room where our reception was held, everywhere you look is amazing! The food was fabulous at our wedding tasting our wedding shower and our wedding reception! Our guests are still raving about it a week after our wedding! Dan, Colleen, Danielle and the amazing servers all helped to make our special day a fantastic experience for us and for our guests. They even made last minute adjustments where needed on the day of our ceremony. If you're looking for a venue for your next big event, look no further than the Coachmen's Lodge.

The grounds are gorgeous the staff is so friendly and welcoming and we just loved and enjoyed every minute of our wedding there, as well as our guests.

To start, the food was absolutely amazing, between the stationary displays at the rehearsal luncheon, welcome drinks for our guests before the ceremony, the passed appetizers and charcuterie display during our cocktail hour, the family style dinner and the decadent dessert display the catered for us from wrights dairy farm, everything was so delicious and was hot upon being served and was consistent and overall amazing throughout. And where do I begin with Dani (Daniel Larue) who was with us every step of the way, from the first appointment where we spent hours going into detail about every room, every event space, every potential option, to the wedding itself, you helped guide us through every step of the process so seamlessly whether it was for table cloths, cake options, finalizing our numbers and meals. And who could forget those sparkly shoes every single time we saw you, we looked forward to seeing what color they were everytime we saw you lol. You did an absolutely incredible job and the way you checked in with us throughout the weekend every so often was so appreciated and the thoughtfulness of it did not go unnoticed. To end, thank you for being flexible with us when it came to transitioning to a rain plan and making the transition so seamless and for checking it with us as often as possible to make sure things were going to plan if not better than planned. Originally we were going to do the ceremony in the cocktail garden outside and the cocktail hour in the four seasons patio and when rain came into play, they gave us till 12pm on the day of the wedding to make the final call and when we made the call they quickly rearranged into the Wheelock Room and sent us a picture of the set up and it was even better than we could’ve imagined. Everything about the day was amazing so thank you Coachmen’s So Much for everything!

ur staff for the day, Jen, Loni, Sophia, Apo and Chris (sorry if spelled wrong), were all top notch, professionals, personable and just a lot of fun to hang out with for the day! They were all part of the family by the end of the event! The food was hot and delicious. Dani suggested a small change to the chicken and it was phenomenal! Lots of wonderful choices on the menu options and Dani helped us to work through some changes. The chefs also provided a very last-minute change for a few of our gluten free guests! The Four Seasons room with the outdoor space was beautiful and worked perfectly for our guests. Parking was plentiful and the room access is easy for anyone with physical challenges. We will definitely be planning another event with Dani and Coachmen’s Lodge!! Thank you all so much for making the day beautiful and special for our family!

We worked with Dani as our venue coordinator 99% of the time but when he was suddenly injured the week of the wedding another member of the staff seamlessly stepped in to help us in crunch time until Dani returned. The grounds were beautiful. Coachmen's was constantly improving the outdoor space while we were planning. I couldn't recommend working with Coachmen's Lodge enough. You won't regret it.

s of late they have been disorganized to the point where it has started to effect the events themselves. To start, we had to be passed around between 4 different coordinators due to staff leaving abruptly, and each time we called to check up on our event, it seems like we had to start from square one because someone had left or forgotten to take notes. There was one point where we didn't hear form them for 2 months. At our wedding reception, the day-of-coordinator never once introduced herself to the bride and made mistakes that ended up costing the us key moments during out event. Dinner was 30 minutes late which pushed the whole day back due to her "misunderstanding the event sheet", and the groom had to walk across the room, to the coordinator to get dinner service started while they were all standing at the bar. The staff was cold and rude to the guests, even when it came to simple requests; One bartender even snapped at a member of the brides family when the family member had to correct the *bartender* on the difference of tequila and mezcal. On top of this, due to the massive scheduling error by the venue, the final performance of the night (being performed by the groom) was cut short, without warning. They just turned the house lights on, and started dumping out drinks and clearing tables without any sort of word from the staff to the wedding party. The atmosphere almost made us feel unwelcome at our own event. It's a shame, the location and venue are gorgeous, but when it comes to making your special day happen, it really felt like no one there had an interest in making it run smoothly. I cannot recommend Coachmen's Lodge due to our own experiences.

that was reasonably priced. This is the perfect place. It is also close to the Rhode Island airport for those out of state guests. The views are picture perfect. There are different locations to have your ceremony, cock-tail hour, and reception. We settled on the pond view for the ceremony. We then had our cock-tail hour in the garden area with a beautiful water feature and pergola and ended the night inside a gorgeous renovated ballroom with a giant fireplace. Overall all the details are prefect, the food is amazing, the sangria was delicious, and the staff are so friendly and professional. This venue comes with a wedding coordinator and an assistant for the day of. Our coordinator was Dani and his assistant was Kaylee. Dani met with us several times to go over every detail and offer great unique suggestions such as having our first dance under the pergola during cocktail hour. We also picked almost all of his vendor suggestions. We had our rehearsal dinner at the venue and we felt very prepared with Kaylee running our rehearsal. For the rehearsal we picked the patio location to have a place different location from our wedding day. It was beautiful and the food was amazing. We also had an entire lawn area for lawn games if we wanted to add fun elements to the rehearsal dinner. For the wedding day there is a beautiful bridal suite with a private bathroom to get your getting ready shots and use through out the night for touchups. The grounds are prefect for pictures and are lit up at night for more photo opportunities. The ballroom itself has amazing lighting features for the dance floor and bar area. They think of everything. Overall we have no regrets about this venue. We only wished we hired more photographers to take pictures of everything! There are so many great photo spots. I would recommend this venue to anyone! I want to do it all again!

The food, including passed apps, a stationary setting, and passed meals, were out of this world. There were so many beautiful locations to take photos, host cocktail hour, and have your ceremony. We used the four seasons room which we loved with the windows overlooking the grounds. Thank you again for the experience of a life time!

ive especially the one i wanted. On 2021 we had the money and were able to get married and decided on having the wedding. I began searching vendors, ideas, venues and everything that goes with planning a wedding. I went and googled venues under $10k and the Coachmen's Lodge appeared in my search. I continued to read reviews, check out the menu, pictures and so on. I spent a good 5 hours researching the place. The next day i called and lovely Dan answered the phone promptly. He gave me amazing prices and suggested we sat down and also stopped by to look at the place. Me and the hubby took the hour drive to see if this was the venu. As we had searched other but quite expensive. When we arrived Dan welcomed us and we began the tour. The place was a dream! So many options as to where your ceremony can be and were to have the reception. There are plenty of options. We arrived March 20th so it was chilly and Dan said by spring this is changed. Everything is green, lush and filled with flowers. I first said yes to have the ceremony next to the waterfall but he then said come check this out. We walked further and there i saw the pond view and arbor. I was in love i got so exited. He continued to show us another area where he suggested to have our first dance, out in the open just me and the hubby while the guest surrounded us. It all sounded magical. We then proceeded to the reception area that i was not so sure about because it didnt give me the vibes i was looking for and Dan caught up to that feeling. He then said we have another venu that just got renovated. Dan said to the hubbs make sure she doest fall back from the excitement. We went outside and up the stairs. And opened the door i saw the changing room and then we were amazed at the beauty of the Wheel lock room. The floors, the chandelier, the bar, fireplace just everything was perfect. I said YES! to the venu I didnt think about it twice. We later went downstairs to talk about the food and beverage and the pricing was unreal. Under 10k for 75 people. We had appetizers, the entree, champagne, sangrias, cake. I mean the whole deal and the food was amazing. All the guest ate and were delighted with the food. Me and the hubbs had planned for the wedding on April 19th before our vacation. But Dan suggested we push to May and we did. Everything went smoothly we had time to find dj, plan invitations, favors, find dress and just all the planing. Dan made sure the guest were happy that we were attended to and was on top of everything. The staff is spot on as well making sure everyone is eating and having a good time. The location, the vibe and the people here are amazing. I am so happy we were able to plan everything and have such a great time and a A+ team. I hope this review makes all the soon to be brides and husbands to reach out to this venu and talk to Dan. He works with your budget and is such an important person in your wedding planning. If i could rate more stars i would. I loved our wedding it was so beautiful and i had an amazing time with friends and family. And more so with my hubby. Check this place out guys. And from the bottom of my heart thank you Dan and the whole Coachmens Lodge team. We will visit soon for dinner and drinks.

The intimate garden area and ambiance of the four seasons room set the scene for the best day ever! Not to mention the beautiful, roomy bridal suite. Truly can’t thank you all enough and would recommend this venue a thousand times over! 5 stars!!

One of the biggest positives is how DELICIOUS their food is!! We didn’t want our guests to have typical *blah* wedding food. The events chef was excited to make something different (thanksgiving dinner!) for our guests. The views of the pond and the rustic interior of the Four Seasons Room are so amazing and fit right in for our rustic fall wedding vision and the owner puts in a lot of time and effort in to the landscape looking over their pond. wedding pre-pandemic. Alicia offered us many options and was happily flexible to accommodate our desires. She kept us in the loop regarding normal wedding details and new coronavirus guidelines. Our respect for Coachmen’s Lodge, especially Alicia, has skyrocketed since then. We ended up being able to keep our wedding date with our closest friends and family in Coachmen’s beautiful new cocktail garden. Our 11 guests have not stopped talking about the kindness of the staff, the beauty of the grounds, and especially the delicious mac and cheese bites. Fast forward a year (6/18/21) and we FINALLY had our storybook wedding reception in the newly renovated Wheelock Room! The staff at made everything perfect! You cannot go wrong with Coachmen's Lodge!

re are so many places for pictures outside. Our ceremony was in the big room downstairs. For us, the room was perfectly decorated as is. I didn’t feel that I had to make and bring all of the decorations, which was way less stressful for me. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. We worked witn Dani mostly, and some with Donna. Both made us feel comfortable in making all our decisions. Dani helped make it easy to decide on all the details and time line with his experiences with weddings at the Coachmen’s. We had such an amazing time at our wedding! Everything went smoothly and there were no issues. Highly recommend this venue and this staff.

We had rented one of the rooms in case of inclement weather, but fortunately didn't need it. Our coordinator Donna was fabulous. Very accommodating throughout the whole process. It was a pleasure to work with her. I also had a bridal shower for my daughter there in the four seasons room two years ago and that was a 5 star event as well. It was very well run. uality and delicious, and less expensive than other venues by far! The only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars is they had to change the aisle at the last minute because the grass was so soggy. They also added an arch to the garden where our ceremony was and it very obviously wasn't finished, it looked totally different than the other arches. Donna was super understanding and offered to move our ceremony location or help us decorate it. We chose to stay and decorate, and she and her team did a great job!! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

The space is beautiful and newly renovated – we were in the front two rooms of the building; one of which has a gorgeous chandelier, enormous fireplace and windows on 3 of the 4 walls. The food was unparalleled – and we've attended and held events at a LOT of venues. We opted to do a brunch buffet and even the display of the food was immaculate. We cannot say enough nice things about this place. Five stars!

The entire staff-from Dimitri, Danny our coordinator, Chef John, all of our servers, and our bartender Elissa, were absolutely wonderful. When we first sat down with Danny, we gave him general ideas of what we wanted, and he immediately knew (even when we didn't!) which direction to point us in. From linen suggestions to the smallest details like where our wedding party would enter from, he had absolutely everything covered! I never once (before or on the day of) worried about anything. On the day of we had a last minute vegetarian join us, and they made her a special plate without even batting an eye. I honestly don't know what we would have done without Danny, he made sure the entire day ran smoothly and was everything we could have ever imagined and more! The food was delicious, and the portions were humongous! I had a lot of guests say they were going to return just for dinner alone! Elissa, our bartender, not only made really great drinks, but was a blast to be around! She was super friendly and it honestly felt like she could have been another one of our guests. My husband and I had so many of our friends and family telling us that this was the best wedding they had ever been to, and while I might be a little bit biased, I have to agree! There was just something special about Coachmen's Lodge and their ability to not only give us a perfect day, but make us feel like family as well.
