er. Literally everything we tasted was unique, inventive, perfectly executed, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious - a real treat from start to finish. Not to mention that Barry has YEARS of experience working in fine dining and catering so I had the utmost confidence in his ability to handle our event. Most importantly, the food on our wedding day did not disappoint. Our guests were EXTREMELY happy with the selection, the quality, and the presentation. Everyone was raving about how good it was and all the bellies were full at the end of the night. I also really appreciated the little touches like that they had a selection of appetizers and a couple cocktails ready for my husband and I to eat/drink when we snuck away for a few minutes after the ceremony (a gentle reminder for me to eat something!). Now for the other nitty gritty that Coast handled for us... We used them to manage essentially all of our rentals and staffing in addition to the food. We were married at my husband's parent's home so needed EVERYTHING brought in. Tricia was extremely knowledgable, organized, and helpful throughout the whole process and worked seamlessly with our wedding planner to make sure everything was prepared and went off without a hitch. Their staff were incredibly knowledgable, helpful, professional, and punctual. The set-up happened over the two days leading up to the wedding and everything looked perfect on the day of. So far as I could tell, everything was executed perfectly and we couldn't be happier with EVERYTHING coast helped to manage and provide for our big day! If you're looking for a unique, absolutely delicious, fine dining experience for your wedding, look no further. You won't be disappointed if you select Coast.

very suggestion and request we had. When it came time for the wedding, although I didn't have a wedding planner, I felt like Tricia at Coast was that for me. She escorted my husband and me in, and had us see the room before anyone else. She also sat us at the head table, and served us cocktails, and our very own platter of appetizers, as we were doing a grand reveal, and wouldn't be joining the cocktail hour. She also came and grabbed us during the reception, and had us eat! I had expressed to her that I wanted to enjoy the wonderful food we chose, and she made sure of that. I really appreciated her attention to detail, and her care of my husband and me. I do have to say though that unfortunately, a couple of the items that we so lovingly chose didn't come out quite as wonderful as they had been at the tasting, and should also share that I heard from a good amount of my guests that food that was tray passed didn't seem very plentiful, and same with the meat on the charcuterie board, which we had added and were excited to have. If you choose Coast, it will be a huge splurge, and I can promise that you will be well taken care of! I would just stress that if you choose the polenta cake or risotto cake, make sure to request for those to be incredibly and tender, and not overcooked! Also, every couple wants the food free-flowing at their wedding, which you would expect to happen if you paid for all-you-can-eat cocktail hour for your guests. Talk to the team at Coast about these few items, and your wedding food will be five stars, absolutely.

Speaking of appetizers, we heard from multiple guests how unique and tasty our appetizers were during cocktail hour. And there was no shortage of them either! All in all, Coast's service is unlike any other and for that reason alone, we would recommend Coast. We still cannot believe how quickly dinner was served and cleared for our 185 guests. Everything went so smooth and was very much appreciated by our hungry guests. We were SO impressed! If you're looking for an outside catering company for your wedding day, look no further. Book with Coast and you will have one less thing to stress about! Great food and great service!!!

Catering. Upon contacting them, my husband and I met with Christie Gowdy for a tasting. There is a fee to their tasting so I was hesitant at first, but my husband really liked how sophisticated their presentation is for their catering so we went ahead and met up with them. Plus the tasting fee will be credited back to us if we choose to book them. During our tasting, the owner Barry is the one who cooked the food for us. Barry and Christie was very accommodating to our needs and whims. I wanted a Filipino fusion wedding cuisine, and they were able to give us just that; the food tasted amazing as well! We were glad that they cook the food on site; not like the other caterer we were originally picking who cooks their food in their warehouse and transports the food to the venue. They were very accommodating to us as well when we needed to make installments on the deposit, and we had cuts in our guest count. They were a one-stop shop! We got the lechon from them (which they make themselves) and the halo-halo station as well (complete with all the traditional Filipino ingredients). We got the string lights from them for the patio. We also got the plates, cutlery, linens, drapery from them. A week before the wedding, my husband got to choose everything (linens, etc) from them. On our wedding day, we got servers bringing us appetizers before we made our grand entrance. That was awesome because we were super hungry already. During dinner, I saw Christie making sure that everything is going well. I saw her personally serve my cousin who did not RSVP but showed up (a hassle but I'm glad he showed up). She even went to me and my husband, and served us. The servers did a great job. The bartenders were friendly. The food tasted AMAZING. Even the veggie gnocchi that we chose but did not taste in the tasting, that Christie highly recommended, tasted oh so good. Our guests loved the food very much. They said the food was the best they ever tasted in a wedding. My husband and I thought that the taste and presentation was restaurant quality. Our guests also raved about the halo-halo station. All my guests were full, super happy, and super faded (most of them) by the end of the night. I'm super happy that we chose Coast Catering. Please choose them for any of your catering needs! You won't regret it! They're the best!

through Crown the rental company they own. Our rentals looked great and in good quality but they had more limited options than some vendors so just depends what you are looking for, they are also pricier than some places. My only complaint about the wedding was they said they'd leave the food out until about 9pm and they took it away at about 8pm so people didn't get long enough to eat per say, especially with them cleaning up peoples plates so quickly. A lot of food still being eaten was cleaned up so people needed new food. Overall good experience though.

y thanks to Chelsea and the tables, chairs and linens were in amazing condition. Chelsea also helped me create my vision and find the right linens for my color scheme. The food at the wedding was absolutely delicious. I had multiple guests tell me the food didn't taste like "wedding food" because it was something you would eat at a 5 star restaurant. The hors d'oeuvre were to die for. Both the food and service was very high quality. If you are looking for high quality rentals and food, Coast is for you. Everyone at the company is extremely professional and easy to work with. Thank you so much Coast Catering!

three stations: salmon, short rib, and "short rib" (portabella mushroom stacks). The veggie short rib was one of the best vegetarian entrees I have ever had - I wish I could have more right now! Besides excellent food, the wait staff was also excellent. The planning processes was smooth as well. I had the pleasure of working with Jake at first, and then Christie. They both were easy to work with and very professional. Christie thank you so much for answering my countless emails as it got closer to the wedding! We met Joe, from crown rental, at the walk through - and I knew right away he and his team would do a great job with the rentals. Our venue manger said she isn't suppose to have favorites, but of course she does - and that is Coast. I am so glad she told me so! They are a little pricey - but then on the day of when you see all the servers and how beautiful (and delicious) everything is you totally understand the price. We did a tasting with another catering company that was cheaper, the thing thing is coast is a little more expensive, but leaps and bounds better quality. Just do two tastings like we did and I think it will become clear that Coast is the way to go :)

All of our guests were ranting and raving about the food. It really was SO good. Everyone kept saying that the service was the best they've seen. The servers were immediately RIGHT there for anything you could need! They treated my husband and I like we were royalty as well! Always making sure we had appetizers and food, even as we were buzzing around talking to people. Coast also helped with A TON of the event planning, which was SO nice. They've done so many weddings at our venue, so I really trusted all of their opinions and suggestions. It worked out perfectly, and I could not have asked for a better day, and a big part of it had to do with Coast! I would highly recommend them for any large or small event you may have!

I did notice they initially provided higher priced flatware (instead of including all price options) on the quote. We had to ask once we saw the show room for lower cost flatware. We were also told (verbally, not written) that we would be given patio furniture at the price mentioned at the tasting, but then they tried to increase it later which I didn't like. They ended up honoring what they initially offered though. We upgraded the linens, but after seeing them at the wedding I didn't think it was worth the cost (they looked the same as the poly). Jennifer took over once we signed the contract and was in charge of overall layout and design. She was VERY organized and thorough...she even created computerized layouts which I appreciated. She also took the time to do a walkthrough. The food was SPECTACULAR, our guests LOVED the food! Their staff was even better, they served everyone at the same time and were very delightful to be around. I highly recommend Coast Catering & Crown Rentals! You can't beat the value and quality of their food & beverage service!!

going to be worth it! We were hopeful the food would taste just as good as the tasting because that doesn't always happen. The tasting experience was like going to a fancy restaurant. Although they charge for the tasting, if you contract them, they subtract the cost of the tasting from the final price. The day of the event, the servers were very nice and professional, the bar tender was fantastic and well received by our guests. We had specialty cocktails that were made per our recipe, although they forgot the mint. The presentation of the food, appetizers and fruit and cheese display far exceeded our expectations. The food was indeed as good as at the tasting. Our guests were very happy and full! I would highly recommend Coast for your wedding. They are well worth the higher cost.

They also coordinated all of the rentals for us. Barry also offers a Day Of Coordinator service. I had the wedding of my dreams, and it would not have been stress-free and perfect if it weren't for the coordinator. From start to finish, Barry and his staff were professional and nothing short of amazing.
