We hired her for coordination and she was so helpful leading up to the wedding - she knows everything and everyone in Laguna Beach which is really helpful if you’re getting married there. Her and her team were ALL STARS on our wedding day. We didn't lift a finger, they were on top of everything plus they were so kind and fun to be around. You’ll be happy you hired CC. Just do it. (:

Lindsy and her team were wonderful to work with! Planning phase: Lindsy was so responsive and shared a lot of industry hacks (ways to save money) that we would have never thought of. She was so helpful with sharing quick links for tried and true items for our wedding day. Lindsy helped start conversations with various vendors as well- she has a great relationship with some of the best vendors in the area! We got married in Laguna Beach, finding a planner that works in this area and is from here was so helpful with all the advice she gave. Wedding day: Everything turned out beautiful!! We got so many complements on how smooth our wedding was. I know for a fact Lindsy and her team were a big reason we all felt this way! We ended up extending our wedding night day of by an hour, Lindsy coordinated this with all the vendors night of to make sure this was okay and the end of our wedding continued to be smooth! We can’t recommend Lindsy enough as a planner! She is so knowledge, up to date on trends, understands classic looks, and has a dream team of people supporting her! Coastal coordinates was INCREDIBLE!!! Lindsy and her team were a huge help leading up to our wedding and of course on wedding day. Our wedding went so smooth and we’re so thankful we booked her. For anyone getting married in the Laguna Beach area, and especially on Catalina Island, I would recommend Lindsy! She has excellent attention to detail, beautiful style, and seems to know everyone. We hired Lindsy for the 2-month planning service but the assistance and structure that her resources provided for the year we planned made an enormous difference in keeping us organized and on the right path!! I do corporate events all the time"... oh how naïve I was! Around 10 months from my wedding, I realized the hole I had got myself into and luckily Coastal Coordinates was happy to help. Lindsy helped organize vendors (including a super unique and fun 360 video camera!), design and source our table settings, prepare our Wedding Day timeline, accompany Hubby and I through our venue meetings and tastings, helped and attended our Welcome Dinner event, and so many other tasks I wouldn't have even thought of.... I am an energy person. I wanted to work with a planner who could bring my vision to life but more importantly match the energy I wanted to bring to the planning process and my wedding day. Lindsy and her team absolutely nailed that. I selected them because of their stress-free, professional, dedicated and most importantly positive energy. They were excellent communicators, thought of every tiny detail and understood everything that was important to us: music, flow and good vibes. Lindsy was truly amazing! Initially I didn't know why I would need a Wedding planner as I had planned multiple big events in the past. But as we got closer to the Wedding I started to see the tremendous value in having someone else to oversee all the details. The two weeks leading up to the event I was in constant contact with Lindsy over multiple issues that had come up that were unforeseen . Then a Hurricane decided to arrive the day of the Wedding in August. Lindsy was thorough , honest about options and constantly looking at how to continue to have a dream wedding given every detail was now threatened. The Wedding ended up being the most memorable wedding for most of our guests as we all pivoted with the weather conditions. Lindsy worked hand in hand with the Coordinator at the Venue and the outcome was the most spectacular, magical Wedding experience for all in attendance . The Bride and Groom had the Wedding of their dreams and ended up loving the outcome better than had there not been a Hurricane. And this was only due to the hard work and creativity of Lindsy from Coastal Coordinates! I hope to be able to use her for another family wedding as it was such a pleasure working with her!

Lindsy is an EXCEPTIONAL wedding coordinator--- all details were handled in a timely manner, emails and calls were answered promptly, and our weekend could not have been more perfect. Lindsy is patient, kind, smart, honest, efficient and well worth the fees.

I thought I was done writing impassioned speeches once the wedding was over but I'll make an exception for this review because Lindsy and her team were by far the best thing that could have happened to us as far as vendors! Our venue required a planner and we were overwhelmed looking for one but we went with Coastal Coordinates and it was the best decision we could have made! Lindsy dealt with our procrastination so well, she figured us out as a couple and made the planning process as smooth as we would let her. She was quick to respond to questions and on the day I can't imagine anyone doing a better job. We threw a lot of curveballs at her and she batted 1000! If you're on the fence about having a planner I can't recommend it enough and Coastal Coordinates is the way to go!

My wedding reception was everything I imagined plus more! It wouldn’t haven’t been possible if it weren’t for Lindsy and her team. I’m so grateful that we had her, she was a Godsend. The moment I started working with her, she was on it! Everything was organized and even the small details were so well thought out. I didn’t have to worry about anything the day-of or after, because she had it all worked out and pre arranged. She kept me in the loop on everything and gave me me great suggestions on things that I hadn’t even thought about, from sound equipment to napkin folds. She really came through for me when the original cake vendor completely failed me, and quickly proposed an alternative cake vendor that worked out so much better logistically and taste wise. I would definitely recommend her! Especially for weddings, and all other party planning events like baby showers or anniversaries!

As mother of the bride I wanted my daughter to have that magical wedding that every woman dreams of. Lindsy made that happen 100 times over. She’s so adept and competent and has a critical eye out for every single detail. She catches errors or flaws that the untrained amateurs don’t. She is without a doubt worth every penny. My daughter had a very magical wedding brunch reception on Catalina Island that will be forever remembered. It was a dream come true. Perfect in every way because of Lindsy.

Lindsy and her team gave me the most memorable weekend of my life (and the lives of many of our guests !!). Lindsy is so competent, relaxed, cool and truly all that any bride could ask for while under the stress of planning a wedding. She is detail oriented and helped my mother and I stay on track and across everything we needed in order to host 250 guests on Catalina Island for the weekend. She saw through all of my wild ideas and even helped with some big editorial decisions with her unique and very relevant taste. Lindsy was a true gem to work with during the entire wedding planning process. She was super organized and made sure to ask questions and gather information from vendors that I would have never thought of. Our wedding was a destination for us (the couple) as well as most of our guests, so it was key that Lindsy be on top of everything as we were not able to physically be there for a final walkthrough, etc. She let us in on every detail and truly cared about every concern we had. Come the day of the wedding, she had a calming energy that was very much needed. There were a couple of concerns that I had the day of and she (as well as her team) instantly addressed them. We also had a major mishap with one of our vendors and Lindsy advocated for us during the wedding as well as after. She apologized on behalf of this specific vendor (when it wasn’t her fault at all) and followed up with various emails, even weeks after our wedding, to make sure that we were fairly compensated. You really don’t know how intricate the wedding planning process is until you go through it yourself and I’m so thankful that Lindsy worked with us to help make our dream wedding a reality.

If you’re planning a wedding and thinking to yourself “I’m not required to have a day of coordinator so this is something my fiancé and I can handle” or “the venue has a coordinator so I have all I need”, please rethink this strategy. We had a short engagement (6 months) and we still thought we could pull this off alone. I’m huge on DIY but we finally reached the point in our wedding planning where we could not keep up without finding help. And it’s crazy what you don’t know about wedding planning that you really need to know. That’s where Lindsy stepped in. We weren’t required to have a outside coordinator and our venue had a coordinator but we would not have had the event we had without her. She helped bring our ideas and dreams to life while also providing her professional advice where we really needed it. Lindsy went above and beyond to keep everything running smoothly. Since our venue was a rather small space, it had to be flipped several times. The amount of coordination this took with vendors and the venue coordinator was not easy but on the day of my wedding it felt so smooth and elegant. I’m so glad that the only thing I had to worry about on the day of my wedding is if the weather would be beautiful, but even if it hadn’t I’m confident Lindsy would had a plan. If you want to enjoy the fruits of your labor after planing for months or years, you should give her a call. The only thing I regret is not calling her sooner!

I hired Lindsy for my wedding and she was awesome and so resourceful to work with. She was organized and went above and beyond. Our photographer cancelled the day of due to Covid and she found another great photographer so I could stay focused on the day. She also had some great decor ideas and repurposed some ceremony flowers for the reception which helped with the budget. Also she was great working with the venue’s on-site coordinator and was able to get us a discount due to unforeseen circumstances with Covid. I was very happy and used her a second time to help plan my best friends bridal shower which was also amazing. Thanks Lindsy and coastal coordinates!

Lindsy is a DREAM! My husband and I got married over on Catalina Island, and we utilized 2 venues for the ceremony and reception. Not only did Lindsy and her team manage the entire evening perfectly, Lindsy was also so helpful pre-wedding. She had an answer to every question and always put her bride and groom first. I cannot say enough nice things about Coastal Coordinates, Lindsy and her team are truly wonderful. Coastal Coordinates was one of the best choices I made for my wedding. Not only did Lindsy and her team guide me through the last and most hectic weeks of wedding planning but she was the greatest lead the day of our wedding. Whether it was elegantly setting out our every wedding detail or corralling our giant wedding party, Lindsy and her assistant were absolute saints.

She was so organized and kept me on track during the prior months. She had great vendor recommendations and easily answered questions I had along the way. She worked wonderfully with all of the other vendors as well. I could not have asked for a better wedding or better planner!

Lindsy was AMAZING from start to finish of planning and executing our big day! She and her team came through for us in a pinch after our previous coordinator/caterer backed out with 3 weeks to go (during COVID wedding season, no less!). We'd relocated from a historic museum to a family backyard for our modified ceremony & reception, and there were some big planning gaps to fill. Lindsy dove right in; she helped us secure last minute vendors, created and reviewed the best layout for the space, and covered every last detail. She made us feel like it really WAS going to happen and we wouldn't have to sacrifice our vision in the process! When the day came, Lindsy was the first in and last to leave. She made sure everything was GORGEOUS, and kept every vendor on schedule. Call it fate or luck, we are so happy we ended up with Coastal Coordinates to make our wedding day wonderful. Trust me, you will NOT regret booking her. Just do it!

Coastal coordinates was absolutely key for our wedding! Lindsy was so thorough from the beginning planning (getting vendors, knowing cut off dates etc), the BIG DAY, and even after. She was helpful with any questions, organized as all get out and made my wedding go off without a hitch (even with a large wedding party)! Anyone who says a wedding or the planning is confusing or stressful, needs to book with Coastal Coordinates, because it honestly was a breeze. Both my husband and I were blown away with how easy the whole wedding planning process was with Lindsy, and I will be recommending her to all my friends when they are planning their special day!

They were instrumental in planning my wedding during the pandemic, which was no small feat due to the constantly changing environment and necessity to implement social distancing practices. We felt comfortable with their creative approach to keep our event safe for our guests while also maintaining the spirit of the celebration. They were up for the challenges we faced and constant last-minute changes. They kept us stress-free and prepared, and their professionalism, innovation, and positive attitude were indispensable. We had many guests comment that they not only felt safe, but that our wedding was one of the best they’ve ever attended (and this was during a pandemic, mind you). The Coastal Coordinates team was incredible for my Malibu beach-side wedding. Since the venue was a state park, there was a ton of rules and Lindsy coordinated all of it seamlessly. Plus, she rearranged our reception dance/speeches when there was a slight delay on the food. I was very impressed by her professionalism, coordination, and calm demeanor when supporting our wedding. I would hire their team in a heartbeat.

We absolutely love Lindsy and are so grateful for having her plan our wedding In Santa Barbara. In addition to being incredibly sweet she is so organized, aware and detail oriented and she did not miss a beat. She allowed us to stay true to the vision we had for our wedding and make it exponentially better by thinking of all the thing we had overlooked.
