There are no words that will do Zach and the Coastal Tented Events team justice in how perfectly they executed my October wedding. From the first call and on site meeting we had with Zach is was clear we were in incredible hands. Zach was not only professional, organized, and on top of every little detail but provided exceptional advice and help throughout the planning process. He worked seamlessly with our other vendors to ensure the ambiance, environment, and set up was perfect for our wedding. With 300 guests and multiple event spaces within our backyard to manage it was certainly an undertaking. Though Zach and the team executed all details exactly to my vision. There was a monsoon of rain which blessed us the day prior to the wedding, all of our rentals were safe and protected under our tent which remained completely dry. Zach even was on site the duration of our wedding to ensure everything went according to plan. This is certainly an above and beyond measure which was extremely appreciated. Coasted Tented Events are second to none in the industry, not to mention just good down to earth people, which is often hard to find during the wedding planning process. I highly recommend trusting them for any event!

Zach and the team from Coastal Tented Events took the Indian River Life Saving Station's blank slate and turned it into something out of a fairy tale. He was a complete professional and so easy to work with through the entire process. 10/10, would highly recommend!

Zach and his team at Coastal Tented Events went way above and beyond to make our daughter’s wedding the best it could be. They were very friendly, responsive and helpful, offering much needed advice when we didn’t have a clue what we were doing. They were so careful dismantling the tent under very wet and stormy conditions so as not to ruin our property. I would highly recommend them!

The Coastal Team was a joy to work with. Kathy went above and beyond to help create our perfect wedding day. Kathy pulled multiple linens to help us find our "look" and thought of things for the venue that didn't even occur to me (like adding extra lighting outside, and adding a pop up canopy for our DJ). Kathy has a great attitude, and Coastal's catalog has something for every style of wedding. At the wedding day, the crew efficiently and professionally transformed our ceremony space into our reception area. If we ever have an event of this scale again, Coastal and the Total Package team will be our first call.

This is a company that is committed to working hard for their clients and providing the impeccable service. We were very impressed with Zach's professionalism and he worked so well with our planner and vendors to pull off a great wedding day. Our guests even commented on how beautiful the tent was. We had a larger 215 person wedding and also used Coastal for our linens, chairs, tables, lights, tableware, etc and were very happy. I would definitely recommend using Coastal for any event - they were a pleasure to work with.

Wouldn’t even give a negative star for this unprofessional business. Staff was rude upon arrival when coming in to look into rentals for my October wedding. Poor customer service, wasn’t even greeted when walking in the door. Took a couple minutes for them to even stop what they were doing at their desk to see if we needed help & even then it was asked with a snarky attitude. Employees acting like they didn’t even want to be bothered with someone trying to give them business. Lady at desk rolled her eyes when asked if she would be able to help us today. Highly dissatisfied & 10/10 Do NOT recommend to anyone planning a future wedding or event. Grand rental station in Rehoboth Beach was a lot more customer friendly and helpful. Will be sure to never go back again.

Coastal Tented Events was the perfect venue for our tent wedding in Southern Delaware. We worked with Zach from the beginning and he was extremely responsive, easy to work with, and understood our vision from the start. He not only was helpful with the services he provided, but he guided us to finding the perfect venue for our tent wedding. Zach was extremely accommodating for any contract changes up until the big day and was very detailed and organized throughout the process with all the little items that needed to be accounted for, especially with a weather contingency plan. He was extremely experienced and professional in tented weddings. His crew did a perfect job at setting everything up and even transferring the ceremony chairs to the reception test seamlessly while at the cocktail hour. The lighting details looked so beautiful throughout the night. I had full trust that when the wedding day arrived, it would be exactly as we had envisioned and we were extremely thrilled! We would absolutely recommend Zach and Coastal Tented Events for all your rental needs, especially for an outdoor tent wedding.

Kathy at Coastal Tented Events was fabulous to work with. She was very quick to respond to any of my questions and concerns, she made all the changes as requested to the contract and met with us at our reception site to go over all the details and ensure our vision was brought to life. The set up and take down crew were very efficient and ensured everything was in the correct place and set up as desired. The tent and lightining were fantastic and we received many compliments. Coastal Tented Events is definitely the place to go for all your rental needs.

Worked with venue and Joe at coastal rentals to have paper lanterns strung on the ceiling at venue. The venue never had it done before it was amazing. Joe suggested we add the lanterns to the lighting because the ceiling was dark. We were blown away when it was lit up for the reception. I would highly recommend them. Promptly returned all my calls, gave me his cell phone number and easy to deal with. Thank you for a beautiful event!

Everyone is so professional! The office was easy to reach and staff very friendly and helpful. Answered all my questions and were great when last minute changes had to be made. The guys that set up the chairs have experience. They were even accommodating when the water from high ride was starting to creep up on our wedding arch prior to the ceremony. They called and said it needed to be moved back and were nice enough to do this for us. Thank you so much Coastal Tented Events!

I worked with Zach at CRH Tented Events. He was the first person I spoke to and corresponded with from beginning to end. He was wonderful to work with, provided additional items and suggestions that would really compliment or enhance our wedding ceremony. I highly recommend CRH Tented Events for anyone looking for a great set up for their event. They will not disappoint! He also recommended our photographers, which was a huge success too!

Zach and his crew were great from the start. They were very responsive with all communications and more than willing to help. Other vendors couldn't come close to their prices, which is perfect for a couple planning with a tight budget. Even with heavy summer traffic in Rehoboth, they arrived early and were able to get everything set up perfectly on the beach. I can't stress how easy they were to work with. Please put them on your list when looking to rent chairs and a PA system for a beach wedding!
