We were indecisive on whether to have the wedding at a venue or at my inlaws. As soon as we toured the venue I knew I wanted to get married there! We only toured one venue and it was love at first sight 😍 Bill and Toni were awesome to work with and knew the answer to all my bazillion questions. They responded very quickly as well. I love how they have a spot for the ladies to get ready for the big day as well as the men because they are just as important. And it's very accommodating incase the whether changes! My only complaint is that the day flew by way to fast and I feel like I barely seen my husband and we barely enjoyed the moment. If I could, I'd go back to that day even with our own wedding mishaps we had just to freeze time and enjoy one another. If you are debating on where to get married just start here, stop the search.. You will NOT regret it. Thank you so much for being easy to work with! And being accommodating. And alllllllll the other things you assisted with as well. ❤

Bill & Toni did a tremendous job assisting us & helping make our wedding day perfect. My husband had been dreaming of a wedding since he was a little boy 😅, & our day was simply magical. The old time photo room was a hit, & if you like high energy I highly recommend considering a comedian for a 10-15 minute set. The facility accommodated our Saxophonist during the ceremony, had the perfect spot for our live band during the cocktail 90 min, & the perfect location in the tent for our DJ. We’re still getting compliments from guests about how it was the best wedding they’ve ever attended. Don’t overthink it, book Cobblestone Farms!

After having our initial wedding venue fall through last minute, we were beyond blessed to have found Cobblestone with OUR date available! Bill and Toni are amazing to work with. I felt so much at ease, like we were working with old friends. Bill reassured me that everything would he taken care of and that the day of the wedding they would have helpers there for set up and tear down. The property was exactly what I wanted: laid back but classy!! The barn literally had everything I wanted: candy room, photobooth(this was the best!!!!), old saloon type bar! They had extra decorations in case I needed extra touches here and there.. they kept the flow of the party going so I didn’t have to think about it. If I could do it all over again I would.. Such a magical time and Cobblestone made that happen!!!

THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO REASON TO LOOK ELSEWHERE. Everything you need and want is available at this venue. It was our first and only choice. Bill, Toni, and their team are AMAZING and made our wedding day stress-free and flawless. Every guest at our wedding had the best things to say about Cobblestone Farms. If you can book them, do it. You won't regret it.

This place was absolutely amazing. I live in another state so I wasn’t able to physically go and see it until the day of my wedding. The owners we so incredibly easy to work with and helpful with everything. It made the process so easy and everything was beautiful.

There are not enough words to describe how happy we were to be able to have our wedding here. Bill and Toni are the absolute sweetest people. These two went ABOVE and BEYOND for us on our wedding day. They set all of the decorations up. They made sure that we did not have to worry about anything at all so we could enjoy our wedding day. They took the time to make sure that our day was how we wanted it. They were so accommodating to our wants and needs. They were there for us at any hour of any day to answer any questions we had leading up to our wedding day. The photo booth was a hit for our guests. Along with the cornhole. Our guests did not get bored at all. Bill and Toni did so much for us on our wedding day. They treated us like family. We are so thankful for them and that we had our wedding here.

HANDS DOWN BEST DECISION WE MADE! Working with Bill & Toni, you’ll see why they’re voted the best as soon as you meet them. They go above and beyond in every way possible. The have so much included- you really don’t have to rent much of anything (and if you do…don’t go to 307). Like most brides, I was an anxious ball of nerves - and they made the day FLAWLESS. They also gave us some other extra sweet surprises that we will cherish forever! Bill and Toni are people I would call our friends now, they are so down to earth and truly LOVE love. The dance floor is absolute perfect with the seating around, the tent is GORGEOUS, the views for the ceremony are stunning, the barn is full of fun and makes everything look so beautiful and put together, the cornhole, bonfire pit, man cave, bridal house, indoor bathrooms, gorgeous bar, the coolest photo booth (especially for a northern MI wedding), I could go on and on. Best of the best! Just an absolute perfect venue and amazing team of people! Best day of my life and I have Bill and Toni to thank for that.

Cobblestone was the perfect venue for us, the owners Bill and Tony Sweet we’re so helpful and attentive. The layout of the venue was perfect with the dance floor being the center of attention so no one missed our special dances. We were able to spend a full day with our wedding party getting ready in the farmhouse/man cave, cobblestone even provided a speaker for music! Bill officiated us and so many people complimented the way he did it! Every single thing the venue offered was on point, from the bartenders, to the photo booth crew, they were all so good to us! Everyone got a memorable photo with the gigantic LOVE sign and the fire pit was also a hit! We had the best day ever thanks to Cobblestone ❤️

Bill and Toni Sweet are amazing to work with while us planning weddings. The farm is gorgeous and it provides everything for the guests at one location without feeling crowded. Even when planning through the pandemic (as if planning a wedding isn’t stressful enough), they kept everyone updated and are supportive during these unpredictable times. On the day of, they helped with both setup and tear down (a big bonus that many venues don’t offer). They genuinely care about your big day going as you imagine it. I would book them again in a heartbeat.

I was very impressed with the whole set up at the farm. From the very beginning my experience was a fantastic one. Bill and Toni were very personable, friendly, compassionate and relatable. The weekend end of my wedding started with Bill working very hard to set up, along with his crew. We rented the farmhouse for the weekend, which ended up working out amazingly. The house is vintage and beautiful. The ceremony area, the barn, the dance floor, etc was absolutely unique and breathtaking. My guests could not stop talking about how fantastic this venue is. As a little girl, I imagined having a dream wedding. This venue definitely delivered in that dream. I woke up looking out at the property thinking to myself, “I am the luckiest girl in the world.” The vendors listed on their website are wonderful. We ended using most of them. Toni and Bill have the golden touch and it clearly shows at the farm when you see/experience it. BEST WEEKEND EVER!

From the moment we met Bill and Toni and toured the venue...we knew that it was a perfect choice for us. We ended upgrading the package so we could stay at the farm and it was well worth it. Less stress with making sure we could safely get home so we were able to enjoy ourselves and indulge a tad more. From the grooms perspective, I can honestly say that Bill and Toni have it down to a science when it comes to running the venue. We utilized vendors they recommended and could not be happier with the outcome. The staff was always making sure everything was going well and although Bill and Toni had a family emergency, it still ran like a well oiled machine in their absence. Now..Bill did marry us before he left and truly did a great job. I told him he didn’t have to get all dressed up but he did anyways. Now...on to some of my thoughts on the setting. The man cave that is setup in the barn is a perfect place for the groomsmen and groom to get ready. AC, TV, table and a couch, and a fridge for some pre “I Do” nerve relaxers if needed ;) - which I did not....now my groomsmen on the other hand... The bar, where I found myself more than a couple times, has a beautiful live edge wood top and the bartenders know how to make a drink which makes it even better. Another place I made sure to get to was the old time photo booth. Not only did we get a photo of ourselves...but we got a copy of everyone else’s as well and it’ll make a great piece of wall art. I just cannot say how happy I was with the whole shebang. Huge outdoor dance floor with surround seating, massive tent for the food consumption (or wedding, food, dancing..if it rained), Indoor plumbing for taking care of business with an option to use an outhouse, fire pit to hang out or roast some hotdogs if you so choose (hotdogs not included), multiple custom corn hole boards with Michigan sports teams on them (pick your poison) and a gorgeous restored farmhouse with enough rooms for those you want to stay, (4 couples...or 8 people who don’t mind sharing beds). I worry a lot about the small stuff but I can’t remember a single moment, from when I arrived, that I was actually worried or anxious about how things would progress. I was ready and I loved every moment. I even told my wife that I’d go back and do it all again because everything was so smooth and perfect. I couldn’t thank the staff enough for everything they did and Bill and Toni for creating our perfect wedding at Cobblestone Farm.

Do yourself the biggest favor and book this venue. Not only is it drop dead gorgeous, Bill & Toni will do whatever is needed to make your day absolutely perfect and stress free. My guests couldn’t stop talking about how perfect the location was, and how it had so much to offer. I’m so glad I went with my gut and chose this, even before I had seen it in person. AND it was the first place I found online! As the bride, I can tell you the layout is so nice, and have the wedding and reception all in one place is SO helpful. However there is enough space where it doesn’t feel claustrophobic and guests can walk around. Our pictures look STUNNING from the fields and open sky. But again, Bill & Toni are so passionate about making your day the best day ever: they set up the tables, are quick to respond, and have a lot of things at the venue that you won’t have to buy. Go check them out for yourself!!

If you’re looking for an outdoor/rustic barn wedding venue with tons of space and AMAZING staff, stop searching right now because Cobblestone is THE ONE!! The farm is beyond beautiful and there’s no other venue who’s owners will treat you like family and be there for you every single step of the way! Seriously, they are always just a call or text away with an answer to whatever crazy/last min questions you have (and I had a lot!! Lol 😂) My husband and I just got married on July 24th, and with everything going on right now during this crazy pandemic, wedding planning was unbelievably stressful, but the owners, Bill and Toni, helped keep us at ease and made sure our day was able to happen, and helped make it as special as possible, even with guidelines constantly changing. We felt incredibly safe the entire time, and so did all of our guests with the extra safety measures added and sanitizer stations. Our day was simply magical and was honestly everything we ever dreamed of, and we have Bill and Toni to thank...they helped bring all of my wedding visions to life. It truly felt like a fairytale. Cobblestone farms made my wedding day the best day of my life. I got married at the farm in July 2020, and I could not have asked for a better venue. In fact, Cobblestone was the first venue my husband and I looked at. We looked at about 4 other venues after we visited the farm and after each other venue visit, we undoubtedly agreed that Cobblestone was wayyy better! Planning a wedding in 2020 is not an easy task.. We had to move our wedding date, but Bill and Toni were so sweet in making sure our day was still perfect. Picking a new date at the farm was easy, but rescheduling everything else was a little more complicated. Through it all, Bill and Toni were offering their help in finding new vendors and hotels if we needed it. The day of our wedding could not have gone smoother as well! Even with all the new distancing rules, our day was beyond great! My guests were raving about the venue and how much fun they had! The corn hole games, bonfire pit, photo booth, and outside dancing were all such a big hit. Plus the outside ceremony space was beautiful, especially for pictures! Bill and Toni helped us through the entire day making sure the day was just what my husband and I wanted. Bottom line here folks.. if you’re thinking about booking Cobblestone Farms as your wedding venue.. do it. You won’t be disappointed. 💜💜

Girl, book this venue before dates are gone! Once upon a time, I too was a bride-to-be searching the Knot for my perfect wedding venue. No small feat since I live in Grand Rapids, but wanted my wedding close to Traverse City by my hometown. I started trying to set up appointments to view venues, but most places are only open during business hours, meaning you can only reach people during business hours and can usually only take tours during business hours. This cramped my style since I was working business hours 2 hours away in Grand Rapids to pay for upcoming wedding. When I e-mailed Bill at Cobblestone, he responded right away. Further, I was able to text him which is so convenient with how busy everyone is today. This seems like a little thing, but it is HUGE when it comes to convenience. I dislike having to communicate through e-mail, it’s cumbersome. I toured one venue before touring Cobblestone immediately after. On the way to Cobblestone, my fiancé was not enthused. He’s from the city and he couldn’t fathom getting married in a barn. I begged him to come and at least tour the place before making up his mind. Needless to say, the tour was awesome. We left and immediately decided in the post-game huddle in the car that we wanted our wedding at this beautiful place. During the next year and a half of planning, Bill was so helpful. I’m sure he was annoyed with my constant texts with random questions about weather, booze, transportation, food, photos, music and on and on. But he responded to every text, usually within the hour, and always had great advice. Bill and his wife Toni really have a gift for what they do. They are so nice, happy, relaxed, laid back, non-judgmental, and just so set on making sure you have the best wedding the way you want to have it. They are professionals, which to me means that they are kind of silently making sure all of the details of your wedding day are going according to plan without you having to stress about anything. The venue is gorgeous. It’s a feeling of rustic, but fancy rustic because it’s so beautiful. Everything is right here in one place: wedding ceremony space, reception space, dance floor, tent in case it rains, indoor bathrooms, beautiful stone farmhouse for the bride and girls to get ready, man cave for the groom. But you really need to tour the space to see how beautiful it is. The price you pay for everything you get at this venue is hands down, the best deal. Trust me, I’m super thrifty, I do my research. At first it seemed expensive. But most other rustic, barn weddings I looked at in the area didn’t compare in price. This is mostly because you would have to rent a lot of things that weren’t included: bathrooms, photo booth, tent, tables, chairs. Cobblestone made it so easy because everything is tied up in one package and you don’t have to worry about all of the other stuff. There are so many fun little extras too, like the photo booth and the candy bar. My husband and I laid in bed the day after our wedding and just laughed at the photo book that Bill and Toni gave us of all of our guests in the photo booth. At one point on my wedding day, I was standing in a field with a little bit of an incline, looking out over the stone farmhouse, barn and tent, with the lights looking beautiful over the dance floor and the music flowing, and I was just SO happy on how perfect the day turned out. I could go on and on about how awesome this place is, but I need to go enjoy my marriage!

Stop looking anywhere else! You will never find such an amazing experience as you do here. This never once felt like something I HAD to get done. It never felt like a chore or annoyance. Bill and Toni make planning your wedding fun, as it should be. STRESS FREE! You will feel so loved and welcomed in like a best friend. They go above and beyond to make your dreams come true. They even held my phone and live feed video tapped it for our out of town family and guests that couldn't make. They were always a text or call away. They were truly amazing beyond belief. I couldn't imagine anything different for our special day. 1000/5 stars wouldn't even be enough! We love Bill and Toni and you will too!

When I think about Cobblestone Farms I immediately think nothing but exceptional. My husband and I had our traditional recommitment ceremony here and from beginning to end it was phenomenal. They made us feel as we were TOP priority and nothing less. Any questions I had through the 9 month process they always were willing to lend there advice or opinion. I I absoutely would recommend there venue selection above any other venue in Northern Michigan!!! They made it affordable and BEAUTIFUL!!!! Bill and Toni are THE BEST! From the time we first visited the farm we became part of their family...Bill and Toni truly love what they are doing and they love to work with the couples on making their wedding day special. They made the whole wedding planning process so smooth and easy! They were super responsive to emails/texts and always had an open ear if we had more and more questions. We had storms rolling through on our wedding day but the farm is just so functional that even if the weather does not cooperate one can have the wedding of their dreams. Absolutely amazing! Bill and Toni are wonderful kind people and go way beyond any other venue in the area. There property is soo beautiful and made our wedding truely everything we dreamed it would be, but better. The photo booth was super cool and I loved looking at all the photos our guest took while playing around in it. They were hillarious 🤣 . We loved that they had there own bar, games and we didn't have to worry about it. We seriously had the best day/night of our lives. We will forever be greatful. Paul and my wedding was this past Saturday 08/24/19 and I have to say everything you can think that can go wrong with a wedding went wrong! Luckily bill and Toni are amazing and kept me calm they also helped me by just taking what I wanted in my head but doing it in real life. They’re no places like theirs around. The venue was beautiful the day was beautiful and their staff rock. They truly make you feel like family and make sure you have the best day ever! If you have any questions be sure to ask they will make sure you are taken care of....after all they love, love ❤️. Words can’t describe how perfect this venue is. The number one thing my guests commented on was how beautiful and unique the venue was, and how amazing the owners were. Bill and Toni truly treat you like you are partners of their family. They help with set up, tear down, and lend a hand to do whatever needs to be done to make your day perfect. Bill was also my officiant for the wedding and it made it that much more special. I can’t imagine my wedding being done at any other venue. It was absolutely magical!

I can’t express enough how AMAZING this place is!! Not only the venue but the owners too!! The venue is beautiful and was absolutely perfect for my wedding and the owners were a HUGE help! They set up tables, chairs, chairs for the ceremony, center pieces, etc! I 110% recommended this beautiful place, you will not be disappointed! Cobblestone is the BEST! They are so much more then just a venue they were there every step of the way of my entire wedding process! There is no doubt in my mind that the reason my wedding went perfectly was because of them. Billy and Toni are ABSOLUTELY amazing. And their farm made our wedding day a the fairy tale experience i always dreamed of having since I was a little girl! Even with last minute changes due to rain, toni and bill handled every moment of our day go so smoothly that I was able to be a care free bride! The only negative is that my cheeks were super sore from the huge smile I wore all day! We love bill and toni, they will forever be a part of our family and I love cobblestone farms!

I don’t even know where to start! Working with Bill and Toni was amazing because they are so easy to work with! They helped make our wedding go off without a hitch. I could always text them and they would respond quickly. We had looked at a few other venues in the Traverse City area and none of them compared to Cobblestone. They offered so much more than just the ceremony and reception area. The addition of the old-time photo booth, the campfire and the candy/popcorn during cocktail hour were awesome amenities. We were looking for a unique venue and man did we find the perfect one! They helped out so much during our wedding, that I didn’t have to think about anything! Even our guests loved the venue and couldn’t stop saying great things about it. Bill and Toni are so easy to get along with and everyone raved about them as well. If you are looking for a venue that treats you, your wedding party, and your guests like family, then look no further!

My now husband and I are not your usual couple. We didn’t have the luxury of time or proximity while planning our wedding. We had to squeeze in all our venue tours in one long weekend. By the time we saw Cobblestone Farms, we were pretty tired of traveling. It was a rainy, gray August morning, and we were both probably thinking, “Okay, let’s get this over with.” But then we met Bill and Toni. They greeted us with warm smiles and big hugs. It was our first visit where we felt genuinely welcome and congratulated. As we walked around the barn, and the ceremony site, and the reception tent, my head slowly filled with ideas. When we saw the famous “LOVE” sign, I thought of all the friends and family we could gather with underneath for pictures. I was impressed by the hospitality and uniqueness of the venue, but the real kicker happened right before we left. Bill invited me inside the farm house to meet the day’s bride. As I walked into a warm home, full of hairspray, makeup, and excited woman, the bride gave me a hug and told me that Bill is who I wanted to do this with. We did look at some other places that weekend, but my mind was already made up. I couldn’t wait to have my big day at Cobblestone Farms. Bill and Toni promised us constant communication, assistance in planning, and a bad-ass party. They more than delivered. Everything went off without a hitch- and Bill and Toni made sure every small detail was attended to. If we could, we’d come back and get married to just hang out there again. We may not be your usual couple, but we know, and our friends and family know, a great time and better people. You’ll find all of that, and so much more, at Cobblestone Farms. As they say at the farm....eat, drink, and be married!

The thought of planning a wedding was one that had always stressed me out, but thanks to the owners, Bill and Toni, wedding planning was so simple! They were always just a text away with any questions that we had and were so helpful and treated us like family from our first tour all the way to the wedding day. Everyone always talks about how you should expect things to go wrong on your wedding day and that it won’t be perfect, but that was not the case. Our wedding day was flawless and that wouldn’t have been possible without everyone at Cobblestone farms. Our day was absolutely perfect and it’s all thanks to Bill and Toni. The venue is breath taking and includes so many extra amenities, including a photo booth, candy and popcorn bar (and not to mention the most beautiful dance floor I have ever seen at a wedding). I will forever recommend Cobblestone Farms to couples who are getting married. There isn’t anywhere else that we would have wanted to celebrate our wedding day and we are so grateful for everything that Bill and Toni do.

We got married at Cobblestone on 9/15/18 and I honestly can't say enough wonderful things about the venue and the owners, Bill and Toni. We looked at several venues in Northern Michigan and decided on Cobblestone for so many reasons! The landscape is absolutely gorgeous, the tent for reception has a cement floor and is in great condition (seems silly, but something we didn't find often), the barn is the most unique/fun wedding addition I've seen (with a photobooth, "saloon" as bar area, & candy room) & the outdoor deck/dance floor is enormous and the stringed lights are beautiful when it gets dark! Everyone had a blast at the wedding, and our guests were raving about the venue! And if that isn't enough, you have Bill & Toni as your helpers/champions. They helped with so many things throughout the wedding process and genuinely care so so much about each bride/groom/wedding. I'd recommend getting married at Cobblestone to anyone and everyone!

Cobblestone farms was nothing short of amazing. Our wedding day was perfect out on the farm! Bill and Toni (the owners) care about your big day as if it was their own. I was prepared to be overly stressed on our wedding day, worrying about every detail but with them by our side we didn’t have a single concern. They made sure everything went smoothly, looked beautiful, and most importantly, that we enjoyed every bit of the day. We have received many compliments from our guests about how much fun they had and the beautiful and unique venue. Even during the planning stages, they are there to answer every question you may have - I truly mean that, even how to hang curtains on the arbor. They helped calm my nerves and I was confident that everything would be taken care of. The price is well worth it because it includes so much and you don’t have to worry about additional details costing you more. If you are looking for a beautiful, fun and relaxing venue that includes a group that truly cares about you and your day as if it was their own, then this is it!

My husband and I got married here Labor Day weekend 2018. Throughout this entire year that we've been planning, Bill and Toni were more helpful, than I could have even asked for! We were obsessed with the venue the first time we took a tour and loved what a family/small town feel it had. Growing up in this area and now living out of state, I was thankful to have this opportunity to get married here! Bill and Toni are SO kind and genuine- they really do care about their couples and do an amazing job the day of, making everything perfect! It ended up pouring during our reception ( thankfully we were already in the tent) and immediately- without missing a beat- Bill and Toni were there to make sure that the rain didn't stop us from having a great time. Our guests had nothing but great things to say too and seeing how much fun everyone had playing corn hole, dancing in the tent and taking pictures in the old west photo area- made us so happy and grateful that we made the decision to get married here. I was also fortunate enough to have Bill officiate our wedding ( he made sure to put a fun, personal spin on that too and we loved every minute of it) . Choosing this venue was a no brainer! From the photo booth room, to the man cave & the multiple cornhole games. Fun for all was to be had! Having the house on the property to get ready in morning of and using the venue for the rehearsal. Bill and Toni make you feel like close friends from the beginning and I can guarantee at the end of the festivities they will definitely be your friends. *My absolute favorite part is that I created a "sample" table for them and the day of they created my vision! You won't regret booking here...it's simply the BEST.

Bill & Toni are amazing & helped to make our wedding and reception absolutely perfect. They helped with accepting delivery of linens and flowers, setting everything up for us and Bill performed the ceremony. This venue is absolutely wonderful! But the people who run it are even better!!! They have wonderful communication! They worked with us in too many ways to say. The venue is beautiful but the barn is the best. A lot of time and love put into this place and it shows. I would book here again for when we celebrate our anniversary down the road.

Every little girl dreams of how her wedding will be. When I was little girl I played house and had a pretend wedding. A dream is a dream but when your dream comes true it's a wonderful feeling. When I met my husband in 9th grade he asked me every day to be his girlfriend and every day I turned him down. In 2014 we reconnected and we started dating December 6 2014. Kyle knew I was the one 6 months after we started dating. January 2nd he proposed to me at my parents Christmas and of course I said YES! From there on we started to think about what kind of wedding we wanted and where. We both knew that we wanted a venue that had a lot to offer. We looked at three venues before we looked at Cobblestone Farms. When we first met Bill and Toni we could tell that they really loved their job. During the tour all I could think of is "wow this just gets better and better". The best part about the cobblestone farms was that we could enjoy our special day without having to stress about what was going wrong. I mean come on planning a wedding is stressful let alone adding more to the day of. Bill was always a text or phone call away during the two years of planning. No matter how many times you asked the same question he still gave you the same answer with a smile. They helped with rehearsal, decorations of tables and tearing down. If any of our future friends get married I will be definitely recommending the cobblestone farms. They make you feel just like family.

When we visited Cobblestone Farms i knew right away that this was the place. It had so much to offer. Bill and Toni are so great on the wedding day and there help . Being a simple, laid-back couple, we searched for a venue that offered us an affordable, high-quality setting for our ceremony & reception. We did not aspire for a traditional cookie-cut wedding, but rather we searched for a flexible venue that allowed us to incorporate our own personalities and tastes into our big day. Cobblestone Farms offered exactly this! Bill & Toni acted as wedding 'mentors,' offering bountiful advice from their years of experience in the business. Bill & Toni are very quick to respond to text messages and emails, so you never feel lost or alone during the planning process. Bill and Toni are rockstars! It all started in the planning phase. We are from out of state and were between 3 venues in the area. It became obvious that we needed our wedding here, solely by their personalities. They love everything about weddings and it shows in their work. Planning from several states away posed many problems, but Bill and Toni were on top of everything and were willing to work with us the entire way. They provided photos of the venue and decorations that were available for use and also provided suggestions about what types of decorations work and don't work in an outdoor venue. When we made it to the venue, they were ready to go and took care of all of the decorations that we had brought. Come wedding day, Bill even officiated the wedding which was awesome! He was sincere, funny, and perfect for the part! Bill and Toni kept the day running smoothly and made the minor hiccups from the vendors or guests to go completely unnoticed by us. We really cannot say enough good things about the venue or the people. It is easy to say that our wedding day was memorable because of Bill and Toni and we cannot be more grateful. If you are considering a wedding in Traverse City, you owe it to yourself to at least take a visit to Cobblestone Farms and meet these wonderful people. This couple has created a standout wedding location in a city that is filled with beautiful venues.

We had our wedding here oct 6th and the experience was a dream come true!! The farm western atmosphere was fantastic and the fall colors surrounding the venue were amazing. I loved all the small things like bon fires and games to play as well. What really sold us on this venue were the owners! Bill and his wife Toni were so helpful throughout planning the wedding and were the most friendly people we’ve talked to when picking a venue. There attitude made me feel like they wanted everyone to have an amazing time and cared more about your experience than anything else. We can’t thank them enough for the amazing wedding we had.

I don't even know where to begin! Let's start off with the amazing owners, Bill & Toni! I was a bridesmaid in my best friend's wedding on Oct 1, 2017. They were a blast to work with and beyond helpful. I live in Florida and they made you feel like family with all of my texts and phone calls! They were always there and answered any question given right away! They made everything run smoothly and were such a huge help from the table set up to the additional decorations we had to set up! We had a minor issue with a stylist cancellation last minute and it was BILL to the rescue! He was able to find us the PERFECT stylist team in a very short time! One of them were also recently married at farm. The venue is the perfect mix of country, rustic, elegant and modern! They have a beautiful home that all the women were able to get ready in! The country setting was just gorgeous, quiet, open, and amazing! I can't even say enough about how well everything was kept! The barn was set up like an old western movie set, it was perfect! There were different rooms for everything, like a surprise through each doorway! Each room had goodies like the photo booth, candy room, the man cave for the groom's men and the bar area. The lights inside and out were beautiful, the decorations added so many gorgeous touches, everything was very clean and organized. My favorite parts were the fire pit and the gorgeous deck that was perfectly lit up! It was the best dance floor under the stars! This was hand's down my favorite wedding I have been too and it was a blast to be part of! Kyrstin and Ron picked the best and most perfect location for them! I am still talking about how much fun we all had there!!!!!! :)

Wow, were so I even start.... this place is absolutely amazing! My husband, Rob, and I had the pleasure of getting married out on the farm last weekend, September 23. It is hard to find the words to say when everything is completely amazing! There is not a single negative thing I have to say! From the very first visit on the farm to the wedding day, Bill and Toni were by our sides! Any questions we had, they always had the answer! They were always willing to help in any way possible. They would check in randomly with me to see how planning was going and to see if I needed help with anything. I could call, text or message them on Facebook any time day or night and they were always there. The day before the wedding I was stressing out as I am super OCD. I brought my mom and all of my brides maids to get a majority of the decorating done. We showed up 4 hours before our rehearsal to find out there wasn't much to do at all becuase Bill and Toni do the most of it for us. The day of our wedding was so smooth. They had our tables decorated and ready to go. All I had to do was tell them what I wanted and they made it happen! Our wedding was absolutely beautiful and amazingly smooth and it was Bill and Toni that made it so easy! I cannot thank them enough for all their hard work and dedication to each and every wedding they host out on the farm! Being as OCD as I am, I had 3 panic attacks before arriving Friday. Once I talked to them I was stress free. The day of the wedding all I had to worry about was getting ready for my big day. They took care of everything else! When I was not sure what to do or how things are typically done, Bill and Toni took charge and helped! I recommend CobbleStone Farms TC as well as Bill and Toni for anyone looking for an outside wedding venue! Best place ever with people that are very compassionate aboout what they do!!

I would highly reccomend Cobblestone to anyone. Our wedding was absolutely perfect. Bill and Toni are incredible hosts. The site is immaculate, both bride and groom have a space to get ready, the vendor reccomendations were spot on, and the owners are super flexible. Our guests loved that there was some variety. We were married outside, had dinner in the tent, then dancing on the barn deck right outside the tent. There is a fire pit where we had a s'more station, and some outdoor yard games as well. Everyone had a fantastic time. It was a beautiful, hassle free experience. When you meet Bill he says that they "love love" and you truly feel that way through the whole process.

I don't even know where to begin onto explain how happy my husband and I were with Cobblestone! Everything was above and beyond what we had expected. Bill, Toni, and Abby always asked how we were doing from getting ready to through out the whole night. They treated all of our guests with great respect and love. They treated us with such kindness since day one of us looking into their venue. And from there I knew we were getting married there. We had Bill marry us and it was one of the best choices we made.:) Everything about Cobblestone we absouslety loved! Our wedding day was truley amazing.

I wish I could put into words how at ease Toni and Bill made me feel throughout the entire wedding planning process, but words wouldn't do it justice. From the very first time I stepped onto the farm for a tour they made me feel like family and I knew instantly that we had pick the perfect place for the happiest day of our life to be! This is a venue that actually cares about not only making your day run flawlessly but also about your upmost happiness! I will never be able to thank this wonderful couple enough for what they do; from their can-do attitudes, their creativity, the quick responses to late nights texts about wedding details (that I can't sleep thinking about), or their genuinely beautiful souls! I spent the night answering questions like "how did you find such a beautiful place?" and listening to people rave over how unique it was to have an "old fashioned" photo room instead of your typical photo box, and how exceptional it was to be able to walk around and play yard games or hang out by the fire pit. The venue was stunning, the atmosphere was filled with happiness, and everything from getting ready/setting up to the last dance of the night was all made wonderful because of cobblestone farms! I will never run out of wonderful things to say about this stunning venue or this beautiful couple who truly love LOVE!

The short, TL;DR version: Perfect venue, superb scenery, owners are amazing, responsive, and efficient. Would recommend this place without reservation. The long, ridiculous prose version: I had always wanted to get married in Northern Michigan since I could remember. So, it was imperative that I would find the perfect venue to get married. We wanted a place that would hold many guests (we had a 200-person guest list), the freedom to choose our own caterers and alcohol, and LGBT-friendly. We looked at about a half-dozen places before we picked Cobblestone Farms, and we could not have been happier with our choice! From the first day, Bill and Toni made us feel like we were the only couple they were working with. They were so supportive and communicative, and are stand-up awesome people. We were planning our wedding from afar, and we wouldn’t have been able to pull it off if Bill and Toni weren’t so responsive to our calls and texts, and without their useful recommendations throughout the process! It is very hard for me to let go of control (just ask anyone who saw my 8-page wedding spreadsheet), but Bill and Toni had everything under control both during the preparations and during the wedding day itself. They were able to work with all of our different vendors to make sure everything went smoothly for them during our wedding day. Their crew set-up the site exactly to the vision that we wanted it, and added a few extra touches that made it even more beautiful! What could’ve been an hours-long process was done smoothly, efficiently, and gorgeously executed. Regarding the venue itself… this is the perfect barn venue. There is a ton of room for lawn games, and the fire pit was an absolute hit with our guests. The vast stretches of farm scenery coupled with the trees in the background made for some amazing photos. Their deck made for an ample dance floor that never stayed empty throughout the night. The inside of the barn had a lovely country-western theme that needed little decoration to spruce up. We loved how they had a complimentary photo booth and candy bar in the barn as well, which the guests enjoyed both thoroughly. The tent area where food was served was simple, elegant, and allowed for enough room to double as a dance stage should the weather not have cooperated with us. Most importantly about the venue, the ceremony area was absolutely gorgeous. Flanked with trees on either side of the seating area, the ceremony site overlooks the amazingly gorgeous fields and trees around the site, which makes a perfect backdrop for the wedding arch. It was picture perfect. We have had numerous guests tell us that this was “the best wedding ever” or have referred to our day as “an epic wedding.” We’d like to think it’s because of how amazing this venue is for anyone’s special day. What was most important for my husband and me was making sure we had a place that was accepting of LGBT people, as we are keenly aware of the difficulties people in the community have had in the past with this with other venues and vendors. As mentioned above, Bill and Toni welcomed us both with open arms throughout the whole process. Never did we feel like we were treated differently or felt uncomfortable with them at any point in time. We are so grateful for that. In summary, this was the perfect wedding venue for my husband and me. I, and the other few dozen reviewers who have left equally glowing reviews, will happily go to bat for the Cobblestone Farms family.

There isn't even a good spot to start when you have nothing but amazing things to say about this venue and the people that run it! My wife Aleece, and I got married on the farm on Friday, July 7th. As anxious as I can be, I was expecting to be running around the day before and the day of the wedding just to make sure everything was perfect. Needless to say, I was WAY OFF! Bill and Toni and their crew were beyond amazing! They helped with decorations, did all of the set up, hosted our rehearsal and the dinner, and made sure that the night of the wedding was flawless. I knew by reading previous reviews, and meeting them in person, we would have the best day ever, but actually living the wedding experience at their place was incredible. To this day, we have heard nothing but positive feedback from our guests. I could not be happier with our decision of having our wedding at Cobblestone Farms. Planning a non-traditional (Same-sex) wedding can come with some uncomfortable situations, or people who don't see things the same way as we do. This was so untrue while working with Bill and Toni. They are the most loving, caring, and accepting people! We hardly knew them, but they treated us like family! We are forever grateful for the time, patience, and love you guys put into making peoples weddings something that is unforgettable. We cannot thank you enough! Bill and Toni were helpful throughout the entire wedding planning process. They provided us with a vendor list that they highly reccomend and we used a bartender and DJ and were not disappointed. The use of the entire down states of the farm house was extremely helpful and was very clean. Our weddding day was very windy so we moved the party into the barn and although it was crowded for a bit, everyone was able to warm up and it was a lot of fun. They made the transition from tent to barn look easy. Our friends and family loved the old time photo booth that is set up in the barn and the decor. It was the perfect venue for our wedding!
