Cocktails Catering

We used Cocktails Catering for our wedding at Paradise Cove. We loved all of the options they had for our brunch wedding! We had all the brunch style food we wanted, and they created some great specialty cocktails for us too. I would be aware that the stations (for us the omelette station) does take awhile to serve, which absolutely makes sense as they were made fresh! Not a criticism, just something to be aware of for reception timing. Everyone loved all of our food! They were able to save us a huge plate of appetizers to have while the reception was getting started, and brought us our food to make sure we had time to eat. I believe there may have been some confusion regarding an allergy friendly meal as well, but I appreciate that I was not approached about it as to not add stress to my day. Just make sure everything is confirmed 100% ahead of time to avoid any confusion day of! Overall we would absolutely recommend them.

My husband and I just got married, we had the pleasure of working with Cocktails Catering for our wedding and we are so glad that we did! Best decision ever! Throughout the entire planning process, from start to finish, Hannah has been so kind, professional, organized, diligent, and patient in working with us and answering all of our questions and honoring our requests. No matter what time of day, or day of the week, if we had a question or needed to update or change something regarding our wedding plans, catering selections, wedding day timeline, etc Hannah has always been great with communicating, responding, and addressing things in a timely manner, which we really appreciate. We appreciate her flexibility and incredible organization throughout the process.Our wedding space was absolutely wonderful and the day was so smooth and stress-free thanks to the cocktails catering staff, Alex the venue captain, and all the hard work they put forth to make sure our big day was successful. Our wedding day was everything we wanted it to be and more. I 100/100 recommend hiring Cocktails Catering for your wedding or your next event, you WILL NOT regret it. We used Cocktails Catering for our wedding on 1.27.24, and our tablecapes were so perfect. We worked with Hannah and she was quick to answer emails and very prompt with information; she made everything so smooth. They were able to bring everything to life from my inspiration pictures and it was so nice to see it all come together. Would definitely recommend them to anyone getting married or hosting a large event in central Florida. Thank you all for being a part of our big day!

We had Cocktails Catering for our 140-person wedding food and bar (we provided the alcohol) at Paradise Cove. The food was outstanding and the bar was very well-run!! We had guests raving about the food during the wedding and for weeks after. We selected several add-ons/upgrades and were happy will all of them. We had the prime rib carving station (so many people raved about how fantastic the prime rib was!!!), upgraded table linens to match our wedding colors, upgraded silverware, and glass beaded chargers. At the bar, we had a frozen drink machine with 3 flavors of mix, nut mix, and pretzel nuggets. We also had the s’mores bar which was a big hit for guests of all ages!! There were a few small hiccups along the way, including Cocktails Catering’s notes from our tasting accidentally not saving. Thankfully I had taken photos of everything from the tasting. I highly recommend taking pictures (for yourself to have as a reference and as an extra backup). Overall, everything worked out in the end and we had a wonderful experience. I would still definitely use Cocktails Catering again and recommend them to friends and family.

The cocktails catering team were life savers for us, especially Grayce. We came to Cocktails only a few months before our wedding in a panic that our original catering fell through. Grayce and the cocktails team helped us with every single step of the process, covering everything we needed from linens and silverware to bartending and desserts. They were almost a one stop shop for us and that made it so easy. The food was AMAZING, drinks were great, and all of their staff were extremely professional and punctual on the wedding day. Everything was executed perfectly!! Cocktails really helped elevate our wedding experience into something we will never forget. We are so truly thankful for hiring such a reliable caterer for our wedding!! Cant recommend this team enough!!

Food was excellent! Great array of choices to choose from. I had many guests compliment on the food and how good it was. Accommodating to those with dietary restrictions as well! Definitely recommend.

We worked with Cocktails Catering for our wedding at Paradise Cove. Cocktails Catering is a great choice for your event needs. They have a really diverse menu that is highly adaptable. At our wedding we had a lot of dietary restrictions that we walked to accommodate, so we went with the stations option rather than plated dinner, and they were able to offer lots of allergy-friendly, gluten free, and vegan options so all of our guests were able to enjoy meals that were satisfying and delicious. The staff was very friendly and provided excellent service, and the bartenders were fabulous and kept up with a thirsty crowd.

We chose Cocktails Catering because of the cost/quality of food ratio. We tried a couple other places that were more expensive but the food wasn't as good. We absolutely loved the food at our tasting and our guests ended up loving it the day of as well. I'm a big foodie, so I knew the food at my wedding had to be good. Grayce was so great to work with, super friendly every time we met in person, and so accommodating, especially since I made so many changes to our contract and she was always quick to revise. One minor thing is sometimes I would have to follow up for a response but I know vendors get busy so this isn't a dealbreaker in any case. Another minor complaint I have is that my signature cocktail at the wedding wasn't the best tasting drink I've had, but I know when it comes to making that many drinks sometimes the quality will suffer. I don't know how other cocktails tasted but our guests seemed happy nonetheless. Lastly, the linens weren't steamed prior to arrival so they all had creases in them, but again, not the end of the world. We did hire them to help move our chairs from the ceremony to the reception (we rented those from a different vendor) and they did that seamlessly. Also, while my husband and I were taking a break in the bridal suite during cocktail hour, one of the servers actually came to us with a whole tray of appetizers, which was amazing (though I suspect our planner may have sent her). Either way, they definitely have great food, and the quality of service is excellent. Thank you Cocktails Catering for making our day so delicious!

I just want to say that even though the food was AMAZING and the rentals were exactly what we wanted, the main thing that stuck out for us was the level of professionalism! Brittany worked so patiently with us when it felt like we kept changing our rentals due to guest counts and always answered back so quickly! Set up and break down went smoothly and the staff on the day of the wedding were so sweet. I wanted to give a personal shout out to our bartender Alex whose personality was a highlight of the night for sure!

THE SPIRIT AIRLINES OF CATERING….FEES GALORE. Served us waffles that the reheated from Costco. To preface this review, we feel that cocktails tried their best to make it right, but if you aren’t someone who will stick up for yourself, they can easily pull one over on you. We chose Cocktails because they were the cheapest caterer of the three options at our venue and also provided rentals for a decent price which we needed since our venue provided nothing. From the beginning of our experience almost a hear out from our wedding it was positive. They were willing to worm with our custom breakfast for dinner idea and we loved our even manager. However, things went downhill once it came time for our tasting and our event manager changed. We came to our tasting and only half our menu was actually prepared which was barely anything. At the tasting we noticed that the waffles were suspiciously the same taste and look at the prepackaged ones they sell as Costco… I asked and YUP COSTCO WAFFLES. They charged like $10 a waffle for a premade, microwaved Costco waffle! This was our main dish! I could tell the chef was embarrassed I knew and I think that is one of the only reasons that when I asked to review our menu again to make sure it made sense and was enough food for all, they were flexible on price and allowed us to get the true breakfast menu. My next biggest issue was the amount of hidden fees they sneak in. They might as well be owned by Spirit airlines because you will pay much more than that ore persons price at the end of it all. A month before our wedding in our final contract they tried to add a $250 trash removal fee (blamed it on our venue adding it) but they knew our venue a year prior when we booked and it was never Included on any prior contracts. Luckily I was able to negotiate this off the contract since it was their mistake to forget it. I would say that our food was honestly the least impressive part of our day. It was food, not great food, heck, not even hot food, but food. Ultimately, you get what you pay for. I think if you don’t have other options, are willing to do your work, stick up for yourself and read the contract versions thoroughly, they are ok. But don’t expect the food to be anyone’s favorite part of your day. ISSUES 1. Sold us Waffles from Costco at 30x the price (yup, even asked the chef who confirmed they were the prepackaged Costco ones) 2. Gave us the wrong menu at tasting 3. Added “extra 20% tip for bartender” late in game with no prior notes in the contract which meant we had to tip that certain amount in ADDITION to the tip for the whole event they add in. 4. Added $250 trash fee a month before the wedding they “forgot” after over a year of signing contracts together and knowing the venue all along. 5. Food was cold (we were on time and the first people through the line) 6. We really had to check their math and re-read every iteration of each contract to make sure they didn’t sneak in extra fees. 7. You get what you pay for! Cheap meant tons of add on fees and cheaply made food. COMPLIMENTS 1. They did attempt to make the extra fees right by giving us “discounts” 2. They did clean up super fast 3. They boxed up leftovers nicely 4. Bar tender was great 5. The rentals were all great 6. The table set up looked nice 7. They were cheapest of our picks for our venue. What I would recommend them for: 1. Rentals 2. Bartending

Planning my wedding was incredibly stressful. All of it, except for Cocktails Catering. Lucy was our point person, and she quickly became my favorite vendor. Working with Lucy and cocktails became my favorite part of the process because she made it so EASY. She was also very honest about pricing and ways to cut some cost. I never felt like she was trying to get money out of us, I felt she wanted us to have the BEST wedding for the best price. I was very worried about being an annoying bride, but she refused to let me feel that way, insisting I contact her with ANY questions, about any aspect of planning, even if it didn’t have anything to do with catering. Lucy helped me find my photographer and florist, she even had dress shop suggestions for me. If not for Lucy, I’m not sure I’d have been able to plan the wedding. She was there every step of the way, and I will never be able to recommend her and Cocktails enough. Our tables were BEAUTIFUL, the food was INCREDIBLE (guests are still talking about it weeks later), the communication and service were next level. During the meal, they even helped direct guests away from our sweetheart table so we could actually eat our food lol. Hire Cocktails, ask for Lucy, have the most amazing event you could hope for!

We attended a tasting at Cocktails several days ago. I spoke to Brittany on the phone before and asked about the fees for tastings because I knew some companies charged if the tasting was more than nine months before the event. She told me that their tastings were free, so we set one up for four of us. The food was mediocre, and they ran out of one of our selections and just chose another substitute on our behalf to try. After the tasting was over, we received our quote and were told that we could hold our price & date for $250 or pay $100 for the tasting. I was shocked that this was not disclosed until after the tasting concluded and that we had anything to pay for our "free" tasting. This is deceptive and not good business. I stated this at the time, and Brittany and the receptionist both said that the tasting fee is in all of their email templates, but it was not in mine. Brittany seemed to vanish, and I should have escalated the issue at the time as the receptionist did not have much jurisdiction or product knowledge. If this is how they operate, I am grateful to have only lost $100 instead of possibly uncovering other fees/expenses after it was too late or have any other imaginable issues with the actual event. Please beware, and ask twice to confirm you have the truth before proceeding with any agreements.

We picked Cocktails Catering for our wedding day because they were one of two options we were given as part of our venue's package. Their staff is great, and we had a lot of fun at our tastings. They were very accommodating when it came making our tables look like how we wanted to, which was great because we were a rather indecisive couple! On the day of, one of our tables fell, and the staff got it cleaned up so fast, half the guests didn't even notice, so that was really great of them! They also made sure we always had something to drink and checked on us at our head table often. That being said, we had quite a few issues with getting clear pricing for our wedding. We had to go through our venue to get pricing on anything (which wasn't Cocktails fault), but the communication between the venue and Cocktails wasn't great and we received different answers on what was and wasn't included in our package from both vendors. This caused a lot of last minute upcharges and confusion, which made the weeks before our wedding extremely stressful. Their pricing also changed halfway through our planning process, so that also gave us quite the shock when we finally received a quote as well. Cocktails did work with us a little on pricing and agreed to give us their lower prices that we were given on our initial tasting, which I do appreciate. The food was also very different at our wedding than what was agreed upon at our tasting. I think this is because we made some changes to their original recipe that weren't communicated well, but it was a little disappointing on the big day. The food wasn't terrible and we didn't receive any complaints from guests, but it wasn't nearly as good as it was for the tasting. Overall, I'm not sure I would recommend Cocktails, but their staff was really great to work with and if you don't have many options, they will still make your tables look great and give your guest a decent meal!

All of the servers and bartender were great on wedding day, on top of everything! The reviews from the guests were that it’s the best wedding food they’ve had! We worked with Lucy and she was great, very helpful and always available.

Our food was insane!!! our wedding was 2 weeks ago and we are still receiving compliments. What was great is that they didn't just throw away the leftovers, they boxed them all up for us to take home! We also had signature cocktails made and at the end of the night bottles of water were provided which was such a nice touch. Loved it!

I highly recommend Cocktails Catering! I used them for my wedding at Paradise Cove and everything was exceptional and tasty. Brittany Albright was great at communication and had a wonderful initial tasting event for us from the start. They truly are the WHOLE package as they have food, linens, tableware, drinkware, buffet staff, bartenders, etc. It was so easy to have everything under one contract. They communication and punctuality was perfect and I couldn't have asked for more. I will definitely use cocktails catering again!

Amazing food. All of our guests made a point of telling us how great the dinner was. We ended up with a lot of leftovers, but we devoured all of them days after the wedding. We opted for the Chardonnay chicken and caramelized rice along with the Caribbean mahi, mixed vegetables, amd plantains.

My fiancé and I have been very pleased with Cocktails Catering and The Garden Villa venue. Our event specialist Brittany has been able to quickly and throughly answer all of our questions! We would certainly use this catering company and venue for any future special events.

So happy with the service and food Cocktails Catering provided. Alycia was wonderful to work with. Her communication and attention for detail was greatly appreciated. The food quality was great, we got several compliments from our guests. The staff the day of was very nice and tentative to us and our guests. They had apps waiting at our head table and packed all the leftovers which made for easy relaxed lunch the next day since see we’re so exhausted. Lots of linen and decor options to rent.

We used cocktails catering for our March 2022 wedding and we highly recommend using them!!!! We went into their show room a few months before the wedding to do a tasting which was so fun and lovely! They have an EXTENSIVE menu. It was really hard to choose but ultimately we were extremely pleased with our final menu. The quality of food was amazing and we loved everything we tried. They also provided our non alcoholic drinks and servers/bartenders. We worked with Alycia who was so nice and helpful! She helped us pick table cloths, charger plates and other table decor. She gave honest input and useful information to help us make decisions. At the reception we heard nothing but positive things about the food/service from our guests and ONE OF THE HIGHLIGHTS of the entire wedding day for me was the way they served me and my husband at the wedding. We had our own personal server who made sure our every need was taken care of. I truly Felt like a princess. They were so accommodating and helped make the wedding day a stress-free breeze! The ONLY issue we had was that we chose to have a Caesar salad for dinner on our menu, but everyone was served a garden salad. Not a big deal! Salad is salad. That was the only little thing we ran into. Still 10/10 recommend using cocktails catering for your next event!

Cocktails was our caterer and bar tending service for our wedding at Paradise Cove. From day one, everything was so easy. They were super responsive, and really understood everything we wanted. We enjoyed all the food at our tastings. Everything was delicious!! and of course, the day of was no exception. Everything was phenomenal and we received tons of compliments from the guests about the food as well. You can't go wrong hiring cocktails for your wedding or event. They don't disappoint!!!

Oh my gosh, our wedding food was incredible!! And the set up was flawless. Everyone was raving about the short ribs, which were absolutely delish!!! All of the food was incredible. All the servers, bartenders, cooks, planners, designers.. everyone involved with our wedding was just a dream to work with. Appetizers and food were served cold. Hired 2 bartenders and only one showed. Bartender tried shutting down the bar an hour early. When contacted after the wedding was given a refund for the bartender that didn’t show and a lot of excuses for the cold food

Cocktails Catering is the best! Mac and cheese was awesome! Brisket was so well made. It literally pulled apart with my fork. But it’s not just about the food, folks. They gave us a tour of the display room and walked us through the process - showing us a lot of options to choose from for our wedding. They have so many options for everything from napkins to standalone stations, but let it be known that the chef is a true master.

Cocktails was so easy to work with. They came with so much making it such an incredibly easy process. We got our linens, all of our glasses, charges, etc. To add to that people could NOT stop raving about how good the food was, and it truly was. I’ve still found myself craving their risotto since. Certainly recommend them.

Although I haven’t booked with them yet I’m pretty confident I will, I can’t wait for my tasting this weekend. The staff has been so friendly and quick to answer any questions or change anything for the tasting. As a bride I’m sure many of us get overwhelmed and have lots of anxiety so it’s nice to get a quick response, it helps you feel a little at ease. I truly can’t wait to work with them.

The caterer did a great job. The guy in charge was attentive and nice. The bartender was amazing! His drinks were mixed well and everybody said how nice he was. The food was so good! I have no complaints and would absolutely use them again.

Excited for our upcoming food tasting. We asked around 7 vendors to make a brunch menu and they fulfilled our exact vision, prompt emails and edits to the menu and the price was right.

We, have loved our experience with the team. I am very picky and undecisive so we had gone back twice to try different food. I was really impressed with all the food we tried. Is the chimichura sauce they use had great flavor on the steak. Definitely get the Liquor package. It might be pricey but it's well worth it.

Wonderful food and service! We had our wedding at Paradise Cove on 8-9-21 and we were so happy with how the catering turned out. We did an all-vegan meal and it was amazing to see they have a vegan-only menu. Alycia was very helpful with all the planning and made it so easy for us. The food was amazing and everyone (even the non-vegans) really enjoyed it. The staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend their services.

We used cocktails catering at our wedding for bar tending services. The bar tender was quick and efficient with ensuring all our guest had drinks in their hands at all times. All our guest enjoyed her positive attitude even when the bar was fully surrounded she made sure everyone was happy and attended too.

Food was amazing. We did a buffet style and all the food had great flavor. We didn’t have as much leftovers as we expected and were told after the fact that the entire catering team ate. We had a lot of rice leftover but no meat which seemed odd. The cake was not passed out to guests nor were the guests notified the cake was cut so a lot of people didn’t even eat the cake that we paid so much money for :( I loved the tasting beforehand to get an idea of the food. The bartender opened a ton of bottles which wasted a lot of alcohol because it wasn’t used during the wedding. We ended up dumping a lot of opened, unused alcohol. Overall, the food was outstanding so it’s worth the few cons. Just keep these in mind when booking :)

This company ruined my daughters wedding serving dinner 2 hours late while people sat and waited. No communication on why the food was late or how long it would take to serve. The embarrassment of having guest leave hungry and jokingly saying uber eats would be quicker for food. Time taken away from the wedding celebration that we will NEVER GET BACK! The food that was served was nothing like we had at our tasting. Some of the sirloin were large and raw while others were small and well done, salads without dressing and food cold. We had arranged for late night bites that we were advised would be going out while dinner was still being served. I was contacted by the owner Avery who because i yelled at him never called me back so i called him after a week of waiting he advised me he would look at my bill and get back to me. Its now over a month from that conversation with no call back. The worse part he said he could relate to my situation but never said he was sorry.

From the initial conversation Cocktails Catering has been all things amazing! They were able to work with my strict dietary needs seamlessly. The tasting session had delicious food! I am looking forward to having them cater our special day!

We met with Brittany for our wedding in March! We are newly engaged so we haven’t made a lot of decisions, but Brittany helped us so much to bring the start of ideas to life with not only the food but the decor! We are excited to work with Brittany and Cocktails for our event. I will review again as we work with them, but the time she took with us today already gets 5 stars in my book! We also got to have some appetizers during our meeting :) delicious!

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Cocktails Catering for our wedding. We utilized their Food Stations option which included a salad bar, a meat carving station, a flatbread station, a build your own pasta station, and the guest favorite: Mashed Potato Martini bar. Honestly, we kind of got tired of hearing how amazing the mashed potatoes were lol. The staff arrived early and took care of every single thing, from setup, to execution, to teardown and food packup. We even found two cute little "For the Newlyweds" containers in our Getaway Limo that they put there. Not to mention packing up all our leftovers and cake for us to enjoy at our leisure. Also, pro tip, we used their bartender and provided our own alcohol. The bartender made sure to only use what was necessary so that we could return the unopened bottles, which helped save us money on that end as well. Every part of working with Cocktails Catering was smooth and enjoyable, and I hope anyone out there looking for delicious and memorable food will consider them!

We had cocktails do our food and bar service. We brought our own alcohol and we hired their bartenders. They also provided the linens for all of our tables, and they were absolutely amazing! The food was absolutely delicious ; our guests cold not stop talking about it!
