Collective Event Group offers a catalog of tent options, which include pole tents, frame tents, sailcloth tents, and clear top tents. The company also provides table in unique styles and 14 chair options, including Chiavari chairs in six colors! VP Sales & Marketing
Meghan began working part-time for the business in 2001 and by May of 2003 she was a full time rental sales coordinator. From 2006 to 2016 Meghan was Sales & Marketing Manager. In 2016, then, Dover Tents & Events combined forces with then, Event Central in Harrisburg PA and at that time, Meghan became General Manager for the Dover location.In 2021 Meghan became VP of Sales & Marketing, in conjunction with a total re-brand of all locations to Collective Event Group. Now, with over 20 years of experience in the industry, Meghan has helped thousands of couples plan and execute their affairs. Meghan now leads the sales teams in Dover, DE, Harrisburg, Avondale and Bensalem, PA - All now part of Collective Event Group.

My husband and I booked CEG Dover for our wedding day and we could not have been happier with our experience! The team was awesome, but I wanted to specifically shout out AJ Jozwiak who helped me with all of my rentals leading up to my wedding day. She was so organized, professional, and helped put my mind at ease through all of the wedding stress! I recommend using CEG Dover for any event, and I am so excited to use them in the future! My husband and I got married on 11/14/20 in Cecil County, MD. We had an easy time working with this company and AJ in particular. He always replied to email questions promptly and always followed up. We only needed barrels to use for cocktail hour and a bar and. They arrived before I did the Friday before the wedding! So prompt! They arrived in great condition. I did not have to worry about coordinating them. They could not pick up the items until the following Monday/Tuesday. It was not a problem with my venue but I imagine it could be at other venues. Thanks Dover Tents for providing the extra details to fit in my wedding vision!

The staff is incredibly accommodating. I appreciated all their help. They were always just trying to make sure I got exactly what I wanted instead of trying to sell me things I didn’t need. Their flexibility was so appreciated and they were extremely friendly. I was definitely recommend them to anyone looking for rentals.

We used Dover Tent rentals for renting a multiple tents, a dance floor, chairs, strung lighting and an arch for our wedding ceremony. They were very quick with coming back with quotes and had a large variety of items to rent. For last minute changes - they were very flexible! We were able to add / change items up until very close to the day of the event to respond to some emergencies.
The setup crew was great to work with - they asked for tons of input on the day before the event and made sure to double (and triple) check everything was placed where it should be.
We'd definitely use them again!

I cannot tell you how accommodating Meghan was in helping to order items for my wedding. I was so indecisive about the things that I wanted to rent and she revised my order every time without complaining, understood my concerns and desires, and remained patient throughout the process.
Meghan helped me justify what was needed and what wasn’t without breaking the bank. She helped me to outweigh pros and cons, too!
When I went to Dover Tents & Events to pick out my linens she was patient as I swapped it napkin color for napkin color until I found the right one (that I STILL ended up switching a month before our wedding!) she showed me different plates, utensils, swatches, layouts for my venue, and more!
Working with Meghan was so easy and painless because she truly is there for you every step of the way and understanding. I can see how hard she works and how dedicated she is to brides (and I’m sure anyone planning an event).
She was responsive, accommodating, and helpful through and through. Thank you, Meghan and Dover Tents & Events!

Dover Tents and Events were absolutely wonderful and the perfect choice for our wedding! We met with AJ just a few months before our wedding and she helped us get everything we needed immediately. She was incredibly responsive and understood whenever we needed to change a few things or make special arrangements for picking up the rentals. The price and the items we rented were also fabulous! Our space looked amazing and we didn't need to break the bank on rentals!! I highly recommend Dover Tents and Events!

We went with Dover Tent Rental because they handle the Biggs Art Museum Gala every year and do an amazing job adding an air of sophistication and class to an outdoor event. They tented our wedding on 5/6/2017 at the Bellevue Manor and it was just beyond what we had hoped for. The black and white checkered dance floor was just awesome, the linens looked elegant, Megan at Dover Tent Rental is just a dream to work with. She is there to offer guidance and her opinion, but only when asked. Also the experienced eye for detail she brings to the table is invaluable, highly recommend that if you work with them you ask for her.

A pleasure to work with. Everyone at their facility was nothing but kind and professional. Meghan was very helpful, attentive, kind, and responsive to all my needs. The venue looked absolutely amazing with the items we rented and made our day perfect. Despite the hurricane and Nor'easter storm they were very accommodating and supported last minute changes to deal with the less cooperative weather. Maureen was also very kind and a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend a one stop rental shop that will put every bride at ease. Kudos for a fabulous job and I will be sure to spread the great service you provided for our special day!

They were Perfect! The weekend before our wedding they had to set up a tent for a wedding in the rain at our same venue... we watched with bated breath. The following weekend our tent was set up to perfection! Meghan had amazing insight on what would work best and we had the most amazing, different, wonderful setup that we could have asked for! She had the vision to see we didnt want some cookie cutter idea and she went with it and ran! Our tables were such a beautiful perfect setting of flowers and decor! OH MY! The tent was perfect! the chairs!!!!!!!! the fabrics!!!!!!!! it was a winner all around!

We talked to Maureen but everyone there was great and very helpful. Our wedding was in August and our only time to visit them was the July fourth weekend. We weren't sure if we were going to visit. Last minute we decided to go and got there five minutes before closing! They were so great and patient, going over all of what we had in our reservation and making the changes as well as printing out a current copy for us!
Maureen was great at suggesting things we needed while being mindful of our budget. They were very flexible with changes which was so great as many changes happened last minute. FYI make sure you are there when they set up. We had an outdoor wedding and needed some things moved around but weren't there to let them know!

Chip and Megan and staff worked with us through a customized set-up in our back yard. Three tents were perfect for our 90 guests, and they assisted with tables, linens and ceremony seating. I know I changed my mind a few times, and they were very accommodating!

Tents and Events is an excellent service for all your tent and rental needs. We had an outdoor ceremony and reception, so we needed to rent EVERYTHING. In hindsight it would probably have been cheaper to have rented a hall...but...not as gorgeous!
The only drawback I can say is the communication over the course of the planning lacked a bit with the correspondences back and forth, and some of the information got confused. Also at the end there was some confusion on the shortage of champagne flutes, I had to purchase my own, then they ended up with five of mine. But all in all no big deal. The wedding was wonderful and they did a great job.

We worked with Meghan at Dover Rent-All. She was very helpful, responsive and flexible in creating a package of exactly what we needed including a couple last minute changes. The paper lantern lighting was beautiful and the tent upheld a lot of rain and kept us dry. Great company for rentals. The set-up staff we're also really nice and helpful.

They have a HUGE selection of almost anything you can think of to rent for your wedding! I only rented some linens from them, but the process was easy, the order was correct, the linens were nice, and the prices were reasonable. I will likely use them again!

We rented white wedding resin padded chairs for the outside ceremony and cocktail tables and colored linens for accents on our reception tables. They had so many colors and styles to choose from. Megan was so easy to work with, she was eager to show us what it would look like set up in the warehouse. She had fresh ideas as to how to set up the linens and what options were available. She even let us take samples of different napkin, overlays and runners to the reception site and set up tables to visualize what our guest tables will look like when set up. Working with Megan, made us feel comfortable as she could estimate what we needed accurately. In addition, we rented an awesome 8 x 4' boat with strings of lighting in the bottom of the boat, which luminated the ice and beer bottles in the boat. Everything was clean, pressed and in good condition when it arrived. Drop off and pick stress free and perfect.

We rented chairs from this vendor for both the ceremony & reception. Price was EXTREMELY reasonable, customer service was great, drop off and pick up were effortless! Have used them in the past and will definitely use again in the future.

When choosing a wedding venue I did not realize how much would go in to completing the room. Meghan at Dover Rent All brought it all together and made sure everything was set. Their expertise and selection were greatly appreciated and they were very easy to work with!

Our caterer was our go-between which was a great help. I was able to look and feel the linen samples. They had a lot of options, much more than shown on their website. All the rentals were dropped off Two days before the wedding which was REALLY helpful! June is a busy time for them so sometimes it took 2days to hear from them. That didn't bother me too much though.

Meghan helped me through every step of the process. All of the staff members were kind and professional but she stood out. The set up was quick and on time as was the breakdown. They had everything I ordered at tyne house days before the wedding so I did not have to panic. I would highly recommend them and use them again if I need rentals.

Dover rent-all does not actually own a lot of the products that they rent, including chair covers, PA system, etc. They are a middle man company that rents from other vendors. It may be easier for you to contact and work with vendors that actually supply and specialize in their own products. We had a mix-up with some chair covers, and a friend of mine had to drive all the way to southern NJ to pick up the proper chair covers from the rental company that actually owns and supplies the chair covers themselves. If I had known, I would have used dressmychair.com, or another local linen company.

My organza overlays made the reception look so elegant and the chair sashes were really pretty. The did deliver about 50 less than I ordered the day before the wedding, but they overnighted the rest so they were there in time for Saturday. Nice customer service too.

Meghan at Dover Rent-All is awesome and was so easy to work with. We rented two houses on the beach for our wedding and therefore had to rent everything ourselves - tables, chairs, linens, silverware, etc. Meghan made it easy not only easy to decide what and how many of everything we needed but she was also great when we needed to change and adjust our numbers over and over again as RSVPs came in. She gave us such great advice and allowed us such flexibility that I don't know how we could've pulled it off without her!
