We rented tents, tables, and chairs for our fully outdoors June wedding, and Event Central met our expectations and made the process easy. Their rental prices are the best in the area, and communication was professional and responsive to our requests for changes to our rental order. The day before our wedding, the set-up team came early in the day and worked quickly, which was a huge help for the rest of our timeline and preparations.

We rented a heated tent and lights from Event Central for our winter wedding. They were responsive, and it was easy for us to book our rental with them. They handled all of the set-up and tear-down, and the tent looked great! We recommend hiring them for your next event.

I wish I would have read one of the reviews below before using this company. I could not agree more with their statement of, “they make you feel like a bother”. That said, communicating via email prior to the wedding went fine! On the wedding day, my order was delivered to my home instead of the venue, most likely my fault in the contract BUT to be rude a bride on her wedding morning was not very kind. I do not fault the driver by any means, they were just doing their job. But Channon was extremely rude over the phone, stating there would be extra charges and the order might not even make it to the venue in time. Thankfully my brother retrieved the order from the truck and we transported the order ourselves, not exactly what I envisioned on my wedding morning. Honestly, I would have been perfectly fine with paying the extra fee had I not been spoken to so rudely. They seemed to have zero problem with upsetting a bride on her wedding day, with no apology, even at the I asked them to please speak a little nicer to me. Lesson learned.

I rented my chais for my outdoor weekend wedding through them. I never felt like they were happy for my business, they actually made me feel like i was a bother. Then we had to have someone at the location from 12-5 the day before so the chairs could be dropped off. We had no way of storing the chairs until Monday so we were charged an additional $80 to have them picked back up at 5 the day of the wedding as this is their off hours. Um don't most people hold parties on the weekends, isn't this when you do the majority of your business? So why would it be your "off hours"? We also had to have them all taken down, folded and stacked by the time they got there, while we were trying to have our pictures taken. I paid a whole lot of money for people to sit for a half an hour and for us to do all the set up and take down. For that much money there should not be that much hassel! If they don't like working parties maybe they should change their business.

We rented about 20 tables, 165 chairs, and an arch from Event Central. I dealt with Mike Horn multiple times about my needs/concerns/etc and he was a pleasure. Everything was delivered the day before on time and picked up the day after. Mike even arranged to have everything delivered much earlier the day before when I expressed my concern about needing to decorate that day and running out of time. Highly recommend this service.

The staff at Event Central are wonderful. We rented nearly everything for our wedding from this company; from tents to chairs to heaters, staging for the band, plates and table servings, the list goes on. When the weather turned out to be cool and rainy for the wedding, their staff worked overtime to make sure that my guests were warm and comfortable. They were fine about last-minute adjustments to our rental order when we realized that we needed to have a stage for our band and stakes for the sides of the tent- they took care of it all. They are a bit pricey-er than other vendors in the area but you are paying for selection and quality!

We got our linens through them. The prices were reasonable. A few of the linens had stains on them though.
Make sure you hold onto all of your hangers the linens come on though or else they will charge you for them.

We had a small outdoor wedding at my parents house. I rented 11 tablecoths from Eent Central. Telephone service was excellent, lady was very helpful. Because my event was about an hour from EC, I opted to pick up my linens at their office & return the Monday after which was quite easy to do. Ease of pick-up & drop-off and the linens were clean & in perfect conition. I would highly reccomend!!!
