Colleen Simpson Weddings and Events

I am so grateful that I ran across Colleen Simpson's name when I was doing research in preparation for my wedding. I knew I wanted a day-of-coordinator and I hired Colleen for that role, but she was so much more! When I first met Colleen I was immediately sold by her warmth. She is so kind and patient, and she knows all the local vendors, who to use, who not to use, and most importantly, how to handle more difficult vendors with politeness but also getting what you want. She was by our side the whole way, even though we had booked her as a day-of-coordinator. We got married at the Pine River Ranch in Leavenworth. Leading up to our wedding, she met with us and the venue owner to go over all the details for the big day. She was very precise in noting how I wanted things to go the day of, and she made it all happen. I actually threw a few wrenches the day of (not on purpose!) and she worked around things and kept things moving along with panache. More important than anything was that she kept us on task for the 6 months leading up to the wedding. We could have easily procrastinated decisions, lists, organizational items, but every month we got an email from Colleen with a list of to-dos and she made sure we did them all by the end of the month. Our wedding day was amazing and I have no complaints and it really is thanks to Colleen and all her patience, guidance, and expertise. If you are planning a wedding in the Wenatchee area, I cannot recommend Colleen more. You will not be sorry!
