ery doable monthly to-do lists. She was always willing to have our back and make sure our ideas and vision were executed the way we wanted. Very professional, detailed, and friendly. d feeling overwhelmed with all that there is to do. My mom and I were able to enjoy and relax the day of because we knew everything was handled. She also went above and beyond meeting with my mom and I to go over the day-of timeline, spelling out every task in 15 minute increments. She is AMAZING! We HIGHLY recommend Colleen!!

day because I trusted that she would manage everything and would follow my vision. And she definitely did!!! From the first meeting with her, she set to work helping us organize our wedding. Her monthly to-do lists will keep you sane and help you manage all the details without getting overwhelmed. She is also full of excellent advice and will always give you an honest response. She makes it clear that her priority is to make the day YOURS and to do everything in her power to allow you to enjoy every moment stress-free. She truly went above and beyond. Five stars honestly isn't enough. We love Colleen!
I am so grateful that I ran across Colleen Simpson's name when I was doing research in preparation for my wedding. I knew I wanted a day-of-coordinator and I hired Colleen for that...
role, but she was so much more! When I first met Colleen I was immediately sold by her warmth. She is so kind and patient, and she knows all the local vendors, who to use, who not to use, and most importantly, how to handle more difficult vendors with politeness but also getting what you want. She was by our side the whole way, even though we had booked her as a day-of-coordinator. We got married at the Pine River Ranch in Leavenworth. Leading up to our wedding, she met with us and the venue owner to go over all the details for the big day. She was very precise in noting how I wanted things to go the day of, and she made it all happen. I actually threw a few wrenches the day of (not on purpose!) and she worked around things and kept things moving along with panache. More important than anything was that she kept us on task for the 6 months leading up to the wedding. We could have easily procrastinated decisions, lists, organizational items, but every month we got an email from Colleen with a list of to-dos and she made sure we did them all by the end of the month. Our wedding day was amazing and I have no complaints and it really is thanks to Colleen and all her patience, guidance, and expertise. If you are planning a wedding in the Wenatchee area, I cannot recommend Colleen more. You will not be sorry!
