origin. She made out a few letters inside the ring with her loop and told me it might be a LeVian and if so the chocolate diamonds that were missing would be difficult to match. I had no reciept and it was over25 years old. The jeweler told me it would be best if I went to a LeVian jeweler to repair it to original. I was amazed that my business was turned away. I took it to a LeVian retailer who s not it to LeVian for investigation. A month later I picked up a PERFECT ring!! Cleaned, repaired to original including the missing stones and all at no charge! What a reputable Company Colonial Jewelers is! That's wher I will purchase my jewelry from now on. Sincerely, An amazed future customer

Kim and I worked together throughout the process. She made it fun, we had some laughs, and ultimately my wife was speechless Christmas morning. We live in Frederick but, if we didn't, I'd travel back here for all of my jewelry purchases. Great atmosphere and a great location in downtown Frederick.

I was of course in total heaven, while my fiancé was just about ready to faint. Jessica couldn't have been more helpful, she rejoiced and laughed with me as I fell in love with all of the diamonds and she comforted him as he looked at price tags. She made sure he knew that no matter the style ring we fell in love with, she would be able to help him make it happen within our budget. A month or so later my fiancé and father secretly went to the store and worked with Jessica to make my dream a reality. I could not love my engagement ring more! Following the proposal Jessica has been in contact with us to make sure my ring is fitting well and looking perfect! We just recently went in to pick out or wedding bands and Jessica was there beside us, guiding us, helping to pick out the perfect rings. Long story short we LOVE Colonial, and Jessica! While the whole experience can be overwhelming she made it easier and we all had some good laughs which I wouldn't have thought would happen while looking at rings. In the end, I came out with the most perfect engagement ring and since have purchased the wedding bands as well. If you choose Colonial you won't be disappointed. Beautiful jewelry, friendly staff and great service. I recommend both Colonial and Jessica without hesitation.

In the end though, they wanted over $3,000 for a standard, mass produced setting and over $4,000 for the round diamond. Oh, and it would take 4-6 weeks to arrive. Luckily, we ended up going to a jewlery franchise in the local mall and got a similar setting with more diamonds, a better quality round diamond, and both wedding bands for under $3,500. I would love to support local businesses, but not when they can't be competitive in the local market.

gave him an idea as to what I liked. But, he then purchased my engagement ring with out my presence. Patty was so helpful to him and truly worked to get him a ring that was within our budget. We then went in together to review and purchase our wedding bands. Again, Patty was so patient with us and made us feel special in our purchases. Also, the wedding band that was a match to my engagement ring was designed to be round (to encompass the engagement ring when worn together). This was not the style that I wanted, so Patty worked with the manufacturer to create a wedding band that was straight. I love it and it's gorgeous!! We highly recommend Colonial Jewelers for any of your jewelry purchases and especially for your engagement ring and wedding band purchases!! (only downside is they are a little more expensive than other jewelers, but for the quality and care of service it was worth it for us to use them!)
