Working with Colorado Party Rentals couldn’t have been easier for our wedding! We had an appointment to pick out our rentals, and then they dropped the rentals off before the wedding and picked them up after. This was easily one of the least stressful parts of wedding planning. They are pros and they know how to make a beautiful tablescape. I would happily use them again for future events!

The entire Colorado party rentals team was a joy to work with and they have an extensive inventory to choose from when designing your event. We loved the outcome of our chosen decor for our wedding reception.

Half way through our wedding planning we completely changed our decor direction and Vicky was so great in helping make sure we got everything switched over to what we needed. We had a wonderful experience with Colorado Party Rentals. We had a July 5th wedding and on July 3rd we went to drop some items off at the venue and they had already gotten our order up there and ready to go. We also were able to choose two different place settings. We had initially chosen a plate that was no longer being manufactured so they notified us of that immediately and we created a Plan ! and Plan B. They were great and I would recommend them to anyone getting married in CO.

We worked with Colorado Party Rentals to rent linens and tableware for our wedding. Going to the warehouse to choose our items with Kayli was a great experience. Everything was delivered on time, the linens were beautifully pressed, and our wedding looked great!

Colorado Party Rentals are the best! Everything they provided perfectly executed what we envisioned! My favorite was the round bar! We rented the 4 quarter circles and some shelving to create an oval shaped bar and it complimented our space perfectly. We also rented the champagne walls which worked perfectly for our escort display. Their communication was awesome and they were great at respecting our budget! We had a fantastic experience working with Colorado Party Rentals. They were very thorough, detail oriented and easy to work with. We had our wedding at Woodlands in Morrison and it happened to snow almost a foot the day of... We never once had to worry about Colorado Party Rentals. They were right on time, made sure to communicate throughout and wanted to make sure we felt really comfortable that day. Colorado Party Rentals has a plethora of inventory to choose from and so easy to work with! They are very communicative, which we appreciated since we were planning our wedding out of state. They worked seamlessly with our wedding planner. We're so happy we chose to work with them!

Colorado Party Rentals was so easy to work with! We rented chairs, three bars and a dance floor from them. They had an existing relationship with our venue (Cheyenne Mountain Resort) and our planner (ThePlanningCo) and once the contract was signed they handled all the conversations on set up and delivery! My only regret is not increasing the size of the dance floor like they suggested. They have very fair pricing and we’re flexible as changed arose! We still use them to this day for various events!

Colorado Party Rentals was 4 hours late to deliver our rentals, and if it weren’t for our amazing planning team, it could have been a disaster. We rented linens and all our dinnerware from them, so our planning team could not set up any of the reception tables until the rentals arrived. Luckily our arch was rented from a different company, otherwise they would not have been able to set up the ceremony either. CPR was an exclusive vendor with our venue, so it was unfortunate that we did not get to choose a different vendor for rentals. We eventually got some of our order refunded, but I would rather have had a smooth experience on wedding day. This is what our planning team told us about the experience: When my team arrived at the venue the rentals had not yet been delivered, this was at noon. I called and spoke to Kaylee who said she would contact the driver. Woodlands owner Stephen got ahold of the driver, Demario, who said his ETA was 1pm. Then I was updated that the ETA was 1:30pm, and he was not there. I called again and spoke to Kaylee who said he will be there soon. Then it was almost 2pm and still no rentals so I called back and spoke to Teagan. I was told the delivery would be at 2pm. At this point I requested a delivery fee refund and a percentage off their order. I then got ahold of the delivery driver who told me his new ETA was 2:38pm. I called again and spoke to Kaylee who said Teagan just got approval to offer a 50% refund and a free delivery fee. I expressed my frustration at this point with the lack of communication and the fact that I had to ask for a discount and keep asking for updates. Having rentals be almost 4 hours late put my entire team in a bind and we had to rush to get everything ready for the wedding to begin. I wanted to email to share how challenging this experience was and how disappointed I am with how CPR handled this. The lack of communication and accommodation was extremely frustrating.

CO Party Rentals provided all of the necessary linen and rental items for our wedding, and we were very pleased with their services overall! They had prompt communication, affordable pricing, and highly quality products. Thank you!!

We rented everything from dining ware to decor to a couch for our wedding and this company was very easy to work with. They allowed us to come in twice and do a mock set up of our tables and they gave us opinions on what looked good when we asked for it and did a beautiful set up at our wedding. We had a simple wedding, rented linens, tables, chairs, and decor items from Colorado Party Rentals and the items were reasonably priced and good quality. There was some turnover leading up to our wedding without a smooth hand over (we had to call to find out who was going to take over our account twice) but everyone that we talked with was at the company was very polite and helpful. One thing to note, our wedding took place on a Saturday evening and so was considered an "after hours" event and so we had to pay an extra $500 to have the equipment picked up on Saturday night. The delivery and pick up was on time and ran smoothly. Overall we would recommend this company to a friend

I would have given 5 stars but day of wedding the wrong napkins were sent and we couldn't get a hold of anyone to bring the correct napkins. But they did reimburse for the wrong colored napkins. Will defiently use them again! Highly recommend them to people planning a wedding!

We used Colorado Party Rentals for my wedding at the Denver Botanic Gardens. They have a great selection of rentals and you can really create whatever look you envision. That being said....we had numerous issues with them in the weeks leading up to our wedding day and on the actual day. We had chosen these amber water glasses way in advance of our wedding and had really made the rest of the table decisions based on the glasses because they were so fun...they let us know a week before the wedding that we couldn't use them because a lot of them broke. We had to choose another option which I liked, but didn't love and this added some stress. Apparently, they also rented out the silverware we chose to another couple on the night of our wedding so they had to replace it. The day of - they showed up late to the set-up which caused a ton of issues and was a domino effect. Since they weren't set up on time, it affected all of our other vendors and was super chaotic (the candles down the aisle didn't end up getting lit before the ceremony because of this.) Additionally, they didn't bring enough steak knives so some guests didn't have them. Most of the problems happened BEHIND THE SCENES so guests didn't notice and the wedding still looked beautiful. However, these issues caused unnecessary stress that we wish could have been avoided. Overall, I wish they would have been more organized and professional.

We used Colorado Party Rentals for our wedding and they did a fantastic job. Going to their showroom and putting together a sample table was the first time that I felt like “wow this is really happening.” They had so many options and it was such a great experience. CPR had everything we needed including some additional items for our caterer. They were quick to respond and they helped us make several last minute decisions. I cannot recommend them enough. They're a great choice for any wedding or event.

We did a destination wedding at an Airbnb in Colorado Springs. A lot of discussions took place over the phone and EVERYTHING was great. Items were delivered and picked up just as we had requested. Tables and chairs for dining were very nice and the chairs for outdoor seating were comfortable. All items were very nice and good quality. I highly recommend this company we honestly had no issues what so ever.

We rented out dinnerware from CPR for our small wedding and everything was good quality and as pictured. No surprises is a good thing :)

I will start off the review with saying we did get a full refund. However, that was the only positive. We rented a birch arch for our mountainside wedding. During several emails explained to our correspondents with Colorado Party Rentals we are coming from out of state, and will be renting a vehicle and will this arch fit. Multiple staff members confirmed that yes, this will fit fine in the back of an SUV so we brought an SUV. When we got there a gal who works in the warehouse brought out this disaster of an arch. Chunks of bark were missing, it looked like it would collapse on you at any moment. I couldn't believe this is what we were charged over $300 for. On top of that, there was no way this was going to fit in the SUV we rented. A sales lady was brought up to help us and said she couldn't imagine who would have told us it fits in the back of an SUV, when it turns out she was one of the people I was emailing back and forth with. She takes us to the sales floor to look at a computer to see if they have anything else that would work.... or fit. None of their arches would fit. The same sales lady very condescendingly asked me if we asked for the dimensions of the arch. So I showed her the email where I did ask that question and she responded telling me everything was fine. Like I said, we were refunded. I am grateful for that. But we were both extremely disappointed by the whole experience. We were going to have one single decoration point for our ceremony and this was going to be it.

Easy to work with and responsive even on short notice. We started by renting our wedding tent through CPR but ended by renting everything! All our other rentals were through the catering company but their vendor pulled out last minute and CPR stepped in to save the day. Their set up crew was fast and flexible, even in our unique venue. Would definitely use them again.

Great service! We rented glassware, table cloths and few other miscellaneous items for our wedding and it was executed perfectly. Delivered on time (early actually!) and very friendly and professional staff. Working with CPR was very easy, they were very communicative and responsive and quite accommodating with several changes we made!

We could not be happier with the service and rentals we got from Colorado Party Rentals. We rented sun umbrellas for our outdoor cocktail hour and table settings. With a large variety of table settings to choose from, we loved their easy-to-browse showroom where you can try out different options before renting. It was also very easy to make adjustments to our numbers leading up to our wedding day.

The entire process was hassle free; we set up the details of the delivery and then didn’t have to think about it again after that. We used CPR for a mountain wedding in Estes Park. Kelsey was friendly and cheerful, entering into our joy, as we tried several different ideas for our reception table scapes. Our tables were spectacular! Black velvet tablecloths, black dishes and flatware, for a fall wedding! We really hoped the fall, multi course meal could shine, and it truly did. CPR had many options for glassware, flatware, and china my local party store just did not have. It was worth the delivery fee! I worked with Kelly at Colorado Party Rentals and had an amazing experience! I was so impressed with how professional and accommodating the company was. They had the perfect selection for my wedding theme, which was recreating the Great Hall from Harry Potter. The long, dark tables, different colored linens, and golden plates and utensils really made the look come together. I was able to come into the warehouse multiple times to look at options, and I couldn’t have been more pleased with everything!

We chose Colorado Party Rentals to provide some rental items at our wedding (linens, chargers, glasses, flatware, draping, etc.). We worked with Kelly and she was fantastic. Kelly was able to make revisions as things changed during the planning process and also offered suggestions on ways to maximize our budget. At the wedding, we were blown away. The rentals from CPR were perfect and made all of the details pop on the tables. We were impressed by the company's efficiency and professionalism throughout the entire process. We hired CPR for our wedding on 6/8 and they were a joy to work with. They have huge amounts of inventory, wonderful on-the-ground set up crews and Nancy was extremely knowledgable. The set-up crew was really hard working and they made sure every little detail was perfect (they even came back to restring the lights in the tent). 10/10 would recommend.

Loved the products they had available and delivery/pickup was a breeze. We even were able to come into the show room for our flower mock-up to see how everything would look together. Unfortunately, two weeks before our wedding we were told that several of our orders weren't available which was a scary surprise-wish we'd known sooner! Otherwise, everything was great.

CPR was with me every step of the way! Kathy took the time listening to my daughter and I as we began selecting items for our wedding reception. We had our own ideas and she respected our choices and was patient with us as we added, subtracted and switched out selections during our planning phase. All came as expected and was picked up from the venue on schedule - we were from out-of-town and I felt in very good hands knowing that this big event in the life of our family was well in hand with Kathy and Team.

I was trying to work with one of their employees that was a good friend of a friend. He never showed when he said he would. Then suggested I reach out to Dan, their Director of sales. Called a couple times, left a message and never got a call back. Being in sales myself, for their Director of Sales to not return a call is a poor example of a leader. See that I got no where in about 2 weeks of trying to connect with them I have decide to pursue different routes. I hope everyone else has a better experience because mine was not good at all.

Colorado Party Rentals was a one-stop rental shop for our wedding at Devil’s Thumb Ranch in August 2017! As the wedding was outside Denver, we wanted to find one place that could meet all our rental needs. That included a chuppah and a number of items for our art deco decor inspiration - including chairs and linens. We visited their warehouse with my wedding planner and it was so much fun to try out different potential designs on their practice table. We ended up loving their flatware, glasses, and plates so much that we splurged and added those in to complete the look! We were so pleased with our place settings, chairs, and chuppah. Nancy and CP Party Rentals were amazing! They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. I hired them for our wedding where we had to bring everything "in"! Nancy knew what we needed. I tend to be a little stubborn - Nancy was patient, kind and very helpful throughout the whole planning process! I dreamt up a queso fountain and they helped make it happen! It worked, was delicious and was seriously EPIC! They have instructions so ask them :) THANK YOU!

Thank you to EVERYONE at Colorado Party Rentals!!!! You guys have this down and you made it so easy for us! They seriously made our day so perfect and exactly what I was looking for starting with them last year. We used this company for everything from our amazing brand NEW tent, flooring, and all our plates and glasses. Our planner, which we loved and she has her own beautiful review, suggested a different option in rentals but we had found them separately and fell in love with what they had to offer. They have a nice showroom, which made it easy to work in and they were extremely flexible, I think I was sending emails daily for a stretch, which were all returned quickly. What really took this rental company over the top was the pricing. What we found out is nothing is cheap when getting married, but from a comparison standpoint Colorado Party Rentals had the nicest stuff and was on the lower end of cost. I can imagine they do all sorts of weddings every weekend but they made me feel like a the only one and I appreciate that more than you guys know! Sincerely - Nikki & Kip

I rented a tent from this company. I was a little worried on pricing and stock since I waited until the last minute but they were very accommodating and easy to work with with a price less than I thought. Had exactly what I was looking for and helped me by adding and subtracting things on my order easily. I received personal service and prompt emails. They arrived way out in the mountains and set up the tent when I wasn't there just how I wanted the tent and took it down (again, I was gone) with no fuss. I would use them again for a tent rental!

We rented our plates, silverware, and glassware for our wedding from Colorado Party Rentals and they were awesome! They have a fabulous selection and we couldn't have been happier with how everything looked the day of the wedding. We picked up and returned everything ourselves and they made the process super simple. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

I got quotes from every rental company I could find for our DIY backyard wedding in Steamboat Springs. Colorado Party Rentals was the best value, even including travel all the way from Denver. We rented a gorgeous peaked tent from them, as well as all our chairs, tables, place settings, and lighting. They were easy to work with and the delivery and pick-up went smoothly. CP Rentals made it easy to put together a wedding from scratch, and I highly recommend booking with them!

Colorado party rentals were very helpful during the rental process and their prices are highly competitive. Their chivari chairs are priced reasonably and they were willing to prove match on other rentals!

Therefore, we needed a rental company that was very responsive via phone and email. Thankfully, Colorado Party Rentals always got back to us quickly, made a number of good suggestions (like what style of chair covers would look nice with our theme), and were flexible with their payment schedule. On the day of our wedding, all of the delivery staff were friendly and helpful. They had already dropped everything off by the time we got to the venue, and they picked up the rental equipment exactly on time. We would be happy to use Colorado Party Rentals again. Great job!

CPR was the sole vendor for my Boettcher Mansion wedding 5/22/16. I worked with Tuesday and she was wonderful. I feel like prices were reasonable (for wedding rentals... haha) and the communication was excellent. Delivery and pickup were seamless and there were no issues whatsoever. Great service.
