We are a locally owned New Braunfels business supplying event & party rental items to the local and extended community. We pride ourselves on our high level of customer service, our prices are extremely competitive and often better than the larger businesses in the area. Our rentals include table linen, tables, chairs, canopies, dance floor, staging and some catering items. We look forward to your inquiry.

We were able to do most of our communication through email since we live several hours away. We added last minute stuff and it seemed like it was no problem. On our wedding day there was a miscommunication but everything was corrected quickly. My only complaint was that the crew was late for pickup that we paid extra for and we had to leave the rented items outside the venue when we left. Other than that this company had good prices and nice rentals.

The staff was very responsive when I had to add or take things off my order. Even very responsive when I had a 1000 questions every other day. On time with delivery, good quality items.

The folks at Comal Event Rental were so easy to work with and helped make our day go smoothly. They were so knowledgeable about what items we would need for our small wedding and their prices were extremely affordable. They even made an extra trip out to the location to bring some water barrels we ended up needing for the tent. I would recommend their services to any bride in the area!

Economical and professional looking table cloths, table runners, and mesh for the chairs. Vast selection of all colors! There were a couple of display tables that helped us vision what it would look like for our color schemes. Easy to order and drop off once finished.

They were so easy to work with and helpful in selecting a great combo of colors/materials for all of my linens (tablecloths, runners, and chair sashes) for my wedding. We also rented patio heaters from them. They let us drop off everything on Sunday also even though they are technically closed that day. Excellent service overall!

I rented a few chairs and tables and all my linens from Comal Event Rental! I was very pleased with the customer service! The only tiny issue I had was 1 of the 35 linens that I ordered was the wrong size! We were able to double it over and make it work. Very affordable too!

They had my color! My wedding was black, white and a dark blue-green and they had the perfect color of table cloths. Also they had a variety of sizes along with both rectangle and circle cloths. The lady was very nice and allowed us to email her number changes up to 2 days before the wedding when we picked up the cloths.

I was excited to use Comal Rental for my wedding because I had heard they were great. And up until the day of my wedding, they were. My wedding day is when they seemed to fall apart. Fortunatly, I had an amazing wedding coordinator that took control of the many situations that arised because of the rental company. I didn't hear about these problems till after my wedding but they shocked me because of the rudeness of vender. The main issue was, we had specifically requested the vender to pick up the chairs we had rented after the wedding and had paid extra for this service. When the time came, they didn't want to do it because it was too dark. I understand safety issues but if you are picking up chairs at 11pm I would assume that everyone would know it's dark at an outdoor wedding... It didn't end well on either side of the situation.

We only got our chairs from comal, but their staff was friendly, the chairs were dropped off and picked up at the venue, and it wasn't overly pricey. What more do you need, I was very happy with their service.

Comal rentals was very flexible to work with. We changed then number of tables and chairs a few weeks before the wedding and this was not a problem. The men who set up the tables and chairs were very courteous and made sure everything was in its place.
