CP did amazing job catering our wedding. Our guest loved the food and the drinks created by the bartenders. Breanna was just helpful in creating a menu that we truly love!

Command Performance did a fantastic job on the day of my wedding. Everything was so smooth and the guests raved about the food and service. The braised short ribs were incredible, as well as the jalapeño mac and cheese. My guests were also loving the spicy margaritas we chose as our signature drink. They were very professional and their timing flowed well with our timeline. It was very obvious to myself and my guests that they had everything dialed in. The only reason I’m giving them 4 stars is because the communication leading up to the day was lacking. Nonetheless, it all got done and everything went smooth. I would still highly recommend them!

When it comes to service and quality, the Command Performance team at Eden Gardens is simply unmatched. Jesus and his team went above and beyond to ensure our big day went flawlessly, and their flexibility throughout the entire process was exceptional. We used CPC for our wedding at Walnut Grove and could not be happier. The food was phenomenal and we received compliment after compliment on the food at our wedding. We met with Joe several times prior to the wedding and he was incredibly helpful with his suggestions on menu selection, bar menu, and even table setting/linens. CPC has an huge menu to select from with so many tasty options. Joe brought expertise and experience to help us put together an outstanding menu, from welcome lemonade to appetizers to mains to cocktails to dessert. CPC worked seamlessly with our venue making the best experience possible for us. We even had a server designated to us, so we got to fully enjoy the food and drinks as bride and groom. Command Performance is an amazing catering company. They catered our wedding this past December. Manuel was super helpful, and he never got tired of all my questions! The food is also amazing. All of our guests commented on how delicious it was. You can't go wrong picking them for your event or wedding!

We were lucky that our venue has an exclusive partnership with CPC, but honestly we would have chosen them ourselves. During the lead-up to the wedding, the team members were super communicative with my husband and me, and made us feel more at ease. When I say that the food is phenomenal, that would be an understatement. We are STILL getting comments about the food and how great it was. Don't sleep on the grilled cheese with tomato soup shots!!!

Oh my goodness the food was soo good! We did a Buffett option and I cannot tell you how many people complimented the food. They were seriously finishing their entire plates. Manuel was so easy to work with, made it stress free, and truly made it all seem effortless. I highly recommend working with him.

Command Performance Catering provided the catering services at Eden Gardens. Jesus, the sales and event manager, was very responsive by email and phone, and patiently took the time to answer our questions about the menu selection and alcohol packages. We frequently corresponded about menu changes and diet accommodations, the guest seating arrangement, and furniture rentals for our cocktail hour and reception. Jesus adjusted to these multiple changes in the meals and rentals in a timely manner in the months leading up to our wedding. The h'orderves and buffet meal received plenty of compliments from our guests, and the wait staff was very attentive to the guests’ needs.

Joe was great the whole time! Best of all the food was delicious. Everyone was happy with the food and LOVED the carrot souffle. I truly appreciate how they put everything together for my wedding and it was just overall amazing!

We originally hired Command Catering back in the before-times when our wedding was slated for 2020. Well, once the pandemic made it clear we weren't going to get married for another year, Command Catering went above and beyond and were extremely flexible and still delivered an amazing dinner for our wedding once the day finally came. Joe helped us pick out delicious meals that catered to our guest's diverse flavor palettes and dietary preferences. He was also very helpful working around our budget and maximizing every dollar we spent. If we were to do it all over again, we would go with Joe and Command Catering again as they truly helped make our dream wedding possible.

My husband and I got married on 9/4/21 at Camarillo Ranch. Command Performance was the venue's preferred vendor for catering, and we could not be happier with this vendor! We worked with Manuel and he was so wonderful! He helped us every step of the way, answered every question, and was very organized and friendly. As a vegetarian, I know what it's like to have limited options, but Command Performance caters to every diet and has a huge selection to choose from including appetizers, meals, and desserts! And the food and desserts were amazing! Usually wedding food is mediocre at best, but the food was so so good! It's been month since our wedding and we are still receiving raving reviews about the food at our wedding! Command definitely did not disappoint!

Absolutely amazing food service! So many people at our wedding said that before they even sat down for dinner, they would have been completely happy just getting full on the appetizers. We got the most compliments on the Marsala Mushroom Fettuccini, it was amazing! Their selection of vegan options was very impressive and they were extremely compensating. Bree and her team were very patient and kind with all of our requests and all of the guests had nothing but wonderful things to say about the staff. They made it possible for us to have an awesome, magical evening surrounded by friends and family. Thank you Command Performance!

This is one of the vendors who preyed on couples who had their wedding days cancelled due to the pandemic. I was never a bride to dream about my wedding, but imagining everyone we love being together at once and celebrating was what I really wanted. We didn't get that, nor did we get any food, services, or anything of any value from catering. I didn't even get a tasting. However, this company was happy to pocket my money and tell me that they "wished me well." I would not trust this company that clearly puts profits over people.

This vendor stole $1,000 from me that was intended for my wedding day. They were paid a deposit (part of my deposit with my venue) and they will not refund it even though we were not even given a tasting. We received ZERO food and ZERO services. The venue is pointing at the vendor, and the vendor is pointing at the venue saying we need to collect from the other. They refuse to give us anything of value in return for our money. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. They will keep it regardless of whether they have done anything at all to earn it. Imagine having your wedding cancelled by something completely out of. your control and then having the vendor keep money you worked hard to earn on top of it. If you go with Command, this could happen to you. It happened to me.

Command Performance name suits them well! You command perfect food, they perform! They are consistent, professional like a well oiled machine, detail oriented and strive for perfection. Our guests raved about our food for days. Once we arrived in cocktail hour to take pictures, a member of their staff had a tray of appetizers waiting to feed our groomsman, bridesmaids and family! Once my husband and I sat down for dinner, we immediately were the first ones to be served, a plate with EVERYTHING on it! It is little details like this, that set Command Performance apart. We got to work with Command Performance Catering through our venue, Eden Gardens. Their food is absolutely delicious and we had so many different options! They also worked with us to ensure our guests with different dietary needs were able to dine with us without concern. They kept our drinks full and rolled out food so flawlessly. Our guests raved about the food!

My husband and I talked with over 10 caterers before hiring Command Performance. Breeanna Holliday is sooo nice and helpful. Not only is she very communicative but she is flexible in helping you achieve the menu of your dreams. Stop looking for a caterer and hire them. You don’t need to look any further. Even 7 weeks later, our guests have not stopped gushing about how amazing the food was. It was beyond our expectations and we couldn’t be happier. Food is so important at a wedding and they killed it. Hire them. We would do it a million times over. You won’t be disappointed. Trust me.

The service was excellent! My husband, the guests and I all felt like we were in a 5 star restaurant of our very own. The caterers regularly checked to see if we needed any water and had the kindest smile. Both Chris and I had the chicken with potatoes and veggies and it was amazing! The chicken was moist and tasty with this really good tomato sauce on top and what made it taste so good was that it was bone in! The potatoes were incompatible and the veggies gave the meal a nice balance. And the appetizers! They were artistically made and full of flavor! Thank you Command Performance!

Command Performance was so amazing! We had the pleasure of working with Justin and Jesus and they were always very responsive even during busy wedding season. When we had the tasting, it was great seeing the chef behind the delicious food. Everything was delicious and we wanted it all to be at our wedding. The food we chose, all our guests loved. There was something there for everyone no matter their food preferences. Additionally, the tables and linens were beautiful and matched our theme very well. We were skeptical in the beginning because mass produced food may not always hold up to standards, but man was the food amazing as if it was just made right there at the venue. We knew we chose the right people to handle our wedding food! Also, Jesus was very accommodating in what we wanted for the wedding and met our needs in every way. Cannot recommend them enough!

When planning our wedding, food was the biggest priority on our list. We wanted to wow our guests and avoid the typical “wedding” food that people were going to walk away from saying it was “ok.” Command Performance made sure that our wedding food blew everyone’s mind. That night, everyone stated how amazing the food was, especially the Jalapeno Mac and Cheese. Justin and Breeanna are incredible and know Quail Ranch inside and out. Days leading up to the wedding they made sure our seating chart was in place and all our rentals were ready. Still dreaming of the Mac and Cheese… We could not have asked for a more impressive caterer.

After receiving a recommendation from our wedding venue, we opted to use Command to handle our catering for the big day. If you've ever been to a wedding, you know the food is often a critical piece to the overall puzzle! We worked with Joe from the start, and after explaining what we wanted to do and how much we were looking to spend, he was quick to deliver several options that checked all the boxes. Once we narrowed down our options, we came in for a tasting (which he was present for) and he walked us through every dish and listened to our likes and dislikes. Come wedding day, the food was just as tasty as it was during our sampling day (hard to do for nearly 200 people!) and the staff was extremely clean, professional and pleasant to work with! Not once did we have to worry about our food, and thanks to Joe and his staff, our guests experienced a wedding they still talk about today (6 months later!). Given the option to go back and do it all over again, I would use Command every time - thank you!!

My husband and I are foodies so having good food at our wedding was a priority. We did not have a choice in our caterer since they were the exclusive caterer for our venue at Eden Gardens. We started with a not so communicative coordinator but by the new year, we were re-assigned to attentive coordinators. We had a wonderful tasting with our new catering coordinator and any concerns about the quality of the menu were put to bed. Everything was delicious and beautiful. HOWEVER, after telling the catering coordinators and the wedding coordinator of the GROOM'S allergy to cilantro, revising the menu to remove all cilantro and having it marked on all menus, IT STILL WAS SERVED TO THE GROOM! Everyone is lucky that the allergic reaction is not life threatening. We had about 10 minutes between the ceremony and photos to shove as many hors d'oeuvres we could into our faces. We were looking forward to it and hungry. Not only was cilantro served with the hors d'oeuvres it also was also in the dinner. Very disappointing that this food allergy wasn't taken more seriously and not caught by anyone but the groom himself.

The food was great, but working with them was tough. 5 stars for food and 2 generous stars for communication. Getting responses by email and phone took multiple tries and I had to keep reminding Justin to send the information he kept telling me he was going to send. When you’re planning a wedding and spending tons of money on the food and rentals, you would think they would be more on top of their communication.

Pablo and Justin are so incredibly professional, patient, and courteous. I truly wish I could rate them, and their absolutely perfect service, higher! We were so lucky to have worked with them and their amazing crew. Our wedding food was not only fantastic and EXTREMELY DELICIOUS, but EXACTLY what we wanted. Justin and Pablo get back to you in a timely manner and facilitate with any curveballs the day (or days leading up to the big day) throw at you. We are so, so, so happy to have had them as our caterers! They also worked really well with our family and could not have been more kind or energetic (especially since Pablo was with us for 6 hours+). Pablo was also completely understanding of all of our concerns and food choices. Their equipment was state of the art and our food that day was timeless and impeccable. 10/10+ would recommend to anyone! OUR GUESTS COULD NOT STOP TALKING ABOUT HOW GOOD THE FOOD WAS!

We recently had our wedding at Maravilla Gardens and had the pleasure of working with Robert. MVG and Robert made the whole process of picking out our menu a breeze; I actually think it might have been the easiest part of the whole planning process. Earlier in the year Maravilla Gardens hosted a showcase where we were able to try a lot of the food that CPC serves. We definitely picked out a few things that day to add to our menu. Robert answered any questions we had in a prompt manner and had great ideas and menu suggestions. He also helped me pick out additional items such as table linen. At the end of our wedding we received so much feed back on the food. Many guests shared that this was some of the best food they have had at a wedding. I also have to mention how wonderful the service was. Anything our guest needed was taken care of so quickly. We could not have asked for a better team, thank you so much CPC!

Command Performance Catering is incredible! We worked with Danny and he was amazing from our tasting to the wedding day. We did a family style service with a slight fall-theme since we got married in November. The food was delicious and we got so many compliments after the wedding. The servers were so helpful and attentive as well which is a huge bonus. I highly recommend Command Performance for any event. Their staff is professional and knowledgeable, their servers are attentive and respectful, and the food is consistently outstanding. Definitely 5 stars!!

Command Performance Catering did the catering for our wedding at Hartley Botanica. The food was excellent and I really enjoyed working with Justin. I wanted something different and they provided us with beautiful wooden tables that just made our reception space. They have a wide selection of linens and placed a small spring in the napkins which complemented our centerpieces beautifully. I highly recommend them! I really hope I can attend another event where they cater someday!

I used Command Performance for my appetizers, dinner, desserts and late night snacks and it was all fantastic. We wanted a family style Italian meal and they were able to deliver amazing food that all the guests enjoyed. I worked with Dylan and he was super responsive and helpful throughout the planning process and on the day of he was there to ensure everything went smoothly. My only regret is that I didn't eat more at the reception!

We used Command for our wedding in September and could not have been happier. We worked with Joe from about one year out. He was always responsive to our emails, went back and forth with us multiple times to help us make the right selections and was just a pleasure. The tasting was incredible - we got to try every single item we were considering, in full portions, which was quite unexpected. We practically rolled out of the tasting. The wedding itself was flawless. We got so many compliments on the food, that it was truly delicious and not typical wedding fare. We also knew we wanted an untraditional dessert incorporating chocolate chip cookies (my favorite) that wouldn't pull people off the dance floor. So we had an ice cream cookie sandwich station which was a HUGE hit. The staff was also very attentive to my husband and me during the entire day, bringing us water during photos, setting up a full spread for us to enjoy after the ceremony (cocktails, red wine, white wine, champagne, water and all of our hor d'oeuvres) and ensured we had whatever salad and entrees we wanted during dinner. All in all, a wonderful experience and we would recommend Command wholeheartedly.

We sought out this vendor for catering our wedding. I attended a wedding at Hartley Botanical in Somis, CA many years ago and I was floored. At first I thought having a buffet was really low brow, but for crying out loud their food is amazing! It was memorable after all these years. I've had the privilege of attending 3 weddings there, one of which was my brother's. I had led him to that place. I wasn't sure I wanted to do my wedding where he did his, just two years earlier, but we visited when Command was preparing for a wedding and they let us know a handful of other venues that they provide the catering to. Thanks to them, we found the venue of our dreams with the food we really wanted. Melanie was a great resource during our catering planning. She is very busy, and I can understand why. They provide such great service and exquisite food. We had the opportunity to do a preview night at Eden Gardens where both the venue and caterer really showcased their offerings, and we were not disappointed. We got to sample the food, meet other venues, and see what other table settings they had to offer. We opted for some upgraded items, and Melanie's input was very useful. We got gold flatware, ivory with gold plates, we had a huge assortment of colors/linin to choose from. We really got to create a magical tablescape and evening with their help! Items worth noting: You won't be able to taste everything on the menu. You will try some items at the preview night. If you miss it, then you won't get to try the food. A big item for us is that they don't accept anything but cash. If you have $17K laying around, that's sweet, but we did not. It is not negotiable. At all. Command took very good care of my husband and me on our wedding night. They made sure we had food and drinks at all times. They brought us and the bridal party food right after the ceremony to munch on during pictures. They sent us home with some of the food - because we didn't eat our meal at all that night. LOL Everyone kept coming up to say Hi. They lovingly packed our cake's top tier so it was ready to put in the freezer. We really appreciate the attention they gave to us and our guests. It was a seamless event, the most exquisite night it could have possibly been. Thanks again, Command!!

We LOVED working with Command! The other half is a chef, so we knew that food was going to be a big focus at our wedding. We worked with Justin, and he was so extremely helpful and accommodating. The food was amazing - two weeks later people are still talking about how delicious it was.. The staff is always wonderful - super professional. Everyone that I interacted with was simply amazing. Would highly encourage people to connect with them for any catering needs.

Command Performance Catering was fantastic!! We worked with Robert Yamada and I can't even say it enough how lucky we are for that. He was great! Responded to my millions of emails and questions very quickly and was also so professional and kind. He never made me feel like I was annoying or nagging. He is very organized and pays close attention to details. He does a lot of the middle man work so you as the bride don't have to. Our tasting was so fun and we fell in love with the food. On our wedding day we had tray passed appetizers: shrunken shrimp tacos on a lime wedge, Italian chicken sausage stuffed mushrooms, fig and cambozola flat bread pizza and smoked Gouda slider. They all were fantastic and Robert made sure a server came to my husband and I so we could get some appetizers along with our signature cocktail. Then for dinner we had the Zinfandel braised short ribs and herb grilled chicken with red and golden beet salad, black truffle mashed potatoes, carrot soufflé and the veggie mix in pistachio butter. Our food was amazing and command performance made sure my husband and I got our meals and were able to eat! Our food was hot and tasted great! We got a ton of compliments. Then they made sure my husband and I each got cake, that was very important to my husband haha. They made our wedding perfect and I couldn't have asked for better from Robert

Having great food at our wedding was a top priority for us – we’re big “foodies” and couldn’t imagine serving our guests the standard wedding menu. Thank goodness for Command Performance Catering! I have been fortunate to have previously worked with the CPC team in my previous job – they have always served great food and have been exceptional partners. The service they provided to us for our wedding exceeded our expectations! Danny Margolis, Robert Yamada, and Chef Maya were so wonderful during the whole process. If we had a question, they responded quickly. If we had an issue, they had the solution. Plus, they worked within our budget without sacrificing service or quality. Robert even made sure that cocktails were ready for us and our wedding party after the ceremony, and that my husband and I had a plate of the appetizers. The whole evening went smoothly, and our guests raved about the food during and after the wedding. We have nothing but great things to say about Command Performance. You always hear horror stories about how bad wedding food can be. Our wedding was NOT the case! After a meeting with Joe at CP, we knew we were in good hands. He helped us through the menu, what worked and what didn't and came up with the perfect menu. Our guests continue to give us their feedback on how delicious the food was! From the appetizers to entrees to the wedding cookies on the coffee bar. Aside from having great food, the staff was a pleasure to work with! They made us feel even more special if that was at all possible :)

Command is the catering company that works with the wedding venue we chose, Walnut Grove, so we didn't select them ourselves - but we couldn't have been happier with the food at our wedding! I've heard several other people who attended weddings at Walnut Grove rave about the food, as well, saying it's the best they've ever had at a wedding. And while it was our wedding, and we may be biased :)... we couldn't have agreed more! Joe was great to work with - totally knows his stuff, very competent and accommodating, made helpful recommendations, and even used extra flowers we had on hand to decorate the buffet table with. The food was AMAZING - and we also had Command do some pies and little cobblers in mason jars, which were adorable and delicious. We could not have been happier with Command - thanks for adding such yummy goodness to our big day! :)

What can I say other than I have never heard so many wedding guests rave about food the way my guests raved about Command Performance. They were recommended to me by another bride and I was not disappointed. Tina Wilkins was amazing to work with. Always one step ahead in the process to make sure every aspect was on track. She even had great suggestions on where to cut costs and still have all the things we wanted to provide our guests including a late night snack! I would definitely use them in the future.

We had Command Performance Catering at our wedding at Hartley Botanica. We worked with Trevor who was awesome not only to consult with before the wedding, but also the day of. He made sure that the bride and groom were taken care of the whole evening. I can not say enough about the food, people are still raving about it a month after our wedding! I was a little hesitant because they do not do a formal tasting. They have an open house where some of the food is available to try. With the amount of options available and help from Trevor we were able to create a great menu for our buffet at our wedding! This company also has rentals available for wedding items. Our linens were provided through them with upgrades available. I rented lace runners, extra night time lights, dance floor, different sweet heart table, and easels from them. Great, great, company!

We worked with Robert and he made the entire process so easy. Always willing to make changes or answer questions and gave great info on what goes good with what. Everyone LOVED the food which was obvious from the numerous trips of full plates I saw people taking from the buffet. The only negative was that my husband and I got up from our table to take a few pictures with the moon and they took our plates while we were away - I had only taken two bites so that was a bummer but everyone really liked the food. Even comparing the items we had at the wedding to those of restaurants -people always say it was better at our wedding.

Trevor at Command Performance really jumped through hoops for us. Yes, Command is on the costly side, but I do think it is worth it. They accommodated every request we had (even the ones I would sure they would say no to.) The food is really good, and high quality. Jalapeno Mac & Cheese, Carrot Souffle and the Zinfandel Short Ribs were some of our favorites. Yum! Thank you, Trevor!

I can't say enough about CPC. They were awesome! Robert, our site manager, is professional, courteous, and personable. We loved our menu we chose for our wedding. Friends that had held their weddings at other venues with other caterer's had warned us that our wedding food might not not be as good as the food at our venue's open house, but I would venture to say this was better.

So many of our guests remarked that this was some of the best wedding food they've tried! We opted for a Premium buffet and everyone loved it. The decision process was easy and we were able to taste their food on various occasions and were impressed with the consistent quality. The servers were also great providing my husband and I with refills and food.

We used CPC for our wedding at Maravilla Gardens 7/5/13 and were very happy with them! We did a mexican fiesta theme and they gave us exactly what we wanted and more. We got so many compliments on the food! Robert was really great to work with and we didn't have to worry about anything. We just picked out our menu and our rentals and they did everything for us! I got married in my parents' backyard and had 260 people at our wedding. Robert Yamada was my rep and did an AMAZING job. Command Performance had everything on time, fresh, and just perfect. Robert was the best. He was extremely communicative and made everything so unstressful. The food displays were beautiful and I received so many compliments on how delicious the food was. They were worth every penny.

I have never had a better meal at a wedding. Ever. I've been to 3 weddings where Command Performance was the caterer, including my own, and every meal has been so tasty! Trevor was our go-to guy and he was so easy to work with, answered all of our questions, and made us feel at ease. We weren't too difficult of a couple when it came to the food/rentals, and that helped us all around. Service was great. The wait staff stayed with us the entire time we took photos during cocktail hour. Followed us around, offered us food and drink anytime we wanted it during the evening. We were treated like royalty the entire time - it was great! And, seriously, the food is amazing! And I usually don't like food. Command Performance is the only caterer available for a few of the wedding venues in Ventura County.. but don't worry.. you won't be let down! Promise.

People have raved about the food at our wedding, they were stoping us the night of to tell us how amazing it was. We keep hearing over and over that it was by far the best wedding food people have ever had. I have a gluten allergy and they gladly accommodated me and brought me a separate meal!

trevor from CPC was the best! he was our contact for our wedding at hartley botanica on 9.29.12 and we were extremely grateful to have such a patient and understanding point person for our big day. he even upgraded some of our menu items from the "lower" menu for free! for our wedding hor doeuvres, we ordered the crispy wonton wrapped shrimp with sweet and spicy sauce, bacon wrapped scallops with orange teriyaki glace, and spinach and pesto stuffed mushrooms with toasted pine nuts. they were all delicious, but i especially loved the scallops! our entrees were the carved roast sirloin with pearl onion demi glace and creamy walnut horseradish sauce, rosemary grilled chicken with wild mushroom and roasted garlic sauce, and bow tie pasta tossed with asparagus, peas, and red peppers in a parmesan cream sauce. the rosemary grilled chicken was the bigger hit surprisingly! we originally chose chicken just bc it was a "safe" choice. for sides, the grilled vegetables on cast iron grills with pistachio butter made for impressive presentation, but it was the white cheddar jalapeno mac and cheese that was the talk of the evening. so seemingly simple, but it packed a punch and our guests loved it. the red and golden beet salad, candied walnuts, and goat cheese with champagne vinaigrette was the epitome of a gourmet salad. now, im not sure if CPC's relationship with Hartley Botanica is the same as with other venues, but for our wedding at Hartley, CPC also provided the rentals (chairs, chandeliers, dance floor, etc). my only teensy weensy complaint about CPC is that things seemed a bit disorganized at times (uncertain pricing for rentals, emails sometimes unanswered). however, the food was so yummy and trevor was so nice and accommodating that those things were really minor. plus, im sure a simple call to ask trevor directly would be just as efficient as we all get behind in emails sometimes. :)

Food was so good. My guests are still talking about it. They also did an awesome job setting everything up. Everything looked beautiful, and the food was incredible. Highly recommend them. They did an excellent job. Only drawback-- they can be hard to get a hold of.

We used Command Performance as the caterer for our wedding and we were very happy with them. We worked with Robert at CPC and he's fantastic. He was professional, friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious and we received comments from pretty much all the guests that it was the best food at a wedding ever. We were very happy with the service and the food and would highly recommend CPC.
