The effort he put into hear about the atmosphere that we wanted for our ceremony and reception really put us at ease. It was clear that he had a lot of experience as a DJ and knew how to keep people on the dance floor. He did a great job playing music that fit our reception and the suggestions that we made. He was also very flexible and was able to fit in a few good requests from our guests.

they intended us to use would not work, so they had to use a handheld which went out several times through our ceremony. It seems it was not a super noticeable hiccup to our guests, thank goodness. Chris, our DJ for the night, was really great for the most part and kept the party hopping, especially in the middle of the evening. There were a few moments where he played a random song outside the genre I requested. Almost immediately, everyone left the dance floor but overall he kept people moving. I gave 5 stars because even with the hiccups we had, our guests had a good time and Rich was super professional and went way above and beyond to help us with the microphone issue afterward. Those kinds of things do happen, although having a spare mic or two could have helped avoid the issue. Thank you, complete music for being part of our Happily Ever After.

As you remember, you were recommended to us by a church friend whose wedding you did in Roswell – and she had said that you were the best in town – and now we agree! The setup of microphones was flawless for the officiant, the reader during the wedding, for the uncles who greeted the guests and said a prayer during the dinner – all were perfect. I want to thank you again for the moderate volume of the music during most of the evening – we could still actually have conversations with our guests and that was appreciated so much. Great job – thank you again.

The microphones were yanked from us about an hour before the ceremony because the company didn't do their due diligence to tell us there was an associated fee (which we would have gladly paid). We were simply told that they had mics and we could use them. The owner's wife found out right before our wedding that we hadn't paid this said-fee so she said we weren't allowed to use them. I wish that our day-of coordinator would have brought this to my attention as they informed my now-husband who just said ok to keep things moving where if I knew, I would have demanded we get to use them and they wouldn't have gotten away with it. Then the uplighting... November does not give you a sunset wedding at 7 pm. We were sold a sunset wedding and it was almost pitch black when the ceremony began - Ivy Hall was very responsive to my concerns the week leading up to the wedding when we all realized the sun would set right before our ceremony began. They offered to cover the costs of the uplighting to ensure it looked beautiful - and it did. However, they did not rent them for long enough so the same lady that took the mics from us was also taking down the lights while we were trying to take our bride/groom pictures - she is literally in the background of some of the photos. When asked if they could stay a bit longer, she responded "I have to get home, I have a sitter with my kids" - I am an understanding person, but this shouldn't have been an issue to begin with and her unwillingness to be the least bit flexible is/was unacceptable. Additionally, I wrote an email to Rich, the owner of the company to tell him what happened and never got a response. This obviously threw off what our photographer had planned and made for a less-than desirable experience and sub-par photos.

His announcements were timely and professional. Rich did a great job communicating with us prior to the event and conveying our details to Patrick. The up-lights really added color to the room- we used 6 and Patrick switched the color from purple to blue halfway through the evening. We are very pleased with our experience.

a photo booth for our St. Patrick's Day wedding. Had we not already booked a photographer prior to contacting Complete, I would have added photography to the package as well. Communication was great - I never had to wait more than a day for an email response and on the week of our wedding, DJ Rich and our photo booth representatives Chris (and Leslie) were incredibly responsive and amenable to my hectic pre-wedding schedule and last minute requests. Our wedding was a multicultural event (I am Filipino and my husband is American) and I wanted to make sure everyone had fun. If people were flying in from Asia to celebrate our union with us, I wanted the wedding to be worth the expense of accommodations and airfare... and it absolutely was! DJ Rich had everyone on the dance floor and if they weren't dancing, they were goofing off with Chris and Leslie at the photo booth. Also, I don't remember if I told Rich about the harp music that would be played at our ceremony, but it was a really sweet and pleasant surprise to hear the actual songs throughout our reception. Our last dance of the night was the same song that our harpist played for our recessional and it tied in everything so well and so beautifully. Of all the wedding vendors I worked with for my Filip-Irish wedding, Complete was the best. Rich, Chris, and Leslie made my wedding memorable not just for my husband and me but for our guests as well. We've had many people compliment our event as one of the best weddings they've ever attended and I know a lot of it is because of everything Complete did for us. If I had to endure planning my wedding all over again, I wouldn't change a thing about our amazing reception entertainment. Thank you so much!

On our wedding day, Duke took requests from the guests and everyone had an amazing time! Naturally, the dance floor fills and empties and he did a great job going with the flow to keep the party going. Everyone had a blast and we are so glad we hired Complete for their DJ services!

Rich was very accommodating and made changes for us each and every time within hours. Our DJ Matt was THE BEST. He was so much fun and had everyone out dancing on the floor all night. We have had so many people compliment us on our DJ and tell us we had the most fun wedding ever. I had people ask me days later for the name and number of our DJ for their sisters wedding because they enjoyed him so much. He played the perfect mix of old and new songs to keep everyone happy and dancing. I really could not have asked for more. The online planning form made it easy for us to communicate our vision for our video and the DJ. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
