They are very professional as a company and the issues I had were more specific to which DJ we had. They had us fill out a form with our genre preferences and any must play songs/songs to never play which was very comprehensive and helpful. However, DJ Matt had ignored that form completely even though he had it printed out in front of him during the event. My maid of honor even pointed out to him that our must play songs were missing and he had apparently not even prepared them for the event. When we met beforehand with the DJ, he asked for a playlist, which I thought he was going to use to get an idea of what we wanted. He ended up just playing the playlist in its entirety and in some instances mixing up some of the songs with others that had similar titles. It just felt like not much care/thought was put into the job he did. If I wanted him to play my whole playlist I could've bought a speaker and played it myself. He ignored most requests I made for the event and added in a group dance as the last dance song without speaking to us about it before (and the groom and I were not comfortable with it and were already frustrated with him). I had told him we didn't want him to take requests and he told me no one would dance if we didn't take requests. He started the night with requests and the groom had to tell him to stop. He had criticisms of every song I picked for our entrance and seemed to have a very my way or the highway attitude towards it. It would be one thing if this were a non-wedding event but it was and he had no regard for what we as the bride and groom wanted for our day. Ultimately it didn't ruin the day completely but it's definitely not ideal for the bride and groom to feel ignored at their wedding. I'm sure their other DJs are better than this but proceed with caution.

Matt was perfect for our corporate Casino Night party. Everyone enjoyed his selection of music, his enthusiasm and energy, and his assistance in giving out raffle prizes throughout the evening. His booth looked nice and professional; the multi-color lights were perfect. Jon at Complete Wedding and Events was easy to work with and provided great suggestions during the planning process. I appreciate the prompt communication and response from Jon and his team.

We've all been to one of those weddings where the PA system goes out during the ceremony or a toast. We were determined to select a vendor that would minimize the likelihood of this happening, but at a reasonable price. Complete Weddings was just that. Our DJ, Alvin, was a conssumate professional. He knew the right questions to ask to make sure he was prepared, and our ceremony and reception went off without a hitch. The music choice was great, too! I would absolutely recommend him.

My name is Cristina Taylor. I got married on May 4th, 2023 to a wonderful man, John. In the beginning, I was planning everything on my own for our wedding. Because I also works full time, planning everything became overwhelming and was not sure if I’m doing everything right. I learned about Complete Wedding + Events Dallas from a friend who also utilized them to plan and provide everything she would possibly need for her wedding. I am so happy to learn about Complete Wedding Dallas because everything went so well and my now husband thanked me for setting everything to make it happen. I spoke initially with Jon of what Complete Wedding Dallas offers and guided me to what I possibly would I need for the wedding and worked with cost that makes sense to me and my husband. I’m so glad we hired complete wedding as our videos, photography, DJ, Emcee, Music and event planner ran so smooth. My guests are happy with overall turned out of everything.

DJ Mel and Karter were very helpful and were so good at their jobs! They listened to my hopes & dreams so well and also made the wedding day so fun! So many of my guests have complemented their work and told me how fun the day was because of them! My photo booth was so fun and engaging and people had so much fun with the props! It was so special to get pictures of everyone given to me in a scrapbook I got to take home!

We had the absolute best experience with our DJ Mel. She was incredible and knowledgeable — she communicated with us frequently leading up to our wedding and went above and beyond for us. The reception was A HIT and she kept everyone dancing all night long. We appreciate her more than I even know how to express. She was absolutely amazing and would recommend her to everyone. We love her so much and know we not only had her as our DJ but have made a lasting friend. Our videographer was Jayden and was kind and quiet and was so so good. We are so thankful for them both!

The DJ was recommended by Complete, JaMal did a great job with our group of over 500 people at our HOA event. He was prompt, and played from our playlist. But also took requests from the guests.

Complete Weddings was fantastic, and DJ Mel was the absolute perfect DJ for us! She helped us so much with getting the wedding pulled together, and she absolutely rocked the music! Highly recommended!

We used Complete for the DJ, photo booth and photographer services for our wedding. Each one was wonderful leading up to and on the day of! Everything ran super smooth and we couldn't be happier with our experience with them! Matt is a fantastic DJ and so much fun. Michelle ran an awesome photobooth that everyone enjoyed. Lexi was a very self sufficient photographer who helped us a lot with the photo process since we weren't very sure what all we wanted.

Matt was a great DJ, he arrived early to set up always checked with my husband and I to make sure we were ready for the next song and event happening. He has the perfect personality for a DJ and got everyone involved on the dance floor. Definitely recommend him!

We used complete for our DJ (Sean) and our photography (Kyle). Both were great and easy to work with. We originally had another DJ, but unfortunately she was unable to come due to health reasons. Complete quickly informed me when this happened and immediately had a backup plan so we were never without a DJ. Both met with me over zoom and phone calls prior to the event to make sure all information was correct and they excelled in every aspect. Sean had guests out on the floor the entire night and Kyle was great at working with us on the photos. We ultimately had a great experience with Complete!

First off, Ron was so easy to work with when I booked a DJ from the very beginning. He responded quickly to emails and was very helpful! Our DJ, Alvin, was so awesome! He was very professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly, fun!! He was very easy to work with on the day of our wedding and helped ensure our night ran smoothly. It was the most perfect night and everyone had SO much fun on the dance floor, thanks to Alvin! 100% recommend!!!

Unfortunately we did not have the best experience with Complete Weddings + Events. I was so grateful for the online planning forms that we were able to fill out beforehand, and we had everything organized for specific songs at certain times. The DJ played the wrong version of our parents’ processional song (with lyrics, instead of just instrumental, which we even linked to in the planning form.) He also completely forgot to announce our best man/MOH as we were walking in to the reception, and our planner had to sprint across the venue waving to get him to stop and backtrack, announce them, and then reannounce us. We were also immediately supposed to go into our first dance, but I guess he forgot to change the song. The first 30 seconds of our first dance was us slow dancing to our really upbeat entrance song, and everyone looked very confused. We made a few song requests in our online forms—none of which he played. He also did not play the song we requested be the final song of the evening, which was also laid out in the online form. Our event planner even went up and told him to play that specific song, which he did not. The photo booth we rented through Complete Weddings crashed a few times, and was down for a fair portion of the evening toward the end. All of that was a pretty big bummer. However, Ron and Lindsay at Complete Weddings were so nice, helpful and accommodating. The team was very quick to respond and I loved being able to call/email and have an answer ASAP. They get 5 stars! But the services provided unfortunately just kind of sucked.

Used compete for photographer, Dale and Diana were fantastic! Videographer Trevor made sure everything went smoothly. David at the photo booth did a great job with our guests and scrapbook. Most importantly Dj Massimo was amazing !!! We had a blast on the dance floor and he helped make the night perfect!

Working with Complete Weddings + Events Dallas was super easy! My package included DJ, Lighting, and the photobooth -- All were awesome! They made the night perfect for us and I absolutely loved the DJ that they found for us. DJ Mel was amazing! She kept the night running smoothly and played the perfect songs at the perfect times. She is also kind and outgoing! I highly recommend.

Matt May is the BEST! I met him originally at a open house, and knew immediately that he was good at his job - I was ready to dance and party right then, his energy was contagious! He was the DJ at our wedding and was quick to reply and communicate, made the entire ceremony seamless, and when we got to the reception, he got the party started better than I would have thought possible - I have never seen a DJ who could get the entire party out on the dance floor but he succeeded within minutes of our party beginning, AND KEPT THE ENERGY GOING THE ENTIRE TIME! I was amazed, impressed, grateful, and will forever recommend him as bar none the best. As for the photo booth the setup was gorgeous, it was fun, engaging, the props were on point, and every guest raved about how much fun they had. We especially enjoyed getting a book of all of the photos taken that night of our guests, and will forever treasure it. Thank you for making our wedding perfect and memorable - you are simply the best.

We had Andrew as our DJ and Whitney as our videographer. Ron, the owner, was so easy and accompanying to work with. He made planning so much easier. Before the wedding we got assigned Andrew and Whitney. Andrew was so fun and caring. He really got the crowd going, and was very attentive to how I was feeling as the bride. Which I really appreciated.Whitney was very nice, and captured our day perfectly.It was a great experience and I’d highly recommend Complete Wedding and Events to anyone planning a party.

Complete DFW was absolutely amazing!! We did photography, videography, DJ, and uplighting through them. Everyone was so pleasant to work with and were very accommodating. They effectively communicated with us every step of the way, and our vendors were efficient and organized on the night of our wedding. We are SO pleased with Complete and would highly recommend their services. Specifically, we’d recommended Forrest Lohman and Morgan Henderson for photography, Whitney for videography, and Joseph Odom for DJ. They were all FANTASTIC!!! They made our wedding day so special and unforgettable!

My fiance (now wife) and I used Complete Weddings and Events for our wedding on Saturday and it was honestly the best DJ service I have ever seen or been involved with. They were on time, courteous, interacted with our guests, danced with us and even offered to help get us drinks and food. Our DJ Andy was fantastic and was a pro the entire time, although stepping into our event late due to our prior DJ leaving the company. We also used a photo booth from them and the operator was fantastic and the pictures came out great. I would HIGHLY recommend using Complete Wedding and Events as they were professional and great to both me and my wife through this process.

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD My wedding was October 19, 2019 and the only thing i really wanted was video and photo. We hired Complete and hired two of their videographers. I was supposed to be contacted by the videographers a week prior to the wedding to get scheduling and locations down on where to meet. My wedding planner emailed and got no response, so I called Complete and was told that the videographers were in contact with my wedding planner and had spoken. This was a LIE no one responded to my wedding planner. 2 days prior to my wedding we’re scrambling try to make sure the videographers know where to go. The first shooter said he would let the second shooter know. I paid $1795 for 8 hours and two shooters. The day of our wedding the first shooter shows up but guess what the second shooter is missing. We get to the wedding venue to do first looks and guess what the shooter that is there misses our first look and makes use recreate it after our wedding ceremony. Literally missed my husband reaction and crying and everything the first time we see each other. We go in the the reception and ceremony and my wedding planner asks in front of our photographer and DJ where the second shooter was and he said he would be here at 6:30pm... my wedding planner informs the shooter it’s 7:30. The second shooter was never going to come and they were lying to us the entire time. Once I find all this stuff out the next day. I call Complete and let them know the situation ( if I wouldn’t have called they would have never called me ) they apologize and tell me there second shooter didn’t have a CAMERA. Why would you hire someone to be a videographer if they don’t have a camera. Why wasn’t a back up sent? I am then told I would be getting a refund and someone would be in contact to work with me in the video and clips. No one contacted me until 10 weeks later and it was with the video and clips. It wasn’t what I wanted. We never worked together liked they said and after going back and forth twice trying to get what I wanted I gave up because let’s be honest there missing a lot of material because there was one shooter. Today I get a check in the mail for $300. What a slap in the face $1785 for 8 hours and 2 shooters is what I paid for. I should get at least half my money back for the terrible customer service, lies, and mediocre video. I do not recommend this company to anyone! And moving forward I hope they can be honest and more on top of the services they provide and that they hire videographers either cameras.

MATT MAY is the only name you need to know about this company. He was my very interactive, fun loving, amazing dj. He literally got almost all 275 people up and dancing on the dance floor that night (even my 83 year old grandmother). Thank you for everything matt and complete weddings and events!

Complete was fabulous! They set everything up, sent my photo book home with the designated person and everything was great. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

We found Complete Weddings + Events during a frantic evening of searching after our first DJ plan fell through. We thought the price looked reasonable, and best of all, they were available on our wedding day! The whole process was extremely easy and tailored to our tastes and personalities - I liked that they gave us 3 DJs to choose from, and that the DJs themselves got to review the information sheets we filled out and decide amongst themselves who they thought was better suited. We ended up with Andrew, who was a lifesaver from start to finish! He made sure to check in with me throughout the night to keep things moving along at a good pace, was great about making the announcements we needed him to make, and he played a great mix of really fun music that had my guests dancing until they basically had to sweep them out of the venue. At one point, he even came out and danced with us! Thank you so much for helping our hectic night run smoothly!

We had the BEST wedding experience with our photographers and videographer! They were so patient and gave us everything we could’ve ever imagine! I’m so thankful we booked with them! Thank y’all so much for everything you made my day absolutely perfect.

The company itself was easy to work with and provided forms to fill out for the DJ, but I wish they would allow the DJ to tailor the questionnaire for the specific event. Our DJ Joseph was great and kept the party lively but I feel like the company's role as intermediate between the client and the talent could be better.

We hired Mel as our DJ and she was great! Super easy to work with, very organized. She is also just a fun and warm person and we loved having her at our wedding. So glad we found her!

We chose Mel as our wedding DJ and it was the best decision! We had multiple meetings with Mel leading up to the wedding and she was so personable and made the process super easy. She helped us figure out music for every little detail and even helped with our timeline of events (including ceremony, cocktail hour and reception). The day of the wedding, she made her rounds to each of our guest tables, introduced herself and gave instructions to guests on how they can make music requests. She did a phenomenal job of keeping people dancing and having a great time. At the end of the night, I had multiple guests approach me and tell me what an amazing job our DJ did. We couldn't have been happier with our decision to hire Mel!

We had DJ Joseph as our DJ for our wedding. He was SO AWESOME! He is so easy to work with and takes pride in what he does. I am not a dancer but he definitely can get the party started. amazing!

Joseph was our DJ. He was outstanding. We met with him months before our wedding to begin planning. He carried the party and kept us now time the whole night. Couldn't have asked for a better DJ. We found COMPLETE via The Knot. It was a hard decision to feel comofrtable with DJs and then we discussed our wedding with Melissa for over an hour and were at ease. We booked and paid them our deposit. 3 months before our wedding, Melissa reached out and said she was no longer available due to a work trip. (This seemed odd considering she booked herself for our wedding and we were on the same page that we booked because of HER being out DJ.) She provided us with 2 backup options, neither were remotely comparable to her services. This was really frustrating considering that we weren't going to get a picked DJ and now were being forced to pick between 2 that really weren't our style or taste. After advising Melissa that we didn't want to move forward with the DJ we hadn't selected and to cancel our contract and refund the deposite, she said within our hour that now all of a sudden she re-worked her trip and is able to be our DJ. This seemed really odd considering that if she could have done this all along..... why would she have gone through those lengths to get out of being our DJ? Regardless, it was a wash and we didn't feel like we could trust them to even show up on our big day. I requested that they cancel the contract and refund our deposit - they refused to refund the deposit. The situation was terribly mishanlded and left a Bride without a DJ and her deposit. Bad way of doing business and hoep this saves brides from the mistake that I made by entering a contractual relationship with COMPLETE.

Heather was an awesome DJ! She handled everything! I couldn’t believe she kept up with everything going on. She was amazing. I had no worries with her there. She even got my mother-in-law to dance with my husband even though she originally said she wouldn’t. She made her feel comfortable & my husband was able to have that memory with his mother. I’m so thankful for you guys & I will be using you in the future!

We used Complete for our wedding DJ, photo booth, and videographer! The DJ’s (yup, 2 haha) that came to our wedding were SO MUCH FUN! They made sure everyone was up moving and participating in all the fun wedding traditions. Our photo booth pictures were super cute, and we loved getting a copy of each put into a scrapbook after. Our videographer was great as well. He came and captured our wedding for 10+ hours! We loved having everything in 1 package. It makes things simple, and we all know we need that when it comes to planning a wedding!

All I can say is book them right now. Look no further. This company seriously is the BEST!! We used Complete for our DJ and they paired us up with Andrew. Immediately loved the guy and we felt so confident we were about to have a bangin' reception (and ceremony lol). Andrew took care of everything, I literally worried about NOTHING the day of my wedding!!! He was so funny, so attentive, very informed and professional and such a great DJ to have! If I got married once a year I would use them over and over and over again. I'm serious this is the best company to work with EVER!!!!!

We're overall happy with the services booked through Complete Weddings + Events (Dallas). Engagement photographer- Gynisse Turner Wedding lead photographer- Steve Spencer Wedding second photographer- Morgan Henderson DJ and Uplighting- Joseph Odom Open air photo booth- Greg Pauley Confirming the wedding photographer was our biggest issue. About one month before the wedding, we were told that the photographer we requested over a year prior was actually never available, even though we received email confirmation months prior that he was assigned to us. The recently promoted General Manager took over communication with us and assigned a new wedding photographer. Having two points of contact (Sales Director and GM) for initial communication probably led to the misunderstanding. We met all photographers the day of shooting, but they were readily available to talk beforehand by phone or email. GYNISSE was professional and kind. We ended up with some really great engagement photos. STEVE and MORGAN were always present, but never in the way in shooting our wedding. They were very professional, kind, and patient with our families. We love our wedding photos. JOSEPH has a great personality and our guests were never bored. We met about a month before the wedding to discuss the schedule and song choices since he was our ceremony DJ and reception MC. He was professional in addressing the few issues that came up. We would recommend a final review of the schedule and expectations with him before your wedding. GREG reached out to us about 2 weeks before the wedding to introduce himself and see if we had any concerns. Our guests enjoyed the photo booth and interactive attendants.

We found COMPLETE wedding + events through a local Bridal Expo. The employees were all very friendly and helpful. They offer quite a few different services, we only contracted them for the DJ service. Their pricing is both competitive and reasonable. The website is really easy to navigate for payments and notifying them of music choices. We really liked being able to list songs we didn’t want to have and must play songs. Our DJ was Aaron. He reached out to us ahead of time to confirm our information and arrived on time to our wedding. He was fun and kept our guests happy through the night! We would definitely recommend both Aaron and COMPLETE.

Mel was fantastic and definitely kept the party going! She was so easy to communicate with and really took the time throughout the night to make sure we were having fun and happy with the music. She also would ask us if a song was requested that she didn’t think I would like. It rained like crazy for a little bit but Mel helped us to adjust everything and it worked out perfect. Zach and I feel lucky to have found Complete weddings and have Mel for our DJ. Thanks fo much for being a part of the best night of our lives!

Matt May was the bomb! He kept us on track and everyone on the dance floor. Tons of people have told me our wedding was the most fun one they have ever been to and wanted the DJs name and info. We literally danced until I ripped my dress. He was prepared to change things up when it became apparent my dad couldn't be at the wedding for health reasons. He even urged me to do a special thing for my husband that I thought I would be too afraid to do and it turned out great! Everything was wonderful!

Alex from Complete Weddings was the DJ for our daughter's wedding on Sept 8th, 2018. We were a little nervous when due to unforeseen circumstances a few days before our event our DJ was changed from Joseph to Alex. Alex called and reassured us that he was on top of everything and would take good care of us, and he did just that! Everything ran so smoothly and Alex was wonderful.....thank you Complete Weddings!!!

Complete was a great group to work with. They were efficient and reliable and the people they sent out were very nice and made it a good evening for everyone. Alvin, our DJ, was particularly easy to work with in terms of music requests, and was able to get the group going on the dance floor. Good experience!

Our wedding was June 24th, 2018 and we used Complete Weddings and Events. They were awesome. Bryant was our photographer and he did an awesome job. We got a great package from them which made it easy to have the photographer, videographer, and DJ all working together. They returned the photos really quick and sent out the video within 3 weeks of our wedding. The photo booth was great and we left the night with our photo booth album to look at during our honeymoon. Great company and great pricing as well.

We used Complete Weddings to DJ our reception last month and it was absolutely perfect. Alvin was the greatest MC and made our reception so much fun. He was so helpful and quick to answer any questions I had leading up to our big day. He went above and beyond in coordinating the flow of the reception and helped everything run so smoothly. I felt so confident knowing he was there. These guys are so great and I would definitely recommend them!

Complete was amazing. Ben was so amazing to work with. He answered all of our questions and made us very comfortable at the time of booking. He was there for me and helped us out a lot. Our DJ Alvin was spectacular. He was exactly what I wanted and exceeded our expectations.

We decided to use Complete wedding for our lighting, DJ, and photobooth for our wedding. In the beginning, Ben was very easy to get a hold of when we needed questions answered to make sure we were making a good decision before allowing Complete wedding to take over a good part of our entertainment. I believe he did an excellent job answering our questions and concerns. However, it became frustrating as a bride, when after we paid everything in full communication became more sparse and at moments leaving us unsure if we would be able to rely on them to follow through on our wedding day. Often times I would have to send multiple emails (several days apart) just to get one of the questions answer. Compared to the other vendors we were working with everything seemed to be more lackadaisical and unorganized. Last minute, Ben planned a meeting with our DJ, Joseph, who ended up doing a wonderful job, given that we gave him a full playlist of foreign music that was not in his library, but he was able to pull through and have it ready. Just not the most ideal thing for a bride to have to worry about and have to go to a meeting that late in the game. As for the lighting, we were given conflicting information from two staff workers as to what colors we could have. However, despite emails to make sure if they are still doing our wedding secondary to lack of communication for all of our paid services. I was only contacted 4 days before my wedding day to be asked what colors I wanted, and to be told that they could not do the desired color that I was previously informed that "they have the program to do anything". Just seemed like since the money was in there was no need to try. Again, not something the bride wants to deal with 3 days before her wedding. Thankfully, the day of the alternate colors turned out fine. As for the photobooth, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. The colors on all the pictures were dark, pictures were unclear, small photobooth (although we pain for an open concept photobooth. I have emails if needed), and the photos seemed to be taken from an old pixelated camera and just thrown into a "photobooth". Was not pleased.

Photo booths are a must at weddings! My guests had a blast with the one at ours. Complete weddings was the perfect option for my husband and I. They provided the guests with a range of props and options to print as many pictures as they wanted. In addition, before my husband and I left the venue we were given an album with all pictures taken. I would definitely recommend complete weddings to all brides and grooms!

I hired complete weddings to do a photobooth for our wedding reception. Ben was our sales contact and Ashley was our photo booth operator. She did such a great job. It was so cute to get a photo booth of all of our guests photos after the wedding. Our guests loved having a photobooth and we’re so glad we did it.

I could not be happier with Complete wedding and events! Ben the owner was amazing and always responded to all my questions right away! Our photographer Greg was incredible and did such an amazing job with the children. We cannot wait to see our photos! Our DJ Ryan was great and really kept the dance floor going, and even joined in on the dance floor. Our purple up lighting transferred our venue into an even more elegant place. Our guests had a blast at the photo booth and we really enjoyed looking through our album of all the photos. Overall having a one stop shop made everything so much more easy and stress free. They had online forms to fill out and making payments throughout the engagement made it easier on our pocket book! You won’t be disappointed with this top notch company!
