AL. Cannot say more good things or rave about Matt enough. He met with us on a Sunday afternoon to go over our planning forms, came prepared with recommendations, made sure we felt supported and let us know that it was our day for him to help make special. And boy did he do that! The wedding ceremony was flawless, the music transitions were great. Following the ceremony Matt brought us waters and checked in; it was so thoughtful that he went out of his way. For our reception Matt brought so much energy and positivity to the room. The bridal and groom party entrance made us feel excited to follow them. He made sure that we were able to have time for a group photo and to make sure everyone got on the dance floor. Something we did not expect was a special DJ moment as bride! Such a once in a lifetime moment to share with our friends and family and a way to get everyone involved with a simple sharing of the stage. 10/10, hire Matt May for any and all things DJ related, he will not disappoint.

songs to never play which was very comprehensive and helpful. However, DJ Matt had ignored that form completely even though he had it printed out in front of him during the event. My maid of honor even pointed out to him that our must play songs were missing and he had apparently not even prepared them for the event. When we met beforehand with the DJ, he asked for a playlist, which I thought he was going to use to get an idea of what we wanted. He ended up just playing the playlist in its entirety and in some instances mixing up some of the songs with others that had similar titles. It just felt like not much care/thought was put into the job he did. If I wanted him to play my whole playlist I could've bought a speaker and played it myself. He ignored most requests I made for the event and added in a group dance as the last dance song without speaking to us about it before (and the groom and I were not comfortable with it and were already frustrated with him). I had told him we didn't want him to take requests and he told me no one would dance if we didn't take requests. He started the night with requests and the groom had to tell him to stop. He had criticisms of every song I picked for our entrance and seemed to have a very my way or the highway attitude towards it. It would be one thing if this were a non-wedding event but it was and he had no regard for what we as the bride and groom wanted for our day. Ultimately it didn't ruin the day completely but it's definitely not ideal for the bride and groom to feel ignored at their wedding. I'm sure their other DJs are better than this but proceed with caution.

He knew the right questions to ask to make sure he was prepared, and our ceremony and reception went off without a hitch. The music choice was great, too! I would absolutely recommend him.

I learned about Complete Wedding + Events Dallas from a friend who also utilized them to plan and provide everything she would possibly need for her wedding. I am so happy to learn about Complete Wedding Dallas because everything went so well and my now husband thanked me for setting everything to make it happen. I spoke initially with Jon of what Complete Wedding Dallas offers and guided me to what I possibly would I need for the wedding and worked with cost that makes sense to me and my husband. I’m so glad we hired complete wedding as our videos, photography, DJ, Emcee, Music and event planner ran so smooth. My guests are happy with overall turned out of everything.

We love her so much and know we not only had her as our DJ but have made a lasting friend. Our videographer was Jayden and was kind and quiet and was so so good. We are so thankful for them both!

Both met with me over zoom and phone calls prior to the event to make sure all information was correct and they excelled in every aspect. Sean had guests out on the floor the entire night and Kyle was great at working with us on the photos. We ultimately had a great experience with Complete!

had everything organized for specific songs at certain times. The DJ played the wrong version of our parents’ processional song (with lyrics, instead of just instrumental, which we even linked to in the planning form.) He also completely forgot to announce our best man/MOH as we were walking in to the reception, and our planner had to sprint across the venue waving to get him to stop and backtrack, announce them, and then reannounce us. We were also immediately supposed to go into our first dance, but I guess he forgot to change the song. The first 30 seconds of our first dance was us slow dancing to our really upbeat entrance song, and everyone looked very confused. We made a few song requests in our online forms—none of which he played. He also did not play the song we requested be the final song of the evening, which was also laid out in the online form. Our event planner even went up and told him to play that specific song, which he did not. The photo booth we rented through Complete Weddings crashed a few times, and was down for a fair portion of the evening toward the end. All of that was a pretty big bummer. However, Ron and Lindsay at Complete Weddings were so nice, helpful and accommodating. The team was very quick to respond and I loved being able to call/email and have an answer ASAP. They get 5 stars! But the services provided unfortunately just kind of sucked.

solutely loved the DJ that they found for us. DJ Mel was amazing! She kept the night running smoothly and played the perfect songs at the perfect times. She is also kind and outgoing! I highly recommend.

He was the DJ at our wedding and was quick to reply and communicate, made the entire ceremony seamless, and when we got to the reception, he got the party started better than I would have thought possible - I have never seen a DJ who could get the entire party out on the dance floor but he succeeded within minutes of our party beginning, AND KEPT THE ENERGY GOING THE ENTIRE TIME! I was amazed, impressed, grateful, and will forever recommend him as bar none the best. As for the photo booth the setup was gorgeous, it was fun, engaging, the props were on point, and every guest raved about how much fun they had. We especially enjoyed getting a book of all of the photos taken that night of our guests, and will forever treasure it. Thank you for making our wedding perfect and memorable - you are simply the best.

Our DJ Andy was fantastic and was a pro the entire time, although stepping into our event late due to our prior DJ leaving the company. We also used a photo booth from them and the operator was fantastic and the pictures came out great. I would HIGHLY recommend using Complete Wedding and Events as they were professional and great to both me and my wife through this process.

I was supposed to be contacted by the videographers a week prior to the wedding to get scheduling and locations down on where to meet. My wedding planner emailed and got no response, so I called Complete and was told that the videographers were in contact with my wedding planner and had spoken. This was a LIE no one responded to my wedding planner. 2 days prior to my wedding we’re scrambling try to make sure the videographers know where to go. The first shooter said he would let the second shooter know. I paid $1795 for 8 hours and two shooters. The day of our wedding the first shooter shows up but guess what the second shooter is missing. We get to the wedding venue to do first looks and guess what the shooter that is there misses our first look and makes use recreate it after our wedding ceremony. Literally missed my husband reaction and crying and everything the first time we see each other. We go in the the reception and ceremony and my wedding planner asks in front of our photographer and DJ where the second shooter was and he said he would be here at 6:30pm... my wedding planner informs the shooter it’s 7:30. The second shooter was never going to come and they were lying to us the entire time. Once I find all this stuff out the next day. I call Complete and let them know the situation ( if I wouldn’t have called they would have never called me ) they apologize and tell me there second shooter didn’t have a CAMERA. Why would you hire someone to be a videographer if they don’t have a camera. Why wasn’t a back up sent? I am then told I would be getting a refund and someone would be in contact to work with me in the video and clips. No one contacted me until 10 weeks later and it was with the video and clips. It wasn’t what I wanted. We never worked together liked they said and after going back and forth twice trying to get what I wanted I gave up because let’s be honest there missing a lot of material because there was one shooter. Today I get a check in the mail for $300. What a slap in the face $1785 for 8 hours and 2 shooters is what I paid for. I should get at least half my money back for the terrible customer service, lies, and mediocre video. I do not recommend this company to anyone! And moving forward I hope they can be honest and more on top of the services they provide and that they hire videographers either cameras.

The whole process was extremely easy and tailored to our tastes and personalities - I liked that they gave us 3 DJs to choose from, and that the DJs themselves got to review the information sheets we filled out and decide amongst themselves who they thought was better suited. We ended up with Andrew, who was a lifesaver from start to finish! He made sure to check in with me throughout the night to keep things moving along at a good pace, was great about making the announcements we needed him to make, and he played a great mix of really fun music that had my guests dancing until they basically had to sweep them out of the venue. At one point, he even came out and danced with us! Thank you so much for helping our hectic night run smoothly!

She helped us figure out music for every little detail and even helped with our timeline of events (including ceremony, cocktail hour and reception). The day of the wedding, she made her rounds to each of our guest tables, introduced herself and gave instructions to guests on how they can make music requests. She did a phenomenal job of keeping people dancing and having a great time. At the end of the night, I had multiple guests approach me and tell me what an amazing job our DJ did. We couldn't have been happier with our decision to hire Mel!

paid them our deposit. 3 months before our wedding, Melissa reached out and said she was no longer available due to a work trip. (This seemed odd considering she booked herself for our wedding and we were on the same page that we booked because of HER being out DJ.) She provided us with 2 backup options, neither were remotely comparable to her services. This was really frustrating considering that we weren't going to get a picked DJ and now were being forced to pick between 2 that really weren't our style or taste. After advising Melissa that we didn't want to move forward with the DJ we hadn't selected and to cancel our contract and refund the deposite, she said within our hour that now all of a sudden she re-worked her trip and is able to be our DJ. This seemed really odd considering that if she could have done this all along..... why would she have gone through those lengths to get out of being our DJ? Regardless, it was a wash and we didn't feel like we could trust them to even show up on our big day. I requested that they cancel the contract and refund our deposit - they refused to refund the deposit. The situation was terribly mishanlded and left a Bride without a DJ and her deposit. Bad way of doing business and hoep this saves brides from the mistake that I made by entering a contractual relationship with COMPLETE.

He came and captured our wedding for 10+ hours! We loved having everything in 1 package. It makes things simple, and we all know we need that when it comes to planning a wedding!

and we felt so confident we were about to have a bangin' reception (and ceremony lol). Andrew took care of everything, I literally worried about NOTHING the day of my wedding!!! He was so funny, so attentive, very informed and professional and such a great DJ to have! If I got married once a year I would use them over and over and over again. About one month before the wedding, we were told that the photographer we requested over a year prior was actually never available, even though we received email confirmation months prior that he was assigned to us. The recently promoted General Manager took over communication with us and assigned a new wedding photographer. Having two points of contact (Sales Director and GM) for initial communication probably led to the misunderstanding. We met all photographers the day of shooting, but they were readily available to talk beforehand by phone or email. GYNISSE was professional and kind. We ended up with some really great engagement photos. STEVE and MORGAN were always present, but never in the way in shooting our wedding. They were very professional, kind, and patient with our families. We love our wedding photos. JOSEPH has a great personality and our guests were never bored. We met about a month before the wedding to discuss the schedule and song choices since he was our ceremony DJ and reception MC. He was professional in addressing the few issues that came up. We would recommend a final review of the schedule and expectations with him before your wedding. GREG reached out to us about 2 weeks before the wedding to introduce himself and see if we had any concerns. Our guests enjoyed the photo booth and interactive attendants.

m for the DJ service. Their pricing is both competitive and reasonable. The website is really easy to navigate for payments and notifying them of music choices. We really liked being able to list songs we didn’t want to have and must play songs. Our DJ was Aaron. He reached out to us ahead of time to confirm our information and arrived on time to our wedding. He was fun and kept our guests happy through the night! We would definitely recommend both Aaron and COMPLETE.
