he comfort of knowing I was booked with a company and reliable vendors was worth so much more than what was even charged. All the prices were extremely reasonable. Alex, our coordinator was absolutely amazing and so organized. Lena, our photographer, was incredible and so professional. Would 100% recommend everyone we worked with.

oto booth person were going to have a “family emergency” on the weekend of our wedding. We were given a DJ, Rachel, who was personally recommended by Mr. Loser. We set up a call with her few days later at which time we discussed the music we wanted played at cocktail hour, for the special dances, and during the open dance floor portion of the reception as well. The online preference sheet we completed provided multiple examples of songs from multiple genres spanning multiple decades and the desired slow songs and closing songs. We made it clear that we wanted those songs played and then whatever other songs the DJ chose that were similar/within that framework. Fast forward to the reception the intro and cocktail hour went well. The open dance floor was another story. Very few of the songs we wanted were played and the music was less than inspiring as no one was dancing. Many of our guests told us she wasn’t at her table for long stretches of time. One of those times she was at the head table fetching drinks for the guys, never coming over to the girls side. Several of our guests as well as wedding party members attempted to remedy this with the DJ , he was immediately defensive and rude. I also attempted to talk to Rachel about the situation and was similarly met with a hostile and dismissive attitude. When i asked her to play songs that were on the list she said “you didn’t give me enough songs to play”. I said “then play songs like the genres we gave you” and she stated she would “run out of music if she did that”. Peculiarly, the DJ on more than one occasion in the call the prior to the wedding nonchalantly asked that we provide a Spotify or YouTube premium playlist. Putting it all together now, I feel as though we were expected to choose every song on our own to fill the 5.5 hour reception. At that point, I would’ve just plugged my phone into a speaker instead of hire a DJ. On top of that, the intro song we wanted was/is one of the most popular songs on the planet right now, and when I requested it be played she had no idea what song I was talking about. We also requested songs to be played at certain times (including a few slow songs) but none of that happened either. We reached out to the owner the following day to discuss the events of the night prior. It was several days later before we were able to speak. Right from the get go the owner doubled down on the DJs rudeness and essentially said it was our fault we didn’t give the DJ enough music. He we also entirely dismissive, completely rude, and acted like he didn’t care at all. He did admit the slow songs were not played as requested and then said “personally I’m not a slow dance guy anyways.” I’m sorry but that’s not your call, it was our wedding, our money spent, and our preference sheet desire. We ended the call with him saying he had a refund amount in mind and we had one in mind. Mr. Loser stated he wanted to think 24 hours on it and he’d get back to us by the end of the week. This was a Wednesday. Well, it’s now been 2+ weeks and we’ve heard absolutely nothing. Stay away from this company. They’ll be sweet until they get their money. Then after that they’ll ask you to send them a Spotify playlist for their DJ to play. I’m only giving it one star because the Photo Booth person was awesome.

until I was assigned a DJ and then my contact went to Alec. Alec went above and beyond and was amazing. Everything was super professional, and he constantly was asking me and the groom if we needed anything, if everything was going the way it should, if there’s any extra things we wanted done, and was constantly engaging with the crowd. We had the DJ for our ceremony and our reception. Alec was so fun and bubbly. I couldn’t have picked a better person myself! Also we rented a Photo Booth, and everything was smooth and perfect with that! Constant communication, everyone loved all of the props, and we got a cute keepsake book along with a flash drive of all of the pictures.

She made sure to make everyone aware that she was there and we would be using this as our guest book. The kids loved it and had so much fun. Rob was our DJ and he was absolutely amazing! He went so far above and beyond to make sure that everything ran smoothly. He was relaxed easy going and helped make sure that we were happy and checked on us several times throughout the night. From beginning to end he was professional. I reached out to him the morning of about ceremony songs because I was having a panic attack about the music and he was kind and assured me he had everything and it would be perfect. He was not wrong! He did an amazing job at the ceremony and the reception. Rob made sure everything ran smoothly even when things had to be changed at the last minute. He stayed, helped and made sure we got our private last dance. He kept me at ease all night and we could not have asked for anyone better!

Both did amazing and were thorough with all of the shots that we wanted. I can't wait to see them!Bernard was our videographer and was very nice and professional and captured all of our special moments. Zaydrian was our DJ and was an absolute blast. He brought a second DJ with him who was training who also did an amazing job and added so much fun to the crowd. Zay did fantastic emceeing the whole night and kept our timeline on track. I am really so blown away with the service that Complete Weddings & Events provided. I never had to worry about anything on my special day. We would have booked them for a photo booth as well- but our venue provided that. Thank you all so much!

STIC! He was very confident and was a great MC. Most importantly, his music was GREAT! We received so many compliments on how great the music was. Zay was wonderful to communicate with and really worked well with me, listening to the wants/needs of my husband and I while still giving it his own flare. THANK YOU, ZAY!! Our videographer was Sylvester. Sylvester was very kind and made me feel very comfortable in front of the camera right away! My bridal party also had a wonderful time with him creating video moments. The video reel we received back was absolutely stunning! THANK YOU, SYLVESTER!! Our photo booth was a huge hit! Our guests loved it and it was wonderful to use the photo booth as our guest book! I only have two reasons why I rate COMPLETE 4 stars instead of 5: 1) When we originally booked with COMPLETE we had requested a different DJ. It wasn't until a few months later when I reached out to check-in that we were informed that the DJ was no longer available. We just wish they had reached out to us as soon as they knew, as opposed to waiting for us to reach out. HOWEVER, we were SO SO happy with Zay, so it all worked out for the best! 2) I wish the ceremony video footage was edited a little cleaner. For example, as I was walking down the aisle with my dad the camera was on my husband for the majority of the time and didn't flip to my dad and I until we were over halfway down the aisle (not Sylvester's fault as the editing team is different than the videographer). Some of the angles were a little strange as well. Besides that, we loved all the video footage!! THANK YOU COMPLETE!

n if I was too frazzled to understand myself. Our DJ was Peter and we couldn't have asked for a better DJ. He was so thorough and patient with us. He made us feel at ease the moment we met him! He answered all our questions and was so polite. You can really tell he puts a lot of pride into his work. At the wedding he was amazing! He grabbed a plate for me, so I didn't have to juggle things. He was perfect at facilitating our photo dash and accepting song requests. He even got right out on the dance floor with us for the wobble and kept people dancing all night. I would recommend him and Complete Weddings to anybody over and over again! They really helped make our day smooth and so much fun!

Emily was great, very professional, and actually reached out to all my vendors a month out, to make sure all the loops were closed. She also was a total pro when the ceremony needed to be moved at the last minute due to rain. John (the DJ) and Lindsay (the photographer) also reached out ahead of time to introduce themselves and to discuss my wants and needs, and they both were incredible the day-of. John played almost all the songs on my suggested/vibe playlist, and he also took some really sweet special requests. He expertly read the crowd and played music in-tune with everyone's mood, and he helped keep the whole day running smoothly and on-schedule. Lindsay also was a real trooper, running here and there to grab photos at multiple locations, organizing some group family shots that included ~40 people (some of them), and of course, dealing with the weather. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my decision to go with Complete Weddings + Events for the three services listed. I couldn't have done it without them!

t fit for us. We had a few different songs for the bridal party entrance to the wedding and those change overs were smooth. The songs during the wedding were also on point. My dad and I had a surprise mash up dance for our daddy daughter dance. John helped take the combination I had created and turned it into the mash up with smooth transitions. Each couple of the bridal party entered the reception to a different song of their choice, and John picked the perfect 15 seconds of each song to play for this! Overall, he was a wonderful MC and DJ for our wedding. Would hire him again!!

elle, Dyani, Alex, John and Dan were all so nice and helpful, they really made our day! They went above and beyond both before our day and at the wedding. We had calls with all of them to ensure that they knew what we wanted and Alex provided great recommendations for our other vendors. We had to use a different photographer for our wedding than we used for our engagement photos but they made sure the transition was seamless and we were taken care of. At our wedding, they chatted with our guests and even snuck a photo booth picture into our guestbook which was a nice surprise! I highly recommend choosing them for these services!

Our venue wasn’t air conditioned and it was 90 degrees outside the day of our event, but Aaron was a trooper and kept the party going. Overall we were pleased with our experience!

ast minute booked Amanda for our Coordinator because I was in a panic, and didn't want the process to involve being upset at our wedding party for any resulting failures. In comes Amanda to the rescue! She was the calm and cool presence I needed during the planning process, who organized our schedule very much based on what we wanted. She also helped with many reminders/details we hadn't even thought to consider. On the day she worked her butt off every minute! If anything came up, she was already handling it. She was a blast to work with and is incredibly great at what she does. The DJ: It just so happens we had just been to a wedding prior in which the DJ played songs requests from guests over text, which sounded like a good idea in theory- but we felt that the actual execution of that felt very disjointed. That's why when we met with Rob and quickly noticed his extensive knowledge base/experience-- we basically just told him the feel of things we were going for, and let him take the reins. This was another one of the best decisions we made-- he was amazing! He made everything flow perfectly throughout the evening, without any awkward vibes/pauses. He also was a great director in leading speeches, games, etc for us (My easily distracted self needs that!) We had SO many compliments on him by guests, it was a big dance party for everyone of all ages. "Your DJ was AWESOME" Thank you Amanda and Rob for making our day so amazing!!

oordinator, a DJ, two photographers, and a photo booth. I am so happy I went through one company for all those services. Because they all know each other and have worked together before it just made everything that much easier the day of. There was no miscommunication between the staff and they all work tremendously well as a team. I'll start with our coordinator Alex; Alex was there to answer any of my question throughout the entire planning process over a year in advanced. She was always timely with her emails and always picked up every time I called. She handled all the special quirks we wanted throughout our wedding, kept us on time, and coordinated all of our vendors include the food, two hairstylists from different companies, the bar, and desserts. That along with everyone else from complete wedding. Alex did a phenomenal job which took so much stress off myself the day of the wedding because I didn't have to worry about a thing. I would 100% recommend getting a day of coordinator to any bride so they can just enjoy their own wedding and I would 100% recommend Alex to be that coordinator. Our DJ was Jon. I can't tell you how many compliments we had after the wedding with how great the music was. There was always a good # of people on the dance floor throughout the night. Two of my concerns for my wedding was 1: the weather and 2: great dancing music. You can't control the weather but Jon nailed it on the music! He also handled the ceremony music/microphones, the cocktail hour music, and the speeches all of which were in different places on the venue. We had some special requests for songs and Jon remembered and played each one at the right time. He also got the wedding party drinks during dinner and always made sure we were taken care of. He went above and beyond his responsivities as a DJ. Our photographers! So, I can't say much about the photos as I have not received them yet (it takes 4-6 weeks for editing like most photography services) but I have a feeling they are going to be fantastic! We had Racheal Gage and Lena, they both were great to work with, kept things fun and going on a very hot day, and whenever I needed a break they would give me some space because hours of constant photos can be tiresome. Rachael was our main photographer and made sure whatever specific photo we wanted happened! This included a long list of family photos. I am so anxious to get the photos back, I asked for as many candid photos as possible so it will be fun to go through and see all the guests having a good time. Between the two of them they came up with very creative wedding party photos along with all the classics. The photo booth! I highly recommend getting a photo booth, the photos are so fun and all of your guest will have a blast. Let me also recommend putting your booth in a well-lit area with not too much back light, My photos came out a bit blurry and a bit bright because I placed the booth (against the recommendation of complete wedding) in a the grass next to the well-lit pavilion. That being said, I still love all the photos. the booth was used all night long and at the end I was giving a flash drive with all the photos, a stack of photos throughout the night, and a scrap book with all the photo strips and some notes from the guests.

I’ve never had better service in my life! We booked 4 services through them, DJ, Photographer, Videographer and Photo Booth. (If you hire multiple you get a discount) Every person that came to our event to work went above and beyond to make sure that our day was perfect in every way. Aaron, our DJ, was so personable and go with the flow even when we threw last minute things at them. They were so great and played the best music to get people dancing! Paige, our photographer was AMAZING! Her photos turned out so beautiful and she was very professional and organized. She made sure that all we had to do was pose and look pretty. Wagner our videographer was so chill and caught every second that we loved of our day. He knew exactly what to capture and how to capture it. Dan our photo booth engineer was fantastic and made sure that everyone had a great time taking photos. It was great booking 4 services through one vendor because we didn’t have to think about paying 4 different people, complete takes care of it all in east to access online portals and you don’t have to worry about anything. We did pay a small travel fee as they work out of Grand Rapids and we live in northern Michigan but it’s more than worth it! Highly highly recommend all of their services!
