Our photographer Nick and videographer Trevor were amazing!! They worked as a team, had a plan, and were so kind and respectful. Nick came around and handed us Polaroids throughout the night, which was such a sweet and fun surprise! And the pictures are magazine quality!! Our coordinator, Alyce, was incredibly helpful and reassuring the entire weekend. She helped my grandparents and checked in on my husband and I the entire night. Our DJ, RJ, was creative, flexible, and fun! We appreciated complete weddings and events so, so much!! We can’t wait to see our video and the rest of our pictures!

Complete wedding + events (Lancaster location) filmed our wedding. They lost the audio of half of the video that was taken. We have multiple interviews with family members that we will never know what they said. They missed multiple parts of our first dance and told us the video was corrupted and there was nothing they could do. We asked for a partial refund as we were not given the product we purchased. They told us as per our contract they don't have to. We've been asking them for two months to send us a copy of the contract as it isn't accessible after you sign it. They have been ghosting all our emails and calls. Wouldn't recommend working with them if you actually want your full wedding video.

We had DJ Caesar for our wedding this past weekend and he was amazing!! We got so many compliments about how fun our dance floor was. I was afraid I scared him away with some of my requests and planning sheet info but he nailed it! He was easy to talk to, willing to change things on a dime when we needed to with the timeline, and he made sure to check in with us multiple times to make sure our wedding was everything we wanted. He was a lot of fun, played all the best songs and followed my requests! We are so thankful to have had him to help make our day perfect!

Complete Weddings + Events was helpful in organizing our DJ services for our wedding. Jon Venable was a perfect fit! We met virtually prior to the wedding day to iron out all details and he was always quick to respond to any questions or changes. He even accepted a last minute change on the day of the wedding without hesitation. Jon's energy and DJing skill was amazing. He was able to get the party going and keep it going the whole night.

The booking experience was easy, and the representatives I spoke with, Amanda and then Jake, seemed to know what they were doing. They ask you to fill out a survey with specific information that you're looking for like : genre of music, introductions, attire, DJ involvement, lighting, etc., and then they will assign you a DJ based on that survey. We were assigned a DJ (I will refrain from sharing his name) and were told that he would reach out a few weeks before the wedding. We needed to complete a survey specific for the DJ with things like names, speeches, song requests, group songs, etc. When the DJ called us, we spoke for about a half hour about the survey we filled out. We asked the DJ if he was able to blend and transition songs, because we didn't want to listen to songs all the way through. He assured us that this was typically what he did. We provided him with two playlists: the must-play list, and the backup play list in case he ran out of songs. We also requested that he not take requests from our guests. Our list was a mix of 90's-2000's music and lots of alternative such as Blink 182, Fall out Boy, etc. He assured us that this was all possible, and he was able to get all of the songs we requested. He checked in with us a few days before the wedding, and then I actually texted him the day before to add one more song to the must-play list. He confirmed that it was not a problem, and we felt confident that he was ready. I heard from our guests that he was going around asking them for '3 requests each.' He did not blend or transition ANY of the songs, I am not sure he knew how to do it. He played a handful of songs off our must-play list, and everything else was what I suppose our older guests were requesting (Kool & the Gang, Elvis?!) This was a huge, huge, let down, and we were so incredibly disappointed. We had so many songs that we were dying to hear and sing with our childhood friends, but never got to hear. I called the company the following week, and spoke with my representative, Jake, as well as the manager, Jason. They both seemed apologetic, and shocked that this happened. I initially did not want to leave a negative review, because I felt bad. I felt like they should be aware of what happened, because future customers might be angry that they paid for a service but did not receive it. They seemed very understanding that we were frustrated, but wanted to make it right. They offered to provide us with a voucher for a 'free DJ,' that could be used anywhere and anytime. I thought that was really nice, and I appreciated having our concern heard. Because honestly, this is the biggest day of our life so far, and the DJ can make or break it. He broke it. Well, it has been over three months since we were told we would receive the follow up and voucher, and I have gotten nothing. I have talked with Jason twice, and both times he has said "I will keep reminding them!" The photobooth attendant was great, and the photobooth itself we were happy with. No complaints about that at all. I am incredibly disappointed and frustrated that this happened. I feel like we were 'tricked' and provided with a false promise. And then another false promise when told that they wanted to make it right. I would not recommend this company to anyone, and would not use them again.

DJ Hail was great! He kept the party going throughout the entire night. He did an awesome job of catering the music to our tastes and really entertained the guests with the playlist.

Ok so I should first say that my photographer and videographer were really good. I can’t complain I have nice pictures and a nice video.y issue that I still get upset with is with the dj and photobooth attendant. The photobooth attendant had a frown on his face the entire night and printed up my pictures saying mrs. and Mrs. On all the pictures he handed out to people. I had so many people laugh about the situation but looking back I don’t think it’s funny. It was humiliating. My dj asked for an extensive list of songs I liked and wanted to play at my wedding. He made me send him two lists because he said what I gave wasn’t enough. HE PLAYED ALMOST NONE OF THEM. I have a very honest family and I had multiple people tell me how bad the dj was. He only played old songs. It’s upsetting because the music at a wedding is the most remembered part along with the food. So I have the amazing memory of having a bad dj.

Marty was our DJ and he was spectacular! He kept the dance floor popping and everyone kept asking us where we found him. He listened to all our ideas and made sure to get out on the dance floor with us. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to have an awesome reception

Joel was on the ball! He always checked up on us, made sure we were doing okay. He made sure to keep people up and dancing and kept everyone going. Even when the group faded down and there were less people on the dance floor, he made sure to keep the music going, change the song and get people back up. He did a fantastic job and highly recommend complete entertainment. I loved his "snowball" game and all the other activities that we did throughout the night

Great personality from our DJ and the type of songs played were fitting to the environment. I would give half a star if that. That’s about it. Speakers were awful, song requests were taken but never played, the wrong version of the mother/son dance was played, the wrong intro song was played for bridal party, DJ pronounced name of maid of honor incorrectly, he didn’t know the name of brides stepfather, and no one could understand a word he said over the microphone. The biggest complaint we got from everyone was the DJ and sound system. Fortunately, they refunded about 75% of cost. However, I felt a review was in-order to warn future couples who might plan on using this group. Hopefully others have a better experience.

We booked DJ services through COMPLETE Weddings + Events. We were extremely happy with DJ Tariq. We met with him the week of our wedding and talked through the night in detail. It helped us prepare, and he paid special attention to the details he would be executing the night of. Tariq did a great job setting up and working with the venue staff to ensure the timeline was executed appropriately. Tariq was an extremely laid back DJ, but his music choices got the party started! He was exactly what we needed. We couldn't have been happier with our experience!

I booked Complete Weddings for a DJ for my wedding 10/16 - DJ Andrew was absolutely amazing!! He was exactly what I had hoped for and was very responsive and attentive before and during our event. We got so many compliments from guests and he kept our dance floor going all night. I would recommend him for any event/wedding. :)

Complete Weddings + Events were great. They provided us our own website to update information for our wedding and list songs we wanted during each step of our wedding day. Our DJ, Joel, was fantastic. He played a variety of music and listened to what we wanted. He went above and beyond expectations by checking on us during our day and getting anything else we may have needed.

DJ was unable to perform services under the contract due to COVID-19 government order and refused to return the deposit. While the deposit was labeled "non-refundable," the owner refused to honor the force majore clause in the contract stating only that “corporate said that the coronavirus is not an act of God.” The contract clearly states that Complete Weddings + Events "SHALL RETURN THE DEPOSIT TO THE CLIENT" due to a "CAUSE BEYOND CONTROL OF THE PARTIES"—NOT just an act of God. If a government mandate making it impossible to perform a contract is not a “cause beyond the control of the parties,” then what is? Essentially, Weddings + Events performed no services due to a government mandate yet walked away with our $300 deposit. They are allowing us to use this as credit for a future event, but we are planning no future event so this is worthless to us. Extremely dissatisfied with the customer service and inability to rightfully receive our deposit back as stated in the contract.

Don't be scammed by the wedding industry. This company stole $300 from us because they require a non-refundable deposit at contract signing. We had to cancel our wedding due to the financial struggles we faced because of Covid-19. When I contacted them to ask for the deposit back, they said no. This practice of not giving people their money back is no acceptable. The money paid is for a service that was to performed. If that service is no longer going to be performed, all money should be returned. Honestly so disappointed that this company choose money over making a client happy and wanting to return to them for future business when possible. Beware that they don't actually care about you, they just want your money!

We hired Complete for our wedding after they absolutely killed it at my sisters wedding! We had DJ Adam, and we had met with him a week before our wedding to discuss all of the details. He was very receptive to accommodate the style we preferred and he gave a lot of great suggestions. Unfortunately Adam had an emergency the day of the wedding but DJ Anton came in his place. He took all of Adam’s notes and DJ’d the wedding exactly how we wanted. He had high energy and kept everyone on the dance floor the whole night! There was a part in the reception where Anton had technical difficulties (not his fault) but he bounced back so fast and we received so many compliments from our guests on how great our DJ was. Thank you DJ Adam and Anton! We would definitely recommend Complete to anyone looking for a DJ!

Everything was great! Tariq was very easy to work with and kept the energy moving all night! Setup was smooth, tear down was smooth, we appreciated him coming out to show everyone the dances, and it was overall just a stress free experience. He also went over with us the energy he was expected to bring, his dress code, and he was very thorough with names and pronunciations. The only thing that happened was our ceremony entrance song was played several times and I know that wasn't his fault since we had a few stragglers coming through the door as we lined up. But honestly that was the only thing I noticed that went wrong!Thank you, Tariq, for making our wedding day so special!!

We hired Complete to DJ our wedding ceremony and reception on October 4th, and we are SO happy we did. Our DJ was Andrew and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly what we wanted. Prior to the wedding, I had a phone call with Andrew where we went over every last detail to make sure everything was covered, and all questions and concerns were addressed. You could tell Andrew takes pride in what he does and that he truly wants to make his couple's happy. During our ceremony, the song we had chosen for the wedding party to walk out to ended up being too short. Instead of having the song end and letting there be dead awkward air, he flawlessly faded out the end of the song, restarted the song, and faded it back in. I asked people if they noticed that that had happened and they said they had no idea. At the reception, Andrew was checking in with my husband and I every once and while to make sure we were good and happy with the volume, vibe, and just generally seeing if we needed anything. The music he chose had everyone dancing until they kicked us out. Thank you Andrew and Complete!

Shawn was INCREDIBLE!!! He was the perfect combination of interactive but also laid back. He played great music that pleased people of all ages, and I received SO many compliments from our guests. I got the sense that Shawn really loves what he does and truly wanted to be there to make our day perfect! Charisse was who helped me out along the way until Shawn and I connected the month of the wedding. Charisse was amazing and extremely responsive. 10/10 would recommend Complete Weddings + Events to a friend.

Grant Hershey is the best DJ I have ever experienced at a wedding. We were soo glad to have him a part of our day. he totally was able to read the crowd and play music accordingly. he had thr dancefloor packed all night and had great ideas for the reception. there was NO AWKWARDNESS of trying to get people to dance. We used complete for our photography (Whitney) and DJ (Andrew). I was beyond thrilled with everything! Whitney did such a great job keeping our very chatty14 person bridal party in control during our photos. DJ Andrew kept everyone on their feet dancing the entire night. They also were very personable and helped in anyway possible to make our day as stress free as possible. The entire process that Complete has is so easy and makes planning for their services effortless. I really feel that they matched the perfect people to our wedding according to our preference sheet. I wish I could do it all over again. Our wedding day was everything we wished for and Complete made that possible. Highly recommend!!!

From the day we started communicating with Complete, we could tell they had our best interest at heart. We were matched up with Tariq for our DJ. We met with him about two weeks from the wedding and I'll never forget him saying that we wouldn't leave the meeting until we felt like he was going to crush the wedding day! He truly did! I was pleasantly surprised to see nearly every single guest on the dance floor all night long. I'd recommend Complete for DJ services, we had a great experience with our DJ, Tariq!

We used Complete for our DJ only. Overall we were happy with the music for the night but we had some complaints. Not about Complete itself really but our dj specifically. First of all, I requested a specific dj 15 months prior to my wedding and I was not provided with him. Your dj is to contact you 1-2 weeks before your wedding to discuss everything. At a week and a half, I emailed saying I hadn't heard. Yes I know, still within the time frame but we had quite a few cover songs we wanted to make sure they could get so we weren't changing song choices the day before if they couldn't get them. Anyway, the Monday before my Saturday wedding a DJ contacted me and set up a meeting for that night which he then cancelled and rescheduled for Tuesday. He apologized and it was fine but it was a half hour conversation about his personal life I didn't really care about. Once you book with Complete, you get access to an online event manager where you can put in all your details for your dj to see. I did that well ahead of time and even added a little more they didn't ask for to make sure they knew all the details. However, when my dj called, he was asking me all these questions that I already answered. He was not prepared and could have reviewed our information first. He sat there while on the phone, searching all our songs. Which was fine because then we could hear to make sure it was the right one. But I wish he would have been more prepared. He said he was writing down everything we discussed "even though it's in here (the online stuff)" so he could make sure he had it all right. But the day of, 2 songs were still wrong and not all things went how we had discussed. I also had a few guests complain about him. It wasn't terrible, but overall it could have been better and my dj was my least favorite part of my wedding.

We booked Complete Weddings + Events for our April 2019 wedding. We booked just DJ services and were very happy with their pricing. They were very easy to communicate with and were very responsive to our initial inquiry and questions throughout our planning process. We didn't have any preferences of who we wanted our DJ to be so we just let them assign one to us. We had Grant as our DJ and I was impressed with his professionalism and attention to detail from the moment we first chatted with him. He called us about 2-3 weeks before our wedding and walked through EVERY single detail of our wedding with us. He was so kind and funny and easy to get along with. After our initial conversation I had 100% trust in him to make sure our event was perfect, and it was! Even with terrible weather, Grant made it to our venue early and immediately started setting up (it was super helpful to have him set up inside and also a separate small setup outside for our ceremony). He was so outgoing, friendly, and professional. He did our entire event perfectly with little to no direction. Our guests loved him, they thought he was so great and enjoyed how he interacted with the guests (on the dance floor!). He really really kept the dance floor going, everyone loved the music he played! Also, he was totally go-with-the-flow, at one point we were a little bit "behind schedule" so he suggested to us that maybe we should go from parent dances right into cake cutting, and it went so smoothly, I was very happy with his ability to go off schedule a bit to make sure our event was running smoothly. If you book with Complete, I highly recommend requesting Grant to be your DJ. He was very personable and we really had a great time with him as our DJ, we owe him huge thanks for helping make our wedding so amazing!!!

COMPLETE Weddings were a wonderful group that helped my fiancé and I throughout the entire wedding. We hired their 3-package plan (photographer, videographer, and DJ) and Zack, Jonny, and Chris were all wonderful! They were all fantastic and even helped out with any last minute changes with the wedding. All 3 of them were a blast to talk to before and during the wedding. I would recommend these 3 to any other couple looking for this package deal!

As a company Complete has been great. We had the joy of using their DJs for a few event. From an awesome high energy family member sweet 16 to a relaxed calm wedding. They read the crowed and handled both wonderfully. We used Tariq as our DJ. He was awesome! Very prepared and gladly met with us to disscuss details in person a week ahead. He was also able to be flexable as we changed a few details as the day progressed. We really connected with Tariq and look forward to working with him the future.

Christian was my DJ and he was amazing. He always came to check on my husband and me. He did a wonderful job. My family loves all music from Irish to Spanish, making music selection a little confusing. He did a great job and I really enjoy his recommendations. He even took request from our guest which I loved! I'm so glad we hired him. We also had a package deal and got a photo booth, which was a big hit. I loved that it printed out two copies so my husband and I were able to look thru to see what shenanigans our family and friends were up too!

Review of Complete events by a Groom -guys viewpoint. We had Rachel Lebo. Rachel was awesome! she was unbelievably organized, energetic, and fun. she played all the songs we requested, and helped coordinate the bouquet and garter toss, and the wedding party entrances. She also helped do the music during our ceremony. You will not regret going with Rachel at Complete weddings! We were beyond happy with the experience and level of service we received. Definitely recommend !

Complete Weddings + Events Lancaster was awesome to work with! We had Zach and Keri for our photographers, Mark and Jonny for our videographers, and Andrew for our DJ. It down-poured ALL day on our Wedding Day! The team remained upbeat and continued to capture our day, despite the never-ending rain. We received so many compliments on our images and on our DJ’s finesse! In the wedding industry, it is so important to have an honest company and Complete Weddings + Events remained transparent and stayed true to their word. My Recommendations: - Ask for Preview Photos ahead of time (we received our images and video 3 months after our wedding day and we appreciated the Preview Photos to share on social media, following our wedding day). - Make a list of images you would like and have a friend or family member in charge of ensuring all images are captured. - Book with Complete Weddings + Events! (Complete Weddings + Events is nation-wide! We found them through a bridal fair in Minnesota and our friends booked them for their wedding in Florida.)

I hired them for my photography. On their website they have such beautiful pictures! Well, my photographer contacted me 5 days prior to my wedding. Five days. On the day of the wedding is when I finally was able to meet her when I can barely take a minute to chat. The pictures sucked. Tons of pictures completely off centered! My husband & I have 2 children. She took FOUR photos of us. She took more photos of our party favors than she did of our family. She took a picture of all bridesmaids walking down the aisle except for one. She left her out? What? She took NO pictures of my husband with his daughter but got THREE pictures of his daughter with her Mimi? She took NO pictures of our kids together. They became brother and sister that day and she took no pics of them. She came with 2 broken flashlights. So the ONLY thing I truly cared about was pics of my husband & I after the sun went down (night photos) I stressed how very important that was to me. She took us out before the sun went down and said we had to do it then bc her flash lights were broke. She didn’t even research on the venues website prior to. She waited until the day of to see where to take pics. I was telling people where to stand and how to stand and where to put their arms MORE than she was. My husband at one point asked if I was the photographer. I was told it could take 12wks for our edited pics. I got doubles triples quadruples of some pics? What the?? Why? I don’t need FOUR OF THE SAME PICTURE! But yet got FOUR pictures of my husband and I and the kids. I also asked that since it could take 12wks for the pics to come back I wanted to at least send out my thank you cards within 30 days. I asked for 2 portrait and 1 landscape photo of just my husband and I bc that was the layout of our thank you card. I EVEN sent a picture of exactly what our thank you card looked like. You know what she sent me? ALL LANDSCAPE AND ONLY 2 PICS. ALL PICS WERE US IN THE SAME PLACE/BACKGROUND. Why in the world would I want 2 of the same exact photo for our thank you card just one of us smiling and one of us kissing? And I needed THREE! I needed 2 portrait and 1 landscape. DEFINITELY didn’t use ANY of the photos she sent me for our thank you card. So very thankful my family was able to capture some good pics that I was able to use. There were so many other things she did that were SO frustrating that I can’t wven begin to go into more detail. I am SO UNHAPPY and would NOT RECOMMEND!

I found Complete on a recommendation from another bride. I was looking for a great DJ with a very specific price range in mind. Not only did Complete meet the price range but they sent me THE BEST Dj we could have asked for! They took care of our uplighting and outdoor sound for the ceremony and indoor sound for the reception. There were no delays or technical difficulties or anything, the whole day went so smooth, and the DJ was FANTASTIC at keeping things going and keeping EVERYBODY on the dance floor! He got people on the dance floor that we didn't even expect to stand on the dance floor, much less actually dance! All our guests had such a great time! We let him know ahead of time that there was going to be a wide range of ages and we were hoping for a good mix of music so there was something for everyone; he nailed it! Our guests are actually still asking who our DJ was and I've shared the contact info a few times for other weddings and events. We were SO impressed!

We had such an amazing experience with Complete!! The whole team went above and beyond what we could have ever imagined. Zach was incredible. He took the time and effort to make out pictures exactly what we wanted. I couldn’t have asked for a better photographer! Paul had everyone on the dance floor the entire night. Sarah made the perfect photo book for us with the photo booth, I think my daughter spent most of her time there! I still can’t imagine the day going any better than it did with this team. They were like family :) I would highly recommend complete for your wedding day!

Steven from Complete DJ's was amazing to work with! He had a phone call with us the week of our wedding, during which he answered all of our questions, offered helpful suggestions, and went over every detail of our reception! Complete is able to customize their services to whatever you need! Once our wedding guests started dancing, they didn't leave the dance floor thanks to Steven! Our reception was so much fun...I would highly recommend Steven to any couple!

Where do we even start. We booked with Compete at a Bridal show where we met Mae. We were provided a details form so we could figure out what all we needed. We met with our DJ, Mae, a few weeks before our wedding and she was willing to drive to our area! She thought of everything we didn't even know we needed and helped me surprise my husband. The day of was even better. Mae was flexible and kept the party going all night long.

My husband and I used Complete for DJ and photobooth services for our wedding in York, PA. We were connected with our DJ, Grant, about a week or so before our wedding and we knew, from our first phone call with him, that he was going to be great! Grant understood the vibe we were going for during our reception and he absolutely delivered the day of. We liked that he got out on the dance floor and joined in on some dances and led the crowd through some icebreaker dances. He took requests but also respected our 'do not play' list. He rocked it! Our photobooth operator, Jess, was very friendly and made sure to accommodate our timeline with setting up the photobooth. Our guests had a great time and enjoyed using the props and the photobooth. After the wedding, we enjoyed looking back at the scrapbook we were given to see the fun that our guests had. One recommendation that I would make is the timeline in which a couple is connected with the photobooth operator. Complete says that the photobooth operator will be in touch no later than the Tuesday before your wedding and ours contacted us on Tuesday. With having a Friday wedding, I just found this to be a little stressful because after our phone call I ended up with a list of questions that I then needed answers to from our venue, and I really would have preferred to have asked those questions and worked out those details the week prior to the wedding so that I wasn't having to do it two days before hand. As a company, Complete is affordable and easy to work with. During the planning phase of our wedding, Scott and Anton were responsive and helpful when it came to answering questions. Our DJ and photobooth operator were also very responsive and easy to communicate with when it came time for that.

Complete was very easy to work with. Their website made it very simple to submit payments and their planning form was nice to make sure we had all our bases covered. Our DJ, Ken, was thorough in reviewing our needs so he could be sure to make sure we got everything we wanted out of our reception. On the day, he did a fantastic job of getting our guests into everything without being over-bearing. His song selection was great and kept people on the dance floor all night long. Really a great experience.

From the moment I contacted COMPLETE, I felt at ease knowing knowledgeable people were on our side. They helped us get the services we wanted and never once pushed for extras or upgrades, which was not the experience with other potential vendors. In the months leading up to our wedding, they would check in to make sure we were still good with the services booked and to answer any questions. The online portal and forms were a big life saver as we could easily input important information and keep all our ideas for the DJ in one place. A few weeks before our wedding, Paul set up a Skype meeting with us to go over our information, preferences, etc. He thought of things we completely forgot and we are so thankful for that planning time with him. Paul was a rock star on our wedding day! We threw some serious challenges his way - a large outdoor ceremony and an even larger open-air reception area. Not only was he able to make sure the dance floor went all night, but he set an incredibly fun and relaxing mood for everyone hanging around outside by the fire pit. He always made sure to check in with us throughout the day and handled any schedule changes we threw at him with ease. We hired Complete weddings and Events for their DJ service. Our DJ was Andrew, and he was great. They have a form you can fill out to inform your DJ of your preferences. We met with Andrew beforehand to go over everything and he was responsive, polite, and flexible. Everyone seemed to enjoy the music at the reception, and he provided microphones and sound equipment for our outdoor ceremony. (We had a separate string quartet for the ceremony and reception.)

We worked with COMPLETE and Tariq and would definitely recommend them! We met with Tariq a few weeks before the wedding to go over the music we wanted, how we wanted the evening to run, and what kind of personalities we had. My husband and I both left feeling very confident that we were going to have a great time at our wedding. There were a few hiccups that day of, which happen of course, but overall our guests kept saying (and continue to tell us) how great a time they had at the reception and how awesome our DJ and song selection was!

I was looking to have my wedding in Lancaster and I contacted Complete Wedding + Events and Scott Washington was easy to work with. I told him the services I was looking for and my budget and he gave me a quote. Later on, we found out we were expecting and changed out venue location to Northern Virginia and told him and he was happy to work with us. He gave me a quote I couldn’t refuse for photography and videography. A month before our wedding date, Carole and Brent contacted us. We provide them with all the details information and came up with a plan. Brent was extremely helpful in answering my questions. On the day of our wedding, both showed up early to setup. We were running behind time and they patiently work with us, got us out quickly for our first look and got us back to the church on time. Carole and Brent went above and beyond on our day. The whole team was easy to work with. Thanks for an amazing service!

EXTREMELY disappointed with entire process. No communication whatsoever between the time of my wedding and when I called the office 12 weeks later. I submitted my preferences (songs, etc.) prior to the the editing process and was not told these would receive no consideration at all. None of my preferences were taken into account, and I received a sub-par video with a very random song choice. Additionally, I paid an extra fee to receive full raw footage from my wedding, and I ended up getting a 1 minute video of my ceremony. DO NOT WORK WITH COMPLETE.

Our DJ from Complete (Paul) was very enthusiastic in general, giving energy to our wedding reception and getting people on their feet to dance. He was also eager to help us in any way he could, asking what announcements he might be able to make for us to facilitate people sticking to our schedule of events. He played the exact genres of music (with a lot of variety still!) that we asked for (and didn't play what we didn't want). He worked very well with our other vendors to revise and modify our schedule on the fly, since unexpected pouring rain forced us to change the order in which we did things. Paul was a joy to work with and truly wanted our day to be special! We also rented a lot of uplights from Complete, and a large TV for a slideshow. The day before our wedding as we setup the reception venue, several people from Complete brought our rented equipment and patiently asked us how we wanted it set up, taking care to get the uplights' colors perfect and set them at the angles we wanted. The TV had several options for its truss base and they were very happy to get everything just right for us. Everyone from setting up the contract to setting up the equipment made the process easy and were very professional. We worked with Complete after hearing from our reception venue owner that they're great. We can now confirm the same. Hire/rent from Complete!

DJ Paul from COMPLETE was absolutely AMAZING! We met with him two weeks before our wedding to talk about the flow of the night/expectations etc. He made us feel so calm about our big day approaching and ensured us that everything was going to be great. The day of our wedding, Paul showed up early to make sure he was set up and ready to go. He even assisted in setting up our pianist and made sure he had everything he needed! Paul made sure we had everything we needed during our dinner and even ran up to give our maids of honor a champagne glass when he realized they didn't have one for the toast! Paul kept the night bumping and our dance floor PACKED! He even joined us on the dance floor and taught our guests how to do the cupid shuffle among other dances! Our guests loved it!! Two words: Mae. Carter. I wish I could give her more than five stars because she truly was way more than a disc jokey. Mae was lively, encouraging, excellent at communicating with me both before the wedding and the day of; she coordinated our sparkler send off at the end of the night, she made last minute adjustments to our songs, she fed off the crowds energy and played the best music - she honestly made our reception! I knew there was very little chance of my husband dancing and was pretty nervous about others getting on the dancefloor, to be honest. But with Mae's energy and encouragement, I think every single one of our guests made it on the dance floor that night, and my husband and I danced the night away! To sum up how great she was, the moment my hates-to-dance husband and I drove away from our venue, he turned to me and said "I had so much fun dancing with our friends, family, and YOU, I just want to go back and do it all over again". Thank you, Mae, you made our wedding reception absolutely, indescribably perfect.

We used complete for our videography and Jonny was our videographer. He was punctual, professional and worked so well with our photographer. He did an incredible job capturing our day subtly, he was there for all the moments without disturbing or distracting. I would highly recommend working with Complete for capturing your special day, it all goes so quickly, it’s amazing to be able to relive through the video.

We absolutely loved Complete Wedding and Events. All the staff contacted me ahead of time and were patient with me through the whole process. The photographer, Whitney, and the videographer, Mark, worked amazing together and communicated well. They made sure to get all the shots they wanted and anything else we asked for. They both went above and beyond the whole day. Our DJ, Rich, was amazing as well. He played music that would get everyone on the dance floor and even played music the kids could dance to. The photobooth was a huge hit and the talk of the night. It was 100% worth it and even left us with a photo album and USB's to enjoy the photos forever. I would definately recommend this vendor to any bride and groom.

We chose complete for our wedding Dj and Photographer. We met Joel at a wedding showcase and instantly felt relaxed knowing he would be able to keep everyone up and dancing. He listened to what we wanted, answered every question we had and reassured us that dance floor would not be empty. He answered emails/texts promptly and helped me organize my wedding playlist. Not only did he do everything he promised, but he also went out of his way to make sure we had a drink in our hand, food on our plate, he opened up car doors and was extremely professional. Our photographers name was Zach. I explained to him that we were a little uneasy about taking professional pictures because were a fairly goofy couple and standing in some really weird pose for more then a second was not my cup of tea. (lol) He instantly reassured me that he wanted the pictures to reflect us and how we are as a couple. I can not even begin to explain how much he exceeded our expectations. He kept a positive attitude and embraced our RAINY wedding day with us. He had such a great personality that my ENTIRE wedding party was talking to him like he was just another friend at the wedding. He helped the girls shake bubbly up (his only request being not to point the bottle at him lol) He ran to get us umbrellas, offered personal belongings for a outfit malfunction, and made sure we had all of our special moments captured! Highly recommend Complete. They have a great team!

We cannoot thank Complete Weddings enough! We had an absolutely wonderful experience with our DJ, Laura. Laura kept our guests engaged and on the dance floor throughout the night. She went above and beyond for us (including getting my husband and I food and drinks). It was truly a great experience. We will be sending our friends/family your way in the future!
