nd their services were mediocre at best. I am hoping they will make things right and save the day with photo editing but I would stay away from this company at all costs! Nothing but turnovers, you will not talk to the same person more than once and constant changes. Not to mention their services will show up late on the day of your wedding and blame you. The only saving grace to this operation is Christian M who has gone above and beyond to make up for the disaster this company was for our big day. Diego is a great videographer, who may also be the only saving to this entire contract. He showed up early, and got everything on video. Honestly everyone else was not reliable, unprofessional and quite frankly mediocre at best.

a couple days before our wedding over a zoom. We have felt like before our wedding, during our wedding, and after our wedding they were not very driven to want to help. From the bride not getting much of her getting ready captured, to what felt like only getting a few different poses of the two of us. To our dj not showing up. I will say the actual photographer was very nice and respectful but we had hoped for more attention given to that getting ready time for the bride. The videographer was very respectful and funny and very flexible and helped mic me up multiple times with no issue. I think some of the issue from the getting ready was they were on the phone with the dj finding out he was not coming. Our dj didn’t show up and we found out about 10 minutes before we were supposed to walk down the aisle. We understand life happens but we were a little frustrated when their initial response was to have their assistant do, when we had paid a lot of money for a dj. I will say the company made this error up to us and apologized and compensated us which we really respect and appreciate. We still haven’t gotten pictures from our October wedding and had heard no updates. We reached out said it was would be more than 8 weeks even though when we first met they said 6-8. We got married in the fall and are working on that patience virtue and understand there are lots of weddings to do but it’s frustrating when there is that much of a change in time but also no concrete time table. When asked for more updates on if they have started or if they had any complete so we could see a sneak peek and we heard nothing back, but hope to hear back soon! Our advice if you go with them, and with any company is advocate for yourselves! Message them and continue communicating with them until your needs are met. This is your wedding day and your money. The biggest flaw is the lack of communicating and for how much you are spending, you would hope there would be more time spent and making sure you get your images and video back sooner. We hope others may have a better experience and that this was just an off time but in our opinion look at some other options as well.

always making sure me and my wife were happy and if we had any requests. He wanted to start the shoe game, and I needed a drink and he even got it for me so I could go take a seat. I would recommend him to anyone I know. It was very easy to be comfortable around him as well. I really like the way he interacted with the crowd as well and didn’t just sit behind the table. He really made our wedding evening perfect.

the ceremony music on much closer to the event. When I encountered Compete at a wedding vendor event, they were welcoming and helpful, addressing a few questions I had. The DJ (Mark Johnson) really went above and beyond for us, embracing our movie-themed tables, following our extensive no play list, confirming with me that it was late enough in the evening to switch to uncensored songs--all things that mattered to us. He worked behind the scenes with the caterers to make sure people knew when our ice cream cake was available when we didn't want to do a formal cutting. The DJ services were even better and more helpful than I could've imagined. Our ceremony and reception were incredible! I can't express how lucky we feel that MJ was assigned to our wedding!

Family & friends who attended said that it was one of the best weddings they have ever been to because of him! Our photographer Jami and our videographer Regan were also awesome! The photos and videos we have seen so far have gone above and beyond our expectations. They were so friendly and personable, it felt like they were some of our friends who were helping us out with pics and videos! The person managing the photo booth was also super personable and everyone enjoyed taking pictures with her. Overall, 100% recommend this company. They are wonderful!

r the DJ placed a microphone stand directly in the middle of where the bride and groom were standing, therefore the officiant was standing in the middle of the bride and groom, even for the vows-talk about awkward. Maybe this is something the wedding coordinator or the officiant should have caught, but I think the DJ could have thought it through a little more. We were under the impression that our DJ would play our requested song list that we spent several hours putting together. However our DJ strayed away from our playlist within the first hour of the dance and began playing genres that we had on our "Do not play" list and needed to be reminded of what our preferences in music were. These were the two biggest issues. Overall the DJ was kind and professional. I believe he wanted to do a good job, however he just didn't execute the job as we had hoped.

We haven't seen the finished product yet but he was really responsive to anything we wanted and was a lot of fun to work with!! Seemed very professional from the minute he zoomed us to introduce himself to jumping into a couple of our funny pictures to telling us thank you for letting him be apart of our big day at the end of the night. Second Photographer (Josh) was great! Almost like he was not there but got some amazing shots!! He sent us some sneaks the night of the wedding. We loved that because we were able to remise about the day and have some pictures to show off. He was very professional and super nice every time he did come up to talk to us about a certain picture or shot he wanted. Main Photographer (Jami) overall was good. We were a little disappointed in her about her timing. Her photos are gorgeous and that is why we picked her! Our biggest disappointment with her is we felt we were not important to her. She double booked us with a standing appointment on our engagement picture day and definitely tried to make it up to us so we gave her the benefit of the doubt. On the wedding she was almost an hour late from what we agreed on for timeframe which led to me not getting a lot of the pictures I wanted and stressed me out. She is a great photographer and we have loved all the shots we have seen but bummed we missed some pictures because we didn't have time. Our Photobooth was a huge hit! Wished they would have announced it a little more and we wanted to do $1 pictures at the booth instead of the dollar dance and we never got to because it was forgotten. Everyone that went out to it said they had a lot of fun and we have some great shots.

photographer was very friendly and and seemed to understand what I was asking for. I was told that I would get a photographer for 8 hours, 800 photos all touched. I received over 1300 photos and only 90 of them were edited. There are hundreds of pictures of my back, my guests back with my arms wrapped around them. He took very few photos of our faces and did not capture very many moments that we could print and use. He did not give anybody any direction and most of the time I didn't even know where he was. During the ceremony he stood in the back of the church. He captured a picture of the entire room and we are very very small and did not capture our faces very well. There are many pictures that would have been fabulous if they weren't shadowed and the lighting was not adjusted by his camera, or if he simply told people to look at him so he could snap the picture. He also did not use the zoom at all. When capturing pictures of our guests and our wedding party, they are making silly faces, not smiling and posed well. There was a few very specific pictures I asked for and he did not execute that very well. I am very disappointed at $1600 I cannot rephotograph my day. At the end of the day I have a flash drive and alot of work to do in order to create a wedding album.

The photobooth operator noticed she hadn’t had my husband and I take any photos yet and stayed a little extra to make sure we got some. I can’t say enough about how great the photographer was, not only were the few photos she showed us on her camera already amazing but she was a lifesaver! She advocated for us and what she knew we wanted by talking to us for over an hour a few weeks before the wedding. She even helped avoid a few meltdowns by offering reassurance and moral support. I would 100% encourage anyone to use complete for their big events!

g with a “premium” photographer and DJ. Initially, we were extremely weary about using a large company for photography and unfortunately it ended up being the biggest mistake from our wedding day. During our big day, everything ran smoothly. The DJ was great and photographer was professional. Our contract with Complete Wedding stated that our wedding photos were due back to us in 12 weeks. On week 13, we reached out in concern because we had not heard from Complete. We were sent our wedding album that evening around 10pm with no further word. Upon reviewing the album, my husband and I were extremely disappointed to say the least. Some pictures were beautiful, others were totally rushed; people appeared yellow, horrible lighting, dark circles under eyes, blurry, eyes closed, etc. I also noticed that several important moments/pictures were missing in our album. I spoke with Jackson at Complete originally whom assured me they would re-edit our album and add any pictures to album that were missing. He told me I would have the album back by the end of the week. He also stated how time consuming this would be for him to go back and try to find our photos and how busy they are; not reassuring in the slightest. Once again, I did not hear from them and followed up with Jackson several times over the course of 2 months. I was continuously promised to have the pictures back by “X” date. The day would come with no pictures and no information from the company. Finally, my husband emailed the company about our issues. We were then informed that they were unable to provide any additional pictures we requested due to not being able to located the pictures. I truly question if this is the reality or if they did not want to take the time to look through the album. We were offered a small refund and for Complete to go back in to re-edit the album. We were married in October and received the final album back the beginning of April. The only picture I have of just me in my full dress is in a dirty corner of Mulhalls with my back turned to the camera. During the wedding day, I took many pictures outside of the church in my dress prior to the ceremony and never received these images! I have the pictures immediately before and immediately after but for some reason they could not find the pictures of just me. I have absolutely NO photos of our reception venue; a lot of time, energy and money were spent on the floral arrangements and decor with no pictures to show of it. We are missing several family member pictures. The majority of the pictures we received of our wedding party walking down the aisle, eyes were closed or the pictures are blurry. To say I’m disappointed and disheartened with Complete Weddings work would be an understatement. My advice to future brides would be to find a company or photographer you are familiar with a fully trust. I cannot redo this day and will have to live with the fact that I trusted the wrong company with my wedding day.

o, and super flexible in meeting all our requests! He brought a ton of energy, but not in that over the top, obnoxious way. We had several people come up and tell us the music was fantastic and they were having a blast! The DJ really can set the mood for the reception, and Roam fully exceeded our expectations! The photo booth was also super fun! It didn’t take up much room, and the person running it was very personable and friendly! We had lots of people using it, and we used it to do a Dollar Photo Booth instead of a Dollar Dance! I can’t wait to get the book back with all the photos people took that night!

When we reached out to Complete Weddings + Events, they were immediately excited to work with us and once we had a chance to sit down with them one on one, you could tell they were enthusiastic about giving us the professional experience we were needing. After making our needs and wants known, we were paired with Robbie J. Robbie J met my sister, her fiancee, and me two weeks before the wedding to get everything finalized. We met at Inner Rail in Aksarben and immediately Robbie J made you feel like you were talking to a friend you'd known for years. He took the time to get to know us and we took the time to get to know him. We expressed the sensitivity of not wanting to acknowledge our father who had passed away and Robbie J. was very kind and made sure that nothing surrounding our father would be mentioned (such as father/daughter dance). He even offered a brother/sister dance for her, which she and my brother loved and made the best of it. Robbie J. made an edited audio of the two songs that they loved. Robbie J. was great at taking our requests and considerations and truly passed my test with flying colors. I would absolutely and completely recommend Complete Weddings + Events and if you can work with Robbie J, even better!

Also we did not finish filling out our form and Tyler did a fantastic job during our consult by explaining everything to us, getting the info/songs he needed, and just being extremely flexible! We received soo many compliments on our DJ and all of our guests mentioned how impressed they were with both Emily and Tyler!I will absolutely recommend Complete to everyone I know as you guys made this whole process very easy! Everyone I spoke to helped us make sure we had everything we wanted for our wedding, y’all answered all of our questions, we’re extremely nice and professional, and most of all did an outstanding job from the very beginning to the very end! John Glissman, who ran the photo booth, was helpful and got us some fun pictures of our friends. The uplighting was a subtle but effective enhancement to the venue. He did a call with me a few days prior so that we were on the same page with everything, but even when a few things needed to change on the day of, he went with the flow and made it super seamless. The best thing about Mitchell was that he totally understood the type of music I wanted played and he did a great job reading the dance floor so that people danced all night long! I was nervous booking with a company who had so many different DJ personalities as you never really know what you are going to get, but I think we truly hit the jackpot with Mitchell!

minute assigned Tony to us because Tony was very busy and unsure what was going on at first because he just found out about our wedding and he was training at another job that week. I didn’t even know he was my DJ until a week before either! They said I would have like four other DJs but kept changing it. I mean, it worked out, because Tony was great. However, they need to finalize this stuff ahead of time. He also didn’t have the right aux for Venue and Brennan came to the rescue ASAP which was awesome. Anyway, I still would choose complete because finding a DJ that’s not awkward or sketchy is hard. I also suggest creating a Spotify playlist with what you want and sending them a link to it, I had three different list (ceremony, reception 1, reception 2) and had the songs in order of how I wanted them played. The reception 2 playlist was more for reference. So if you are a 90’s baby, Tony will be your guy!

Photo booth was awesome too! They offered a great affordable rate which was nice. I haven’t received my pic/video back (it’s only been 3 days) but up to this point complete has never let me down and I have complete faith in them that I will love what I see. ntly, they didn't get the shots the we SPECIFICALLY talked about. Some of the shots that they missed were able to be reenacted, but others, like the First Touch, were not. When I talked to the photographer about it, she just said "Sorry, I've just talked to so many brides." (This was not a satisfactory answer to me) I reached out to Complete about this event and I was given the choice of a $300 refund or a free "Love Story" video shoot. My wife and I opted to go with the video shoot for fun. This was in October 2021. Alexis Reed, the videographer, is no longer with the company but has still promised our video to us several times. Most recently, she said she would have it to us "by the end of next week." That was in February. It's now April and I have lost all patience and faith in this company. I would NOT recommend.

I loved that he got on the dance floor with the guests and made everyone had a blast! We had people coming up to us saying that this was one of the most fun weddings they’ve ever been to (which is what we wanted)!!!
