nd our photographer, Ade', was such a champ on the day of, even all the texting and warnings about my resting B face and how he needed to watch for how terrible my candids tend to be but he took it all in stride and dealt with my messiness and chaos and very critical opinion of myself and my posing while trying to somewhat hide a 6-month pregnant belly that was not part of the plan but is now part of the family. I cannot wait to get the photos back, I would be Ade's friend for the rest of his life if I could afford it, and I will always recommend Cici and Complete Weddings and Ade' for any other couple!

with all of the details for the ceremony and reception. 2 weeks before the wedding our DJ reached out to set up a time to meet. She asked us to fill out another form with the exact same questions as the previous one which felt like she didn’t take the time to read through any of our information. In our meeting we shared our vision and she said she understood. She compiled a playlist for us that we could edit which I thought was nice, however, I ended up having to take a MINIMUM of half of the songs off because they were about BREAKING UP or were just not good dance songs or didn’t go with our vision. It was more like she created a road trip playlist vs a wedding reception playlist. She texted me the morning of the wedding that she would be on her way in 2 hours and then never heard from her. She completely BAILED on us. Thankfully there was a last minute DJ that was sent out. I have no clue if he had ever done a wedding before, the music was super quiet for our recessional and he was pretty reserved so it was definitely not what we were looking for or paid for. I will give him credit that he did a decent job given being thrown into an event at the last minute but I would definitely not recommend this company. It caused way more stress than it should have. Planning a wedding is an already stressful process and the venders should not be adding to that stress, part of their job is to make their part of the event as stress free as possible. Unfortunately complete weddings couldn’t deliver on that.

The planning process leading up to the wedding was smooth and organized, which helped us feel confident going into the day. One thing to note: we weren’t told in advance that our DJ might still be in training with the company, though we assumed that may have been the case since another DJ was present and his name wasn’t listed on the website when we checked the week of the wedding. That said, it was clear he had prior DJ experience, and he did a good job overall. With a bit more confidence earlier in the day, his performance could be even stronger. Overall, the team was professional, the service was reliable, and the night ended on a high note thanks to the great music. We’d recommend Complete Weddings + Events — just be sure to ask about your DJ’s experience level ahead of time.

graphy, videography, and DJ. DJ Jerome was fantastic and I love my wedding video that Regan created. I also love my engagement photos that Erin took and the shots that Brad got on our wedding day. But when it comes to the editing process of my wedding photos, I am less than impressed with how much of a struggle it was working with the editing team following my wedding and how hard it was to get my wedding photos. Erin took our engagements photos in June and we got our photos from Complete in a timely manner. Fast forward to March (2 months before our wedding) and we learned that our photographer has suddenly changed. We didn’t find this out through Complete Wedding, but through the new photographer when he reached out to me. Brad was amazing though, so that part actually worked out! Wedding day came and went… it was an absolutely beautiful May wedding! We received an email about a month after our wedding saying that our wedding photos were available to view in our gallery. I logged in to our gallery. When I went to view “All Images”, the first thing I noticed is how unorganized and randomized the photos are. That made it difficult to view them, as I wanted to view them in chronological order. The second thing I noticed was that over half of our party bus photos were all dark! How could the editing team not notice that? So I sent those back to have them edited and lightened. The family photos that we captured at the church also had a dark red/orange tint to the background, so I sent all of those back to be further edited. Around this time, Brad also shared a sneak peek of our wedding photos to his social media pages. When he shared those, I realized that there were photos that he had that were not included in our Complete Wedding gallery. Long story short, there were actually SEVERAL photos that Brad captured that were not included in our photo gallery. My husband and I remembered posing different ways and in different locations for Brad, so why weren’t they in our gallery? I emailed Connor (general manager) several times asking “Where are these photos? We remember taking these shots. They can’t just go missing like that.” Connor would sometimes reply to my email within a few hours or he’d reply 2-3 days later. This whole ordeal of me asking where certain photos were occurred for almost 2 months. It eventually got to the point that Brad made time with me to go through all the photos he captured, and I would tell him which photos I wanted because the Complete editing team didn’t put them in our photo gallery. Even then, after Brad sent a final file of about 150ish photos to be edited, the Complete editing team still didn’t upload all these photos to our gallery. It is almost as if the editing team skipped over photos altogether and didn’t care to share them in our photo gallery. This is unacceptable, especially since Complete Wedding is a professional photography. Complete Wedding has several positive ratings and good reviews. But the unfortunate situation that we went through also needs to be shared. Had I known beforehand that this headache would happen to us, I would have chosen a different photography company to capture our wedding photos.

l the week of our wedding. I was promised nothing but the best and their services were mediocre at best. I am hoping they will make things right and save the day with photo editing but I would stay away from this company at all costs! Nothing but turnovers, you will not talk to the same person more than once and constant changes. Not to mention their services will show up late on the day of your wedding and blame you. The only saving grace to this operation is Christian M who has gone above and beyond to make up for the disaster this company was for our big day. Diego is a great videographer, who may also be the only saving to this entire contract. He showed up early, and got everything on video. Honestly everyone else was not reliable, unprofessional and quite frankly mediocre at best.

gs started to go downhill. We chose to not pay extra for one of their premiere photographers and instead use one that they assigned us. We paid for an engagement session which was extra money and when we got the photos back they were ok. I noticed little things that she didn’t fix like making sure my necklace was in the right position, having me fix my dress when it snagged and didn’t lay right. (And yes I have worked with photographers before and they all fixed, noticed, pointed those things out.) After we received those photos back, my fiancée and I were honestly a little nervous to have that photographer shoot our wedding but we were in a contract so there wasn’t much we could do about it. When we first signed with the company, we were told that our photographer and videographer would reach out 30 days before the wedding and our DJ would reach out two weeks before the wedding. Our photographer didn’t reach out until about two and half weeks before the wedding. Our videographer reached out two weeks before the wedding. Our DJ reached out about 5 days before the wedding. This was after I emailed the company multiple times informing them I hadn’t heard from anyone and them just kept repeating to me that they would reach out. We didn’t end up actually having a meeting with our DJ about our wedding until 2 days before and then we found out 30 minutes before we were supposed to walk down the aisle that he wasn’t coming and they wanted an associate DJ to do our wedding (who had never DJed a wedding before). Luckily our venue was amazing and had a DJ from another company come out and DJ our wedding last minute for free. While we were taking family photos, the photographer didn’t really give anyone any direction, tell us where to stand, how to stand, organize the family, or make sure my dress looked nice. She also didn’t take very many portraits of my wife and I. We were told we would receive our photos and video 6-8 weeks after our wedding so around the 6 week mark I reached out to the company to see if it would be more towards the 8 week mark because of course I was excited and wanted our photos. We were then informed that it was probably going to be closer to the 8 week mark or even longer because it’s “busy season”. Which we knew it was busy season for weddings but they also knew that before they quoted us a certain time frame. The general manager from the company then reach out to us and magically our photos were finished by the end of that week. When we looked at our wedding photos for the first time, we were honestly not blown away. There were important moments missing, blurry photos, photos with eyes closed, etc. We then began a two month back and forth with the company over trying to get more photos (because I know that we did not receive all of the good photos from them). We did end up receiving about 25 extra photos but they were still not what we were looking for. We are now left with only one photo of me reading my vows, no photos of my family during the ceremony, three very blurry photos of us walking down the aisle after getting married, among others. So my advise is if you want to book this company you better have the extra money to pick your photographer because if you don’t, you will not receive $2000 worth of GOOD photos.

apher and Tay as our DJ. This team was the absolute dream team. They were incredible on the lead up to the wedding and they all absolutely exceeded our expectations the day of. Trevor and Katie were so friendly and made us a priority throughout the day. Tim was always everywhere he needed to be and was so awesome. These 3 had so much fun with each other and it helped to make our day so much fun. Dj Tay absolutely blew us away. His energy was off the charts and he had so much fun. His talent on the mix deck is undeniable and he kept the music flowing perfectly all night long. The dance floor was never empty! He played every song we wanted and just overall did an amazing job. Overall, Complete was so easy to work with. The customer service was great and they were always responsive and easy to reach. I would highly recommend Complete but would especially recommend the team of 4 that we had for our big day.

stions they were quick to respond, which was great. The only thing I wasn’t thrilled about was going through 3 DJ’s the week before my wedding. I ended up with Fondue as my DJ and it was MEANT TO BE. Fondue listened to everything I wanted in my wedding day and made me feel special! I also got many compliments on how amazing my DJ was, so I highly recommend Fondue. I chose Erin Mitchell as my photographer, partly because I know her, but also because she is a talented photographer. Her ability to capture beautiful shots with ease made the day go by without stress. Lastly, if your thinking about doing a photo booth, just do it! My guests, especially the kids, had a blast taking photos. Plus we got to take home a photo album of every copy to keep as memories.

o the professionals that went above and beyond for our special day, we were blown away!! Tay was our DJ and kept the dance floor packed all night! He did such a great job of coordinating everything with our other vendors and made sure we were well taken care of throughout the night! He even managed to help us get a group photo of everyone together on the dance floor!! Tim, our videographer, captured so many great moments and put together a breath-taking same-day-edit video for us and our guests to watch during the reception! It brought tears to my eyes and I couldn't have asked for anything more amazing. WAY TO GO!! Trevor and Neiman were our photographers and they connected with our friends and family which meant the world to us and made it so much more fun for them all throughout the day! They made sure to capture every special moment that happened from start to finish, and helped make our day so incredibly special! We are so thankful for Complete and all they did to help us make our day unforgettable! I will recommend them to anyone and everyone! :)

s (Trevor and Katie) were fantastic, capturing so many beautiful moments of our wedding. The photos are high quality and gorgeous! The DJ (Arieus) was fantastic as well, and really knows how to read a crowd to get people on the dance floor! A lot of our ceremony songs were not played at the right time or in the right order, but things happen, and he quickly corrected it. The pricing is absolutely perfect for the quality service you get. I recommend them to everyone!

our other formal pictures. We also did our engagement pictures with Trevor, and they turned out great! We don’t have our wedding photos back yet, but I have every reason to think we’ll love them! Our DJ was Patrick Geho. He was super easy to work with, and did a great job of entertaining our guests and keeping the music going. We gave him a long list of songs we wanted to hear, and I think he played all of them! We picked some unconventional songs for our ceremony, and he was great about making them work.

So seriously if you need a photographer I would soooooo recommend Complete Weddings +Events :)

specially important to us. He worked great with not only us, but also our wedding party and the guests he encountered. Trevor had a good eye and a positive energy that made for an awesome day! The only complaint (more out of disappointment) that I have would be the pictures of my dress. There were about 10 pictures of my dress hanging in front of multiple backgrounds and ALL of them had one of the straps down. Unfortunately, those pictures were pretty much worthless at that point :( In addition, there were some mistakes noted during editing for the final album. Overall, Trevor is a great guy and I would recommend him to other couples!
