Hiring Juli and her team for our wedding was the best and most valuable decision we made. The day was better than we ever imagined and that would not have been possible without Completely Coordinated. We were able to fully enjoy our day trusting everything would be taken care of. Every detail was planned impeccably but, as we all know, not everything goes as planned. Whether it was an unexpected guest who did not RSVP, space constraints, or even the cake being larger than expected, every hiccup was resolved without hesitation. I’m sure Juli and her team resolved many other challenges that my husband and I were never aware of. They are amazing at what they do, we cannot thank them enough!

Loved working with Juli and her team! We got the pink package and appreciated Juli's prompt and detailed responses and the ability to ask her questions about everything and anything in the lead up to the wedding. Hiring Juli and her team was the best decision we could have made. I wasn't sure we'd need a wedding coordinator, but as soon as Juli showed us Aisle Planner and how she's already built out timelines for everything - I was sold. I work in computer engineering, and Aisle Planner was like the wedding kanban board of my dreams! Over and over, Juli helped us navigate confusing situations and weigh our many options. Every vendor recommendation she made was excellent. In the last month leading up to our wedding, people kept asking me and my fiance if we were totally stressed out. We'd just shrug and say, "No, not really." When they asked why, I always told them we'd hired the best wedding coordinator, and we completely trusted that she ensured we'd checked all the boxes. It was an incredible experience working with Completely Coordinated. From the beginning of our wedding planning journey they have been an invaluable resource. We cannot imagine (and don't want to imagine) doing this all on our own. Juli and her team were the perfect addition to our wedding! Juli was a crucial partner in making our wedding day as perfect as we could've ever wanted! Right from the start, she was a wealth of information, with specific details, poignant recommendations, and a third pair of eyes to make sure we were on track and vendor communications went well. We found both our floral vendor and photographer through her, and they were amazing. Furthermore, Juli was also very responsive during our year-long planning process. She was judicious about answering every one of our questions, and helped us feel confident in navigating the nuances of the wedding industrial complex. Finally, the extra little benefits from our Completely Coordinated package helped as well - including but not limited to access to Aisle Planner, discounts for Minted, dedicated budget and design consultations, a comprehensive rehearsal the day before, and not to mention day-of set-up that brought our vision to life plus breakdown at the end of the night. We would happily recommend Completely Coordinated to anyone looking for a company that provides "bumpers" in the bowling lane that is wedding planning - narrows down the options and keeps the process running, but allows the bride and groom to keep their hands on the steering wheel (at a great price, to boot!).

Hiring Completely Coordinated for month of coordination services was the best decision we made. Juli was there to answer questions throughout the planning process (even before the "month of"!) and was incredibly organized. I rented faux florals so I didn't have a florist to decorate, but Juli and Jolie did an incredible job of bringing my vision to life. If something went wrong on the wedding day, I truly have no idea because they just handled it all so gracefully. They kept things moving, organized, and stress-free - we highly recommend Completely Coordinated!

We used completely coordinated for our wedding this past weekend at the Barnes at Wolftrap. Juli and her team kept my husband and I on track leading up to the wedding with reminders and suggestions. When I was stressing about hair and makeup booking she sent me suggestions and helped me decide who to choose. On the actual wedding day, let me tell you they were so incredible and I had built up such a trust with them that I never once felt any stress. Even when we had issues with our bus rental. They were on it! Everything they set up and set out looked so good. As someone who has no skills in designing anything I really appreciated their ability to take my vision and make it a reality! Our wedding would not have been that perfect if it had not been for them. I highly recommend using them for your wedding coordinators!

The Completely Coordinated team made planning our wedding fun and carefree. We went with the white package which allows you to plan most of the wedding yourself but have a wedding planner there to give suggestions on vendors, decor, make the timeline, day of set up, and basically do anything to make sure wedding day goes off without a hitch. Having Juli and her team by our side through the planning process was a dream, it was like having a wedding planner best friend who would give you honest, beautifully crafted emails, and actual feedback whenever we needed. They made sure our wedding flowed nicely, was beautiful, perfectly executed, and us. Completely Coordinated listened to what we wanted, gave us timely, thoughtful responses to any whacky ideas or questions we had, and truly made our wedding flawless. We cannot recommend these planners enough--they are professional, fun, level-headed, and know their stuff. Truly the best of the best. At the beginning of the wedding planning process, we hired a different wedding planner but were quickly swept into planning a wedding that was way out of our budget and honestly didn't feel like us. We ditched them, and hired Completely Coordinated and it was the BEST decision we made in wedding planning (other than getting married).

My wife and I had a fantastic experience planning our reception with Completely Coordinated! Juli and Lauren were both extremely helpful with answering questions along the way. One service that we found particularly invaluable was that we could send them any vendor contract to review and they were able to break it down for us in plain English and point out any red flags. For a couple who both work full time this was an incredible time and stress saver. Lauren and Zhanna were there to coordinate on the day of our event and this was also super helpful. They both went above and beyond to make sure that things were running on schedule, guests were happy, and everybody had what they needed. We would absolutely recommend Completely Coordinated. Planning a large event is always stressful, but we felt so much better having their expertise and care along the way.

The Completely Coordinated team is exactly what I needed for my wedding day. I was very on top of planning my wedding and Juli came in a couple months before the big day to help wrap it all up - just when I was starting to feel overwhelmed. She made the timeline, reached out to all of the vendors to coordinate with them, created the venue map and seating chart and attended the venue walk through. On wedding day Juli, Carly and team were AMAZING!! I felt so at ease knowing that part of the team was at the venue setting up and that Juli would be with us at the church and at the separate picture location keeping us all on track. The venue was decorated beautifully by the team and packed up again at the end of the night. They really went above and beyond using my phone to take pictures and videos throughout the night so my husband and I had things to look at the next day while we wait for the professional photos and video. I highly recommend Completely Coordinated! I was able to enjoy every moment of my wedding day without worrying about all of the behind the scenes moving parts. The day was seamless and stress free (and if it wasn't I don't know about it!) and I owe that to the Completely Coordinated Team!

Juli and the team at Completely Coordinated were perfect in every way. We began our coordinate search with 5 options, and it was clear from the start that Juli and her organized and responsive approach was the way to go for month of coordination. Not to mention the company is extremely LGBTQ friendly and absolute advocates. I cannot state this enough — but being able to have a trusted resource to ask questions, have contracts reviewed, and organize details is a MUST! I have never planned a wedding before and having the skill and knowledge of Juli and team was a time (and money) saver! Need vendors lists?, Done. Need venue map and seating charts? Done. Need to email a question at midnight and get an answer in 24 hours?, Done. Need a piece of art moved at your venue when everyone said it could happen?, Done! I am a very organized and detailed person, but with all of the spinning plates of a wedding having the coordination of Juli and team made things feel seamless. If you think you don’t need a coordinator, or you’re on the fence I promise it will be worth it — and if you’re between options I also promise you won’t regret the choice to go with Completely Coordinated. They were fantastic.

Juli and Completely Coordinated are simply incredible. As a hyper-organized person, I was amazed at how much they helped and how much they put me at ease for the wedding. Juli, Lauren, and Anna were a delight to work with; not only was their execution flawless on the wedding day, but they also went above and beyond to make it extra special--for example, by using extra flowers to decorate the head table and by figuring out ways to make the schedule work when our venue messed up timing. I can't recommend them enough.

I believe that I had 6 calls with other prospective coordinators by the time I had a call with Completely Coordinated in November 2021. My initial call was with Juli and she was great with the follow-up questions that I knew that Completely Coordinated was the right fit for us. From the moment that we signed with CC until our wedding day - they were great. We worked closely with Juli and it was great to meet her in person in April for our walk-through. CC was always available when I had a question and was great with providing feedback during our walk-through. Unfortunately, Juli was not able to join us for our wedding (thanks to Covid) but we felt confident with the support from Kristie and the team. As a former day of coordinator and semi-Type A personality - I highly recommend Completely Coordinated! I didn't have a worry leading into my wedding day and was grateful when they were on site. Overall, I would completely recommend Completely Coordinated - especially if you are looking for a team that is going to feel like they have known you forever.

Completely Coordinated, LLC is the BEST company to work with while planning a wedding. I knew of CC, LLC from being a bridesmaid in a past wedding they were coordinators for and I reached out to them once we got engaged. I always heard back from them quickly, they were always kind and supportive and always 5 steps ahead. They provided my husband and I with ideas when we weren't sure which direction to go and on the day of... my gosh were they amazing. They worked so hard and their hard work showed.

HIRE COMPLETELY COORDINATED! We hired CC very early on in our wedding process, and even though we hired them for day-of services, Juli and her team answered our questions throughout the entire planning process. Their aisle planner website was incredibly helpful, and their extensive vendor connections proved invaluable. On the weekend of the wedding, Jessica ran an efficient and thorough rehearsal and her team (including Lauren and Hannah) made our day flawless. There were a few hiccups throughout the day that went totally unnoticed by us, our families, and our guests all because of the CC team. Not only that - they were so much fun!! If you're wondering whether to hire a coordinator, do it, and if you're wondering who to hire, hire completely coordinated!!!

I spent so many anxious weeks trying to find a coordinator that I felt would balance the guidance and planning I was looking for with my desire to be hands on with the process, as I really like to plan and be creative but knew I couldn't take on a wedding by myself. Juli & her team were AMAZING and provided just the right level of recommendations and plans while giving my fiancé & I the ability to be the final decision makers and vet vendors that we felt we clicked with. They were super thorough during our walkthrough, making sure we had each detail of the layout and timeline down which was a huge relief. On the day itself, Juli, Carly, and Lauren went above and beyond setting up our flowers and décor and just generally making sure the entire day ran smoothly. They also had a handful of items available to rent at really reasonable prices which took a lot of the last minute stress off of us when little things popped up that we realized we needed. I highly recommend this team and am so thankful we hired them!!!

Juli and her team made our wedding smooth, easy, and stress-free! We were able to enjoy being "in the moment" while being taken care of like VIPs! On the day of our wedding, Juli was ever-watchful and masterfully orchestrating all of the vendors, checking in with us, making sure we got food, drinks, time to breathe, keeping us on schedule (gently), and ensuring everything got picked up afterwards. The entire wedding planning process, from budget reviews, check-ins, answers to etiquette questions, advice, bringing different visions together into one, and generally being awesome, we were SO delighted to have her as our planner! We wanted a wedding professional that could help us through the process and be our day-of superhero, so we could enjoy being immersed in the moment. From the moment we had our budget meeting (the first meeting after our kick-off), we knew they were worth far more than their fees. Juli navigated the budget, smoothed our anxiety, and made recommendations to bring things down to earth. The wedding planning process was surprisingly fun! we felt on top of our tasks, with the right balance of advice, suggestions, check-ups, and pulling together our vision. when it came to working with our venue and vendors, one of them commented that it was remarkably easy to work with Completely Coordinated, that their styles matched, and communication was detailed.

Completely Coordinated were great partners for us in our wedding process. We were not initially planning on having a wedding coordinator or planner, but our venue was a historic home which required a professional coordinator. What sold us on Completely Coordinated was their offer of a “coordinator plus,” which was in between a day-of coordinator and full wedding planner. Unlike the “vanilla coordinator” packages we were quoted by other companies (which only allow you to work with them for 90 days preceding the wedding), we had months of contact with our coordinator, who was able to help us through the process of selecting our DJ, flowers, photographer, and transportation. Juli helped review contracts to make sure we didn’t miss important clauses and kept us on schedule in those first critical months. The Aisle Planner software Completely Coordinated uses was incredibly helpful to us as we tracked payments, schedules, guest RSVPS, and other critical information - it was completely customizable, saved us time in not having to make our own spreadsheets, and reduced worry that we’d left out important to-dos. Juli was very attentive to our needs and regularly available for video calls; her thorough preparation meant that we could really enjoy our day knowing she was fully knowledgeable about what we wanted. Juli and her assistant were great at the walk-through, rehearsal, and on the day of, keeping us on time and helping us and our guests smoothly transition between parts of the day. We really feel that our wedding day went off perfectly and Completely Coordinated and Juli were a huge part of making that come true!!

I hired Completely Coordinated for my wedding. We signed the contract and paid on April 11. Circumstances changed and we broke up and called off the wedding. We canceled the contract on April 26. So, only two weeks passed between paying the deposit and canceling. They insisted on keeping our $1,364 deposit. This was within their rights, per the contract. But all of my other vendors — venue, catering, DJ, and more — went out of their way to offer full or partial refunds. For something as meaningful as your wedding, you want to hire someone with empathy, with compassion, someone who shows flexibility when things get tough. Unfortunately, Juli, the owner of Completely Coordinated, was not that person. (She was professional and helpful before the cancelation... that's why I'm giving her two stars instead of one.)

Completely Coordinated was instrumental in making our day a success. We were engaged in 2019, and had originally planned for a Fall 2020 wedding. When that didn't happen, we switched to Spring 2022. A Coordinator was not part of our original plan, but we didn't have the energy to replan everything a second time. Combine this with my attention to detail, and we needed to find someone who could execute our vision! Juli, Juan, and Jessica were the Dream Team. On the day of, we showed up and realized our venue did not set up the correct number of chairs for neither the ceremony nor the reception, and there was extra furniture blocking the main hallway where guests needed to walk. I mentioned this to Completely Coordinated, left to get dressed and ready, and when I came back, it was solved. To this day, I have no idea how the sausage was made, and it was exactly the type of relief we were hoping for. They decorated our tables. We planned some surprises that included extra guest involvement/interactivity, and they helped communicate impromptu updates to the vendors to make this happen. And they kept us on schedule! They ask all the right questions in the planning sessions, and found ways to keep both me and my wife happy when our answers were different. Take it from me - I was hesitant, and thought a coordinator was not one of the essential vendors. But if you want to enjoy your day and let yourself have fun, do your future self a favor and book Completely Coordinated!

I am a pretty organized person and I still wanted control throughout the planning process but knew I still needed help with wedding best practices and someone to manage everything the day of. Juli kept me on track and gave us great advice as she has done this a million times. During the rehearsal she took and lead and at the wedding she and her team were the go to persons for everything. We had issues with the venue (Newton White Mansion, don’t go there) and Juli gave us many solutions to the problems that arose. Our wedding would not have been as seamless without the Completely Coordinated team. My bridal party told me how the CC team loaded everything into my truck at the end of the night and took care of all the clean up. I tell everyone who asks that Completely Coordinated was the best money I spent on the wedding. They had great relationships with my vendors. Everyone knew the schedule and the plan and go to Juli. Thank you Completely Coordinated for a stress free wedding!

The Completely Coordinated team (with special thanks to our lead planners Jessica and Katie!) were INCREDIBLE. They met with us for several touchpoints and spent countless hours going over every detail of our wedding and always leaving time to answer our many questions. They responded to many, many emails and always provided thoughtful, timely feedback. We loved using Aisle Planner, the platform Completely Coordinated uses to keep everything organized. The team kept the platform updated and made it easy for us to track all of the details. We truly wouldn't have even known what details to keep track of had it not been for Jessica and Katie and the organized system of Aisle Planner. In addition to all the pre-wedding touchpoints and emails, the CC team ran a wonderful walkthrough with us at our venue (both leads and assistant planners) and everyone was invested in helping our vision come to life. Jessica ran the wedding rehearsal and did an amazing job gathering everyone and running a timely rehearsal while making sure that everyone knew their roles for the big day! On the day itself, the CC team was UNBELIEVABLY AMAZING. We cannot stress enough how seamless all the transitions were, how efficiently and beautifully all the decor was set up, and how we were checked on all evening to make sure we were feeling good and had what we needed. Similarly, the breakdown was just as efficient! We were so impressed and absolutely delighted at the level of professionalism and talent of this team. We will forever be so appreciative and again a HUGE thank you to Jessica and Katie and Juan for making our day come together so perfectly!

Working with Completely coordinatedfor our wedding was the first, and best, decision we made when planning our wedding. Juli is organized, excellent thought partner, and made herself available when we needed as we placed our wedding during COVID. She helped us with everything from color palette, decor, vendors, and wording for our wedding website and COVID emails. Up to the last minute she was critical at managing all of the vendors so I could have a stress-free wedding day. Hiring a wedding planner was the best decision we made since we were on the fence about hiring one! But we knew how important it was to ensure the day ran smoothly, not to assign tasks to ourselves or family members for the big day, to consult with someone who was an expert in the industry and how important the guest experience was to us. So we hired Completely Coordinated after meeting them in person at a local wedding convention early on in our wedding planning journey and it was the best decision we made. Jessica was our Lead Coordinator who helped us navigate through COVID restrictions, helped keep us on track with planning so that the planning process never became stressful, helped us manage vendor payments, reviewed all our vendor contracts, décor and design ideas, and ran our rehearsal the night before. Her and her team also made sure nothing went wrong the day of our wedding. Jessica, Katie and Kristie all helped set up all the décor exactly to our vision, kept us on schedule and executed all the clean up at the end of the night. Throughout the process, I don't know what we would have done without all their advice. It took so much weight off our shoulders and it made the wedding planning journey so much fun and enjoyable for us. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! A WEDDING PLANNER IS A MUST! WE LOVED JESSICA, KATIE and KRISTIE and were so grateful to have them.

Well, what can I say? As the groom and a man, in general, I had no idea what a wedding coordinator was or why we needed one. I didn't get it. That was until we sat down with Jess at our venue and proceeded to talk about EVERYTHING and everything that could go wrong. Which is both unnerving and then, reassuring, because you know no stone would be left unturned. My impression of Jess was that she had experience, she was professional and knowledgeable and her team was well prepared. And when the BIG DAY hit, Jess, Jordan, Hannah, and Juan were on it! I don't think I ever saw them stop moving all night, all while thinking about their next move, and by the end of the night, their wonderful service was worth every dollar we spent and more. I absolutely don't know how we would've done it without them. This team (and I emphasize the word team) came in, worked together, and completely coordinated it all. As a result, we had a stress-free evening as a new couple and everyone couldn't stop talking about how great the event was.

Completely Coordinated did an excellent job both helping me plan, and coordinating my wedding. They provided excellent recommendations for various vendors, gently prodded me when I got behind in some planning efforts, and helped my special day happen without any issues. On the day off the wedding, they worked quietly and efficiently - I almost forgot they were there!

My advice to any couple - this is the best money you will spend. Prior to the wedding, Jess and her team made sure we kept things on track and were organized. They also helped us create optional plans in case of rain. Then came wedding day; Jess, Jordan, Hannah and Juan turned our vision into reality while allowing us to truly enjoy the day. The Completely Coordinated team went above and beyond to make our wedding day completely amazing! I thought for a long time that I wouldn't need a wedding planner, boy was I wrong. Jess, Carly, and Jessica were an amazing addition to our wedding team because of their attention to detail, experience, and kindness. As you move through the planning process, you quickly realize that you are ONE person, and you can’t do everything or be everywhere at once, their team was able to move all over our wedding venue to coordinate all the moving pieces of the day. They were truly OUR advocates, you need someone like them on your side to make sure everything goes smoothly. Aspects of the coordination ranging from unlimited communication (we had several multi hour Zoom calls, and in person meetings leading up to the big day) helped make things run amazingly on our big day. I was able to rely on Jess to tell me what I needed to do, where we needed to go, etc. Jess is truly a leader you want on your side, she ran our walk through and she was super understanding of the hundreds of questions we stopped and asked throughout. Aisle Planner was also a wonderful tool, wedding planning consists of lots of spreadsheets, tracking, notes, etc and we were able to put everything in ONE place, it was a one stop shop for stay organized- super helpful for a Type A+ bride like me. Another aspect of the team that is critical is that they have relationships with many of my vendors, quickly you’ll realize that if your team works well together, it matters! In the end, I felt like our wedding was a smashing success and like a group project you’ve worked hard on, and all the team members contributed and you knew you'd get an A+—Jess, Carly, and Jessica were STARS, and I borderline want to get married again so we can work together again! They were brilliant and we couldn’t be more pleased with how it turned out.

Selecting Completely Coordinated for our September 2021 wedding was the best decision ever! We had our initial call with Jess and immediately felt comfortable and confident that the Completely Coordinated team would be able to execute our wedding day the way we were imagining. We selected the White Package and were assigned our Head Coordinator Juli, who was a dream to work with throughout the entire planning process. Juli was incredibly responsive and helpful when providing vendor recommendations, explaining day-of logistics, and creating our timeline and floor plans. The use of the Aisle Planner platform was amazing and helped us stay on top of things throughout the process. Juli and our day-of team were able to take my visions and inspiration photos and make them come to life on our wedding day. We provided a good amount of our own decor, and they set it up beautifully and exactly how I imagined! Juli also ran our ceremony rehearsal the day before and made a point to provide her contact information to the entire bridal party to be available if needed. She was constantly organized and to be honest the entire weekend was stress-free for me knowing that she was handling everything! I can't thank the Completely Coordinated team enough for all they did to make our day run so perfectly. Strongly strongly recommend to any other couples in need of planning or coordination for their big day!

The Completely Coordinated team is fantastic! Juli and Jess were so patient and responsive with all of our questions and made planning a "COVID Wedding" much less stressful. I don't know what I would have done without them! Their knowledge and experience with working at our venue was invaluable - it really put our minds at ease knowing that they had successfully executed several other COVID weddings at our venue. I LOVED using Aisle Planner to collaborate. Being able to track RSVPs and do seating arrangements (and a million different COVID-friendly floorplans) in their planning tool was a huge timesaver. Be sure to leverage their vendor referrals too - that is how we found our amazing photographers and hair and makeup artist. We would highly recommend the Completely Coordinated team - they did such a great job making sure our wedding day was stress free and perfect!

CC helped with the constant changes in state regulations due to COVID, and always assured me that my wedding would be everything I hoped for, and it was!! Where do I start? The CC team was amazing. I was the MOG so wasn't quite as involved as the bride and her mother....but I can tell you they were amazing from beginning to end. We didn't have a COVID delayed wedding....however we had all of the worries and fear of delays along the way. The CC team was reassuring and kept us on track. Some of the day was planned outside...and of course it rained. The CC team took control and you would have thought it was planned for inside all along. It was a perfect day and the CC team was THE BEST! Thank you!

The vendor recommendations that they provided were high quality and fit in our budget. The CC team helped us review contracts, find the right event insurance, and ensure that every small detail was on our radar. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars! Jess and Katie were truly life savors throughout the entire wedding planning process! I'm finding it hard to put into words just how incredible they were. My now husband and I had a long engagement and we're both procrastinators. We also spent the majority of our engagement being long distance. This presented some challenges for us. Jess and Katie helped keep us on track and helped us prioritize our tasks throughout the entire 2.5 years. They were flexible and working with our schedules and incorporating my husband in meetings virtually if possible. We had a dream team of vendors and CC provided many recommendations for us! We hired many of the ones they referred us to and couldn't be happier with those decisions! The platform they used for organizing and managing all things wedding was amazing! Budget, guest list, seating chart, design ideas, timeline, vendor contacts, inspiration are some of the many features this platform had to offer. It even has a 3D floor plan/layout feature to help layout tables, decor, place settings, chair colors, lighting, etc. It was very helpful when planning out all the little details- especially during the Covid era. It kept me organized and on track. There was an extra level of stress throughout the last 7 months of our engagement leading up to the wedding day because of the pandemic. Jess and Katie were a wonderful support system during this time! Not only did they help keep me sane, they did every thing they could to help us make our wedding as safe as possible. They helped me contact vendors to ensure they were taking appropriate and necessary precautions and even helped me communicate those to our guests via our website. Our wedding weekend went off without a hitch! My husband and I were truly relaxed and able to enjoy every second of the day knowing Jess and Katie had everything under control. We knew they would ensure the day would run smoothly. And it did! Not only were Jess and Katie amazing wedding coordinators/planners, they are amazing people! I enjoyed spending time with them and can say I also gained two new friends! Hire these women! You won't regret it!

Completely Coordinated could not have been more helpful when it came to the ENTIRE wedding planning process. My daughter purchased the partial planning package and it saved our lives. Never having had to plan a wedding before, Jess and Katie walked us through EVERY step of the way. They helped make recommendations, looked over contracts, made sure we were on track with task management, helped with the logistics of decorations, and gave valuable advice when asked. They never overstepped their bounds when it came to any part of the planning process but made it so we didn’t have to worry so much about the details. They supported us 100% of the time. Jess and her team did a couple of walk-throughs at the venue prior to the wedding so everything would be smooth sailing on the day of the wedding. They even had a specific timeline planned out for the rehearsal as well as the day of the ceremony. There is no way my daughter and I could have thought about everything that needed to be done without their help. The planning platform they use is fantastic. It kept the bride and groom, the parents, the venue, and all the vendors up to date as we approached the day of the wedding all in one place. The day of the ceremony couldn’t have gone more smoothly because of Completely Coordinated. They took care of EVERYTHING! They kept us on the timeline that was planned out. They decorated everything exactly the way it was discussed during the walk-through. They repurposed the flowers from the ceremony to the reception without a hitch. My daughter and I were able to truly be present in the moment while enjoying her special day without having to worry about anything. Jess and her team are very responsive to emails. They often responded the day we contacted them, but almost always within 24 hours. Even on the day of the ceremony they were available to us if needed even though they made every effort to be inconspicuous in carrying out their duties. It seemed like they were little invisible elves scurrying around making sure everything was in place at the right time ALL day long. I couldn’t speak more highly of Completely Coordinated. Unless you have had an opportunity to plan several weddings before and/or you consider yourself an expert in planning a wedding, I would HIGHLY recommend you going with this company. They are passionate about the bride they are working with and they want the bride’s special day to be the BEST it can be. On the day of the ceremony, my daughter and I were able to be in the moment and enjoy every second of the day because we knew Completely Coordinated was taking care of it all without worrying that something wasn’t being done. My daughter’s wedding day was perfect and a lot of it was because of Jess and her team. We had a stress-free wedding weekend because we knew we had the professionals of Completely Coordinated in our corner.

We chose Completely Coordinated for Day-Of Coordination relatively late in the planning process, about two months out, when the stress of planning was starting to wear me down. I am so glad I got to rely on Jess and Kasey during our wedding! They helped us with our final venue walkthrough, the rehearsal, and of course the day of. When minor things went wrong I didn’t even have any idea, and I was able to be completely stress free all day! I would 100% recommend them and their experience to any bride-to-be.
