Completely Coordinated, LLC

Working with Juli and Completely Coordinated was one of the highlights of our wedding planning journey. There were so many things that made this a positive experience that we don’t know where to begin. First off, communication was excellent. Despite being our “day of” coordinator, Juli scheduled a video call early in the planning process and gave us an overview of the timeline and advice on how to approach planning and what we should focus on early. We were planning our wedding in DC from the other side of the country, so Juli was very helpful in recommending local vendors and even restaurants for having a welcome reception before the wedding. She was also accommodating to our schedule as we had to perform our walkthrough earlier than usual due to having to come in from out of town. It became apparent that she has had a lot of experience in planning in the DMV area, evidenced by the fact that she had worked with many of our vendors before, and had worked at our specific venue (Meridian House) before our event—all of this experience was very comforting. Completely Coordinated also made the planning process very organized and controllable. We were given complimentary access to Aisle Planner, where we could enter all of our guest information, view and edit the timeline and to-do list, and edit all the seating arrangements and rental placements in an accurate to scale map of our specific venue. We had some miscommunication with our florist (this was before Juli was involved), so we were short on bud vases. Juli kindly offered to provide Completely Coordinated’s own vases because they were identical to the ones we needed–what a sweet gesture! Leading up to the wedding day, Juli made life as easy as possible for us. She was the point person and handled communication with all of our other vendors, making sure everything was in line and prepared for our big day. On the day of the wedding, Juli had three additional team members from Completely Coordinated, and they all did an amazing job—we’re happy to report that everything went perfectly. The team managed the timeline with a smile, assisted and ushered guests from event to event, seamlessly repurposed our floral arrangements and even put together the floral arrangements for the dinner tables, and let us just enjoy the day without worrying about the details. We really cannot rave enough about Juli and Completely Coordinated, so please reach out if you want to hear more! Juli was incredibly kind, personable, communicative, organized, detailed, and overall just a pleasure to work with. She was always advocating on our behalf—for example one of our vendors would not get back to us despite our multiple efforts to get in touch with them and Juli interceded. Going with Completely Coordinated was one of the best choices we made for our wedding!
