rsion is that we will not be receiving our wedding photobooth photos due to technical failures the day of our wedding, terrible customer service from the attendant and lost equipment. I hired them for a photobooth for my wedding two weeks ago. A few weeks leading up to the event, I let Ryan know what photo strip design I wanted and the backdrop color for the open photobooth. A few days before the wedding, the photobooth attendant called and we even confirmed the design and the text. Day of the wedding, the backdrop and photo strip design was not what we agreed upon. If this was the only thing that has gone wrong, it would have been fine. Not great, but fine. The day of the wedding, the photobooth camera AND printer broke multiple times throughout the night. I didn't make it to the photobooth until the second half of the night, and the camera was being rebooted (for like the 5th time) and the printer was already broken. You would think they would have backup equipment...The attendant was apologetic to me (as the bride), but assured me all our photos would be available online for download. The few days after the wedding, I caught up with friends and families and I heard from numerous people that the photobooth attendant was extremely rude. Fast forward to 2 days after the wedding, I get a call from Sal, the owner of Concept One Photography. He apologized for all the things that went wrong, and also let me know that after my wedding someone broke into the attendant's car and stole all the equipment overnight, which meant that none of my photos would be recovered. Not only did me and my guests not get more than half of the printouts from the wedding, all the photos that the attendant had assured me would be available online, was completely lost. Although Sal has refunded me the full amount of the photobooth and I respect that he owned up to his team's mistake and the series of unfortunate events, I cannot say I recommend them. As professional photographers, I would think it would be standard practice to back up photos. Concept One also provides wedding photography and videography services, and I can't imagine how devastated I would feel if this happened to my actual wedding photos. I understand that technology can be unpredictable and the supposed car breakin was outside fo their control, they couldn't even get the strip design and the backdrop color correct. It has now been over two weeks since this incident, and I still have not heard an update from this team. We are extremely upset we will not see the photobooth photos we took with our guests and it sucked for us to inform our guests who were looking forward to getting their photos that they wouldn't be. Judging from the reviews on here, this has not happened to just me, but to others. Don't make the same mistake I did and ignore what I thought were outliers!

I was in contact with the company several times, but did not hear from our photo booth operator until a couple days before our wedding to set a timeline. In many of the photos, the background of the booth was shifted so that we could see the top of the background as well as the wall behind. Even though the photo booth book is a nice keep-sake, the pages fell out of the book very easily. My husband and I managed to put the book pages back together, however we feel like we need to be very careful while looking through the photos. If you would like a photo booth for a good price, Concept One will provide that to you.

uring the planning process, Sal was incredibly helpful and answered any and every question we had in a very prompt manner. A couple days before the wedding, we received a phone call from the photographer (Brian) that was to be with us on the day. He was extremely easy to work with and assured us that everything would go smoothly. After our phone call, we felt in good hands and were excited to work with him. When the time came for the wedding, Brian was very prompt (20 minutes early) and we began shortly after he arrived. I must say Brian has an incredible gift in capturing the moment. He worked quickly and efficiently, all the while cracking a few jokes. He truly made our day so special and we cannot wait to see the stunning photos he captured at our wedding. Brian received so many complements from many guests throughout the night. In addition, we booked a Photo Booth as well. Jobin (our attendant) was so great. He was super enthusiastic with every guest and worked hard the entire night as so many guests flooded the booth. Since we were so busy, we weren't able to get to the photo booth. Jobin, at the end of the night, stayed a little later so that my wife and I could get a few shots in the Photo Booth. Again, we received so many compliments from guests and we are so grateful we were able to work with Jobin. Overall, my wife and I would highly recommend Concept One, Brian, and Jobin as they handled everything with extreme professionalism. We were 100% happy and grateful to have had our wedding photographed by Concept One.

sen another photography company before this, so I did not choose them for photography. However, I decided to go with their photobooth package. This was a fantastic decision! Ryan was really great at answering all emails and calls right away (which was super convenient while wedding planning). The night of the wedding Luis was the attendant, and he did a great job. He was also super friendly and made sure to explain how to get the photos at the end of the night. The package included unlimited photo strips, photo album, and props. My guests had a blast with the Photo Booth and it is so awesome that I have the album with everyone's photos as a keepsake. I highly recommend Concept Photo!

r available design. Quality on those was good. My only "complaint" about Concept One was not having a single point of contact. I would send an email to one person but someone else would answer. Not a big deal since I got a timely answer. My photobooth attendant called me a few days before to hammer out logistics. He was familiar with my venue, so that was a big help. Day of the wedding he snuck in and set up during cocktail hour so when the room opened for guests he was already set up and ready. I love that we got a copy of every photo strip. This also served as our guestbook, so it was one less thing to worry about. My only minor "complaint" here is the strips on the inside of the page were put a bit close to the center/spine, so they were hard to see. Not a huge deal though. Overall, I definitely recommend Concept One as a photobooth vendor.

o pleased! Their Photo Booth was AWESOME! It was crowded the entire night! SO many great props and an amazing background! Our attendant, Jose, was so great with our guests. And Sal, was easy and super professional to talk to. I love our scrapbook of everyone pictures! Highly recommend this team for anyone considering a Photo Booth!

we really loves that he explained everything to us in full detail about how our day would look. He was realistic about time lines about our day and we really liked how he was truthful and honest. We had Arnold as our lead photographer and we liked him. He did a good mix of candid and posed pictures of us and our whole day. The 2nd photographer we had (sorry, forgot his name) was great as well. Both friendly and captured our day very well. Very pleased with Concept One.

the photographer that I was given. All in all, that reflected on the company. I did not even get to talk to a photographer until 2 days before my wedding and even that was only a phone call. I would have much rather of met my photographer and had a face to face interaction because photos should be based off of personality. Over all, I feel like my photographer felt like my wedding was just another job. I rarely saw excitement from him. First off, he was late and I don't have any getting ready images of myself. Second, when we did have the initial phone call I explained to him that I prefer candid photos but in reality, he was extremely pushy and posed us throughout the entire day and evening. I honestly felt like I was at prom at had to stop, pose and look at the camera. even during the reception when I felt like I was laughing the entire evening, I was told to look at the camera and pose.. why not just take a candid of me and my guests laughing? After the ceremony was done my husband and I were finishing up some photos of him and I with the photographer and my photographer proceed to take my bouquet out of my hands (which was hand made and had a very special pin from my great grandma) and TOSSES it aside onto the ground and says "we're done with the bouquet". I have never felt such a disconnect with a photographer. Lastly, when I got my images back .. there were so many that we're out of focus. I truly feel like this was a "point and shoot" photographer who couldn't even take a second to see if his lens was in focus. I know this is a harsh review but wedding days are once in a lifetime and these images are supposed to capture the moment and make you remember your special day. The only reason this even gets a 3 star review was because the photo booth service was amazing.

After our videographer (from a different company) cancelled on us last minute they were happy to help us out and add videography to our package as well. All three guys contacted us in a timely manor to set up a game plan for the day of- which most definitely set my mind at ease. Our photographer was Bryan. I cannot day enough about him. He was absolutely wonderful. My now husband is very punctual and when he gets nervous he expects everyone to be EXACTLY on time or early. Bryan was there earlier than originally planned and helped put my husbands mind at ease as well as prep him for the day. The group of groomsmen were a jumble of personalities but he kept things moving, lighthearted and on schedule. When we met up later for him to get my pictures and the bridesmaids that light hearted atmosphere came with him. It helped put a lot of nerves at ease. The entire day was perfect and he played a large part in making it that way. He’s got a lot of tricks up his sleeve that made our day just perfect!

rapher was phenomenal! He was so sweet, professional and was on it! He made sure we got all the shots we wanted and when it came to the photo session he made it so easy for us. There was no need to stress about a thing! We couldn't have asked for more! Can't wait to see the finished products!!

rushed in the morning so we didn't get many pictures with my family or one on ones with my bridal party. I brought up wanting the get them after the ceremony but the pictures after seemed a bit rushed through, we were told that we would get the pictures at the reception but never did. The photo booth was a lot of fun and the album we got to take away after was great with all the guests writing messages to us. We have not received our video yet, but cannot wait until it comes back. We waited about 6 weeks while our photographs were being edited, however when we got them back, they didn't seem to be edited very much. Some of the pictures were not straight, the lighting seemed to be a little off on some. There were quite a few I chose to edit myself. All in all, if you are on a budget, they offer a great price for all 3 services but you get the quality that you pay for. They won't be perfect but they will definitely be great memories for your day.

g Jose offered the "open concept" which overall was a great call with a gold backdrop. It fit more people and made it fun for others to watch. The only downside I would say is that some of the photos are blurry, and the background they used for the printed photos blends in with the gold backdrop and makes some of the photos hard to see. Overall though a great choice for a great price, and I was happy with how things turned out!

me a few days before the wedding. Everything went well in regards to the day of, and at the end of the night I was handed our keepsake photo album. I was too busy at the reception to check, and looked through the album the next day and was thoroughly disappointed at how sloppy the photostrip looked. First off, the selected background was not used. Secondly, the personalization at the bottom - was simply Times New Roman font, and they didn't even center the wording. So everything is left-aligned and just looked completely sloppy and unprofessional. I reached out the Ryan a couple days later, and he never responded. No apology even. Another thing - I verified with Ryan before the wedding and was told I would have a champagne sparkly background. Nope - plain black.Very disappointed, and would not use their services in the future. If you are a bride/groom that wants things to look "decent" - then do not use Concept One.

of them digitally. It was a good deal. All the photographers we'd seen were incredibly pricey and we were really looking for a budgeted wedding. I think the quality of the photos and service we received was way more than what we paid for. I'll give you this, not knowing who your photographer is until two days before your wedding? Kind of ... anxiety inducing. But Arnold was amazing, and took pictures I am in awe of. I can't give him enough credit for the job he did for us. I have to give a lot of credit to Ryan and Sal too. They deal with my nervous bride tendencies so well. There's clearly something wrong with my email because we never got the email telling us how to pick out our photobook or how to download the pictures- so I reached out and they resent it. Then, we couldn't download all the pictures, and they sent us a flash drive. Again, amazing service all around. We still haven't finished picking out the pictures, but i'll update once the book is back to talk about quality and timeliness.

re the wedding to review details. I was disappointed in the backdrop color as when I booked they said we could get any color for our backdrop but the Photo Booth attendant was only able to get us gold. We only paid $495 for a 4 hour package so it was worth it, but please be mindful that you may not get the backdrop color you want. Otherwise the company is easy to communicate with and respond very quickly to questions/concerns.

ur book were sloppy, but they came right to our home and picked it up to fix it. They went above and beyond with a gift card and small refund on top of changing our name in the book. We appreciate that this was something they took seriously for us. Thank you!!!!

last. He also made sure that my husband and I had a change to take a few pictures. My complaints tho are that they had my husband's name wrong on half of the photostrips as well as online where the proofs are. This makes it harder for our guests to find and it is also disappointing to see his name misspelled on the strips. Overall we had a good experience.

sband and I were scammed of our money from a wedding venue ( don't worry, it no longer exists!) . We needed to find new arrangements and crunch our budget. Sal and his team have many different options for many types of budgets. We bought the bundle for video, photo, and photo booth. Everything went as planned. The vendors who worked with me were easy to work with and experienced. I felt that they handled everything professionally and eagerly. My video and photos are amazing! They were reasonable and completely worth the investment. Thank you Concept One for making my dreams come true!

photobooth was included with the price of the package, and we are so glad we did! Sal worked with me for months when I had question after question and was always very available and helpful. Peter was our photobooth Attendant and he did a great job of making sure everyone took a picture in the booth and then created an album that night the guests were able to sign with their pictures. Bryon was our Photographer and we can not say enough great things about him. He was fantastic to work with on the day of, and we just received the proofs and are stunned by the quality and quantity of the photos taken. Overall I am extremely happy with everything Concept One has done for us and the value we received from them!

He discussed everything with my husband and I during booking. We did photo, video and photo booth through Concept one and couldn't of been happier. Christina was our photographer and she was amazing. The hosts she took and suggested turned out awesome. She worked so hard to make sure I was able to get the pictures I wanted. Joe was our videographer and he did a great job! He remembered small details that I forgot and reminded us about different things through out the day.He was great! The photo booth attendant was great as well. He came by at the end of the night to make sure my husband and I got to take pictures. I had a great experience with Concept One Photographer and Video. I would suggest looking into this company if you want to receive a great experience with photo and video for your wedding.

ey together! We found Concept One at a bridal expo and fell in love with their examples and package deal! When meeting with Sal we were excited with the choice we made. But when the wedding day came and our photographer showed up that's when it became the best! He was so well experienced and made sure to remind us which shots we hadn't gotten yet! Our wedding was an attendance of 300 people and when I was so busy he would remind me I haven't had a siblings photo! He made sure we had all the shots we wanted! We had him until 8pm before the dancing and fun started! He ended up staying close to 11pm! We were absolutely amazed with him and we can not wait to see our photos! Highly suggest Concept One! The photo booth is also an absolute must and get to see all the photos of everyone having a blast and letting them leave messages for us to keep! Our photographer made our wedding! We are still getting great reviews about him from our guests as well! So we aren't the only ones who were extremely pleased with him! Thank you so much!!! And we would never be able to thank our photographer enough!

We were told a few days before the wedding we were going to have Roberto. Well, Roberto only had one review that I could find, and it wasn't the best. I promised that I would write a review after seeing how amazing he was!! It rained the whole day of the wedding, and Roberto was AMAZING! He thought of many different pictures in the rain and in our venue that turned out beautifully. He was so kind, and willing to do all the shots I wanted to do. He also helped keep everyone on time and helped things run smoothly. We are so impressed with his work! Thanks Concept One for capturing every special moment throughout the day! :) :)

was very receptive and easy to get along with. We went with a package that included a photo booth; so we had two people to work with on our wedding day. We LOVED our photo booth attendant. There was a last minute change with this, but it was seamless! Just because I was so excited and had so much going on that day, I didn't realize until after the event that our attendant was Ryan, Sal's son! Great guy! He was personable, and made sure we were content with the hours we had set up for the photo booth. He wasn't hovering over us, and gently reminded my husband and I that we needed to get in the booth as well. Nothing but praises for Ryan! Our photographer.... well, he was ok. He was great with contacting us before the event. We even sent him a zip folder of specific pictures we wanted. He accomplished some of these, but not all - there weren't pictures that were appropriate for church! He arrived on time (always a plus!) and took plenty of photos of the girls and me getting ready. That is kind of the end of the good I have to say about him. After our church service, he took SOOOOOO many pictures, even after being told by me and my husband that we were DONE, and kept us there so long, that we missed ALL the other stops we wanted to make for FUN pictures! The stops were all close by, intentionally, so we didn't have to be driving all over creation! After the church, we had to go right to the reception. While at the reception venue, he was not listening to us! I cannot say how many times we told him we were done with being pulled from the party to take more annoying posed pictures! In an email to him I clearly stated we like posed pictures, but this was extreme; and the poses should have been of our guests as well. Whenever we told him we were done, and at times we were terse with him, his response was, "I'm just doing my job." I even replied once, "Yes, and I am paying you. We are done with this." It's almost like he went overboard with pictures at the reception in an attempt to "make up" for what we missed with fun pictures.... except they still weren't fun!!!!! I honestly couldn't have been happier to have his time to end that night! We obviously don't have our pictures yet, it has only been three days since our wedding. His pictures may end up being wonderful, but I will still have the complaint that he doesn't listen! If you use Concept One, I would honestly say you might want to avoid ROBERTO D. The company is GREAT - and I would suggest them to anyone. We just were NOT happy with our day long photographer. I will remark on photos once we see them.

. Our photographer had many years of experience and was very patient with the kids in the wedding party. He seemed very tuned into what we wanted. He worked very hard all night and even check with both sets of parents to make sure they had gotten all of the photos they wanted.
