If we could give Concetta's Catering more than five stars, we absolutely would! After several other caterers either stopped responding, quoted prices far beyond our budget, or simply weren't interested in helping make our wedding special, we found Concetta's Catering—and it was the best thing that could have happened. From our very first conversation, Caitlyn was responsive, transparent, and genuinely invested in making our wedding a success. She welcomed us for a tasting, answered every question we had, and worked with us to accommodate our wedding in Greenville, IL. She worked with us on our dietary needs, her staff on the Wedding were thoughtful, and throughout the entire process, she made us feel like more than just another client. The food was phenomenal. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Even days after the wedding, our guests were still talking about how incredible everything tasted. Without a doubt, the catering was one of the highlights of our reception. If you're looking for a caterer that provides outstanding food, exceptional customer service, and truly cares about your event, we cannot recommend Concetta's Catering enough. They responded within an hour every time I reached out with a question, the food is made from scratch and you can taste it - it is so good your event guests will love it. They set up everything on time to be ready after the ceremony, they did an excellent job with giving out the food (buffet style), collecting empty dishes and covering the soda station. They also packed up food that wasn't used for our guests and cut up the cake for our guests after the cake cutting ceremony. They cleaned everything up after the event. If you are looking for a catering company that takes care of everyth9ng and has amazing food - Concettas should be your choice

of, the chicken was bland and very dry and the mostaccioli was decent but not great. Definitely did not taste like it did during the tasting. The best tasting food on the day of was the salad. They were on time and were able to set everything up, however, when they asked if we wanted the plates setup at the buffet or table, I said buffet and they set them up at the tables. Therefore it was unclear where to start on the buffet and they did not help direct. Overall, we at least had food on time that was decent, but we were very disappointed in it, especially for how much we paid for it.

the owner, Gary, who was incredibly nice worked with us to ensure we got exactly what we wanted for our reception. Their pricing is incredibly affordable - we had an open bar with premium liquors, a few wine selections, two domestic beers, two crafts beers, and a champagne toast for all of our guests and the price per head was WAY below any other bar service we contacted. Not only did we get the most bang for our buck but the service was fantastic. Our bartenders were super friendly, poured a strong drink, and often remembered what our guests were drinking so that they had another drink ready for them by the time they reached the bar! We can't recommend Concetta's highly enough!

rom plastic to china plates at no charge. He is so easy to work with. We planned this wedding from out-of-town but always easily communicated by phone and email. In fact, every time I called, he was immediately available, no phone tag! The day prior, I had some last-minute changes to the table number and he quickly looked into the options and got back to me (as in, it was taken care of within 10 minutes!). The reception hall was ready on time and looked exactly as we'd discussed. During the event, Gary and his staff were excellent. Great service! They cut the cake for us, and moved the cake table (pre-planned, cake started on the dance floor and moved after we cut it) without any issue. The whole evening went so smoothly. And I think he even threw in the champagne toast to the wedding party for free! Last but not least, the food was delicious!! And we had tons left over which they boxed up for us. Thanks, Gary!! We were so pleased to have Concettas for our catering, and so were our guests!

p the linens, he talked with our reception venue several times to make sure they were on the same page about everything, the service at the reception was great, the bar staff was wonderful, the food was incredible. We just cannot say enough good things about Concetta's and Gary. We had to pay an extra charge to book him because he was not a preferred caterer at our venue and because of that he threw in the china and silverware free of charge. He also threw in an extra pasta and champagne for the head table. He is just an all-around great guy to work with and the food is fantastic. We got so many compliments on our food, and we had so much left over because he brings enough to cover seconds for quite a few people. The bar was reasonably priced. They cut the cake for us, they did a great job helping us clean up.. everything was far beyond what we expected. Please choose Concetta's for your caterers. You most definitely won't regret it!! Simply amazing!

was by far the best wedding food they've had. I even had people tell me they skipped the cake and got second dinner helpings because it was so good. And if the food being so tasty wasn't enough...I can't stress enough how amazing the service was that Gary and his staff provided. You can't put a price on great service! He always made himself available to help out with any concerns. Our venue only supplied tables and chairs. Gary was able to supply linens and china at a great price. The staff had never worked my venue before, and Gary took the initiative to meet personally with the venue director multiple times to ensure smooth sailing. As the wedding got closer I had problems with the venue director. She dumped the responsiblity of drawing a layout of the room onto me. Since I don't plan weddings for a living this made me very nervous. But again, Gary stepped in and helped me plan the best layout for the buffet and guest tables. He really eased the stresses of wedding planning.I can't speak high enough praises for the Concetta's staff. Not only was good food a priority for my wedding, but the caterering service Concetta's provided was above and beyond any expectation I ever had for a caterer.
