We had our wedding reception at the Concordville Inn this past Fall and everything was fantastic. From the very start when we looked at the venue the staff at Concordville Inn were friendly professional, and helpful. Diana was fantastic to work with during the weeks leading up to our wedding and answered all the questions we had. The staff on the day of our wedding were excellent and made sure everything ran smoothly. Thank you to the entire Concordville Inn staff more making our special day so special and stress-free!!
My husband and I had our wedding reception at the Concordville Inn this past weekend, and it was more then we could’ve ever dreamed of! From the beautiful, spacious venue, to the amazing food, everything was perfect. We had so many compliments from wedding guests about how much they loved the venue and food. We also had an after party at the restaurant bar that was a total hit! We worked with Diana who was absolutely amazing throughout the entire planning process. She was super easy to contact and has such an outgoing and fun personality! You could really tell that she was willing to work with you to do whatever to make the wedding day so special! Roberto, our maitre d the night of the wedding was also amazing! Roberto always made sure my husband and I were taken care of in regards to food and drinks, and was so on top of everything! He was amazing! I highly recommend using this venue for your wedding reception. We are so pleased with how everything turned out and we couldn’t have asked for a better wedding! It was all thanks to Concordville!
We stayed here for our wedding night and had our rehearsal dinner at the restaurant. We had some hiccups with planning - some of the sales department can be a bit difficult to communicate with but then again others are great. Everyone who helped us during the weekend was so generous and kind. The food was surprisingly SO good. Better than our actual wedding venue food lol and cheaper. The suite we stayed in was nice, clean and very roomy. If you need a hotel block this is a great place. Just make sure you read the contract for a cutoff date otherwise they’ll release your block without warning and guests will be out of luck.
Out of all the venues I toured and looked at as soon as I came here I knew it was the one. From the amazing scenery to the great food and amazing ballrooms there was nowhere else I feel like my dream would have came true it was amazing
I am a COVID bride who decided it was best to push the wedding to December 2021. We decided that we still wanted to have a small ceremony with immediate family this year. We had no idea where to have this ceremony and brought it up to Diana, without second thought she offered to let us use the gold ballroom patio and the grounds to take some photos! We also made a dinner reservation for 20 and everything went perfect and was so beautiful. We couldn’t have asked for anything better and can’t wait until December 2021 for the big wedding! Thank you Diana and staff for helping us add a little light in 2020 !
Concordville Inn did an amazing job. Our wedding had to be rescheduled 3 times due to covid. Our first date was 4 days after everything was ordered to shut down. Diana was constantly in contact with me on trying to reschedule, and booking our final forever day (8/28/2020). I would say that everything went off without a hitch but its 2020 who am I kidding. Our entire wedding (ceremony and reception) had to be moved outside due to government guidelines. Tents were ordered for the patio area outside of the ballroom. Ceremony was planned for the patio outside the hotel ( we were the 1st outside wedding ever at Concordville). The day of our wedding everything was going as planned... then a massive thunderstorm hit around 4:30/5pm. Wedding was at 5:30. Diana came to my room and let me know all would be ok. They were working on making sure everything would still be perfect. The wind and the rain messed up the entire reception area and ceremony chairs. Everything was soaked. Diana let me know we were working on plan B. We would be a little behind schedule but we were a GO. Our ceremony was moved inside to the lobby of the Gold ballroom (where it was originally supposed to be). The staff had to redo everything for the reception. The table clothes, chairs and everything were soaked the way the storm went (it blew in quickly) I received a call at my room about 6:15pm that everything was ready. We were driven over to the reception area from the hotel. When we walked through the reception area to get to the ceremony you would have never known the damage that was done an hour earlier. Employees were soaking wet running around like crazy setting up the final touches. All I could say to Juan and his crew was THANK YOU. They did an amazing job. It wasn't what I had originally planned for my wedding (I absolutely love the gold ballroom) but it was an amazing day, that couldn't have happened without the amazing staff . The only things i would have changed were out of everyone control (my original date, inside as planned, thunderstorm delaying ceremony and having to rush trough some stuff with the storm delaying us). If I had to plan again I would definitely go back and have it all over again at Concordville, no doubt about it.
The Concordville Inn was the perfect place for our wedding! Throughout the entire process, Diana was very quick with her responses and thoroughly answered every question I had (there were many!) The actual venue is beautiful. We had our reception in the Gold Ballroom, which fit all of our 250 guests and the band perfectly. Juan was our "Captain" and saw to it that our every need was met during the entire night. I especially loved the lofted bridal suite, which they stocked with food and drinks for us and our bridal parties. This gave us a little bit of time to regroup after pictures before we joined cocktail hour. It is extremely affordable compared to other venues in the area, and I couldn't be happier with the way that things turned out. I would highly recommend having a wedding at the Concordville!
Dianna is the BEST! She was very helpful and flexible. Everything turned out so much better than I expected. The day of staff also did a wonderful job at making sure they exceeded our expectations.
I can’t believe this venue allows its adjoining hotel to treat guests (especially bridal) in such a pathetic way. I would advise you stay far away from this place.
I can't say enough great things about the Concordville Inn as a reception venue for my wedding! Diana helped us through the process from day 1 and was very responsive to all of our emails. She was great at explaining every step of the planning and answered all of our questions. The staff on the day of our reception was spot-on, especially our maître d, Juan. This is one of the best deals in the area and I would recommend this venue to anyone looking for the perfect place for their special day!
We adore everyone that helped us put together such a perfect day. We are not the fancy dressing up type and our coordinator, Diana, helped us make all the right decisions to have a fabulous day that is still talked about as the best wedding our friends and family has ever attended. We had a 1950’s theme wedding and they were the glue that kept it all together. The team set all the decorations we dropped off ahead of time up for us with no question - they were happy to help. They did a beautiful job! The food was out of this world, too. The price was reasonable - especially compared to places in our area that did not also have a hotel! We saved money and could not have asked for a more trustworthy group of people to host our special day.
Special shout out to our Maitre d’ - Juan. He was our savior for all things last minute and made sure it all came together perfectly. If anything went wrong - we never even knew about it! He just made it work and our guests and ourselves, were non-the-wiser.
I wish I had anything to say about this venue. We showed up 15 minutes early for our TOUR, and waited 35 minutes before deciding to leave. The staff seems to lack communication skills. When the coordinator called to ask why I was late for my tour, I told her we had already left. She was rude and didn't even seem to care one bit. I would recommend you read ALL other reviews before deciding on this venue - many seem to have the same experience I did.
They were unresponsive. They pulled a 'bait and switch' trying to up our shuttle costs from $300 to almost $2,000. When our friends found rooms for about $100/night less than our "discount", they told me our family and friends were "hurting you and your fiance" by trying to save money. Then, because we didn't book our transportation through them, they told our guests that we had cancelled the transportation to the site and they would need to find their own way to the venue. This was a lie.
Management was unwilling to correct any of the issues. I won't run out of bad things to say about this hotel. They were the only dark spot on an otherwise perfect day.
My husband and I had our wedding reception in the Gold Ballroom at Concordville, and everything was perfect!! The decor was everything we imagined and more! The food was delicious, and all of our guests commented on how much they loved their meal. My husband and I were so impressed with how attentive all of the staff members were. We especially loved working with Joe, mainly because of how accommodating and receptive he was to all of our ideas, and also because of how he made it clear that he would personally ensure the success of our day.
If we had to plan our wedding day all over again, Concordville would still be our first and only choice for the reception venue.
The concordville inn is the best location to have a wedding reception! HANDS DOWN! The food was amazing, drinks were amazing, level of service was outstanding. Diana, Juan, and Tiara made us feel like royalty and literally every detail was perfect.
We booked Concordville Inn because they had everything we wanted for our wedding in one spot; ceremony, reception, bar for after the reception and hotel rooms. We didn’t want to have to deal with a shuttle, but we ended up having to get one anyway because the hotel booked up before we even sent our invitations out, which was disappointing.
Our first coordinator was great (Diana); but she had to take sick leave about 5 months before our wedding. She was replaced with another coordinator who was a little rude and impersonal (he never quite knew who I was when we spoke, and even once called me and was confirming information for another person’s wedding).
The actual hotel was extremely unorganized. We had a block of rooms for our wedding; almost every person who called in was told it was filled when there were rooms left (even after they had given the name of our room block). They all had to call back saying they had spoken to the bride who knew there were rooms open; after that they were able to book. I went to check in my own room the day before the wedding, and they told me I didn’t have a room booked either. They finally figured out they had booked my room under the name “Bride”, not my actual name. The night we came for the wedding rehearsal we had to wait around in the lobby for about 30 min because the room we were supposed to practice in was locked and the person running it was late. The worst part about it was no one at the front desk cared one bit. The one woman said she would check on where the guy was, then went outside and smoked. Also, the day of our wedding my husband sent flowers to the hotel to be brought up to my room; when he got there they were still sitting at the front desk and he had to tell them to bring them up to me.
The day of the wedding was great. The maitre’d Juan was great, everything went smoothly with only a couple of hiccups. Some of our guests got the wrong dinner because they ran out of the one selection, and my husband’s champagne glass for the toast was filled with gnats.
I am not sure if I would recommend Concordville; everything ended up working out day of and I have heard worse stories about venues, but it could have gone smoother.
The Concordville Staff was amazing! Juan made sure the day ran perfect!! Could have not asked for more.
I had only 2 weeks to plan a wedding and thankfully Lindsey with Concordville Inn was able to give me everything I asked for. The Brandywine Room was perfect for the ceremony and dinner. The waitstaff was on point through everything. I couldn't have asked for a better day.
The food was FANTASTIC!
The service was top-notch!
The price was amazing!
We got Married September 22,2012. Diana who was my sales lady was just awesome. Juan who was our maitre d the night of made everything run smoothly. He kept checking on us and seeing if we need anything. I am so happy how everything turned out. Thank you guys for everything!!
The Concordville was great minus the wedding coordinator was not helpful at all. The actual Concordville staff were excellent and food was great!!
Diana handles everything, which takes a lot of stress off the bride. The food is out of this world and the service is tremendous!
We loved having our ceremony and reception in the Courtyard and Gold Ballroom at the Concordville Inn. The ceremony room was beautiful with only a few added decorations needed from our florist, and it was able to accomodate our guest list of 210 people. The cocktail hour was held in the same room but the change over was unbelieavably fast. The staff was finished before my dress was bustled! It was easy to get drinks and the crabcake stations are a must! The bridal party was well taken care of in a private room but we also chose to mingle with our guests. When it was time to go into the ballroom, the maitre'd and DJ got all of the guests seated and our bridal party lined up quickly and easily. Everyone kept things moving and right on schedule so we had plenty of time to dance :) The staff did not serve our dinners until we were seated (so they didn't get cold) and we actually got a double portion. The food was delicious and the guests were raving about it. They wrapped up everything we couldn't finish and delivered it to our hotel room later (along with wedding cake and all of our personal decorations). There was a ton of room for dancing and the Courtyard (where the bars are located) is a great location for a photo booth. At the end of the reception, a lot of our guests made their way to the Concordville Inn's bar which is open until 2 am and is right next to the ballroom. Again, there was great service and a free drink for the bride and groom :) Then, many of our guests stayed over in the Concordville's Best Western hotel (nice rooms - and they offer a group rate). Its a great place to get ready before the wedding and there is a complimentary breakfast buffet the next morning.
This place does have everything - the bar and hotel are right there so you can continue the party and no one has to drive home. The food and service were amazing. Finally, the amount of things included in their pacakages is great as well. We had the Gold Package and that came with flowers for all of the tables, chair covers & linens, the cake and flowers for a cake topper, a bird cage for your cards, an ice sculpture, a free room for the bride and groom with champagne, and it was inclusive of tax and tips. They also offer discounts for certain times of the year and days of the week, so our Friday night in August was a good choice!

We just had our wedding reception in the Gold Ballroom in August and it couldn't have gone any better! The pricing was unbeatable for everything we got! It really was the perfect day and their staff helped make sure it went that way! I would definitely recommend them to anyone!!!
A mistake that I can't take back! So many things went wrong! Do your self a favor, pick somewhere else. If someone warned me, I would of went somewhere else
Everything was perfect! All the guests my aunt talked to said that this was the most beautiful wedding they have been to.
I had the gold package in the Gold ballroom. my wedding was beautiful. The cake, linens, and center peices were all included! I got to pick out my cake. Everything was great and the food was phenomenal. The service was superb!!!!
WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!! My Mom planned most of my wedding while I was in Japan....Melissa was AWESOME!!!! No detail was too small! Day of, Mr S was the best! Beautiful room, wonderful staff! Thank you!
I loved this venue. I would have used the venue but it was too expensive.
Everything about our wedding day at the Concordville was amazing. From the ballroom to the food to the hotel stay. Everything was perfect.
